RWBY and JNPR's twisted lives
chapter 40

Yang walked around through the replica of her home, wearing a towel on her head and bathrobe to cover herself, even if she was still in her mind. She was finished with freshening up and just wanted to go on a small walk to really get the layout of her….mind, to a point. First however, she needed to find a certain doppelganger. "Yin? Are you here?"
"You rang?" replied Yin, who was laying out on the couch with her hands behind her head.
"Do you know where my clothes are? I can't find any in my room."
"Hmmm, nope, can't say I have. Why even bother if you wanted to you could walk around in the buff. It's not like I haven't seen it already, because...well, you know." she gestured to herself with Yang sighing. "And even if you did, why not just imagine them on you?"
"Well...I mean I could, I'm just still adjusting." Yang looked at herself and closed her eyes before she tried to focus on her usual clothes. "Everytime I try…"
"You feel like you're gonna get a headache?"
"Exactly and-" before she finished a replica of her outfit appeared, however it was blurry and looked as though the slightest breeze would render her nude. "It kinda comes out wrong. At least it actually stuck together." she said looking it over.
"Yang, you're putting too much thought into it. Instead of pictureing how the clothes look on you, imagine how they feel on you."
"Uh….they feel like they fit, and they're easy to breath in, obviously." she said looking at the outfit and moving slowly so it wouldn't disappear.
"Let me rephrase." Yin said, sitting up. "Remember how your combat outfit felt whenever you wore it?"
"Yeah?"
"Use that memory."
"I can try, but it won't be easy." she said thinking back on her outfit, but to her surprise the blurry clothing she wore solidified. "Woah."
"Yup, you wore that outfit so often it's easier for you to remember than others. Repetition has that sort of effect." smiled Yin getting on her feet. "Besides, practice is what makes it easier. For instance, try and imagine….Nora's outfit on you. First you picture it then you imagine how it might feel on you."
Yang closed her eyes and tried to picture Nora's outfit fitting over her from the collar of the shirt to the shoes on her feet. Then she tried to envision what the fabric must feel like. Using a great amount of guesswork in her mental imaging. She strained and felt her clothes start to shift, but slowly with her starting to lose it. "I can't!"
"Sure you can. You've seen her outfit plenty of times, and it's not like it needs to be perfect."
"I-gah!" Yang let out, losing her concentration and leaned on her knees, panting to catch her breath. "I don't have a very powerful imagination."
"Oh don't say that, we both know it's not true." Yin shook her head. "You managed to picture our mom up pretty good, and how long has it been since we last saw her?"
"I had that thought about her for years. I had plenty of time to picture that into detail."
Yin looked down at Yang with a blank expression. "...really. Okay I see you need some proof." She helped Yang to her feet and guided her to the door. "Let's go for a little walk." The minute she opened it there was nothing but a white void with multiple doors floating air.
"Woah." Yang looked inside and back outside, seeing the physics breaking fact that the door was just a rectangle in an endless void. "What is this place?"
"I suppose you can call it The Crossroads." Yin said stepping out and walking as if there was a path under her feet. "It's the void in between all the different parts of your mind."
Yang looked down and stuck her foot out, but didn't feel anything firm to stand on and quickly pulled it back. "Uh, think we can just stick with what we already have right now?"
Yin stopped and turned to Yang. "You have to tell yourself there's a path under your feet. The rest is easy, just walk."
"You sure? I mean I can't tell which way is up or down, so I don't wanna even think about what'll happen if I fall."
"I'm positive. It's the simplest trick I can teach. If you believe there's no floor then you'll fall." replied Yin while Yang gulped. "Imagine it's like what mimes do. Just close your eyes, take your first step, and think of an invisible solid floor under your feet." She demonstrated by stomping her foot making a banging sound.
Yang looked down and took a deep breath. 'There is a floor, there is a floor.' she thought before sticking her foot out and lowered it. This time It met with something solid. She braced herself as she slowly walked out and felt it with her other foot. "Okay, that actually was pretty easy."
"Now try and walk over to where I am. Out here everything is subject to what you believe is and isn't around you. Even though you can't see it, believing something is there makes all the difference." Yin explained as Yang came up to her.
Yang looked around and gave the ground under her a little tap to reassure her it was solid and looked at the doors. "So those doors. They could take me to other parts of my mind?"
"Yes, each door leads to a different part of who you are as well as the memories and experiences that made you….you." explained Yin before making Yang face her. "Right now though? You're gonna learn how to make things here until it's completely natural. Now follow me."
"Where to?" Yang said following Yin.
"You'll see." She said before noticing a door with a lock. "Oh! Before I forget, if you see a door with a lock on it. Don't try to open it, ever."
"Why?"
"They lead to repressed memories. Memories that shocked and horrified you so bad that you had to repress them to maintain your sanity."
Yang looked at the door with wide eyes and felt a cold chill before Yin grabbed her hand and dragged her away.
The walk took some time, but eventually they came to a stop. "Okay, here we are."
"Okay seriously, what is it you want to show me?"
Yin smiled before opening the door. Once Yang took a look inside she felt like the air had been knocked out of her. Inside was a girl dressed in black elegantly lacy lingerie with matching garter belt and stockings, and it wasn't just any girl, it was Blake. She was laying on her side on a bed with an amorous look in her eyes.
