PREVIOUSLY-

"It fits you great! I'm so glad you like it. Maybe we can get you some maternity clothes while we are in Port A." Rachel said and I could hear Paul groan about shopping. She leaned over to him and whispered, "Just think Paul, one day it'll be me needing to go shopping for maternity clothes."

I saw his eyes widen before he turned to her and kissed her deeply. I just shook my head, laughing as I went to find Embry to say goodbye. I hugged my imprint tightly and he kissed me for a good long while before resting his forehead against mine with his hands on my bump. "I love you. Please be careful and come back soon."

"I love you, too. I promise I'll be careful, not to mention I'll have Paul, Seth, and Leah with me. We'll be home before you know it." I told him although I knew he'd be worried until I was back on the res.

I said goodbye to everyone else and hopped into Paul's truck with Paul driving and Rachel sitting in the middle seat. No one trusted my truck to make it all the way to Port A and back. The others were riding with Emily in her car.

It was a long ride to Port Angeles and I actually fell asleep on the way. I woke up to Rachel telling me we were there.

I walked into the dress shop with the others following me and laughed as we all tried on our dresses, making Paul and Seth be our audience.

"You know, Swan, I don't think I ever thanked you for this." I heard Leah say from where she was untying my dress in the back. "Ever since I joined the pack, it's like I'm just one of the guys, you know. But this, being one of your bridesmaids, it makes me feel like I'm a girl again. So, thank you."

"I know we haven't been super close, but I want to be your friend, Leah. Trust me, I'll even let you vent about all things pack related if you want." I told her and she smiled at me.

"Yeah, Swan, I think I might just take you up on that." She told me.

"Then you'll need to stop calling me Swan, because I'll officially be a Call by the end of the week." I told her honestly.

"Well I'm not calling you mama wolf like all the others do, sorry. I'll just stick with B, I think." She said as she helped me step back out of my gown.

"I'm good with that. Thank you for the help." I mentioned, pulling my gray dress back on again.

"No problem. I bet Paul and Seth would be in here making sure you're not falling off the stool if I wasn't. It's still hard to believe the spirits chose my baby brother to be one of your protectors. I guess everything has a reason, though. He loves you to death though, B. In his head, it's like he truly thinks of you as a second mom." Leah explained and looked back over to her.

"Leah, it's hard to explain, but Embry and I have talked about it before, and we both agreed that somehow Seth feels like one of our own. Even though he's only three years younger, I don't know, it's strange, but I love him like I already do this baby, and I love Paul, too. He's my best friend. I've claimed them both in my little family circle, and I wouldn't change that for the world." I attempted to explain, knowing that both of them would most likely hear what I told her from behind the curtain.

"Like I said, B, I'm sure there's a reason for everything." We got my dress into the dress bag, satisfied with the last fitting, as well as all the bridesmaid's dresses, and paid for them, putting them all in the back of Emily's car for safe keeping.

After we left the dress shop, we stopped in the clothes store to get me some maternity clothes, before heading back out to the cars. Unfortunately, before we got there, Lauren Mallory walked right into me.

"Look who it is, Bella Swan. Is that a baby bump I see? I knew you only got engaged because you were knocked up." Lauren said, laughing. Surprisingly, it was Leah who stepped in front of me.

"Look here, you little bitch, say another word to Bella or about Bella and it'll be this week's town gossip about what or who your mother actually does to get you all of those high places of yours. Trust me, I wouldn't if you want your mother's reputation to stay intact." Leah told her and I raised my eyebrows, surprised. "Oh, and you might want to wipe the drool off your chin. As flattering as that is, I'm not a lesbian. Sorry."

Lauren raised her hand to actually wipe her chin before running off, crying. "Wow, thank you for that." I told her.

"Alright mama, I think it's time to get you home." Seth said, seemingly abbreviating his nickname for me. I silently wondered if he had done it on purpose because we were in public, or if he'd done it subconsciously.

We drove back to the res without further incident, and Paul dropped me off at my new house. Embry was waiting for me outside on the front porch.

"Safe and sound, bro." Paul told Embry before driving off. He took my bags of clothes (my dress was staying at Emily's for the time being) and carried them inside.

Closing our front door behind him, he dropped the bags, and wrapped his arms around me, winding his hands in my hair as he kissed me passionately.

After thoroughly christening our new home, Embry lay beside me in the bed, running his fingers over my bare stomach, feeling our daughter dancing underneath his fingertips.

"That's our little girl. I'm going to be the father of a baby girl." Embry said before leaning down and kissing my belly where she was pushing against it.

We talked about baby names for a little while before falling asleep, dreaming of our little girl.

A/N- I know this one is short, but it's just a filler chapter before the wedding chapter! I hope you enjoy the Leah/Bella interaction in this one.
