As we meet more members of the 79th Class, let's peek into what Honami is doing. Disclaimer: I don't own Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, Danganronpa, or the Evillious Chronicles.
Jojolion Chapter 36: The Search for Sato
Honami was sitting in a plane presently flying over the Atlantic. The Seven Sins were with her, not that they had any choice. "May I ask why we are trying to keep to the air constantly?," Gallerian asked, "Don't get me wrong, I find the idea that man has reached the upper atmosphere fascinating, but we are not meant to stay in the air like birds." "I'm not done with the last part of my plan," Honami explained, "There's one more thing I need to track down." "You also threw the Steering Committee right under the bus when they made you what you are," Margarita noted.
Honami gave her a threatening glare, holding up the chain connected to Margarita. "I'm just curious as to why!," Margarita insisted. Honami put down the chain. "They may have made me what I am, but they likely would have dumped me once they had what they wanted. And they had the means to create more of me if they so chose. That would have diminished my importance. What I want... Is a world that I can share with the one most important to me. Mahiru... I have the means to take over the entire world, and I wish for her to be at my side."
"Why such a homely girl as her?," Riliane quipped. She shrieked as Honami shocked her for the insult. "My attraction to her is my own choice!," she called out angrily, "Never question my personal desires!" Riliane grumbled, but nodded in submission. 'Just wait until I find out how to complete my Stand's power... Then I'll prove to you who the true superior one is.' "Anyway," Honami said, "Back to the original question, there are only two Stand users connected to the Joestar family with the power to fly, and one cannot maintain it indefinitely. The other must somehow search the entire skyline for us, and there are dozens of planes flying every day. We just need to remember to land every once in a while to deflect suspicion."
The trio was surprised when they entered Keebo's student lab. The familiar form of his chassis was seen on a nearby table, yet Keebo himself had no exposed inner workings as he lay on a nearby operating table, surrounded by several machines being operated by Miu. "Okay, functionality looks good." Himiko took one look at the blueprints and blushed before looking away. "He's... He's anatomically correct!" "That's... Surprising," Shuichi said, "And it looks like he has two different chassis." "Yes, actually," Keebo said as he got off the table after the checkup, "The outer chassis acts in a manner similar to clothing."
He demonstrated as the outer chassis opened up, closing around his inner chassis once he put it on. "My father, Doctor Idabashi, designed me to emulate human life as closely as possible, once he learned he had succeeded with the Strong AI that acts as my brain. I can even consume food and break it down into bio-fuel." Shuichi then noted that the entire room looked almost like Japanese cyberpunk. The other Keebo had always liked Japanese culture. "Where did Doctor Idabashi get this technology?," Maki asked.
"Ah, about that," Keebo replied, "You see, Father works for the Speedwagon Foundation, and much of the technology that makes up my body was taken from the blueprints used to turn the Nazi officer Rudol von Stroheim into a cyborg. Basically, I'm the next step up from that. As I learned enough to get into high school, my Stand also started to develop." He pointed to a large engine found on the blueprints. "My Stand, Machinehead, is literally built right into my platform. It's a large nanomachine factory that can alter my platform however I need it to and create a variety of armaments."
"Looks like this Keebo isn't a puppet," Himiko noted. "Ah yes," Keebo realized, "I was told about how the other me from your old world was just a glorified video camera. Also, is robophobia even a thing? The closest equivalent fear I could find is actually technophobia. There's nothing in my knowledge of fear that pertains to robots specifically." "I'd consider myself more a robosexual," Miu joked. "Some things never change," Maki said with a smirk.
Tsumugi was next up on the list. Talking with her, it was clear she had many differences from her alternate counterpart. For starters, Shuichi wasn't sure if V3 Tsumugi was really a teenager, while this Tsumugi obviously was. Additionally, Tsumugi never talked about just being plain. In fact, she felt that being an Ultimate was the furthest thing from being plain as was possible. "It's a bit ironic that trying to avoid attention by talking about being plain only drew more attention to herself." "So what's that right behind you?," Shuichi said, pointing to a rack with five dresses on it.
"This is my Stand," Tsumugi explained, "I call it Lady Gaga. Each of the five dresses gives me a different power, and I can change between them at will. Maybe someday you'll get to see them all." "That's a bit of an odd Stand for a cosplayer," Shuichi noted, "I would have expected a power that let's you take on the abilities of whatever fictional character you were dressed as." "Yeah, but that would give me too many powers to choose from," Tsumugi pointed out, "Choosing between five is much easier than five-hundred. And each power can be useful in a number of scenarios."
"Reminds me of the fable of the fox and the cat," Shuichi noted, "The fox was killed by hunting hounds because he was stuck trying to choose which trick to escape with, while the cat escaped notice by sticking with the only trick it knew, but it could do well." "Something like that," Tsumugi said, "By the way, have you noticed that most of our free time is spent training our Stands? I think Mister Kakyoin is concerned about something." Shuichi rubbed his chin. 'Could it have something to do with the ritual? Are they searching for the one behind it?'
"Miss Sato handed us the former Steering Committee on a silver platter," Kakyoin noted, "And she even left a paper trail leading us right to Haiji Towa. It seems this is how they bankrolled the operation. Obtaining the Anubis sword, finding Rome, recruiting Mason. It would seem Honami desires to have the world for herself. But the question is... How does she plan to go about it? All of her plans have been leading up to this. But what's her end goal? With the conditioning from Ultimate Hope, she's not going to be looking for anything flashy. It might be something more... Simple..." He contacted his team at Speedwagon to start brainstorming.
I did originally have the idea of having Tsumugi take on the powers of whoever she was cosplaying as, but decided this made her too overpowered even by Jojo standards. So I dialed it back, using the dresses in Alice Madness Returns for inspiration. Speaking of, here's the stats on both her and Keebo.
Machinehead (Song by Bush)
User: Keebo Idabashi
Ability: A nanomachine factory built right into Keebo's platform, Machine Head can generate an army of nanomachines to alter Keebo's body for a variety of uses. It has enough stored data to construct powerful weapons or defenses. Once Keebo is done with the alterations, the nanomachines return him to his default form.

Lady Gaga (American Singer)
User: Tsumugi Shirogane
Ability: A rack of five dresses that can be conjured at will, Tsumugi can then don one of the dresses to gain one of five powers, and she can change dresses at any time. The steam punk dress gives her technopathy, the siren dress gives her water manipulation, the silk dress lets her shoot strings from her wrists, the royal suit dress can summon chess piece constructs to attack, and the stitched dress gives her control over inanimate objects. Each of the dresses is also as durable as a suit of steel armor.
