The people of Tokyo were shocked to see a metallic monster appear on their screens. Some recognised it as the creature that had attacked the hospital at the same time Takamoto Konishii had disappeared. "People of Earth. I speak to you as the saviour of this planet. For the past few months, we have been assaulted by creatures of an evil force that seeks to subsume our world and make it her kingdom. I myself was a victim of this previously, in my former life as Takamoto Konishii. But I intend to stop that, at a price. I have stolen a prototype device that, with the power I have given it, will wipe out all life on this planet, including the evil force I speak of. But don't worry, I have a way to save you from this oblivion. If you proceed to the address I have hidden in this video, then I will provide a way to preserve you for a later resurrection. You have three days." With that said, the transmission returned to the sports report.
The next day, Haruka was going through a recording of the incident, looking for the address. "Still trying to find some clue?", Michiru asked as she was reading today's newspaper, which was reporting in the disappearance of Itsuki Alice. Barely any mention was made of the hijacked broadcast, save for a small article in the entertainment section, suggesting it was a publicity stunt for a movie or anime. "Luckily. The media is totally clueless about this whole thing."
"It's been a week since we so much as hear a peep from Takamoto.", Haruka reminded her partner. "We find one of his two remaining henchwomen dead in a ditch and then he makes this broadcast. If only we knew where to go, then I could probably help him."
"We could try asking Sailor Ojou again.", Michiru suggested. "After all, until we can figure out how to restore her, she's not doing much else."
"No, she'd probably just continue spouting beauty puns at us.", Haruka said dismissively. "For now, Replakor could be hidden anywhere within sight." She then had a realisation. "He hid his location in the video, right?" She pulled up the video online and began rewinding it from pause. "That means that if I keep scrubbing, I should - there." She stopped the video on a shot that prominently displayed an address.
"That's in the industrial district, isn't it?", Michiru realised. "We should get the other Sailors to help us stop him. That way we can get through his forces more easily."
Haruka shook her head. "We don't even know where to look for them, or who they are. We'll have to make do with his former minions if we need backup. And we still need to spend the time until he's ready preparing."
In his hideout, Replakor stood in front of his army of Cybernoids, observing his newest created servant. She wore a costume with a yellow fishtail, a hood shaped like a fish's head and a brassiere that looked like two pink fish kissing each other. Like all Phages, her outfit featured a sailor collar. Her face was covered in heavy make-up, giving her the appearance of white skin with thick red lipstick. Her name was Sailor Buri and she was born from Alice Itsuki, who had deciphered his hint and accepted his offer. "So, how do you feel my new servant?"
"I feel so free.", Sailor Buri squeed. "Now I've got the best looks of them all."
"Nice Phage you've created there." Replakor turned to see a woman with long wavy blue hair that reaches almost to her ankles with blue eyes to match and pale skin. She was dressed in a sky blue high-low dress and a lilac ribbon down her face. "Perhaps you'd be interested in cutting a deal?"
Replakor snarled. "You're that girl who was helping the Sailors against that giant monster a few days ago. Why should I accept your help?"
"Oh that, that was simply an act.", the woman assured him. "Like you, we make plans that involve the creation of Phages by extracting Star Seeds. We're likely to be able to provide you with some more troops to defend yourself."
"Ah yes, I anticipate the regular Sailor Senshi will try and thwart my plan.", Replakor said in response. "Since my supplies of servants are low and as mentioned, the Senshi will try to thwart me, I accept your offer."
"Good, you won't regret this.", the woman assured him as she teleported away. Replakor not noticing the devious grin on her face.