"B-Blake?!"
"Not exactly." Yin said as the cat faunus giggled at them. "This door represents the thing you desire most."
"What?! But I don't see Blake like that!" blushed Yang at seeing Blake wink at her while licking at the back of her hand like a cat.
"Don't forget Yang, I'm you. I know what you know, I feel what you feel. And I know that you feel attracted to boys AND girls. Blake just happens to be the one your closest to on an emotional level."
"...is this because I told her about mine and Ruby's history first?"
"Among other things." admitted Yin with a shrug as Blake stretched out while letting out a cat sound, which Yang blushed at, finding it both cute and hot. "You don't need skill to have an imagination. You just have to want it bad enough."
"Please tell me she won't start stripping."
"Just keep your mind focused and she won't." Yin replied. "But don't pretend you don't want her to."
"...I'm not gonna deny it, but I also don't wanna make her start losing layers by accident." Yang countered before Yin closed the door.
"We can't take her with us out here. It's kind of a rule, but if you want to have some fun with her she'll be back in the house, if you want her to be."
"Let's just keep moving." Yang spoke quickly. "What else is out here?"
"Well, since you wanna take some time to practice, I know the spot to do it." Yin walked over to another door and opened it, revealing a dojo interior she walked into with Yang following. "Remember when you really got into fighting and asked dad to train you?"
"How could I forget?" she looked around the place. "I used to beg dad to train me every single day and night, got so bad he made me take breaks when I wouldn't eat or sleep. I didn't wanna waste any time, just get strong as soon as possible."
"Well just like how you trained back then, you can do the same here." smirked Yin before making a ball appear in her hand, before promptly hurling it at Yang. "Catch!"
"Woah!" Yang quickly brought her hands out, but when it made contact with her, she stumbled back since it felt as heavy as a bowling ball and nearly let it hit her ribs. "Oof!"
"See? You gotta think fast just like with training, but using your mind." smirked Yin while Yang dropped the ball as it broke through the floor. "Alright, this time try to imagine something and throw it at me, but don't say what it is."
"Yeah, right. Give me a sec." She closed her eyes and tried to think of something, and pictured a pillow. "Alright, here goes!" she threw it at Yin who raised an eyebrow and casually stepped aside.
"Come now Yang, you can throw something bigger than that."
"Cut me some slack I'm just starting."
"Maybe you just need some... incentive." Yin smiled before snapping her fingers and made Blake appear dressed in a black two piece cheerleader uniform with yellow trim, two yellow pom poms and a big yellow "Y" on her top.
"Go Yang go!" The counterfeit Blake cheered jumping in the air.
"Ok, now you're just trying to distract me." Yang sweatdropped.
"Hey, who can resist a cute girl cheering them on?" Yin shrugged. "Now try to imagine something else to throw."
"I'm trying! But it's not that easy."
"You have to want it Yang." Yin spoke before getting an idea. 'She'll definitely be mad at me for this one, but I don't think I have a choice."
"I do!" spoke Yang closing her eyes and thinking of various objects, but unable to pick the right one.
'Sorry about this Yang.' Yin thought before discreetly waving her hand.
The imaginary Blake let out a scream making Yang turn to her. She was being held by Cinder who held a knife to the fake Faunus' throat.
"Yang! Help me!"
"Time to die pussycat."
Her instincts instantly took over and before she knew what happened, Yang had driven her fist right into Cinder's face, smashing in and sending Cinder through the wall. Her hair was lit up, eyes red, and gritted her teeth as she panted before slowly realizing what happened. "Wha… what the hell was that?"
"You sprang into action without even thinking is what happened. You wanted to hurt Cinder because you see her as a threat, and you wanted to protect Blake because you care for her."
"But….how did that happen? I didn't imagine Cinder to show….up." The piece came into place before she scowled at Yin. "You! You were the one who did it!"
"I had to see if you'd act as I thought you would." she replied before jumping back when Yang lunged at her and swung her fist.
"Of course I would act like that! I would never stand there and let one of my friends die because of that witch! She's the one who started the whole reason I'm in a coma! If she and those flunkies of hers never showed up, everything wouldn't have gone to Hell! Why would you torment me like that!?"
"I'm trying to help, but apparently the only times you actually want something bad enough are when you're angry or just plain horny." replied Yin who avoided another swing and held her hand up before a pillow appeared which blocked the next fist. "Which means that's something I can use to help you learn to master your own imagination." She grabbed Yang's arm and threw her out the door.
"Wah!" cried Yang who grabbed the edge of the doorway quickly while noting the solid ground under her was gone. "Woah!"
"Focus Yang!" Yin called leaping out over Yang and ran off into the white void. "Otherwise you'll fall behind!"
Yang scowled at the woman and shook her head. "Oh, real funny! I'll stay focused, on kicking your ass!" finding her footing Yang sprinted after her double. "Get back here and take your beating like a man!"
"That's it, you're doing great! But let's see you try this one!" Ying grabbed a door and flung it at Yang like a frisbee.
Yang let out a roar and smashed it with her fists.
