I don't own Harry Potter or AKB48 at all

A/N: okay, just like my story idea over in Naruto Story Ideas this one includes real life people. Members of the J-Pop idol group AKB48 and their sister groups. Like in the Naruto one I'm not limiting myself and using all members past and present though most of them will be ones that have already graduated from the group. Harry will be paired up with girls from the group that I've picked out.

Harry Potter and the Clan of Akihabara

By: Sheltie

James shifted a bit, uncomfortable with how he was sitting. He wasn't used to sitting with his legs folded underneath him with a cushion protecting him from the hardwood floor. Sitting across from him was a middle-aged man. He had a soft round face and looked to like everyone's favorite uncle. He wore a pair of glasses. The two were in a room in a Tea Room that was off of Diagon Alley in one of the many narrow side streets. James didn't venture far from home given the times he was living. Never knowing when a Death Eater attack would happen and where.

"Are you enjoying your tea?" he asked.

"Yes, I am, thank you" James said then took a sip. The tea wasn't anything he was used to, but given this was a Japanese Tea Room.

"You're welcome" the man said tilting his head slightly.

James looked at the man. Akimoto Yasushi, the head of the Akihabara clan though shortened to just Akiba. The Akiba clan wasn't like any other clan or family as it was made up of several smaller families and individuals into one big one really, so some members had different last names, but were from the same clan. The Akiba clan prided themselves on gathering talent, not focusing on bloodlines. It was what helped them prosper due to mixing other lines together and not having it tied to just a few and them getting stagnant after some years. The clan still had strong ties to its roots in Japan, but has several branches around the world. One of them being in Britain. The Akiba clan was a mixture of magical and non-magical though they kept the two apart due to the secrecy statute in place.

The Potter family had ties to the Akiba clan. They helped the Akiba clan get a foothold in Britain though that's not well known outside the family at all.

"So, what is it you came here for James?" Yasushi asked.

"As you know there's a war going on" James began with Yasushi nodding his head, "my family is in great danger. You see there was a prophecy made concerning my son. The headmaster of my school, who's also the one leading us in the war came to me and my wife to tell us about the prophecy that might involve my son though there's a slim possibility that it could be another."

James left nothing out knowing he could trust Yasushi.

"I see, I do have some questions since I've kept my clan out of this foolish war" Yasushi said, "for one, why are you letting this man lead you when he's done nothing to curb these mongrels from continuing what they've been doing?"

"What do you mean?" James asked.

Yasushi looked James in the eye with a hard look.

"What I mean is why aren't you killing them for what they're doing" he said.

James let out a small sigh then answered, "that's a question brought up a lot. Dumbledore, my old headmaster, doesn't believe in killing really. He doesn't want us to sink down to their level."

Yasushi frowned at this.

"I'm sorry to say that your old headmaster is a complete idiot" he started. James looked ready to argue this point, but Yasushi held up a hand to stop him. "I understand not wanting to sink to their level and be just killers. But I believe that there are times when killing is needed. I do not mean to fully mimic what the enemy does, but action is needed and sometimes that involves ending another's life. Though I may have kept my clan out of the war that does not mean we're blind. We've kept our eyes and ears open to all things going on. Your Ministry is incompetent given they didn't stop this when they could've since these so-called 'Death Eaters' were only going after non-magicals. They didn't since it was no concern to them. Even when the families of children who did possess magic got attacked. It wasn't one of them so again none of their concern. It's only when they started to attack families that were opposed to this Voldemort and was what the Ministry thought of one of their own that they attempted to do something, and failed miserably and continue to since they don't have the guts to actually attack. Your headmaster is a part of the illness speaking a lot, but doing very little about it. I know he played a big part in taking out the previous dark lord you had. But that was years ago. He's not as young as he once was and is set in his ways. No, what needed to happen was someone new rising up to take charge and lead this war to an end that leaves the enemy decimated, never to return."

James blinked at this.

"James, you know me and my clan prefer to stay out of things. Not because we're indifferent or anything. But because we know the cost of war. We've seen it many times in our own country" Yasushi said. "So, tell me why we should help even if we're allies?"

James took a long sip of his tea to help collect his thoughts. He didn't think the Akiba clan would be paying this much attention to the war really. But they were. So that meant he needed to re-think his position.

