The Avarice Prince: The sand in the hourglass is dwindling. Anastuken's Wave Saga is nearing its end…I wonder if that Haku will live or perish…We shall soon see. Until then, it is time for me to introduce myself. I am the Avarice Prince, Uzumaki Naruto. I hail from Blue-Eyed Avarice and if you all wish to experience a superior Uzumaki, I suggest you check me out.
There is also Anastuken and Sacred Dawn: Knight Of Elysium but they matter not. I am the main event of this ship and you all shall bow accordingly.
Shinobi of Hellfire: Your arrogance reminds me of Johnny Cage, Avarice.
The Avarice Prince: And look who has finally arrived! The mighty Hellfire, here to grace this ship with his presence after months of absence! Did your throne become too uncomfortable to sit in?
Shinobi of Hellfire: You overstep your bounds.
The Avarice Prince: My bounds? Anatsuken and I have been holding this ship down while you and Reaper have been goofing off somewhere. United Triplets are going under and Kami knows where Ame is. You supposed to be the leader, right? So lead or be replaced.
Shinobi of Hellfire: Start the chapter while I take care of this pompous fool…

POV: Hyūga Hinata]
"Thank you for allowing me to stay the night Ino," Hinata said appreciatively as she laid beside Ino on the blonde girl's bed, her head resting on Ino's left arm.
"Hey, it's no problem at all Hinata-chan. Trust me," Ino replied softly as she brushed a strand of hair from Hinata's face. "This feels nice…A lot nicer than I expected. We should have sleep together before Jade and Kitana."
Hinata laughed and lazily slapped Ino's stomach while the other girl laughed as well. "So, want to tell me what happened between you and Naruto after Sakura-chan, Tayuya and I left?" Ino asked curiously.
Hinata shut her eyes and buried her face against Ino's neck and murmured "It seems Haku wishes for Sakura and I to be with Naruto along with her and thankfully, Naruto-kun agrees so I am dating him now."
"I kind of figured this would happen," Ino admitted.
"Really?" Hinata questioned.
"Of course. I mean, you were in love with him before any of us saw the good in him," Ino answered. "You just had the shyness factor going against you. Sakura fell in love with him after Wave, I am assuming that triggered when she found out he died…And Haku got legitimately lucky. She was in the right place at the right time to get him. She probably understands that somewhat and wants to give the two girls that knew him longer a chance. Then again, that's me assuming."
Hinata could not help but frown. "I didn't need her charity," Hinata told Ino softly. "I could have gotten Naruto from her on my own merits."
"True but think of it this way…Naruto was torn between your past with him, Kitana's past with Scorpion and his present with Haku. He would've been hurting had you tried," Ino told her. "It was best that it went this route. I know your pride is a little wounded, but it will pass."
Hinata let out a sigh and muttered "I suppose you're right. Does not mean I have to get along with Haku…At least not right away."
Ino snorted, which made Hinata smile.
"Now tell me something Hinata…While I am happy to have you in my arms once more, why did you not sleep at your mansion with your family?" Ino questioned.
"I am not ready to see them yet," Hinata admitted. "I do not fear my father as I once did. Fighting Shao Kahn at his most menacing knocks that fear from you, but I do not wish to destroy everything they know of me yet. Especially Hanabi," Hinata's voice softened at the name of her sister.
Her real, blood sister…
The one that would be most at risk of the seal now that Hinata's own skills had increased further. "I wasn't lying to Neji that day in Wave," Hinata explained softly. "I hid a lot of my skill behind this weak mask. Not because I wanted to deceive but because I cannot risk Hanabi being sealed and cast away into the side branch…"
"It must be odd to have a sibling you actually love," Ino said.
Hinata knew who Ino was referring to and felt an intense anger overwhelm her but she calmed down.
That mockery of her was gone and there no chance in hell she would be coming back.
"It is but it is nice..." Hinata replied after a beat of silence. "If it was up to me, I would take my father, Neji and Hanabi and hide them away while I destroy every bit of the Hyūga council for the atrocities they committed to the side branch…Our own family…"
Hinata could not help but allow a few tears to fall from her eyes. She had long hated what the council had done to their family. It was because of that foolish rule that separated brothers and sisters from one another and enslaving them.
They were no better than Shao Kahn in that regard…
"But I know I can't hide from them forever so that is why tomorrow…I'll face them and make them understand who the true Kahnum is of the Hyūga clan," Hinata told her with a faint but harsh whisper, her breath shaky.
Hinata then felt Ino's smooth hand brush against her cheek to wipe her tears away, which prompted Hinata to open her eyes. "Relax Little Wing," Ino said, referring to the nickname she had long ago. "I can't imagine how it feels and I know that shit like this isn't easy to go through but remember, you aren't alone," Ino told her softly.
Hinata smiled before Ino leaned down to place a very gentle kiss onto Hinata's forehead, which caused the girl to close her eyes and let out a soft breath. "Better?" Ino murmured sleepily.
Hinata nodded and allowed her eyes to shut. "I really missed you," Hinata spoke tenderly. "I know I say it often enough, but I can't help but reiterate that fact."
"I was always here Hinata," Ino told her truthfully as her voice began to drift off. "I like to think that we would have found each other like this all the same without our past lives rushing the process…"
"Rushing the process?" Hinata asked but a soft snore from Ino made Hinata smile. She leaned up and placed a light kiss on Ino's cheek before she nestled closer to the kunoichi and went into a light sleep.
She would focus on the Hyūga issue tomorrow but for now, she would rest with one of the most important people in her past life and a quickly growing one in this one.

