A/N: I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and I would like to thank everyone who added this story to their favorites and follows. This chapter was rather difficult to write so I apologize for the shortness of this chapter. For the guest that asked where is Class B, well they are in a different exam site.

Gang Orca is really focusing on finding the real me.

Naruto grimaced and winced as her clone exploded into a white smoke. That had definitely been a close one if you asked her because if she hadn't realized his intentions then she probably would have been sent flying through the air. Those red eyes skirted across her various clones. No doubt that the hero-turned-villain was trying to figure out which one was the real her.

The wind whistled against her ear and in the background, several students gasped. Blue eyes hardened as a realization dawned upon her. If they were gasping then it meant that the hero was behind her. She flickered her eyes to the clone on her right. I can't get hit by him. She thinned her lips and weaved her hands through a couple of hand seals.

"Gang Orca really seems to be focusing on you, Uzumaki!" Shindo called out. Sweat poured down the side of his face as the ground below them shivered and trembled. His black eyes focused on her and then flickered to the remaining shadow clones. His eyes lingered on the shadow clones that seemed to had no intention of moving from their spot. "Out of everyone here, he focuses on you and your clones."

It's like you predicted. That was the underlying hidden message in the boy's words and that only made her grimace. She steadied herself as the ground continued to tremble. The benefit of Shindou's Quirk was the fact that he could make mini-earthquakes. Her jaw tightened together as her eyes flickered to the clone, who was taking her sweet time to make her chains.

"Well he watched the Sports Festival," Naruto reminded him. She felt her whole body growing tense as Gang Orca focused his eyes on her. His feet trembled but that wasn't enough to stop him from coming to her. She would know. The bastard had some really good balance if she dared say so herself. "And considering the fact that I have a variety of techniques, it's only natural that I will be the main target."

The wind whistled from behind her as a loud stomped pierced through her eardrum. His minions are really, really stupid. She clicked her tongue and leaned her whole body forward. Control yourself. With that thought in her mind, she smashed her foot against the minion's leg before grabbing the other minion's fist.

She twisted his fist and swung the male towards the wall. The wall hissed and then cracked as the minion let out a rather loud and annoying groan before crashing to the ground. Maybe I need to do more training on how to lower my strength even more. She probably would have to ask Eisuke since he was the only relative that she had, who could probably teach her control.

"How the fuck are you that fast?" Shindou grumbled. His hands were still locked onto the ground but his eyes flickered from the groaning man in front of them before moving to the minion groaning behind them. "My eyes barely managed to catch sight of what you did! And it's even faster than your attack on the Sports Festival."

"You think I'll remain in the same speed after a few months?" She shifted backwards as another minion lurched forward to attack her. Her eyes flickered to Gang Orca, who let out a tiny growl when her clone exploded into nothing. It seemed like Midoriya took that as an opportunity to try and punch the hero. "I have enough time to improve my speed."

"Three months shouldn't make you that capable," Shindou observed. He flickered his eyes on Midoriya, who barely managed to duck Gang Orca's large fist and then looked back at her. "You and Midoriya come from the same high school but your speed is even greater than even a trained professional hero."

Well she was a trained kunoichi.

The wind whistled as a large shadow loomed right in front of her. That large whale-like shadow had to belong to Gang Orca. She clenched her jaws together and reached her hand back. A heavy fist burned through the palm of her hand. It stung but not as bad as when All Might punched her fist. The ground below them quivered as Naruto twisted her leg around. The gravel crunched as her leg whipped the hero's side.

A harsh breeze smacked her face as Gang Orca flew straight to the walls. His slacked jaw and widened eyes echoed the various expressions of the students and the sidekicks. The crunches of the gravel alongside the cries of the various sidekicks. All eyes locked onto her before darting to the slabs of concrete toppled over the hero.

"How the fuck was she able to react like that?" A side-kick finally yelled. "A first-year shouldn't be capable of reacting that quickly!"