"I'm not asking to join in the fight if that's what you're wondering Yasushi. I know you'd never, and I'd never ask it of you even if we're allies. All I'm asking is for your help in protecting my son if something happens to me and my wife" James said, "this prophecy is a bother. Though neither Lily and I really believe it, but Voldemort does and will do all he can to make sure it doesn't come to pass."

"You just want us to protect your son, that's all?" Yasushi asked with some skepticism in his tone.

"Yes, that's all. My wife, she just has a bad feeling something will happen to our son if we die" James said though he himself thought Lily was being paranoid he still brought it up since he'd never lie to an ally if he can help it. Especially when it came to his family, if there was any kind of danger present or not he'd do anything to protect them.

Yasushi sat there in deep contemplation going over all he's heard and knew. Weighing every option in his mind. He'd like to help since the Potters were good friends and allies, but he had his own clan to worry about and couldn't put anyone ahead of his clan.

"Tell me more about this prophecy, its contents?" he asked.

James took a deep breath.

/Scene Break/

"James, how'd it go?" Lily asked.

"Fairly well I'd reckon. Here read this" James said as he pulled out a contract.

Lily took it and began to read it over. James sat down letting his wife take her time reading it. He knew this was a big decision and she'd need time.

The contract was thorough, very thorough. There was no monetary cost for the protection, but there was a price for it. Their child would have to marry members Akiba clan when the time came. That was it, there wasn't any other things hidden among the language of the contract. In fact, the contract was quite plain even if it was still written in the typical legal mumbo-jumbo.

When done reading and re-reading it Lily looked up.

"You agreed to this?" Lily asked.

"Only tentatively Lils. Wouldn't say yes to anything concerning our son without your approval" James said.

Lily nodded.

"Let's do it, I think this is the best shot we've gotten in a while" she said.

James nodded.

/Scene Break/

Yasushi was sipping his tea when an alarm went off. He let out a deep sigh at this then began to contact those who'd need to know. The alarm then went silent and Yasushi went back to sipping his tea.

/Scene Break/

A small team arrived silent at Godric's Hollow. They made their way to a small cottage and entered. They found a body and secured it. They moved on with proficiency of a black ops team. Upstairs they found another body and after securing that one they found a crying baby in the crib. As they made their way to leave they heard a rumbling that seemed to came out of nowhere. They became alert.

A motorcycle appeared from the sky and landed. A man jumped off.

"Sirius Black?"

The man, Sirius, shifted his stance to a tenser one.

"Who is it?" he asked, his wand at the ready.

"I'm from Lord Akimoto. We have young Mr. Potter" the head of the team said.

Sirius relaxed a bit.

"Good, and" Sirius swallowed hard, "James and Lily?"

"We've secured them as well. They shall be buried properly" the team leader said.

"Okay. Take care of Harry" Sirius said then a flash of inspiration came to him. "Do you have something write with, a quill, parchment?"

"I do, why?" the team leader asked.

"Just let me do this, okay. It's what I can do for Harry" Sirius said.

The team leader handed Sirius what he needed and Sirius scrawled something.

"I Sirius Orion Black, godfather of Harry James Potter hereby hand over my responsibilities and all that it entails to Yasushi Akimoto, Lord of the Akiba Clan" Sirius declared.

A glow surrounded Sirius as the oath took effect. Sirius then handed the team leader the parchment.

"This is my written approval and everything. This should make it easier for Lord Akimoto legally if anything happens" Sirius said.

The team leader and took it.

"I shall inform Lord Akimoto of this" he said. "What are to do?"

"I got some hunting to do" Sirius said.

They parted ways.

/Scene Break/

"We've taken care of it, Lord Akimoto" the team leader said.

Yasushi looked up from his desk and nodded.

"How is the child?" he asked.

"Fine, but we're having him looked over by our healers to make sure."

"Good, let me know what they find" Yasushi said.

"I will, and this is for you. We encountered Sirius Black before we could leave" the team leader said as they handed Yasushi the parchment as well as explained about the oath they heard.

"Hm, I see. This will make things much easier. I must thank him when I see him" Yasushi said. He then dismissed the team leader.

/Scene Break/

"We've found something dark and foul in the child's scar. We're not sure what it is at the moment. It needs research" the healer said.

Yasushi sighed.

