Rabb HouseNext Morning McLean Va,

Tommy's soft cry's came echoing through the baby monitor; Harm stirred in the bed pulling his tired body out. He reached down, picked up his boxers pulling them on as he made his way out of the room down the hallway to the nursery.

As he entered Tommy's cry's had become a little louder. Reaching down he picked him, together they made their way over to the changing table. He laid his little boy down, and went about taking off his sleeper and soggy diaper. Tommy happily chewed on his fist.

Harm stoped, and just watched him. He realized for the first time, that there is a real possibility they might not get to keep him. They still had to wait on the court to make a ruling in Tommy's case. How would they handle it if the court ruled against them? Would they survive? How would Mac take it. Shaking his head, he cleared the thoughts from his head and went about changing him.

When he was done, he picked him up and headed back towards the bedroom in hopes that Mac had woken up. Upon entering he noticed he was right. "Is he okay?"

"Yes he is now, he was just wet, but I'm sure he's hungry as well.. I'll go get his..."

"Remember I can feed him now..." Mac said as she slipped off Harms shirt, and placed a pillow oh her lap, Harm handed him over. As soon as he did, Tommy latched on and began sucking away.

He made his way back over to his side of the bed, crawling back in and over next to Mac. He took both of them into his arms. He needed to feel close to them. He needed them in his arms. Mac picked up on the uneasiness in him.

"Talk to me Rabb?"

"I'm just worried , we've got a lot to handle."

"I'm worried to, I'm scared. I don't know what's going to happen on Monday. I only hope that it's nothing and that the doctor is overreacting."

"Do you really believe that?"

Signing; Mac lowered her head,"I don't know..."

(Ring Ring) - Harm reached over and picked up the phone. "Hello"

("Harm it's Bobbie, look I need to talk to you, I'm on my way over, we've got a problem with that photo that was snapped.")

"Bobbie now isn't a great time, can we please do this another..."

("No we can't, I've got to put this fire out now. I'll be there in 15 minutes.")

"Look Bobbie, like I said.."

("Harm this isn't up for a debate. I'll be at your apartment...")

"I don't live at the apartment anymore, myself and Mac moved a few weeks ago." Signing he put his head down and gave her the address to the house.

("I'll be there shortly.") Before Harm could answer she'd hung up. Harm grimaced hanging up the phone, than he threw it across the room. This made Mac jump and Tommy start to cry. Harm turned and retook his family into his arms. "I'm sorry I scared you guys. I'm just so sorry."

"It's okay, why is she coming?"

"Something about the photo?"

This now worried Mac, if the wrong people saw this, they might loose Tommy. She looked down at her son. "Harm what if the wrong people see that, and what if ..."

"I know baby; I've thought about that.I promise you I will not let that happen."

Lowering her head, she looked down at their baby son. "Did you tell her about him?"

Before Harm could answer; he heard the doorbell. He quickly grabbed his clothes putting them on as he made his way downstairs to the front door. He looked out the peep hole, seeing Bobbie on the other side, he braised himself and opened the door.

"Bobbie what do you want?"

"We need to talk about this!" She help up a tabloid paper with a photoshopped photo of herself and Harm on the front. Harms eyes got wide and his face got red. He felt pure rage at that moment.

"Who all has seen this?"

"I don't know; we are working to get this taken care of."

"Well you better work fast, this will ruin me."

"I'm more concerned about myself, and my re-election chances, not to mention the impact this could have on the Navy. "

"Screw The Navy, this effects me, my wife and my son."

"What son? You didn't tell me you have a son." It was at this time Mac and Tommy walked into the room, her eyes's got wide when she saw the new image. Looking from Harm to Bobbie.

"What's the meaning of this?"

"Mac?"

Hearing Bobbie call his wife's name, he immediately turned around to her. "Baby I can explain..."

"Oh I'm sure you can." Mac darted out of the room, heading back upstairs to their bedroom.

"Wait here, we're not done yet." Harm rushed from the doorway upstairs to find Mac pulling out her suitcase starting to toss her clothes into it. "Sarah please don't do this.. Talk to me."

"Why so you can just lye to me once again. Tell me how nothing happened between you two. I can't do this, I can't handle this. I have to get away from you."

"Please, baby...nothing happened. I swear to you on; your and Tommy's life, nothing happened between myself and her. Please believe me."

"Pictures don't lie Harm...Ahhhhhh..." Mac grabbed her abdomen doubling over in pain. Harm ran to her. "Sweetheart what's wrong."

"Pain Harm, very bad pain..." He reached for the phone and quickly called for an ambulance, while holding his wife in his arms. She was sobbing. "Please Harm tell them to hurry.. I can't take this.."

Meanwhile Bobbie made her way upstairs, she had heard the entire conversation between Harm and Mac, feeling guilty about everything now happening. She placed a call for a police escort to ensure that Mac could get to the hospital as fast as possible. Knocking on the door, Harm looked over, "I called for a police escort for Mac."

"Thank you." It was at that same time they heard the knocking on the front door. Bobbie said she'd show them up. Making her way down stair, when she reached the door. She opened it and told the Ambulance crew where to go, she just stood watching hoping that everything would be okay.