Her clones smirked and held their hands up in victory, only to wilt when she glared at them. This was definitely not the time for them to be proud over what happened. One small distraction and the whole thing would go to hell. She clicked her tongue and glanced at the slacked jaw of Shindo before flickering her eyes at the grinning Midoriya.

"You sure you aren't a pro?" Shindo grumbled. He released his hand from the ground and like a switch, the ground stopped its groans and quivers, settling into a smooth lane. His black eyes fixed on the groaning hero and then flickered back at her. "You managed to send one of the top 10 heroes flying against the wall without any problem."

"Mind focusing on making our mini-earthquake?" Naruto grumbled. The older boy rolled his eyes and clicked his teeth before sinking back down to the ground. His compliment and question should be saved for when the exams were over. Right now, they had to focus on putting a barrier between the unconscious hero and the injured civilians.

She slid to the right as a long sword-like hand reached out to her. A strand of hair fell to the ground and Naruto dropped down. Just like a gale of wind, she swept her foot against the side-kick feet before darting her eyes at the other villains. There were still too many villains. She clenched her jaws together and furrowed her eyebrows together.

"Oi Uzumaki, if Gang Orca is knocked out then what the hell should we do?" One of the students cried out as a minion reached out to them. Her fellow student ducked and smashed her fist against the minion's stomach. A quiet groan escaped from the male's lips, causing him to crumble down to the ground. "You never told us that this could happen."

"Well he did a sneak attack on me! How the fuck was I supposed to control my strength?" She grumbled. Her fellow student dropped her jaw while Shindou looked at her like she was insane. Midoriya? Her traitor of a classmate only laughed at her. Where was the sweet Midoriya, who was too terrified to laugh at her misery? She wanted that Midoriya.

Shindou eyed the minions. "Even if Gang Orca is knocked out, we still have a lot of minions heading towards the new first-aid zone!"

"You would think defeating the final boss would make them terrified," Naruto stated. She weaved her hands together and took in a deep breath. Her lungs screamed from the lack of air and a large gust of wind escaped from her lips. Several of the villains yelped as the gust of wind rushed towards them. The villains twirled and swirled alongside the wind before smashing towards the walls.

Midoriya frowned. "We need to corner them, don't we?"

"It would be the best option," Naruto agreed. She whistled when her green-haired friend smashed his foot against the minion's jaw. Blood dribbled down the minion's face before the female let out a groan. Either they were really holding back on them or her friend had definitely gotten a lot stronger. "But the only question is how do we drive them into a corner?"

Shindou eyed them. "You want to do what you did in the first portion of the exam?"

"It's the most logical solution to the problem," Midoriya pointed out as he ducked under a flying fist. The blonde let out a sigh and jumped up as two sets of fists came flying towards her. Seriously, the side-kicks played the role of stupid minions to perfection because anyone would tell them that she could sense them coming. A whip came flying towards her and Naruto grabbed hold of the whip.

She tugged on the whip and twisted her whole body around before sending the minion flying through the air. A blinding, twinkling light decorated the sky as the minion faded from her eyesight. Landing on her feet, Naruto glanced at the gawking students. She cleared her throat and gazed at Midoriya.

That spark in his eyes told her that her friend definitely had a plan.

"You got an idea on how we can drive them to a corner, don't you?"

That smile on his face was all the answer that she needed.

"Your students have more talent than I thought, Eraserhead."

Aizawa raised a single eyebrow and offered only a single grunt when Ms. Joke flashed him a little weary smile. Every single one of those students have talent, even if some of them choose to ignore that talent. His eyes flickered to the area, where most of his other students crowded and focused on the purple-haired boy that seemed intent of using his Quirk to keep the building glued together.

