It took a bit of a drive, but Eleanor was able to bring Vance to Ginny to the street where both of their houses were on. She took off, leaving Vance and Ginny on the side of the street that Katie's house was on, heading off to Evelyn's house. The two stood there, seeing that they were alone on the streets now. Vance had his hands in his pockets as he was watching Eleanor drive away from their spot.

After he couldn't see Eleanor in the distance anymore, Vance turns his attention back to his girlfriend. He reaches out to her shoulder, giving her a face with empathy on it. "Are you going to be alright, Ginny?" Vance asked. The girl with braids sighed.

"I...I really don't know, Vance..." Ginny said, softly. "Me and Pablo have been friends for almost a majority of my life now, and seeing him in the state that he's in...I'm a lot more worried than ever..." The male agent lowers his arm, before sighing.

"I'm sorry..." The girl then nods her head, before kissing her boyfriend on the cheek. "...What are you going to do now?"

"Well...just head home now...I feel like...I need to just be with my parents right now..." Ginny then looks over to her boyfriend's cousin's house, before sighing. "I'll...try to find you tomorrow...maybe we can hang out together..." Vance nods his head.

"Alright..." He steps back away from his girlfriend, before waving at her. "I'll see you tomorrow, Ginny."

"Alright. I love you."

"I love you too, sweetie."

Ginny walks the street, heading off to go to her own house, while Vance heads to the front door of his cousin's house. He walks up to the front door, before hearing the sound of thunder from above. He looks up to the sky, seeing that the sky was beginning to have a lot of clouds forming up there. He was grateful that Eleanor was able to get him and Ginny to their homes in time.

Vance walks into the house. He didn't hear a single sound inside as he entered, nor saw Katie or her father around the living room when he was looking around for them. Since it didn't seem like anyone was downstairs, he assumed both were upstairs, sleeping already.

Since he wasn't tired yet, he decided to go watch TV in the living room alone. He first went to collect himself a soda from the kitchen, before sitting down on the couch, and turning the television on. He looked through the channels to see what was on, until he saw 'Family Ties' on. He shrugged, before placing the remote aside to watch it.

All was silent for Vance, enjoying the show that was on, before he heard the sound of footsteps coming from the dining room. He slowly turned his head, wondering who was downstairs, before discovering that Katie's dad was coming into the room. The father was nearly startled by the sight of his nephew sitting on the couch.

"Vance...oh dear, you scared me..." Katie's father said. "How was work?" Vance stood up from the couch.

"It was...pretty stressful, considering that...Katie was there, and..." Vance said, before stopping to take a sip of his drink. He sighed. "...I was a little worried that she would've ended up getting in huge trouble with the SPA Agents..."

"I'm happy to know my daughter doesn't have to face something like that as well, Vance." Katie's father looks up at the ceiling, before sighing.

"Well, nothing to worry about on Katie's part, really...since she is no longer in trouble with the agents..." Vance sits down on the couch, as the dentist's father sighed.

"Yes...I know..." Vance turns around, looking at his uncle.

"You still seem...sad though...what happened? Is Katie okay?"

"She is. She's just upstairs along with Chaz, so I thought I'd just stay downstairs to think to myself a little bit..." The man walked over to the couch, sitting besides his nephew, before continuing. "...Just hearing about...the car crash, it...reminded me of a moment in my life that...me and Katie took deeply..."

"What was it?"

The dentist sat there silently, before telling Vance about it. "Me nor Katie have told you this when you came here, since...what happened was a little recent...about back in early 2017..." The man began to tell him. "...It was back when...your aunt was still with us..." Vance blinked a couple times, wondering where this was going.

"You mean Aunt Allison?" The man nodded his head. "What happened?"

"Well..." The male dentist looks down to the floor, rubbing the back of his neck, wondering how to approach Vance with this.

Neither him or Katie told him about his aunt, considering that it was never brought up, and thought he knew already. But clearly, it doesn't seem like he is aware of what happened to her. Vance personally thought that his uncle and aunt divorced, but didn't bring it up, since both his uncle and Katie were both still hurting from it. So he didn't say anything about this either, not really seeing it as a big deal either.

With a sigh, Katie's father finally spoke...

"It was late one night...Katie was at home doing homework, and my wife was at work, while I was watching over our daughter." He explained. "...It was right around the time she was going to arrive at home like she usually does...same time, same spot, as always...but...that's not what ended up happening at all..." Vance blinked a couple times, wondering where this was going. "...Instead of seeing Allison at the front door, it was a police officer...they said that while she was walking towards Gino's during a dinner break..." The man paused for a moment, almost tearing up, remembering what the police officer told him about his wife. "...They told me that...she was hit by a car when she was crossing the road. All the injuries she was facing...it was too severe for her..."

Vance's eyes widened hearing that being said. "What?" Vance said, before being he continued. "...I...I didn't know that she died, I'm...I'm so sorry..." The father wipes a tear that was coming down from his eye.

"It's alright, Vance...I'm sorry neither of us told you, but...it was already two years ago already, and it still hurts us to think about..." Vance looks up at the ceiling, sadness being the only thing that was expressed on his face, before looking back at his uncle once again. "

"It's alright as well, Uncle Vincent...considering that Annie is in trouble with the SPA Agency, and Katie is seriously going through a lot right now...I feel like...I need to tell her something that...I never told her days ago when I joined the SPA Agency..." Vance stood up from the couch, before turning the television off. "I...think all of us have had such a crappy day already...I feel like at this point, all of us should just get some sleep."

"Agreed." Katie's father stood up from the couch, before placing a hand on his nephew's shoulder. "Also...if Allison was here right now..." He smiled. "She'd be telling you how proud she is that you've gotten yourself a job at the SPA Agency..." Vance smiled, before nodding his head.

"Thanks, Uncle Vincent..."

After their conversation, Vance went upstairs to go to the guest room that he was using as his own room. He stopped in front of the guest room that he uses, before looking behind himself at his cousin's bedroom, right across from said room he uses. He sighed for a moment. He knocks on the door, wondering if Katie was awake right now.

"Hey...Kate...you awake?" Vance asked, softly. "I was just...wanting to say that...I'm sorry about everything that has happened to you today, and especially these past few months...between you, Pinky, Crystal...now Annie...I just want you to know that...with everything that has happened recently, for you and your friends..." He sighed. "...Just know that I'm here for you as well...I'm your friend, just as much as you are family to me. It has been like that ever since I was still here in Simport. So just know that if you want somebody to turn you, just know you still have me, your dad, and Chaz. We'll always be by your side no matter what. Okay?"

No answer came from the tomboy. That's pretty understandable, considering the fact that right now, it was almost midnight as he was trying to talk to her. So Katie was probably asleep at this time. The agent steps backwards towards the door behind him, before opening it.

"Tomorrow's another day...hopefully..." Vance mutters to himself, before entering the guest room.