The pieces then went back to the position where Yin took it from and reformed into a door.
"Come on! Is that all you got? Anyone can break a door with their bare fists!" she said, grabbing two more and holding them up like it was nothing. "Get creative!"
Yang growled as the doors were thrown, making her more angry as she smashed them while wishing she had something big, hard, heavy, and painful to chuck at Yin just to make her quit running. As she gripped her fist she felt like she was gripping an invisible club. Without thinking about it she threw it.
Though it could not be seen it was obvious something struck Yin, sending her crashing through a door, with a lock on it.
Yang slowed down and looked at her hand with surprise, then back where Yin fell before running over while the other her groaned and rubbed her head.
"Oooh, did you just throw something?"
"I… I think I did." Yang said before taking note of where they were. It looked like the bathroom at her home yet it was filled with steam. "Where are we?"
One look around and Yin gasped. "Oh god no."
"What? What is it?"
"We're in the repressed memory of when you saw dad step out of the shower!"
"WHAT?!" she screamed, both of them hearing the faucet get turned off along with a hum.
"Ah, a nice hot shower is just what I needed." Taiyang said before opening the curtain.
"AHHHHHH!" screamed Yin and Yang since the man was bare butt naked and bolted out the door.
"MY EYES! I'M BLIND!" Yang screamed.
"I TOLD YOU ABOUT THE LOCKED DOORS! I TOLD YOU!" Yin scolded, rubbing her own eyes. "OH GOD IT BURNS!"
Meanwhile in the waking world we continue our story in the blistering desert.
Blake looked out across the sand, thankful the caravan moving provided a light breeze. Although for others it wasn't wasn't quite enough.
"Ugh, I'm frying!" Alex said on his stomach.
"Keep it together bro." June stated slouching in her seat trying not to look like the heat was getting to her.
"But it feels like we're being cooked alive." Alex groaned before looking over at Blake who seemed to be perfectly fine. "How are you not broiling Blake?"
"Mind over matter." she replied without turning, making him stare at her before deadpanning.
"That stuff is fake." Alex scoffed.
"No it just takes concentration." Blake replied. "Just think of a time when you were cold and happy."
"Like the time you walked in on the guys showering and they thought you were a girl." chuckled June. "They ran out like their asses were on fire."
"It wasn't my fault they hadn't gotten used to me yet!" Alex griped puffing his cheeks.
"Just try to focus on something cool, and block out your worry about the heat." Blake replied. "The more you focus on the heat the more it bothers you."
"Uggggggh...ok, I'll try." Alex said, closing his eyes and began to think. He tried to think about ice cream, a cooler, winter, anything cold.
"Hey remember that one winter we spent in that cabin and we spent the whole day sledding?"
"Yeah." Alex let out with a smile.
"And how every time we hit the bottom we'd get snow all over our faces?" June laughed at the memory. "Your nose was so red mom freaked out thinking you lost it."
"Yeah, even called me her reindeer."
"That would have been funny if you were a deer Faunus instead of a dog." Blake remarked.
"It was still cute."
"And now the heat doesn't seem so bad right?"
"Well, I guess it feels a LITTLE bit cooler." Alex admitted.
"See? Mind over matter."
"Yeah well these cloaks only help so much." Alex stated.
"It would if any of the guys were here try to frisk you." remarked June with a frown. "Although I bet you'd like that."
"Hey!" Alex blurted beating his fists on his sister's arm with little effect.
Blake shook her head with amusement while the old man made his way over.
"I hope you kids are alright back there."
"Yeah, these two are just messing around, but other than that we're holding up." The cat faunus replied. "Is there something wrong?"
"Oh no, I merely came by to ask if you three have ever been to Vacuo."
"Can't say that I have honestly."
"Nope."
"No way dude."
"Well than let this old man give you an idea so you're better prepared." He spoke before taking a nearby seat. "You see, Vacuo right now is a place you could get lost in. There's one large road going through the center which is filled with the market that anyone can access. The surrounding alleys however are labyrinths due to the area expanding and growing over time."
"Sounds like a serial killer's paradise."
"Well it does have numerous shady people living there. Thankfully though it also has Grimm Watch, it's a partnership between the local authorities and low huntsman to help keep the city safe from Grimm." The old man replied.
"There's also no real government like other places. Shade Academy itself is the true governing body of order and law."
"I thought that was Atlas?" Alex questioned. "At least that's what my mom told us."
"It's the same there as well. Currently, General Ironwood holds two of the five seats on the Atlesian counsel.
"I heard he's so strict they say he's got a stick up his ass."
"You have no idea." Blake cuts in. "He's so bad my friend's uncle actually nicknamed him General Morningwood."
June broke into a fit of laughter while Alex giggled.
"And his niece? Someone you do NOT want to piss off." smiled Blake, but quickly lost it at the reminder of what happened. "I probably did it worst of all..."
"How bad can she be?"
"It's best if you don't find out." Blake replied. "But I will say this. She's known to many as...the Bloody Rose."
"The Bloody Rose!?" Alex paled. "The crazy serial killer said to look like a normal girl!?"
"She's not really a serial killer. She's just a kid, she's seen things that fractured her mind."
