Hi readers!
So I'm really glad you all liked the last chapter.
Ya know what forget last chapter
THIS IS THE BIG ONE
THE FIRST DATE
FANGIRL SCREAMS*
Wait- why am I so excited when I have to write it…..
Anyways! Oh my gods I have been torturing myself trying to think of an amazing place for it to be at but I couldn't think of anything.
So today is going to be a second build up to it.
Forgive me y'all but I don't have a lot of time to write.
As he walked to her door, Percy scrunched up a piece of paper and threw it in the bin.
He couldn't believe Jason and Grover thought they could get away with putting a kick-me sign on his back.
He'd have to get them back later though since he was already outside Annabeth's house.
Her family were out at a movie so they didn't know about the date.
Percy knocked on the door.
He heard Thalia yell "Patience Kelphead!"
He smirked but quickly went back into a neutral state when he heard ruffling at the door.
It was opened by Hazel who grinned kindly.
"Piper told me to let you in since it's cold." She smiled.
He thanked her and walked in.
"Are they going to take long?" He asked her.
"You know Piper! She likes overdoing things. Especially when it comes to makeup. But in the end it never looks too much since she's so good with it." She answered.
"Are you sure about that?" He questioned. "Remember what happened on your first date with Frank."
They both grimaced before laughing.
They heard muffled voices at the top of the steps and turned their heads expectedly.
"Aren't these heels too much?" They heard Annabeth ask.
"Heels are never too much." Piper replied.
They could now see the brunette at the top of the steps. She was dragging someone's hand with her.
"Whoa careful!" They could hear Thalia's voice. "Those shoes look killer. And in the bad way."
Hazel and Percy both suppressed a laugh.
Finally Annabeth was at the top of the stairs and Percy was star struck by what he could see.
Annabeth wore a knee-length, cerulean dress with long sleeves that were puffed out at the ends.
It wasn't the dress itself thought that looked beautiful.
It was Annabeth.
Her hair was curled perfectly and bounced over her shoulders. Her smile was amazing and her eyes-
Well they were the best part.
They dazzled like shining stars.
Percy couldn't help but grin at her. He knew he probably looked like a crazy man but he didn't care.
All that mattered was that one moment.
That one second.
That one look.
He knew what love felt like. He could only hope Annabeth felt the same.
Yes this is an incredibly short chapter.
And yes it is not what I said I would give.
But when you have 3 sisters and a brother and only one iPad between you - tha Perce are sacrifices that need to be made.
Unfortunately this means bpmy writing time.
ITS ONLY FOR TODAY THOUGH.
The remainder of the date will be uploaded tomorrow so I'll put your minds to ease. (Finally)
Cya all tomorrow! Byeeeeee!