"Can you remove it, or would it be best to leave as is?" he asked.

"Remove it. We're not sure if this might affect the child's growth in anyway. We can trap the darkness and keep it so we can study it" the healer said.

"Good, do that" Yasushi said.

"It shall be done" the healer said.

/Scene Break/

As the ritual to remove the dark taint from Harry went on celebrations went on around the wizarding world at the demise of the dark lord Voldemort.

/Scene Break/

Years Later

Harry Potter blinked as he stared at the craftsman in front of him.

"So you're making my stave?" the young boy asked.

"I am Harry. You're getting to the age that you'll need to learn how to control your magic. The stave will help you do that" the craftsman said, "much better than a wand I dare say. Much better control and made to withstand more abuse than even the best crafted wand. You can break a wand much easier than a stave. And staves can't be bought like a wand. It has to be crafted for the person, unlike a wand though you can get a personally crafted wand. They just aren't well-known or popular due to cost."

Harry just nodded as his green eyes went back to watching the stave being made. He had given the craftsman a strand of his hair and a bit of blood to bond the stave to the user.

"Harry!"

Harry turned his head to see a young girl about his age looking at him with a pout.

"Acchan, what is it?" Harry asked.

"You promised to play with me" the girl named Acchan said keeping her pout. Her real name was Maeda Atsuko, but everyone pretty much called her Acchan. Atsuko had wavy black hair that just grazed her shoulders and bright coral pink eyes.

"I'm so sorry Acchan. Come on, lets go. I'll push you on the swings" Harry said.

Acchan thought for a moment then nodded as a smile spread across her face. She took Harry's hand and they left. The craftsman just chuckled at the sight.

/Scene Break/

In the park Atsuko nabbed an open swing and looked at Harry expectedly. Harry walked over and began to push her. Atsuko let out a cheerful laugh and Harry smiled right back. After the swings Atsuko grabbed Harry's hand and tugged him along running and laughing with Harry joining in. As the two played they were joined by others kids their age.

"HEY HARRY!" Oshima Yuko cried as she tackled Harry to the ground.

"Yuko, get off of Harry" Takahashi Minami scolded.

Atsuko grabbed Yuko and pulled her off Harry then helping Harry up. She gave Yuko a look that she wasn't overly pleased by this, but would let it go.

Yuko had straight black hair with brown natural highlights streaked through it at shoulder length and her eyes were a bright algae green eyes. While Minami had brown hair with black natural highlights streaked through it tied in a ponytail with a big red bow and her eyes were a dark pink eyes.

"Oh, lighten up Takamidget. Ya ain't gonna get any taller if you're so bossy all the time" Yuko said with a grin.

"How does my height have anything to do with me being bossy?" Minami asked.

"Don't know, but it does" Yuko said with a grin.

Minami fumed and was ready to start a lecture, but Atsuko hugged Minami from behind.

"But I love how short Minami is, she's just right to snuggle" Atsuko cooed.

"A-a-a-a-Acchan" Minami stuttered out.

Yuko fell back laughing and Harry chuckled. It was always a humorous sight to see Minami get teased no matter how many times they've seen it and how easy it was. And it seemed Atsuko knew how to push all of Minami's buttons.

"Why are we here Yui?" Shimazaki Haruka asked.

"You've been in your room for quite a while Paruru" Yokoyama Yui said, "you need to be outside some."

Yui had short black hair with rust red tips that was cut that it curved and touched the bottom of her cheek bones. She had deep forest green eyes that held a certain intensity in them. Haruka had black hair that draped her shoulders that was wavy and amethyst purple eyes.

Haruka grumbled about not liking the outdoors, but stayed. This pleased Yui.

"Where's Mayu and Yuki?" Harry asked.

"They're busy" Minami said.

"More like getting busy" Yuko said wiggling her eyebrows.

"Yuko" Minami gasped, scandalized.

"What, am I wrong?" Yuko asked unrepentant.

"You know that's not true. Why must your mind always go to the gutter?" Minami asked with some exasperation.

"I don't know, why you do you always get all buggy when I do?" Yuko shot back with a smirk.

Minami sputtered then walked off in a huff muttering about the craziness of Oshima Yuko. Yuko just grinned as she proclaimed victory.

The group of friend played the rest of the day until it got late and rumbling stomachs announced their need for food.