"How are you still alive!?"
"Mostly because of her sister."
"But I thought she ate her sister after carving out the hearts of a hundred huntsmen?"
Blake looked at Alex with bewilderment trying to find her voice. "...where in the name of the gods did you hear that?"
"Lots of people talked about her at our old combat school." June replied with Alex frantically nodding. "Some of them even said they nearly escaped her when she promised to take their fingers to make into a necklace."
"Well that last one I can probably see her saying." Blake remarked "But I can safely say she's not THAT unhinged."
"Sooo...she didn't eat her sister?"
"No, but she does have a huge sweet tooth like you wouldn't believe." Blake replied and turned to look out the window. "Her sister's really strong, keeps her on a tight..." She trailed off when she suddenly saw something out on the sand. It was a cat with blond fur and violet eyes. It stared at her as they passed it by making her sit up. "Hey wait! There's a cat out there!"
"What?" Alex said walking over.
Blake looked at the dog faunus and pointed. "Right there, you can't miss it."
"Well you say that but..." he remarked looking out to the desert. "I don't see anything but sand."
"What?" Blake looked to the desert and saw the cat had completely vanished. "I could have sworn-"
"Maybe it was just a mirage." June shrugged.
"If so this is the first I heard of someone seeing a cat mirage." The old man stated. "Most of the time people claim to see an oasis but as they get closer I disappear. That is a mirage. The trick to telling a mirage from an oasis is the plant life surrounding it. No plants, no water."
"Maybe it was just my imagination." Blake scratched her head
"Well you won't need to worry much longer, we're almost there."
"That was fast." Blake said.
"Hey, I'm not complaining." June said. "The sooner we get to Vacuo the better."
With that the three of them got up and made their way to the top of the vehicle to get a better look.
"There it is children." Spoke the old man. "The City of Vacuo."
One look at the kingdom and the three were far from impressed. It had what looked like worn down or wrecked walls around the edges with numerous tents and patched together homes. A large wall seemed to run across parallel to them with water going down the sides, but what they could see is most of the city looked like a giant labyrinth with numerous alleys going all over the place, but there was a big enough path going down the center which lead to a tall temple like building with several floors to it in the center.
"Wow...what a dump." June grimaced.
"I'm sure it looks better inside." Alex spoke optimistically.
"Yeah, we shouldn't judge it harshly. Otherwise we'd start sounding like people from Atlas." remarked Blake.
The caravan moved towards the City and came to a stop around the outer wall.
The trio watched a number of men leave their vehicles sounding excited.
"What's with them?" June questioned.
The old man groaned before calling out to them men. "Hold it you lot, you're not going anywhere until we get everything situated and sorted out!"
The men groaned in annoyance and returned to their respective vehicles.
"It happens everytime we get to Vacuo and they can only focus on one thing."
"Which is?" Blake questioned.
"Belly dancers."
"Oh you've gotta be kidding." groaned June facepalming.
"I'm afraid not. The desert puts one in such peril that once you're safe and relaxed all you can think about is finding someone to take to bed to ease your aching muscles."
"Alex, don't get any ideas." June said pointing a finger to her brother.
"Hey! Why do you assume it's me? What about you?"
"Because you're the one in the frilly dress." June raised an eyebrow. "You'd either wanna stare, or see if you can try their outfits on."
Alex huffed and turned away from his sister.
"I rest my case."
"Hey old timer," Blake spoke. "I just realized we never got your name."
"You just said it."
"Said what?"
"What you just said."
"I said what."
"No, not that."
"Not what?"
"Not that."
"Yeah, you already said that."
"Are you as lost as me?" Alex questioned June.
"Oh yeah."
Blake shook her head and sighed. "Ok, let's try this again. What is your name?"
"Old Timer, I thought I made that obvious."
"Seriously?" Blake questioned.
"I made a lot of enemies in my life." The old man stated. "Faked my death multiple times. Even had to cut off a few times to make some of them convincing."
"I...well, I hope it worked out." she replied awkwardly.
"Trust me it's better that you don't know my real name. For my well being, and your own."
he remarked before walking off. "Have a nice day you three, be wary though, only the strong can keep their heads on around here."
"Won't be a problem for us." June shrugged.
With that the three of them looked around the area, noting a few people staring at them, with the ratio of people on the streets looking half human and half Faunus.
"June." Alex whined worried for their safety.
"Relax bro, they're just sizing us up."
"That's what has me scared."
"Just stay close, don't show weakness and they'll ignore us."
The three of them stayed close and tried not to stare back or stand out.
Suddenly a man wearing bronze body armor stepped in front of them. "Hold on there pally. If you want in the city you gotta pay the toll." He said before giving Alex the eye. "Your little friend there will cover it."
"Toll? What toll?" frowned June moving in between Alex and the man with a glare. "I don't see a gate, which means we can walk around if we want."
Blake saw some of the surrounding men reach for their weapons and readied herself for a fight.
"If you're tough enough to reach Vacuo, you must have something real good on you."
June looked at the man before smirking "Well, we do have this one trick. Alex, hammer time."
"Right!" spoke Alex before spreading out his arms and making a fist with each one before June reached down and grabbed him by the ankles. Upon contact Alex turned into solid crystal.