"This is just the result of their hard work and drive," Aizawa replied. He clasped his hands together and curled his lips into a weary smile as most of the students charged straight to the minions. Hidden between the attacking students had to be Uzumaki's clones because his solemn student rarely smiled that freely in an exam stimulation. "Every single one of them have been pushed through the limit whether it has been their emotional or physical limit."

Ms. Joke thinned her lips and regarded him with concern eyes. I'm not going to have another talk about her about what all of them went through. He folded his arms against his chest and slid back down his seat. What his students went through was none of anyone's business. The only reason he got involved was because it affected their school work.

His green-haired friend placed her head on top of her hand and fixed her eyes on Naruto. "Out of all of your students, it seems like Uzumaki is the prodigy in the group. Her plan of having Shindo cause a mini-earthquake gave enough time for the students to move the first-aid center to another location. But I don't know if I like this plan."

I can understand why it looks like Uzumaki is a prodigy. He rubbed his rough jaw and flickered his eyes from Naruto to Midoriya before moving back to his green-haired friend. There wasn't much that he knew about his shinobi student's upbringing but what he did know was that she was a product of a biased environment. An environment that didn't nurture the talents that she had.

If the girl had been raised better than he was certain that she wouldn't be having issues that hindered her talent.

"Out of all the students in here, Naruto has the most experience," Aizawa stated. Ms. Joke hummed and looked at him with knowing eyes, which only made him scowl. He shook his head. "That experience of hers was probably what led her to make the first plan."

Ms. Joke blinked and tilted her head. "Are you saying that the second plan is someone's else plan?"

"Midoriya or Shindou probably made this plan," Aizawa replied. He fixed his eyes on the clones that were now forming a wall between the sidekicks and the other students. Definitely not Uzumaki's plan. The black-haired man sighed. "Uzumaki is a lot of things but she isn't the type to repeat a pattern once it has been shown to the public. She doesn't favor…predictability."

Emi chuckled and smiled slightly at him. Her dark green eyes gleamed with amusement as if she found his words to be amusing and knowing that insane woman, she probably did find his words to be amusing. I certainly can't find the humor in my words. He clicked his tongue and clasped his hands behind his head.

"Out of all of your students, Naruto has to be your favorite," Emi said. Her tone leaked with amusement and her eyes gleamed with mischief, which only made Aizawa scowl. This woman always acted like she knew him when she certainly had no idea about anything. "Out of all of your students, you praise her the most."

A warm breeze tickled his neck as green eyes offered him a pointed look. Aizawa slid his hands into his pocket and schooled his expression into a blank one. Favoritism? I always hated the idea. If he praised Naruto then it was because she either deserved the praise or due to the fact that he wanted her confidence to be higher. Not once did he ever praise the child for an action that didn't deserve to be praised.

"I don't have a favorite student."

His fellow hero snorted and twisted her whole body away from the stadium. Her green eyes searched him and the amusement in her eyes faded away, replaced again with that rare seriousness that Emi rarely displayed to the public. She is definitely going to say something to prove that I'm wrong. The whole posture screamed that the woman was going to prove a point.

"Normally I would believe you," Ms. Joke said, pressing her slender thumb against his chest. "But you've done things for that girl that you normally wouldn't do for students. I love Eri-chan but tell me, would you have taken in a little girl if it hadn't been for her? You always avoided things that gives you responsibility or anything that makes you get close to people."

"Emi—"

"—If I haven't been persistent with our friendship then you would have pushed me away," Ms. Joke said flatly. Aizawa thinned his lips as his friend scrutinized at him before offering him a little smile. "Even though you're attractive, you haven't been on a single date. Any time that someone tells you to hang out, you'll find a way to make an excuse. Honestly if it wasn't for Present Mic or Midnight, you probably would be alone."

Aizawa closed his eyes and rubbed the sides of his head. No matter how much I used to push Hizashi and Nemuri, they still kept coming back. He clicked his tongue as his green-haired friend continued to gaze at him with knowing eyes. If Nemuri hadn't put that recommendation for him then he probably wouldn't be a teacher. She practically pushed him for the job.