/Scene Break/

Harry looked at the letter he had just gotten. He went to Lord Akimoto's quarters for answers.

"My lord, may I enter?" Harry asked.

"You may, Harry" Yasushi said through the door.

Harry entered, bowed his head then closed the door.

"What is troubling my boy?" Yasushi asked.

Harry and Yasushi had a father son relationship. Though Yasushi was busy being the head he took time out to help raise Harry and give Harry a strong positive male role model. He thought that was important for Harry to have. He knew he'd never replace his father, James, but did what he could to at least fill the gap as best as he could.

"I got this letter" Harry said as he handed Yasushi the letter he had gotten.

Yasushi took it and read it.

"Well, it looks like you'll be going to Hogwarts" he said.

"What is Hogwarts sir?" Harry asked.

"Hogwarts is a school where you learn magic. Now I know we've been teaching you that already. But this is a requirement for all kids your age" Yasushi said, "you don't need to worry about a thing since I'll take care of everything. Go out and play with your friends."

Harry nodded. He trusted Yasushi to have his best interests at heart.

/Scene Break/

Yasushi looked up as he approached Hogwarts. He was met by a stern woman with her hair tied in a tight bun. A serious look was spread across her face. He'd usually let someone he trusted to conduct this meeting, but he felt he needed to do this as a way of honoring Harry's parents.

"Professor McGonagall, I presume?" Yasushi asked.

"Yes, and you're Lord Akimoto?" McGonagall asked.

"I am. I've been told you're the one to talk to when it comes to new in-coming students" Yasushi said.

"I am" McGonagall said.

"Splendid. Do you think we could have this discussion inside, I rather be comfortable for this?" Yasushi asked.

"Of course, if you'd follow me Lord Akimoto" McGonagall said.

Inside the castle McGonagall led Yasushi through halls to her private office. Once led in they sat down.

"Tea?" McGonagall offered.

"Yes, though my taste isn't much for your English teas. May I ask my own elf to provide my tea?" Yasushi asked.

"Of course" McGonagall said.

Once the tea was set out the talk began.

"I'm here on behalf of one of my charges. I believe you'll know him as Harry Potter" Yasushi said.

McGonagall was quite glad she hadn't sipped her tea or she might've choked. When news of James and Lily had been attacked on that fateful Halloween her heart broke. She saw many of her students as her children. When word of their son, Harry, was not found it made her worry immensely. Hearing Harry was alive and well it seemed comforted her somewhat, but she wondered where he was and how he has been doing.

"You know where he is?" she asked not trying to sound too eager.

"I do, I've been taking care of him for these past years" Yasushi said.

"I see" McGonagall said getting a hold of yourself, "and how is he?"

"You seem quite interested in Harry's well-being" Yasushi commented.

"James and Lily were some of my favorites to have ever taught though as an educator I know I shouldn't have favorites" McGonagall said with a bit of sheepishness in her tone. "I was so happy to know they had a son, but when I heard what happened to them and that Harry wasn't to be found I feared the worse to tell you the truth."

"I see. Harry is doing well. You have nothing to fear there. He's growing up to be a nice young man" Yasushi said. This was some useful information that could be of use later.

McGonagall nodded. That's all she wanted to know, that Harry was being cared for.

"Back to business, so what is it you'd like to know?" she asked putting back on her professional face.

"First, what would Harry be learning here" Yasushi said, "I'd hate to send Harry to a school where he's not properly educated. Now this isn't any slight to you and your colleagues ma'am. I just want the best for Harry."

McGonagall bristled slightly hearing this, but relaxed and she saw it was just a concerned parent. She nodded. This was how parents should act towards their child's education.

"Very well Lord Akimoto" she said.

"Please, call me Yasushi. I'm sure this won't be our only meeting" Yasushi said genially.

"Yes, well Yasushi. Hogwarts is the premier school of magic in Britain. We've educated many witches and wizards who have gone on to be great things in our world" McGonagall said beginning her spiel.

Yasushi listened, but found nothing of real substance in the words. They were just words dressed up to make Hogwarts look dazzling.

"Thank you for the explanation, but I feel you're not telling me what Harry would actually be learning. Like how in-depth will his subjects go, will he need to do independent study to learn further in subjects that interest him? What are the courses you teach here? Who are the teachers that will be teaching him?" Yasushi asked.