The man's eyes widened as June held her brother up and pulled him back.
"Here's your pay!" She swung with all her might sending the man flying smack into the wall. He made an indent and dropped down, causing the nearby people to draw their weapons.
"Settle down!" Called the old man walking up to the commotion.
"Buzz off old man."
"I will not stand by and let you harm these children." he frowned with Blake, June, and Alex thinking he was crazy.
"Famous last words you old goat!" A man in his mid-twenties taking a swing at the old timer who blocked it with his cane. The next thing anyone knew the younger man was blown back. He bounced along the ground before skidding to a halt.
"...what?" Blake let out, wide eyed as the old man spun his cane around himself with expert ease before slamming it down on the sand.
"I'm going to give you young ones a last chance. Don't cause trouble, or I'll show you just how quick I am to pop your collar bone off." The old man said, cracking his neck.
The males around looked uneasy before putting their weapons away and walked off while anyone around who didn't get involved watched or ignored without anything seeming like a big deal.
"Duuude." June breathed in awe releasing Alex who returned to normal. "How did you do that?"
"It's all thanks to my semblance, Repulsion." The old man replied. "Upon taking a physical attack the force ripples through my body inward. I have the ability to magnify and redirect the force back to its point of origin. Turning my opponent into a projectile."
"No wonder you made a lot of enemies."
"That, and half the time I ended up blowing my opponent's arms off. That was always quite messy." he nodded to himself before clearing his throat. "Anyways, you three best keep your guards up. It can be risky for newcomers here, so I would recommend you go straight to Shade Academy. If any of you wish to be students and become registered hunters, that's where you want to go."
"Sounds good." June nodded.
"And keep an eye out for pick pocketing."
"No problem here, I don't have pockets." Grinned Alex.
"Just a skirt that anyone can look under." remarked June under her breath.
"If it's all the same with you I think I'm going to avoid the academy altogether." Blake said. "Given what I need to do, it might seem suspicious if I start bringing up the White Fang around the main spot full of trained hunters."
"So what? You're just gonna go off and wander around here hoping to find others who will listen and NOT backstab you?"
"I'm stealthier than I look." she remarked before looking around at the various alleyways, feeling unease about them as she turned to the two. "It was nice meeting you two, I wish you the best of luck."
"Same to you Blake." Alex waved
"Try not to get stuffed and mounted." joked June.
"That's not something you joke about her." The old man said. "There are quite many fellows who have quite the unusual taste around these parts."
Blake grimaced and tried not to think too much. She just focused on one alley and marched towards it. "Okay time to focus on recruiting." She kept her eyes and ears perked while walking by people who didn't stare.
"yoo-hoo." A voice called out, making Blake turn to see a belly dancer standing in front of a building. With the usual pink veil over the mouth, dark tanned skin, white hair done up in a pony tail with matching baggy pants. "You lost sweetie? Need some help?"
"Maybe? I'm new in town." Blake said, examining the woman. "Who are you?"
"You can call me Mizune." She replied. "And I couldn't help but feel like you could use some help." She grabbed Blake by her hand and pulled her into the door.
"Hey wait!" Blake cried before finding herself sitting on the floor propped up on finely embroidered pillows while surrounded by more women. All of them dressed the same way and eyeing her, unnerving her. "Uh...hi."
"Well, what's a cute little thing like you doing all the way here in Vacuo?" One girl asked leaning in uncomfortably close.
"That's on a need to know basis."
"Ooh, secretive type. I love a good mystery." chuckled one of them while another lightly rubbed Blake's ears making her jump and cover them.
"Hey! Don't do that!"
"Aw, no need to be shy." Another said grabbing a goblet and a jug. "Here have some wine."
"I think I'll pass." Blake replied holding up her hands defensively. "I'm not even old enough to drink."
"Don't be shy, we won't tell if you won't." Said Mizune. "You can trust your fellow faunus."
"Wait, you're Faunus?" Blake questioned with surprise.
Mizune reached for her veil and removed it to show her mouse-like nose. "Of course we are." She replied. "This is a Faunus only establishment."
Blake blinked and looked at the other girls before they all moved their veils to show they each had mouse noses with a few even poking out small mouse ears from their hair. "Well this is kind of ironic. A cat caught and cornered by mice."
"Yup~" They sang together before giggling.
'That's not creepy at all.' Blake thought before clearing her throat. "Well then since I found you I was hoping to discuss matters concerning the White Fang."
All the girls went wide eyed before crossing their arms and turned their heads. "Nope."
"My sisters and I want nothing to do with those terrorists." Mizune stated. "So if you're here to try and recruit us the door is that way."
"No no no. We call those creeps the Blood Fang. I'm her on behalf of the true white fang, there is a massive difference." she clarified with her hands up. "I know it sounds weird, but I came here to try and gather more Faunus who stand by the real message the true White Fang was made for. Not to instill fear or terror in humans, but to try and make a future where Faunus and humans can live side by side without any problems."
"Hmmmm..." Mizune squinted giving Blake a sceptical look. "Family huddle!"
