We reached the destroyed farmhouse after a short walk. A massive crater where the explosive went off at.

"Damn man… I think if that farm didn't cover us…" Ruka said.

"Don't think about it. I just want my Pokemon back." I said softly.

She nodded slowly before walking around to look for clues. The force of the explosive was surprising. It must've been connected to at least a few very high powerful bombs or something. Maybe a chain reaction too. Just wow. Team Blitz really wanted to kill us it felt like. They are truly insane. I tried not thinking about it while I explored the area to see if I could find something. I went over to where we sat and noticed the large footprints that the Nidoking left behind. Looking back at the others, I called them over and once they were there, I showed them.

"Hmm… Looks like we can find them using these tracks." Ruka said.

"Yeah. Um… Vix?" I turned to face the Braixen.

Vix walked up to the tracks and looked over them. Once she was finished, she gave a soft squeak of some kind and motioned us to follow her.

We followed without saying a word. Silver and Mystic followed behind and made sure we weren't followed since they kept scanning the forest.

Ruka and I didn't really want to speak since we weren't sure if someone was around. Of course the two kept an eye on everything. But still. Our footsteps were already quite loud since we were walking on dry dirt. Almost like gravel.

Vix continued to walk for a bit before stopping. We stopped behind her and looked confused. But she turned around and pointed. We looked to where she pointed and noticed a small opening with a dim light flickering which came from a fire.

"Looks like we found their little camp…" Ruka spoke quietly.

"Yeah… What are we gonna do?" I asked.

This made Vix chuckle softly before walking up to the camp.

"Um… What is she doing?" Ruka asked.

"I have no idea. Just… Keep an eye open and be ready to act fast. I feel like this isn't going to go well." I replied.

I had no idea what Vix was doing honestly. We just watched as she walked into the campsite and looked around. She then took her stick and started moving it in a circle. We watched on as fire began forming within the circle and it just grew bigger and bigger. The fire grew big enough that it finally alerted someone as I saw them exit one of the tents that were around. They quickly got everyone's attention and there seemed to be around six people. This caused me to grab my bag and took out my Pokeball's, ready to send them out.

However, before I was able to do anything, Vix unleashed a massive fiery vortex which consumed the camp and set it ablaze.

The members of Blitz were scattering. But a few decided to fight Vix. In this chaos, I sent out Stealth along with Sav. They were quite confused with what was happening, but I didn't explain to them. I just told Sav to create a dirt wall. He did so without giving a second thought.

Once he formed a wall, I told Stealth to use any water moves he can. He sighed as I directed his aim towards the camp.

This wasn't good enough for Stealth though. He ignored me and jumped over the wall.

"Stealth…!" I said in a harsh whisper.

He didn't even look back at me. I watched as he ran up to the camp. He ran up to a member of the team and slammed his iron tail against them. The force launched them to the side and into another member. Stealth didn't stop at this. He continued darting around. Faster then I seen him move since meeting him. His tail rammed against everyone he came across. Either knocking them out from the force or paralyzing them for some time.

Once most of them were dealt with, he began putting out the flames. Once it died down a little, I noticed something. A truck and two members who were still active. They quickly stocked the vehicle up with multiple cages. Cages with Pokemon in them.

"Crap… Guess mine weren't the only ones…" I said.

Calling my team back, I quickly jumped the wall as the vehicle burned rubber away.

"Amy, over here." Ruka suddenly spoke.

Looking to where Ruka's voice came from, I saw her next to a cage that they left. It had a Rapidash trapped inside.

"There are a few more they left behind. Help me break her out." She said.

Nodding, I went over and sent Cinder out. I told Cinder to burn through the bars and he did so.

While he was using flamethrower on the bars, Ruka decided to help out the smaller Pokemon who were captured.

"This team must be in a traffic ring or something… But what kind…? Ugh." I shook my head.

Once the bars fell off, the Rapidash nearly sprinted out of the cage. I managed to grab onto her and tried my best to calm her down. It wasn't easy as I was nearly pulled to the ground, but once she finally relaxed a bit, I reached up to her and removed the mask that covered her face. It was clearing agitating her and preventing any kind of fire move.

Upon getting free from it, she stared at where the truck had gone. I looked at Ruka, but the Rapidash flung me up using it's head. It caught me by surprise as I landed on her back and before I knew it, the Rapidash took off down the path.

I was somewhat panicking at this point since I never ridden a Rapidash before. And I wasn't in the best sitting position.