McGonagall was a bit flabbergasted at this. She had never dealt with this before.

"Again, I mean this as any slight ma'am. I just want what's best for Harry" Yasushi said, "you see, Harry has been learning magic for some years within my clan. We teach our children at a younger age than what's required here in Britain. He's quite proficient in it and I'd hate for him to have to go back to the basics when he's got those down fairly well."

McGonagall took a few moments to calm herself. She sipped her tea though wondered if she might need something stronger. Yasushi was someone that she had underestimated. He looked so friendly, unassuming. But there was a sharp mind there and she couldn't get away with a thing in this conversation. So she told him the truth. She felt she needed to.

"Hogwarts teaches six core subjects. Transfiguration, Potions, Charms, Astronomy, History of Magic and Herbology. At the end of their second year the students get options on elective courses to partake in. They can choose how many they want to pick or not pick any at all. There's no rule that says they have to pick an elective. The electives are Ancient Runes, Arithmancy, Muggle Studies, Care of Magical Creatures and Divination" McGonagall said trying to keep any bias out of her tone when saying the last elective. "In fifth year the students have career counseling with their head of house to help determine what they'd like to do with their future and figure what courses they should keep and what to drop to help attain their ideal job. Also in that year they take what are known as Ordinary Wizarding Levels or O.W.L's for short. In their seventh year they take Nastily Exhausting Wizarding Test or N.E.W.T.'s for short. By the end of their school career they should have all the skills they need to get a proper job unless they wish to go further in their studies."

"I see, this helps immensely. Thank you" Yasushi said. He already knew this since his people had done immense research on everything about Hogwarts from the school's history to its staff. He wasn't about to let his charges go to this school without him having a good grasp on what they were entering.

McGonagall nodded.

"Now I wish to discuss some others I wish to join Harry while he attends this school" Yasushi said.

Yup, she needed something stronger.

/Scene Break/

"So you're going to this Hogwarts thing?" Yuko asked.

"Yeah, I guess" Harry said with a shrug.

"What I've read about Hogwarts is that it's a boarding school and you'll be there for about nine months excluding days where you can leave for the holidays" Watanabe Mayu said.

"Really that's quite interesting" Kashiwagi Yuki said.

Mayu had long black hair done up in a pair of twintails and lovely aquamarine eyes. Yuki had long black hair that went down to the middle of her back and deep blue eyes. They were quite close to one another with Yuki being like a second mother to Mayu. It was common knowledge to everyone how much Yuki spoils Mayu and how much the two cared for one another.

"What, no Harry for nine months. No, I won't allow it" Atsuko said stubbornly.

Harry pulled a fuming Atsuko closer to him though she was practically sitting in his lap to begin with so he just moved her to his lap, where Atsuko snuggled in like a cat. Atsuko had always been close to Harry even from the start. They quite a strong bond with one another.

"I'm sure Lord Akimoto will do something that will keep us together" Harry said trying to calm Atsuko down.

"You think?" Atsuko asked.

"I do" Harry said nodding his head.

"He better" Atsuko said firmly.

There was some chuckling at this.

"I wonder, what else will Lord Akimoto do?" Minami commented out loud.

"Ya think he got other stuff up his sleeve?" Yuko asked.

"I do" Minami said.

The conversation shifted to what Yasushi might do.

/Scene Break/

Harry along Atsuko, Minami, Yuko, Yui, Haruka, Mayu and Yuki were in Yasushi's office.

"Good, I called you here to tell you some things" Yasushi said smiling. "For starters as you all know Harry will be starting Hogwarts this September."

Atsuko clung to Harry hearing this thinking it would do something.

Yasushi saw this and smiled while the others chuckled at Atsuko's antics.

"In light of this I talked to the deputy headmistress of Hogwarts and we were able to come to an arrangement" Yasushi said, "I was able to get some of you placed into Hogwarts as well."

Atsuko let out a happy cheer as she tackled Harry down hugging him. What was amazing was she did this without a running start at all.

"Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes" Atsuko chanted.

As Atsuko was celebrating Minami did have a question.

"How many of us sir?" she asked.

"Ah yes, that was a sticking point. But I was able to get you along with Atsuko, Yuko, Yuki and Mayu along with Yui and Haruka" Yasushi said, "I had wanted to get more, but was unable to negotiate it. But there's always next year I guess."

