3rd p.o.v

After changing out of her wet clothes and into warm, dry clothes and talking to her son, Sirena walked into the main room to join the others. Standing in the corner, Sirena listens to all the bickering. Rolling her eyes, started to rethink her decision about joining. The whole time she was listening, Arthur kept taking glances at Sirena. "Honestly, save hostages, get them to safety, find the third Mother Box, before Steppenwolf gets his hands on it and then deal with Steppenwolf." Sirena finally spoke up and made her presence known and they all started at her. "What? Steppenwolf is desperate for the Mother Box and to exact revenge for those who stopped him before and he won't stop until he does. The more time we sit here and bicker, the more time he has to find it." Sirena stated, crossing her arms. They thought about what she had said and agreed with Sirena. Coming up with a plan, Victor was trying to locate the third Mother Box and the missing people, Bruce was conflicted about something and Arthur is well, being Arthur. Sirena was looking around the place, since she didn't get a chance earlier. Being stuck in her thoughts, Sirena didn't hear Barry and Diana walk up to her. "Sirena, are you okay?" she jumped at the voice, turning around, she saw Barry and Diana. "Oh, yeah. Just thinking, that's all." Sirena answered, with a small smile.

"So how did you even meet Arthur in the first place, if you don't mind me asking?" Barry asked, trying not to pry. Sirena smiles, "well, my mother and father were his mother's personal guards. My father helped train the army and fight in whatever wars Atlantis was in and my mother helped fight and protected the Queen." Sirena stated, not knowing if Arthur was listening or not. "Our parents made an agreement that my parents and I should watch over Arthur and his father, if anything happened to his mother. I remember when I was a little girl, she made me promise to protect him, no matter what and report back to her. She didn't want to leave him behind, but she did it to protect him, if he wants to believe it or not." she added, smiling at the little memory between her and Queen Atlanna. "As time went on and the older we got, our friendship started to blossom into a relationship. We dated throughout our teenage years and got married young. A few years have passed, and I got pregnant with our son. I had planned out how I wanted to tell him, but my red headed sea witch of a cousin, decided to spread a terrible rumor about me, stating that I was cheating on Arthur, which I would never do to him, because I loved him too much. So, with his already abandonment and trust issues, he believed her and didn't listen to a word I had to say, I left and never looked back, not even going back to Atlantis. Until now, he somehow found out where I was living and that's how he found out about Kai." Sirena finished telling Barry and Diana on how she met Arthur and how things ended badly between them. But without Sirena knowing, Arthur was listening the whole time. Guilt consumed his mind, thinking about the conversation they had earlier and listening to what he was hearing now. "How old is your son?" Diana asked. She smiled, "he's 13. Kai is very artistic, into every sport that's out there, respectful and the typical teenage boy stuff." she answered with a smile. "Does he have abilities, like you and Arthur?" Barry asked. Sirena smiled and nodded, "they appeared when he was 3. Kai was taking a bath and made a bubble whirlpool. Since then, I've been teaching new things and how to control them and he's mastered every single thing that I know. But I think it's time for him to get his own trident." she explained, with a proud smile on her face. "Guys, I think I found them." Victor called out. Everyone walked over and saw the possible location of the missing people and Steppenwolf. Finally coming up with a plan for the mission and going to get ready.

Walking back to the spare room she was in before, Sirena gets pulled by her arm. She turns around and sees Arthur, "what?" she asks. "I don't want you to go." he said, making Sirena look at him with a raised eyebrow. "What?! Why?!" Sirena questioned, turning around and facing Arthur. "I don't want you to go, I want you to stay here. I don't know what's going to happen out there. You have a kid to raise, our kid." Arthur explained. Sirena looked at him in disbelief. "So you stalk me for how many years, finally got the balls to come up to me and you ask me to join and now you don't want me to come?! I'm coming, if you like it or not!" Sirena cried out. She left her son at home, for the first time in his whole life, just for Arthur and now he doesn't want her to go on the mission. What was the point of Sirena coming here and helping, when she could be with Kai. "You're staying here and that's final!" Arthur roared. Out of anger, she shot out a blast of energy at Arthur, went flying into a wall and made her way back to the room.

An hour had passed and everyone had left, Sirena walked out of the room and noticed everyone, so that's what she thought. "Mrs. Curry, I thought you left with the others." she turned around and saw Alfred. "Please, call me Sirena. Well, my estranged husband thought I shouldn't tag along. Sorry about the wall." she stated, walking over to Alfred, who was sitting by the computer. "Where are they?" Sirena asked, looking at the monitors. "Master Wayne can patch it up later. They're at the Gotham Water Plant." he answered, but something caught his attention, as the monitors started acting funny. "How would you like to break an order?" he asked with a smirk, as she looked at him with a raised eyebrow. Jumping into the lake and swimming full speed in the water, trying to get to everyone just in time. As soon as she got to Gotham Water Plant, Sirena saw a giant hole on the side of the building, with water rushing in. Swimming towards the hole and immediately getting swallowed in. Finally gaining control, she saw Bruce, Diana and Barry getting into some type of spider looking machine, being driven by Victor, but there was no sign of Arthur.

Slowly sinking to the ground, sticking her trident to the ground, the water suddenly calmed down. As the water stopped, she started walking through the water, Sirena finally spotted Arthur, as the others escaped. Locking eyes with one another, Sirena made an air pocket and pulled Arthur inside. "I thought I told you to stay behind?!" Arthur scolded, but Sirena rolled her eyes. "Well Arthur, rules are meant to be broken and I noticed that you guys needed saving." Sirena smirked, looking up, noticing everyone else was finally out, before letting the calm water crash into her and Arthur. Swimming their way out, "we'll talk about this later." Arthur mumbled, as they climbed onto shore and noticed Bruce dressed up in his bat costume. Sirena looked at him in shock and Arthur was amused, "dressed like a bat, I dig it." he stated, before walking away. "Aquaman and Aquawoman, the dynamic underwater duo." Barry stated with a giant smile on his face, making Sirena smile and Arthur roll his eyes. Not sure if it's because of their outfits or because they can fight underwater. A minute later, Victor flies out of the sky with the third Mother Box, making Sirena's eyes widen.