"Whenever I look at Naruto, I see myself inside of her and that…terrifies me," Aizawa admitted. Ms. Joke did not smile or laugh, only gazing out to the stadium with blank eyes. That was good because he didn't want her to joke around. "It's one thing to go through this but to see a kid enduring that kind of pain…is horrible."

Ms. Joke smiled faintly. "So basically you don't want an Eraserhead 2.0?"

If she wants it to put it that way then yes. He bobbed his head and Ms. Joke rubbed her own jaw before regarding the rock wall that was now beginning to form between the minion and students. Perhaps the reason had been slightly personal but there was another reason. A more logical reason then what he had given Ms. Joke because he hadn't noticed the similarity until he got to know his blue-eyed student.

"I also took in Eri-chan because I didn't want Naruto to give up on her future," Aizawa admitted. Emi blinked and tilted her head to the side as black eyes regarded the thoughtful blond that stood between Midoriya and Shindou. "Naruto doesn't trust people easily and she would have dropped out of school if it meant taking care of Eri-chan."

Ms. Joke smiled faintly and leaned her whole body forward. The warm breeze carried the strawberry-scent of his friend's hair and green eyes looked at him with an emotion that made him look away. This was why he didn't like being alone with this woman. It had been fine in the beginning of their working relationship because it hadn't meant anything.

It had been harmless.

"You know I don't know much about Uzumaki Naruto but I do know that she is really lucky to have someone like you to support her," Emi commented. Her lips curled into a larger smile and her eyes softened slightly. "And you're lucky to have met her when she did or else you probably wouldn't have changed this much."

He raised an eyebrow. "What makes you think she changed me?"

"Well they say the student learn stuff from the teacher," Aizawa opened his mouth but closed it when the green-haired woman wiggled her finger at him. "But us teachers learn a lot of things from our students. I'm pretty certain that watching your student get better and becoming closer to the people around her, made you want to get better too."

Chirps echoed between them alongside the sound of explosions as Emi gazed at him with eyes demanding to know whether she was wrong or not. Aizawa only closed his eyes and took in another deep breath. Did I change while I was trying to get that stubborn girl to accept help? He couldn't tell and Hizashi never said anything to him, but then again his best friend always knew better than to talk.

"You made a lot of presumptions, Emi."

His friend's smile softened and the green-haired woman tapped her finger against her chin. What the hell is going on through that woman's mind for her to put that expression? He eyed Emi as dread crept up into his stomach. There was no way he was going to like the words coming outside of her mouth but he would stick to hear what she had to say.

"You know why I constantly tease you even though I know you hate it?" Emi asked. Aizawa blinked and raised an eyebrow at his friend. The green-haired woman quirked her lips slightly and clasped her hands together. "It's because I've never seen you smile and I'm actually curious to see you smile and laugh. Why do you think I constantly continue those jokes with you?"

He snorted. "You tried to use your Quirk on me."

"Ah but I know you're quick to stop me," Ms. Joke stated. Aizawa grunted and looked up at the floating cloud loitering around the sky. That doesn't mean that you can use your Quirk. The green-haired woman chuckled and offered him a sincere smile. "Why do you think I like you? The day I can make you laugh means the day that I know that I'm genuinely funny."

Maybe one day he could laugh at one of her corny jokes but for now he was just content with watching their student pass their exams.

"Todoroki-san, you didn't go and help the others stop the villains?"

Shouto frowned and lowered the injured civilian down onto the mat before twisting his whole body around to stare at the source of that monotone voice. She is one of Naruto's cousins. I remember she introduced herself as Kokoro to Naruto. He flickered his eyes to Inasa, who stood right beside the black-haired girl with a scowl playing on his lips.

