Author's notes….

As always, the original copyright holders retain their rights, and this is intended for the non-commercial enjoyment of the readers. Comments and reviews are always welcome, as long as they bear in mind that I am not a perfect typist, do not always get timelines right, muddle items from manga and anime without regard for canon, and have other personal quirks like my low sense of humour. I plan on staying on the ecchi side of things, but these last few entries are definitely mature in outlook.

Of course, in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and most of the readers sitting around at home (Me? I'm working from home and haven't had my muses whacking me across the back of my head and telling me to write!), I have been madly reading everyone else's stories and not working on my own.

For those of you who (like me) tend to look at what others are reading), I have some recommendations, just to show how much of the last two (shit! FIVE) months has been consumed by re-reading and new items to be read:

There's a massive collection by Nigelcat1, almost 70 short stories, all on Harry Potter. Lots of bashing of the usual characters, and some surprises. Good rollicking stories but short and often breaking off for another story when things get going. "Sorry About That Harry" is a good example of what the incomplete stories looks like.

Harry Potter and the Stay at St Mungo's by Natascope - Hermione's in danger from Voldemart and Harry has to rescue her, which sounds fairly typical but this does stand out from the crowd.

Another collection of 39 stories taken from a now-dead website, mostly being involving Ranma and Kechi Masaki (Tenchi Ryo anime), posted by tutcat. One Tenchi Muyo story that I recommend is "to late to say I love you by Kimberly", and one Ranma story is "Sex Slave Nibiki" which appears to be a compendium of authors adding chapters (content warning – MATURE).

Apologies to everyone who have been waiting for the next installment of "Harry's Harem" as I've jokingly referred to this story. The last update (Chapter 41) was back in March 2020 as my employer decided that half of our department would be working from home and a day later decided that since the load from half of us working from home did not ovreload our VPN setup, ALL of us (including me) wuld be working from home. Come July first, I then passed in my paperwork for my retirement, effective the first of December. It's now mid- January, and I've decided that I really should get working on my stories.

Rather than plowing away for a couple days, I'm going to publish the updated Author's Notes and what I have written in this chapter as of August 19th to let you all know that I am alive, and now am "Funemployed" for the foreseeable future.

- Crawley Transport bus stop, Three Brides Road, near the Granger residence -

Hermione stared to the timetable mounted on the bus stop sign, with everyone else standing around and looking at her becoming quite frustrated.

A cheerful voice coming from behind the crowd. "As I live and breathe, Hermione Granger not being able to understand a simple bus schedule! Better mark this in your diaries, everyone!"

Hermione's head snapped around and she sighed. "Okay, Angelina Hercegović. You're going to crow that this is not the published schedule and that they have not updated this one yet."