All the women moved away from Blake and over in a huddle away from her. The cat faunus could hear them whispering amongst themselves and saw some glance back at her. She tried to be discreet, keeping her hands near her lap and near her weapon while glancing around the place for an exit, just in case. "These girls might look helpless, but I can't underestimate them."
Slowly the sisters all broke apart and retook their spots. "Okay, we're in."
"Wait, really?"
"Yeah," Mizune nodded "Vacuo is great and all but to be honest-"
"It stinks."
"It's hot."
"It's a mess."
"It's cramped."
"It can drive you mad."
"Yeah, all that." Mizune spoke. "So tell us, just what would it mean to be part of your White Fang?"
"Nothing really, we just want to spread our message far and wide."
"And?"
"And what?"
"Do we travel around like nomads?"
"Do we get weapons?"
"Do we have to keep dressing like this?"
"What are the rules on fornication with other members?"
"Uh...well..." Blake tried wrapping her head around all the questions being thrown at her. 'I didn't think about that ahead of time! All I got was as far as finding more Faunus to turn to the cause! It was easy with Sun and Velvet since they were already with me, but I never prepared myself for that many questions.' She took a deep breath to calm herself and put her mind to work.
And was coming up with a blank.
"Hold on girls." Mizune spoke to the others. "There's one question we should be asking before anything else. Just how much is this going to cost us?"
"Cost? It doesn't cost anything to join a good cause."
"Well that's good at least."
"As for the other questions...I'm sorry to say I have no idea. I mean you can pretty much do what you want as long as it doesn't go against our group's ideals." she tried to explain. "The whole point of the group is to show people we can work together as equals. Which means we don't go around and senselessly kill or hurt people. Self defense is alright, but attacking innocent people who haven't done anything is NOT what we want to do."
"What about...Dust?"
"I...I don't know what you mean." Blake spoke.
"What I mean is would you be able to make use of some extra dust?" Mizune questioned.
"What do you mean?"
The girls moved from their spots before pulling a rug from the floor. Mizune then grabbed a crowbar from a vase and pried up a loose stone from the floor. Below the stone was a hidden staircase.
"Follow us."
'Yeah this isn't doesn't scream red flag at all.' thought Blake before the sisters began to make their way down the stairs.
At the bottom of the stairs was the entrance to a hidden storeroom with shelves cram packed with dust of all kinds.
"Wow." Blake was dumbstruck at all the volume of the dust. "How did you get all this?"
"Well we may have had a few customers that were shall we say less than legitimate. A few cups of wine and...well as they say loose lips sink ships, and possibly give away a few hidden cache locations in the process." remarked one with a few others nodding. "We've had all this in storage just in case of an emergency. What kind? We don't know, but it doesn't hurt to save up."
"This is... amazing."
"So will this be enough to help the cause?"
"More than enough." she smiled.
"Great! This calls for a celebration."
Mizune called out putting a hand on blake's shoulder. "Break out the wine girls!"
Her sisters moved over to a shelf to grab a tall bottle with Blake holding up a hand.
"It's alright. as long as you're eighteen it's legal."
"Uh...well...maybe one glass."
"Yay!" The girls cheered.
Meanwhile, Yang groaned and shivered, wishing she had something to get rid of the image. "Please tell me it can be repressed again."
"Already on it." spoke Yin who closed her eyes and reformed the door, forming a new lock, or two, on the handle. "Whew, that's better. I completely forgot what's behind this door."
"Same, but I do still know I never want to go in there again." spoke Yang who glared at Yin who noticed it.
"Okay, I'm sorry I did what I did, but hey now you got a better handle on your imagination. That's good right?" Yin smiled before Yang slugged her arm. "Ow! Punk!"
"Never again, understand?"
"Ok ok, sheesh."
Yang huffed and crossed her arms. "Which means if you do? I'll really use my imagination, but you won't like it."
"Fine, I'll try a more pleasant method."
"Good, now you can answer a question I've got. Did YOU make Ruby earlier act like a wild beast?" questioned Yang.
"Well...I might have, but I'm not sure." Yin lied.
"What do you mean you're not sure? You either did or you didn't."
"Hey, even I have trouble controlling my abilities here. I can't help if I see her as a little monster. I'm the part of you that can only see her as a manipulative little beast and when any replica of her my power gets away from me and makes her into what I see her. It's part of my very being."
Yang growled and raised up a fist before swinging it down, feeling something break and heard it. "You're lucky that wasn't your head."
"Well, on the plus side, you're starting to get it."
"Yeah….and I have something else in mind." Yang closed her eyes and focused with Yin hearing a distinct sound of something coming at her.
"Wait, what-OOF!" she let out, feeling something huge crash into her and swing up, sending her flying backwards before bouncing along the ground.
"Look out, wrecking ball." Yang casually remarked opening her eyes. "Let that be a lesson to you."
"Duly….noted." she groaned sitting up. "Okay I think we're done here. Let's get back to the subconscious for more training. Just head that way until you see the front door of your house." Yin said and pointed the way. "I'll catch up with you in a minute."
Yang turned and slowly walked the way while giving Yin a sharp look over her shoulder.