He clenched his jaw and blinked when Kokoro darted her eyes between him and Inasa. His eyes widened and his jaw dropped slightly when the black-haired girl stomped her foot against Inasa's rather large foot. His lips almost twitched into a smile at the sound of a strangled cry coming out of the buzzcut teen's lips.

Inasa only threw a glare at Kokoro and the girl only eyed the teen like he deserved the little stomp.

"No, I prioritized getting the civilians to safety," he informed Kokoro. Pink eyes widened just a tiny bit and the black-haired girl knitted her eyebrows together before flickering her eyes at the barrier that separated them from the villians. I think I know why she is taken back. With his Quirk, fighting the villain would make the whole battle easier on the fighting students.

Kokoro stared at the squirming civilians, her eyes lingering on the bandages wrapped around their bodies, before darting her eyes back at him. No emotion colored her expression, making the teen looked almost doll-like in his opinion. Very different from Naruto. His girlfriend used to try and make that same expression but her emotions always seemed to come out in the end.

"I thought you would've prioritize fighting the villains," Inasa grumbled. "Unlike me, you didn't have a tiny person stopping you from fighting the villains or using your own shadow to drag you to rescue people."

Kokoro rolled her eyes. "Well I did hear from Nagmasa-senpai that Naruto was the one making the plan and since I don't want you or Naruto-chan to fail…I decided to take things into my own hand."

"You make it seem like I'm a child!" The teen grumbled, folding his arms against his chest. Shouto almost raised his eyebrows at the pout-like tone coming out of the tall boy's lips. I think this is the first time that he isn't loud. Kokoro chuckled and looked almost faintly amused before quickly shifting her expression into a blank one. Inasa just gawked at her. "Did you just…laugh?"

"You must be going deaf, Inasa," the girl said flatly. Inasa opened his mouth to argue, only to grow smaller when the Uzumaki narrowed her eyes at him. I think almost every male is terrified of dealing with an Uzumaki's wrath. He certainly didn't like it when Naruto got upset but then again it was because he was at loss of what to do to calm her down. "And I wouldn't treat you like a child if I didn't know you can't control your mouth."

The taller teen blinked and then almost grin as if he found something amusing about those words. Shouto only stared at them. Is there something that I miss about those words? He couldn't find anything amusing about those words but maybe there was a hidden meaning behind those words. The heterochromatic teen paused and then shook his head.

Nothing about those words seemed to hold a different meaning and with that knowledge, Shouto turned his whole body away from them.

"Wait, where are you going?" Inasa demanded. Shouto twisted his head around and frowned at the older male. Why does he care about where I'm going? He darted his eyes to Kokoro and the black-haired teen shrugged her shoulders. The lack of expression on her face made it incredibly difficult for him to figure out what to do next. "You can't just leave! Are you going to help your girlfriend and the others?"

"No," Shouto replied. He dragged his feet away from the boy and did not turn around even when the loud stomps began to boom and pierced through the air. Why would he? It was rather clear who was now beginning to follow him from that loud footstep. "Like I told you, I decided not to prioritize fighting the villains."

A large hand grabbed his shoulder and Shouto blinked when the buzzcut-haired boy looked at him with a scowl playing on his lips. The furrowed eyebrows informed him that the male was absolutely confused at the idea that he had no plans to fight. I have a valid reason. It was rather logical if one took in the factors of the exam.

"Why?"

Shouto sighed. "Because I'll be a hindrance to Naruto."

The heavy weight on his shoulder loosened as Inasa opened and closed his mouth like a curtain. Heterochromatic eyes showed no emotion and the 15-year-old boy darted his eyes to Kokoro. The girl stood right behind Inasa and stared at him like she was at a loss at this piece of information. He took a deep breath and resumed his steps.

"What do you mean that you'll be a hindrance to Naruto?" Kokoro asked. Shouto stopped in his steps and clicked his heels together before turning his head around to face the girl. Her eyes inspected him as her lips curled into a tiny frown. "You and my cousin seem to have a good relationship…a rather sickening cute relationship but a good relationship nevertheless."

