In the hallway outside of Harm's Room.

"Doctor; while don't agree with the way Col MacKenzie-Rabb handled herself just now. I do believe she has raised a valid point. If he had been properly diagnosed from the beginning, I don't believe that any of what has occurred here over the last 38 hours would have. Do you disagree with me?"

"Admiral I treated The Commander as I saw fit at the time."

Folding his arms he looked at the Doctor, "I see do you always make it a habit to blame the patient for his or her injury's."

"No Sir, his wife was the one that questioned me about his care and treatment."

"I see; I do believe that's her right to do so. Do you disagree?"

"No Sir. Do I need a lawyer?"

"Not from where I'm standing, however your in luck I'm the JAG. If you intend to press charges against Col MacKenzie-Rabb than you will."

"No Sir I don't intend to, I understand that families do get emotional at times, this isn't the first time I've been punched. However it's the first time by a female Marine with a mean right hook."

The Admiral chuckled, "Not to mention pregnant on top of that."

"Oh I wasn't aware of that."

"I'm sure you weren't, probably you aren't aware that The Commander was involved in a ramp strike a number of years ago that damn near killed him."

"No I wasn't aware of that either."

"Just giving you some more information on your patient, so you can better understand what his wife is feeling right now."

Pondering what The Admiral had just told him, Dr Radford thought about how he treated Mac and why she reacted the way she had. "Sir given what you've told me, I feel that owe her an apology. I don't think she would have reacted the way she did if I hadn't said what I said to her."

"Doubtful that she would have; The Col is very cool headed in most situations. But given she's pregnant; who really knows."

Both men chuckled and each walked away.

Meanwhile inside Harm's Room.

Mac carefully opened the door, ducking her head as she snuck back in. Harm opened his eyes and glanced over towards his wife. She couldn't meet his piercing eyes, afraid of what she'd see when she did.

"Harm I'm ..."

"Baby just come to me... Please just come to..I want you..."

She went straight into him, sitting down on the bed. He shifted over making room for her on the bed."Lay down baby, I know your worn out, I know I've caused all this. I've caused you stress and hurt you. Something that I swore I'd never do."

"Harm listen to me..I ...I.. might be facing a court martial, I did something. I...I.. lost my cool, I punched your doctor."

"Sweetheart why did you.." Just about that time the door opened and in walked Admiral Chedwiggen. Both watched as he made his way over to the bed, only stoping briefly to look in on Tommy.

"Commander you've looked better."

Harm chuckled; "Well Sir I'll admit I've felt better."

Folding his arms; he started pacing the room. Both watched him. Mac held her breath, she wasn't sure what Dr Redford had told The Admiral, this worried her. She knew that the way she reacted wasn't the way an Officer should act. "Sir I believe I owe Dr..."

"Handled Col; no need to bring it up again."

"How Sir I acted out of line?"

"I'm well aware; Dr Radford admitted that he acted out of line as well, he also said this wasn't the first time he'd been punched before."

"Sir; I was out of line. I was angry and.."

"Mac; you weren't thinking like a Marine, you were thinking like worried wife and mother. Even he acknowledged that."

"Still Sir, that's not a reason to have hit him. And I don't want my son..."

"Mac; don't worry. He's not going to do anything to you. He said as much. Now Commander you on the other my have to answer for crashing that Tomcat."

"Yes Sir; I figured as much." Harm ducked his head, "Sir I don't want to drag my family threw a crash investigation. I'm going to turn in my wings."

"Are you sure about that Commander?"

"Yes Sir; I'm very sure. Sir I could have died last night. I could have left my children without their father, my wife without her husband. Frankly Sir thats to much to risk loosing to keep an active flight status when I only fly every once in a while."

"Son if you really want to go threw with this, I'll draw up the..."

"NO! NO... I don't want this at all. I want...I want you to be the man that I married, the cocky Navy Pilot, not a man..." Mac started to run out of the room when Harm grabbed her hand and pulled her back to him, she fell onto the bed sobbing into him.

The Admiral took this as his cue to leave. He knew that they needed to talk this out among themselves. "Commander let me know." Harm nodded and watched him leave. Mac just continued to sob. After a while she stoped, Harm used his good hand to wipe her tears off her cheeks.

"Better now?"

"No; not really. I don't want you to give up what makes you who you are."

"I'm not, I'm doing what's right. I'm a husband and a father and I need to do right by my family."

"I know you say that now, but I want our children to grow up with the same man I fell in love with."

"And they will, I'm still the same man. I'm never going to change."

"Don't you see you are changing. Think back to the barn when you took me in there and than Tommy. I saw your eyes Harm, flying is in your blood it's part of who you are. I understand that. I don't want you to give up who you are."

Harm pondered what Mac was saying, maybe she was right. And he was just scared right now. Taking a long deep breath and letting out a sign he was about to start talking again, when his door opened up and in walked a different Doctor, Mac recognized her as the OBGYN from the ER.She walked straight over to Mac, "I just thought I'd stop by and check in on you and Tommy."

"Oh thank you Doctor."

"I also brought the test results from the amino." ( Mac had decided to go ahead with it ) She started to read the results aloud when Mac stoped her.

She looked over at Harm, "I had this run to make sure the baby is okay, after the scare that I had. If I understand right, this will tell us what the baby is. Do you want to know?"

"Sweetheart I don't need a test to tell me what I know in heart and my gut. But if you want to know; it's fine with me."

Smiling at her husband and also wanting some good news, she nodded to the Doctor.

"After looking over everything; Mrs Rabb you have a very heathy baby girl. Everything looks perfect with her. Congratulations. I'll leave this here with you so you can take it to your regular Doctor." The Doctor turned and left out.

Mac let out the breath she was holding. She glanced over at Harm; whom was now sporting a huge grin on his face. "I already know what your going to say."

"Oh really?"

"Yes; and you were right. We're going to have our little Rosie.Tommy is going to have a little sister."

Harm pulled Mac closer to him, she laid down on his good side. He kissed her head. "Finally some good news for a change."