She was going at least 50 miles per hour and when I finally managed to sit currently, I held on tightly. This was a feral Pokemon and it somewhat scared me since we were going at such a speed that I think I'd die if I fell off. This thought my me wrap my arms tighter around her neck as I looked on and soon noticed the truck in the distance. This Rapidash didn't slow down for a second. She just pushed harder, gaining even more speed.

It didn't take more then a minute to catch up to the vehicle which was still going at max speed. Once we were aside it, the Rapidash quickly steered into it. The sturdy Rapidash didn't flinch one bit as it nearly rammed the truck off the dirt path.

However, I didn't have the best grip and each time she rammed against the truck, I felt myself losing more of it and sliding off.

Before I could fall off, I thought of something. It was quite stupid, but I decided to jump. I jumped from the Rapidash and onto the back of the truck. It wasn't quite what I had planned since I ended up losing my balance and falling to the very end of it. The only thing that was keeping me from falling was a rope that held the cages together.

"Why must I do this stuff…?" I told myself and struggled to get back onto the truck.

The Rapidash did notice that I was on the truck now and decided to run next to the truck. Thankfully.

When I got onto the back again, I looked at the cages and noticed all kinds of Pokemon. I sighed and called out Sav again.

"We don't have time to waste. I need you to create something to stop this vehicle. But… Not a wall to where we all die after smashing into it, alright?"

Sav nodded and created a ramp. They didn't have time to react and we went flying into the air. I held on tightly as Sav created a pillar which the vehicle rear ended. Now we were in the air and spinning around. Once we hit the ground, the truck spun out and quickly crashed into a tree. I heard doors open and footsteps quickly running away. Sav then gently shook me and I opened my eyes. Dizzy and feeling a little sick.

"T- thanks… For that…" I said softly.

I looked at the Pokemon inside the cages.

"You're safe now…" I said and got up.

Removing the ropes that held them together, I began placing the cages down as the Rapidash walked up.

While placing the cages down, the Rapidash bashed opened the locks with one swift kick.

After five minutes, all of them were set free. The last cage I took had Espeonage and Flanite inside and the Rapidash made quick work of the lock and they were let out. The two instantly hugged him as I smiled softly.

"This is really getting on my nerves… What are these people trying to do…?" I told myself.

I just shook my head and took the two. I then looked at the Rapidash.

"Um… Thanks… Do you mind if we get a ride back?" I asked.

The Rapidash accepted as I got on her back. She then took me back to the campsite. The fire completely gone as Ruka waited with the others. I got off from her back and walked up to Ruka, holding the two still.

"Glad you found them." She said.

"Yeah… Not the best experience I had in a vehicle." I told her.

"Hmh. While you were gone, I released all of the trapped Pokemon. Most already scattered back into the wilderness." She said.

"That's good. These people… I do wonder what they were planning with all these Pokemon." I said.

"Not a single idea. But at least we stopped them. Well… Guess we should get back to this Quin guy." She said.

"Yeah, need to return Vix to him." I said.

Vix walked up after tying the ones who Stealth knocked out. Before laving, I walked up to the Rapidash and rubbed her head.

"Well, um… I guess you are free now. Go ahead and enjoy it. And… Thanks for helping." I said.

She just stared at me as I walked off. But instead of running off, she followed me. I turned around to see her and I looked confused.

"Um…" I stared.

"This often means they want to go on a journey with you." Ruka spoke.

"Oh, err… I guess it'd be pretty cool." I said.

The Rapidash just stomped and nodded. This made me take out a Pokeball and capture her.

"Well then… Guess I'll call her Kuro." I said.

Ruka nodded and off we went. We went back to the lab and once we returned and given Vix back, Quin looked pretty surprised.

"Didn't know there were many Pokemon trapped. Thankfully you rescued them." Quin said.

"It was kinda dangerous… But we did it." I said.

He nodded and rubbed Vix's head.

"Well, um… Guess you'll be going now?" He asked.

"I suppose. Still need to get my badges completed." I said.

"Okay. Hopefully we'll see you again some time later." He told me.

Nodding, I walked out and looked at Ruka.

"So… Still want to travel together?" I asked.

"Nowhere else to go. So I guess." She replied.

"I do wonder where Zach is though…" I said.

"No idea… Probably off doing his own thing with that Shinx. So are we ready to head out?" She asked.

"Yeah… No idea where to go now. Maybe to Vox or something?" I told her.

"Eh, where you wanna go. But Vox is the closest I believe." She said.

"Alright. Guess we'll head to Vox and hopefully find a place to rest since this forest is awful." I said, sighing softly.

She nodded and soon we walked off. I checked the map and did see Vox was the closest. So that's where we headed. Vox City. The city with the grass gym...