Sickening cute? Shouto tilted his head. That was probably the first time someone had ever describe his romantic relationship with Naruto in that way but his stomach didn't roll with disgust. If anything his lips almost twitched into a smile. If their relationship was seen in that way then he didn't mind, because anything would be better than toxic.

"I like Naruto and I care about her," Shouto replied. He cleared his throat and rubbed the back of his neck, as the distinct sound of concrete crashing down to the ground echoed in the background. "She is also one of the strongest people I know, but that doesn't mean I don't worry about her or lose reason if I see her get hurt. Naruto will argue with me if she sees that I'm prioritizing protecting her over the civilians."

Kokoro blinked and gawked at him while Inasa eyed him like he was the biggest idiot in the world. Shouto frowned. Is it stupid? It seemed logical in my mind. He darted his eyes to the wall before looking back at them. Naruto was strong. She was good at directing people when needed but that didn't mean his heart didn't crash at the thought of her getting hurt.

"So you've been prioritizing rescue because you don't want to annoy Naruto over the fact that you're protective over her."

The disbelief rang in the air as Kokoro pinched her nose. Inasa coughed but it sounded almost like a laugh if you asked him. It sounds ridiculous when you said it out loud and in that tone. Shouto's lips tugged into a slight pout and the buzzcut-haired boy roared with laughter as if he found something amusing about the whole thing.

"Being protective is nice outside of work but it is a distraction when we're at work," Shouto explained, throwing a dirty look at Inasa. The boy only snorted and looked away from him while Kokoro just continued to squint her eyes at him. "Instead of focusing on some innocent civilian, I would be prioritizing Naruto and that isn't the way a hero should be."

Inasa sighed. "I still don't see what the big deal is for you."

"Probably because you never had a girlfriend and will probably won't have a girlfriend until we're done with high school," Kokoro replied. Shouto blinked and furrowed his eyebrows while Inasa nodded, not looking one bit annoyed by those words. The little smile on Inasa's face just screamed resignation and Kokoro sighed. "The stupid thing about our high school is that we can't date, but that didn't stop Eisuke-niichan from—"

"—Wait, did he break the school rules?" Inasa demanded.

"Eisuke breaks the rules when it suits him," Kokoro sighed. Shouto blinked and curled his lips into a frown as the pink-eyed teen looked out to the rock barrier that stood behind them. "He doesn't do it often and when he does do it…well you have to question whether he has a brain or not. Pops says that he gets that trait from Kenji-ojisan."

Shouto nodded and looked out at the barrier as the bell rang to signal the end of the exam.

(It would be a week later when he realized that those words would foreshadow what the hero had done and even when Shouto looked back, he had to wonder whether or not if Eisuke had done the right thing. It was Eisuke's action that made it difficult for him to even think of convincing Naruto to stop chasing after Sasuke).

A/N: So we saw a little glimpse of Naruto's fight with Gang Orca and get to know a little glimpse of the relationship between Ms. Joke and Aizawa. We also see Shouto explaining his reason for not helping the others. Now I'll admit that this chapter and rather this whole arc was difficult for me to write, which is why I decided to end the arc here. I might start the new arc in this book or have it separated like the other books but do tell me of your thoughts on that matter.

Also for everyone who says that Eisuke is a hypocrite and immature in the last chapter, he was meant to be a hypocrite and immature. He was meant to be emotional and the whole thing will be elaborated in the upcoming chapters.

Now here are a few questions:

Q1: What did you think of the whole conversation between Ms. Joke and Eraserhead? And the glimpse of their relationship?

Q2: How do you feel about Shouto's reason for not going in there?

Q3: How do you think Tomoyo will react when she finds out that Eisuke spilling everything to Endeavor?

Q4: How do you think Shouto will react when he finds out the truth about Touya?

Please do tell me of your thoughts on this chapter.