Once Yang let her guard down and was far enough away, Yin's expression turned dark before she looked over at a door. She got up then walked over and opened it. Inside was a memory of when Yang was young. It was from a Christmas party long ago and she was helping baby Ruby unwrap her gifts. Yin scowled and closed the door. In an instant she made a lock appear on the knob. "You'll thank me for this Yang. I'll make you forget all about that little freak, one memory at a time."
Yang scratched her hair, feeling irked, but brushed it off as she reached the door and walked back inside the house. "Man, that was irritating."
"Welcome back Yang." smiled the imaginary Raven walking out from the kitchen. "Are you feeling hungry dear, I have lunch ready."
"Not right now mom, I need some alone time to focus, and calm down. Yin and I had...a scuffle."
"Oh dear, is everything alright?" she asked in worry.
"It's fine. We worked it out, sort of." she replied before going over to the couch to sit down. She closed her eyes and held her hands together, trying to focus her mind and control her breathing. Of course the fact that the couch was so lumpy that it hurt her butt wasn't helping. "I always hated this lumpy old thing. I wish I could have gotten dad to spring for that new one. It was so soft and clean." She started to think about the new couch before suddenly it materialised in place of the old one. She jumped and looked down, giving it a feel. "Woah...did I do that?"
"Yup."
"Wah!" she jumped, whirling around and saw Yin standing behind her with a smile.
"Nice job, you're starting to get the hang of it." she gave a thumbs up with Yang patting her chest.
"Don't do that next time."
"Sorry, didn't mean to scare you. So what are you going to do next?"
"What do you mean?"
"Oh come on, you make a sweet new couch and just stop? Think bigger girl, you can turn this place into a mansion. Ooh! Or better yet if you want we can move out of here and make Beacon your home."
"Let's not go crazy. I didn't even intend for the couch to change, but…."
"But you wanted it to. That's what I've been trying to tell you. In here if you want it bad enough it's yours. That's the beauty of the imagination." smirked Yin while floating upward. "Don't think so much, and want it. Once you get the hang of it, you can go as wild as you want."
"Okay. Let's see, what do I want?"
"How about Weiss and her sister as 19th century maids?" Yin suggested. "With their upbringing and sense of fashion, you can't tell me the idea of them in maid outfits hasn't crossed your mind."
Yang said nothing for a moment before turning around. Seconds later Winter and Weiss appeared in the aforementioned outfits.
"Good day Miss Xiao Long," they said with a bow. "How may we serve you today?"
"Ok, I just know the real Weiss would hit the roof if she saw this." Yang snickered.
"Starting to have fun are we?" Yin questioned with a grin.
"I will, after this." she cleared her throat. "Alright girls, I want you two to go ahead and get me and my twin here some of those fancy scones."
"Your wish is our command." The two said bowing to the blondes. They turned and walked away while Yang smiled.
"Wonder how good they'll taste."
"As good as you can imagine them. It's up to you." Yin reminded. "Just try not to go crazy too soon. If you make them too good, then anything else is gonna feel like a downgrade, and if you make all of it taste the same, then it's just gonna be bland. Now, let's discuss your crush on Blake a little more."
"Really?" Yang gave her a deadpanned look.
"Do I hear wedding bells?" Raven questioned playfully while leaning in close.
"N-No!" Yang blushed. "We're just friends! F-r-i-e-n-d-s!"
"Oh please. After what I showed you earlier?" Yin remarked. "Admit it, you got the hots for that pussy."
"There is a big difference between thinking a friend is hot and wanting to do THAT! Especially when she's pretty much already spoken for! Did you forget about Sun or did you coincidentally forget?"
"Oh I haven't forgotten, but who says you can't fantasize about what could have been?" Yin smirked. "Why you could even go farther if you REALLY wanna unwind. After all, remember that conniving witch Cinder? She might be the one who got you in this situation, but you gotta admit, she is smoking. Do you get it yet? In here you can sleep with people other than your sister and it doesn't even count as cheating because they're not real?"
"Oh god, please don't bring up Ruby when telling me something like that. I do NOT wanna take a chance at a naked Ruby and me doing…..that." Yang grimaced, shaking her head. Although what Yin was saying did sound a little enticing. "...if I DID do something like that, would you be able to keep our mom from seeing? I don't need to have an audience."
"Consider her gone." Yin replied giving Raven a gesture before the older woman went into another room. "And the walls are soundproof, fyi."
"Okay, great." she closed her eyes to try and focus as hard as she could.
"Yang?" Blake's voice met the blonde's ears making her open her eyes and look upon a perfect copy of Blake.
"Blake?" Yang marveled at how easy it was to summon the replica of the Faunus compared to everything else she tried.
"Are you alright? You look a little tense." The faux Blake said leaning in close with her hands on her legs. "Do you need a massage?"
"Uh...Well, I… wouldn't say no to one." Yang replied.
"I'll take care of you." Blake smiled and moved behind Yang with a strut in her step and began rubbing her shoulders.
"Ah, yeah, that's the spot." sighed Yang feeling her shoulders relax.
The schnee sisters returned with large trays of scones ready to eat. "Your treats Miss Xiao Long."
"Mhh. Thank you girls, you can go now."
