2. Helping Whoever Needs it
The female Yautja woke up with a deep pain in her chest, it was her wound. She felt fine, though, as oddly enough some disinfected and stitched up her wounds. Her mask was off too, as she had a previous wound on her head; a scratch from a xenomorph, which he stitched up and disinfected as well. She pretended to sleep as she heard her prey enter and go into a washing room, hearing him take a shower and singing something about bones in the ocean. She heard him walk out, go into a bedroom of sorts, and he walked out with a fresh change of clothes. This is when she chose to strike, getting up and waiting for him to exit. As he walked out of the hallway into the living room, she charged at him and grabbed his neck, pushing him against a wall and holding him up one-handed.
She appeared to examine his skull, looking at him intently and examining his features. His face had strong features, a bushy soul patch, and soft and warm cheeks. She clicked her mandibles, then mumbling something in Yautja. However, she had compassion for him, somehow. He had saved her from a long and draining death, something her hunting partners wouldn't too. They would encourage her to self destruct. She sighed as she dropped him, Petris dropping to the ground and gasping for air, as she sat down on his couch holding her would. He stood up, and looked at her. "I didn't expect a thank you, but that was a little much, yeah?" He snarked at her. She crossed her arm and looked the other way, letting out a sassy "Hmph!" in response.
"Now, I imagine you're quite hungry, yes?" He asked her kindly. She was surprised in his gentle and soft tone, as she simply nodded. She watched as he opened what appeared to be a meat cooler, and brought out a 2 pound cut of pork. He cut it up into two sections, frying them both on a large pan. He seasoned them with salt and pepper, sprinkling on some lemon juice. He got both of their meals ready, placing her plate in front of her. She was surprised this ooman could cook that well, usually the male veterans of the clan did it the best to please their mates. Was...was he good mate material! She mentally slapped herself on the cheek, not wanting to be caught dead with a prey species as her mate! Right...?
He had provided utensils to her, which were quite similar to those on Yautja Prime. She was really hungry, and so she finished quite quickly, gracefully finishing. He took notice of this. "Let me get that for you." He told her, grabbing her plate and sliding it into his sink. He walked back to the couch, sitting down and finishing his meal with a rustic touch. "Do you need anything else?" He asked, looking at her. "No...I don't need anything else." She responded. He had a bit of a surprised look on his face, but he left it at that. "Why?" She asked him, looking at him. His gaze locked on hers. "Why what?" "Why...why did you save me?" She asked. "Well..." He paused, sighing. "It was second nature to me...I instinctively help those who need it much." He responded. "But I've been hunting you for so long...why save me when I tried to kill you?" "Because you were hurt, badly. And you needed help." He responded, putting his hand on her shoulder trying to comfort her. She looked down, before hugging him tightly.
"I can't thank you enough...thank you so much!" She screamed out, seeming to hug him even tighter than before. "Don't strangle me now..." He said, in reaction to her bear-hugging him. She seemed to reluctantly let go. He was confused as she appeared to mount him, then kissing him. It was short, as she brought her head back and giggled. She got off of him, playfully punching his shoulder. "What was that for...?" He asked. "I was just showing gratitude, ooman!" She answered. "You predators have weird ways to showing gratitude, then..." He remarked, sipping on some coffee he made earlier. Weird thing is, she lied. She wasn't showing gratitude, rather showing affection. She hoped he would take a hint, but it appeared to not show, as they just met.
"Well, it's been nice, but...I got work to do." He says, as he stands up, adjusting the collar of his jacket. She stands with him, grabbing her bio mask. "What are you doing?" He asks her. "Coming with you, obviously." She answers. "But...why?" He asks again. "I just...can't be left alone...not after what happened..." He listens, his expression deep of thought, thinking. "Listen...I know, but...you'll be fine here, okay? It's a small town, and people know to stay off my property." She listens, and reluctantly nods, before he puts on his service cap and opens the front door, exiting the house. She looks out the window and spots him getting into his car, igniting it and driving down the driveway and pulling into the paved road, driving away.
She felt that she could not be left alone, and hitched up a plan in her mind to be with him again. She giggles mischievously, before putting on her bio mask. A new hunt would begin, but she wouldn't claim his skull as her trophy. She would claim his affection as her trophy. She darted across the deciduous trees, following his car. She remembered she had set up a rope trap, which would snag and tighten around his ankles, holding him up in the air making him helpless. Finally, he saw her pull into the parking lot, as he made the final jump to enter the alley. She landed on the ground gracefully, walking to the back as she heard the rope trap snag and Petris scream "WHAT THE FUCK?!" as he as pulled into the air.
She strolled to the front, giggling as she saw her prey dangle in the air. She walked up to him, crouching to look him in the face. "You know I said I couldn't be alone~!" She declares. "What?" He nervously asks. She doesn't answer. She reaches to a pouch on the side of her belt. She gets out a syringe, with a dark red liquid inside of it. She pierces his neck with the needle, injecting the drug into him. "Nnngh..." He grunts out as he feels the syringe enter and exit. Immediately, his vision begins to blur and distort. "Now, I'll claim my prize~..." She mischievously declares, as the drug takes full effect and he passes out.
