Makoto opened his eyes.
Instead of (unluckily) finding himself in the usual classroom, our luckster found himself in front of a large villa. A decent-looking building set against the red sky overhead, tropical music to boot. Not something I would probably pick.
"Shut it." Mako muttered and glanced down at himself. It's all there. No sign of Misa though. Maybe she somehow got transported elsewhere and is waiting for you to return or something. "Does it really matter?"
Kind of. You're just one person. Having someone to die with is kind of a luxury. A very dark and fucked up luxury, but still a luxury in a strange twisted way. Or a blessing. You now have someone to talk too.
Makoto rolled his eyes and looked about. Someone had to know what was going on. Like I don't know, maybe try the woman dressed in the orange jumpsuit. Not sure why it needs blue paint splatters on it. An oversized court jester's hat hung amid a head of pink and purple hair.
"She looks like the sort of woman who would kill me." Makoto muttered, the woman teleporting over. Well, you're about to find out. Good job, Makoto. "Uh hey... could you maybe n-"
He didn't get to finish that sentence, a large halibut smashing into his throat and cutting clearly through.
"Jestery wins again!" the woman announced and looked to our luckster's now dead body. Taking her hat off, she got to the unique task of shoving the corpse into the headwear. Easier said than done, not that this fact was actually going to stop her. No, that just pushed her to do it even more. "Jestery thanks you for the body!"
Uh... You're welcome?