The girls minus Atsuko wondered what their lord had to negotiate since they always knew of him to get his way. Granted as head of the Akiba clan he pretty much always got his way, but there were a few instances he didn't. For one, he seemed to give in to Atsuko's demands plenty of times. Especially when those demands were connected to Harry.

Like wanting a room that had a joining door to Harry's, being the same class as Harry though that was never a question given the class sizes they had were small, then making sure she was always paired up with Harry no matter what. Everyone knew Atsuko was Yasushi's favorite really.

"You will need to buy your supplies and that means a trip to Diagon Alley. I've set up a trust vault for each of you so you can buy what you need and maybe a few other things. I'm trusting you to be careful with your money" Yasushi said as he eyed each girl with that parent look that said, 'I'm trusting you to be responsible', "Harry, your parents have already set up a trust account for you. Here's your key."

He gave Harry the key along with giving the girls theirs as well.

"So we just need to get what's on Harry's list for ourselves?" Yui asked.

"Yes" Yasushi said.

"Sounds easy" Yuko said.

/Scene Break/

"This isn't easy" Yuko grumbled.

They had been in Flourish and Blotts for an hour. Yuko thought it would be quicker than this, she really did. She thought it would be getting in, get books they needed, get out and onto the next store. But she was wrong, so very wrong.

When Mayu saw all the books she gravitated to them with Yuki following.

Mayu was the smartest one of them all having a very high IQ. She could've moved up several levels in training, but stayed where she was because she wouldn't be separated from her Yuki. Mayu was a girl who was quite level-headed not one to get very excitable though she did revert to a more child like nature when she was with Yuki.

Yuki was a cool girl who's said to have a black heart, but not many have seen it since she keeps a very princess-like persona. Her one weakness though was Mayu. She indulges in whatever catches Mayu's fancy much too often. Some thought it was unhealthy, the attachment they have with each other, but no one has ever done anything about it since Yasushi doesn't think anything needs to be done right now.

"Can we go now?" Yuko whined.

"You're bored?" Minami asked as she was browsing the shelves.

"Yeah I am. We got the books we need, we can go to where we need to go next" Yuko said.

"I'm with Yuko, I wanna go" Haruka said.

"I'll go get Yuki and Mayu" Yui said.

Mayu and Yuki followed behind Yui both holding a lot of books.

"You getting all of those?" Yuko asked shocked.

"Yes, there's a lot of interesting information in these" Mayu said.

"But we can't afford them all" Minami said a bit panicky.

"I can" Yuki said.

"Yuki, you can't keep spoiling Mayu" Minami chided.

"I'm not" Yuki said.

Yuki's family had money, they were one of the wealthier families within the Akiba clan though Yuki never acted like she was from money.

Minami sighed.

Once they paid for the books they headed for their next stop which was to pick up their robes from Madam Malkin's. They had gone there earlier to get fitted for what would be their school robes and more than enough time had passed for them to come back. When they got their robes they continued their shopping though some of the things on the list they could get in their village. Like potion supplies and cauldrons. They didn't get a wand since they'd each get a stave. They went to get a pet since they thought it'd be fun.

"A cat, owl or toad" Mayu read.

"Not many options there" Yuki commented.

"We can all get owls then" Minami said.

"But these snakes are cool looking" Yuko said as she stared at the vivarium.

No one was on board with Yuko getting a snake so she didn't get one and sulked until she got her owl. The others got owls except for Yui who picked a cat instead.

When they were done they made a pit stop at Fortescue's Ice Cream and Mayu got a big sundae paid for by Yuki though the two shared it since it was big enough for two people.

"I think we got everything we can get here" Minami said as she looked over the list that had been copied from Harry's.

"It looks like it" Yuko said as her eyes strayed to a shop, "I wonder what they sell there?"

"Hm, it says Quidditch Quality Supplies" Yui said as she read the sign.

"Sounds boring" Haruka commented.

They skipped the shop entirely.

/Scene Break/

On September 1st Harry got on the Hogwarts Express along with the girls. They found a compartment and Harry expanded it so they could all fit comfortably in it. Atsuko of course took her rightful spot next to Harry and cuddle up into him. Minami took the seat near the door with Yuko in between her and Atsuko. On the other side was Mayu, Yuki, Haruka and Yui. Mayu pulled out a book and began to read as she took her spot in Yuki's lap. Haruka leaned against Yui halfway between sleeping and awake. Yui didn't seem to mind, in fact she was used to this. Yui sat by the window.