POV: Princess Mileena]
With a guttural scream, rows and rows of crystals exploded from the ground in a circular motion around Mileena's crouched and semi-naked form, her right hand pressed against the ground hard enough to create a crater around it.
Ever since her soul was placed within this body, Mileena had been hard at work in training it to the standard her skills needed. Because of the lack of Tarkatan genes in her human body, she had to use the innate ability of this body, the ability to create crystals, to make up for what she had lost.
Along with her human body, came different challenges. She while she had hunger, the ravenous hunger for human meat, no doubt from the Tarkatan half of her old body, was no more. She found that out the hard way with an unfortunate soul who tried to force his way with her.
It tasted hideous but
Mileena stood up and shut her eyes. On her bare body was crystalized armor that covered her breast and crotch, crystal gauntlets on her hand and crystal boots on her feet and a crystalized mask that had long sharp teeth that harkened to her original mouth, all of which shined in the moonlight.
Mileena took a deep breath, taking in the sweet scent of the world around her, her hair blowing against the breeze. This world felt so different from what she was used to. There was a peacefulness to it that she had never knew existed. It was a pity it would all go away soon but for now, she would enjoy it.
"This world is mine of the taking," her low, raspy voice whispered out as she opened her eyes to gaze at the clear, star-filled sky. "But I wonder if I could keep it like this…"
"It seems you are enjoying yourself," Rain's voice said from behind her, a wicked tone to it that only caused her to sneer.
Without looking back, she asked "What do you want, traitor?"
"We are passed that Dear Edenian sister," Rain chuckled. "Outworld is no more, remember? We are here under Kronika's will. Can you let bygones be bygones Mileena?"
Mileena's body twisted around and grabbed Rain by the neck, a fearsome look in her eyes. Teeth bared. "Only one gets to call me sister…." Mileena hissed out venomously. "And only another can speak to me with that much familiarity. You betrayed me to the Usurper…"
Mileena held her left arm up but then she felt an invisible force prevent her from tearing into the prince's body.
She scowled and growled out "The only reason I haven't gutted you like the wiggling eel you are is because of this Kronika…" Mileena released his neck with a hard shove back then turned around. "Now leave, lowly prince…"
"Fine, that will be the last time I offer an olive branch," Rain muttered cowardly as he vanished in a plume of rain clouds.
Mileena clenched her hands open and shut. She needed to work off this intense rage she felt at not being able to kill that traitorous Edenian male. She needed to hunt for a challenge…She needed to feel the warm blood of her slaughtered victim splash and slide against her.
Mileena began to walk away as a cruel smirk appeared on her face.
It was too bad Skarlet was dead and gone…
She could have used that little blood bath for a hunt…

POV: Yamanaka Ino]
It was the middle of the night when Ino awoken.
It had been another nightmare.
A nightmare of endless chaos, death and then finally, desolation…
Ino panted softly and gently removed her arm from beneath Hinata's head and for a moment she stared.
Ino gentle caressed Hinata's cheek and smiled as the other girl nestled deeper into the covers. Kitana and Jade's relationship has certainly rushed things for her, but it was worth it for seeing the serene expression on Hinata's face as she laid on her bed.
Carefully, Ino rose from the bed completely and walked out to her patio and stared at the sleeping village. "Such a peaceful night…They aren't ready for the chaos we will bring," Ino whispered softly.
A gust of wind suddenly swept through her before a voice replied, "But they will be…And we will help them." Ino turned her head to see wind created humanoid beside her. Ino covered her mouth to avoid a surprised scream but the form raised its right hand.
"It's me. Fujin," The humanoid told her.
Ino frowned and asked, "Can you not do that again?"
Fujin laughed. "Alright, alright. Take the fun out of everything why don't you?" he muttered as he crossed his arms.
"What are you doing here?" Ino questioned curiously. "I thought you said you weren't able to manifest here."
"Hence why I am in my wind form," Fujin answered. "I wish for you to gather all of your allies at once. I must speak to them immediately. It is urgent."
"Sure, but what's going on?" Ino asked.
"It seems an ally of yours has found out what is going on and why the timeline has been changed," Fujin told her ominously.
Ino paled.
She had a feeling that what they were going to find out was not going to be good…
Captain Blues: Man, it is hard to write this fic, compared to some of the others which is why I am so sorry for the long waits. Each time I started, I just couldn't figure it out. This chapter spent time with Ino, Hinata and Mileena, with me hinting at a growing…something within Ino.
So As you guys can tell, Ino is in with Naruto's Harem but I'm doing this one a little different and Hinata is going to be the key. But for those that wanted Ino with Tayuya and Fu, do not worry, I have another strong option for those two…Starts with a K…Care to guess?
I also have a different take on Mileena. She will still be the battle loving, Kahnum of Violence but knowing her history, I wanted to tweak her a little bit in terms of her motivations. Out of all the MK Cast, Mileena interested me the most potential wise, especially with Guren's body so I am excited.
The next chapter will deal with Fujin's meeting, An anger within Shikamaru, an appearance from the Suna siblings and a challenge from Hinata? Until then, time to set sa- HELLFIRE! AVARICE! YOU TWO STOP FIGHTING THIS INSTANT!