Both of them bowed and walked away as Yang picked one up and took a bite from it. "Hmm, buttery and flaky, just like I imagined."
"Want me to rub you lower?" Blake asked.
"Sure, go for it." Yang replied before feeling Blake started rubbing down her back making her shiver with a smile.
"I could rub your back all day Yang."
"Go nuts, I won't stop ya." Yang replied.
"Ugh, you are so vanilla." Griped Yin. "Come on, we both know you could do way more steamy stuff."
"Hey I wanna take it slow. Is that so wrong?"
"Yes, yes it is. Let's at least give her a better look." With a flick of her wrist Yin put the Blake copy in blank lingerie complete with garter belt and stockings. "See? Now it's a massage with style." she said with a smirk.
"You just gotta have things your way don't ya?"
"Technically your way, so yes." Yin replied smugly.
Yang rolled her eyes and sighed in relief when Blake started rubbing the lower portion of her back with her getting goosebumps. "Okay I'll admit, this is great."
"Although probably not half as good as your 'alone time' back when you were younger. Remember, the special baths you took when no one was home?"
"You already have the answer to that." Yang replied, waving her hand. "Tell me something though. Why haven't you made a Blake for yourself? Must be pretty boring just watching."
"Trust me, if I tried to make one, it'd be too much for you." Yin smirked. "I'm just barely keeping myself from jumping this one's bones."
"...you know I can believe that. But how would...that work with me here exactly? I never popped my cherry."
"You know what it feels like to share a bed with someone, you know Blake's body from how tight her clothes are, and you know what it's like to hit your peak. Just put all that together and get down."
"Still feels awkward and weird."
The next morning in Vacuo Blake was roused from her slumber by the light of the sun. She groaned in annoyance with a splitting headache.
"Ow...what...happened?" She slurred easing herself um into a sitting position. She put a hand to her head while noting her body felt...off. Her clothes where much loser and lighter than she remembered. She looked down and went wide eyed when she saw she was wearing the same dancer clothing as all the other sisters, all of whom were sleeping. "What happened last night?"
She saw several bottles around them and figured it out real quick. "Oh fuck me."
"Mmmm..." Mizune stirred. "What happened?" She asked rubbing her eyes.
"I had too much to drink." remarked Blake.
"Oh yeah." Mizune let out before smiling. "Man you were really fun hammered."
"Fun what?"
"Hammered. You wound up drunk off the whine and really cut loose." One of the sisters said while stretching.
"And boy did you cut loose." Another said with a giggle. "You started taking your clothes off, speaking gibberish, and even climbed around the shelves like a regular house cat."
"Oh my God." Blake groaned.
"That's not all you did." Mizune said. "You also got really clingy and nibbled on my ear."
"Oh gods!" she cried with a red face as the woman gave a sly grin.
"You looked ready to jump me too, someone's got a naughty side~" Mizune said moving behind Blake putting her hands on the cat faunus' shoulders.
Blake shivered while tensing up. "N-No I don't. It was all the wine."
"Yah right!" All the mouse sisters let out before breaking out into a fit of laughter.
Blake looked down with her ears flattening and feeling mortified. 'somebody kill me.'
"Don't worry, you make it look good." Mizune said. "The only really odd thing you did was see cats that weren't even there."
"Wait, I did?" Blake looked at her with intrigue.
"Yeah, you kept on trying to follow one around, but there wasn't any. Even got angry when you kept pointing to the corner and said 'It's right there! I'm looking at it!'."
"It was really weird." Said another of the sisters.
"Super weird."
"Totally weird."
"Ugh, that's it. I'm never touching anything with alcohol in it again."
"If you say so." shrugged Mizune as Blake moved to grab her clothes, which were strewn all around. "But you'll be missing out on some really good stuff."
"I really doubt that." Blake replied dryly. "If you'll excuse me, I have to get going."
"Off to look for more silver eyed cats?" Mizune teased
"No I...wait did you say silver eyed?"
"Yeah the cat you said you saw was red with silver eyes."
Blake looked at her in befuddlement and shook her head. "I was more out of it than I thought." She said before rubbing her head.
"Well just be careful out there, a cute thing like you wandering Vacuo would give a lot of people some not so pretty ideas."
"Yeah I got that."
"Bye bye Blake~" sang the sisters at once.
Blake shuddered and rushed out the door. 'I swear all of them are doing that just to give me the creeps!' She thought before taking a deep breath to calm her nerves. "Okay back to the mission at hand.
With that she headed out of the shop and down the alley, unaware of a pair of eyes spotting her.
"Well well. Isn't this a surprise." the person remarked while Emerald stepped out of the shadows slightly with a smirk. 'Looks like I found the little stray that ran off from home.'

Before anyone gets ahead of themselves, let me make this clear. Pairings for the characters have already been decided. It was decided long ago when the story was being started, so let me say this once. There is NOT gonna be Bumblebee or White Rose. So I don't wanna hear people chiming up who they wanna see together or get mad because Team RWBY isn't gonna have lovey dovey relationships together. If you complain or got a problem with it? You're free to stop right here. Yes this chapter has some teasing stuff, but that's all it is. Again, pairings were made up with when the story was starting, and I'm not changing it.