Time past and soon they felt the train lurch and slowly leave the station. Soon the rocking of the compartment just came just another thing.

The compartment door opened without a knock. A redheaded boy with a smudge of dirt on his nose entered.

"You got any room?" he asked.

"No, we don't. We're full" Minami said a bit perturbed at the rudeness of the boy.

The redhead blinked, then blinked again as he saw the compartment was full of girls with just Harry.

"What the heck, why ya sitting with all these girls?" he asked in a belligerent manner.

Harry turned to the redhead.

"You know that's quite a rude thing to say" he commented.

"But it's true. Why ya sitting with all these girls?" the redhead asked.

"Why not" Harry said, "we're all friends."

The redhead looked baffled at this.

"Ron what are you doing loitering out here?" an older redhead asked in a disapproving tone.

"Percy he's sitting with a bunch of girls. You gotta do something about it" Ron exclaimed.

The older boy, Percy, sighed and turned to the group and bowed his head.

"I sincerely apologize for my brother for any harm he's caused" he said sincerely.

He then grabbed Ron by the scruff and pulled him away.

"Hey wait, Percy what are doing?" Ron asked as he struggled to get out of his brother's grasp.

"Stop this Ron you're embarrassing yourself" Percy scolded.

They left with Ron whining as Percy kept scolding him.

"Well that was interesting" Minami commented.

"Annoying more like it" Mayu muttered.

"I do have to agree. That boy has no manners" Yuki said.

As they settled back in the compartment door was opened again. This time a slicked back blond-haired boy entered with two other boys on either side of him, posing like they were bodyguards.

"Are there no manners" Yuki murmured under her breath.

"Is Harry Potter in this compartment?" the blond asked.

"Whether he's here or not it's impolite to barge into a compartment" Minami said giving the blond a disapproving stare.

The blond turned to Minami and tried to show of a menacing glare that looked ridiculous on an eleven-year-old.

"Quiet you" he sneered.

"Apologize" Harry said.

"What?" the blond asked.

"That was rude of you to say to my friend" Harry said.

"And why should I?" the blond asked.

"Because if you'd care to even look at Minami's robes then you'd see my crest on it. Showing that she's under my protection" Harry said.

The blond did look and saw the crest on Minami's robes then noticed it all on the girls' robes. The crest looked vaguely familiar, but he couldn't place it.

"Are you going to apologize and leave, or will I have to take this a step further?" Harry asked adding some steel into his voice like he had seen Lord Akimoto do.

"My apologies" the blond muttered without an ounce of conviction.

Harry not wanting to start anything accepted it even though he knew it was hollow.

"Good, now leave" Harry said firmly.

The blond slinked out with the other two.

Harry let out a sigh.

"I hate that I have to do that" he muttered.

"It's necessary" Mayu said, "though our clan is established here it never hurts for any extra protection since we're bound to run into jerks like him along the way."

Harry had taken up his rightful place as Head of the Potter family, Lord Potter. Yasushi thought it was prudent to do so and advised Harry of its benefits.

Harry would be more in control of his destiny this way. Becoming head instantly made you emancipated. Normally someone as young as Harry couldn't assume his headship until he became of age. But thanks to a law that states if the family has only one surviving member they could take up their headship when they turn eleven.

Not only that, but Harry being Lord Potter he can place his house's protection on his friends. This will further protect them though they have that with being a part of the Akiba clan. But there were those would ignore that since to them they were still foreigners.

"I made us all bentos" Atsuko said as she grabbed her bag and pulled out boxes from it.

"Alright, Acchan's bentos rock" Yuko cheered as she gleefully took hers.

Minami thanked Atsuko for hers.

The bento Atsuko made for Yuki was large enough for two. So that meant it'd be shared with Mayu. Haruka and Yui got theirs and thanked Atsuko. And then there was Atsuko's which was the biggest since she always had a big appetite. That and she liked sharing with Harry. So that meant the bento was quite big. Though with magic it didn't appear so.

After eating they resumed what they had been doing til it was time for them to disembark.
