In the caverns of the Dark Kingdom, Sailor Moon and her allies were still dealing with the army of hooded warriors drawn up by Binah. All except for Mars, who was wrestling with the Shadow Warrior known as Iji. "We can't give up.", she said. "We need to keep pushing on."

"Allow me to help.", Tuxedo Mask called out. He pulled a rose out of his jacket and charged it with a golden energy. He then threw it at Iji, causing the Shadow Warrior to convulse in pain. He collapsed to the ground, reverting to…

"Grandpa!", Mars cried out in shock. "It's me, Rei. I'm so glad you're okay."

But the old man didn't offer any words of relief. He merely laughed evilly, before transforming into a dark coloured, traditional robe. "I'm not your grandfather, girl. I am one of the cultists that called upon the great one from beyond the Sun. Your friend may have stripped me of my power, but not my loyalty to my master."

"You can strip Youma of their power?", Venus asked Tuxedo Mask. "Can you do it Jupiter? And the other Shadow?"

"I'll give it a try." Tuxedo Mask generated two more powerful roses, throwing them at the Jupiter Youma and Binah. The roses hit them, reverting the former to Sailor Jupiter and the latter to a woman in Ancient Greek dress, with hair covering half of her face and a scar on the uncovered half. "It worked." With Binah's powers gone, the hooded army disappeared, as nothing was keeping them in existence.

Mercury went running over to Jupiter. "Are you okay?", she asked, comforting her friend.

"Yeah.", was Jupiter's answer. "All that evil energy Kyurene put inside me is gone. I'm back to normal."

"Well that's too bad.", the now human Binah said, an angry look on her face. "Because I'm still full of evil. And I'm going to unleash it upon you and the rest of the world. She pulled out a sword and began running towards the Sailor Scouts, a murderous intent in her eyes.

"Watch out!", Sailor Moon called out, acting instinctively and throwing her tiara. "Moon Tiara Action!" The projectile flew through the air, hitting the woman, causing her to vaporise instantly. Then she was shocked at having killed a human. "I'm sorry.", she said with some fear in her voice. "I didn't know."

He other man, the one who Rei's grandfather was reincarnated from, saw this and began laughing. "You've helped me realise.", he stated. "If death is the ultimate form of being, then I should not be consigning myself to this life." He picked up a discarded sword and turned it on himself. He laughed as his body dissolved, leaving nothing but his clothes.

Rei went over to these clothes, crying. "No Grandfather, why did you have to be a Shadow Warrior? Why did this have to happen?"

"We can mourn him later.", Venus said, coldly. "For now, we need to get out of here. With no-one to sustain it anymore, this place is due to fall apart. Mercury, lead the way."

And so, within 10 minutes, the 6 had made their way out of the Dark Kingdom, emerging from an abandoned office's lobby to behold a destroyed Tokyo. "What happened here?", Moon asked.

"Obviously, Metalia happened.", Venus answered her. "But something's up. She can't have destroyed this much property in the time we've been away, considering how long it would've taken to fly here."

Mercury was nervous. "You think it could be Motro?"

"It wasn't him." Everyone turned to see a blonde haired woman, wearing form-fitting armour, resembling a fallen Angel. She wielded two swords, one of which everyone recognised as the Sword of Mona, complete with the crystal. "It was me. I helped her destroy the city."

"You're… Sailor Uranus.", Tuxedo Mask stated in shock. "Why would you help kill these people? You were fighting against evil the last time I saw you? How could you change this much?"

"'How'?", Uranus seemed to laugh at this. "It's easy, really. I lost someone important to me. All because I was foolish enough to get involved in your little battle for evil. And then the long-haired man appeared. He offered me a way to help get rid of the source of my pain. All I had to do was join with him. Anyone who got in my way, or became too annoying, I silenced them. Permanently."

"Kunzite.", Mercury said, recognising the same method that was used on her. "I assume you still haven't killed the source of your pain, or he wouldn't have any use for you."

"Indeed.", Uranus said, breaking out into maniacal laughter, before correcting herself and adopting a serious face. "But now I've found the source of my pain and intend to destroy it."

"Oh, and what is it?", asked Jupiter.

"You."
