Lori began to sneakily leave the house when...

"Guys," Lola shouted, "Lori's sneaking off!"

The rest of the siblings rushed in.

Lori sighed. "What do you literally want?"

Leni asked, "where are you going?"

Lucy asked, "are you going to see Bobby?"

"No," Lori snapped, "I am literally just going to have lunch with Carol."

"Carol?" Lincoln asked, "I thought you hated her?"

Lori answered, "not anymore. Now I'm literally leaving, so bye."

Luna asked Luan, "we're following her, aren't we?"

Luan nodded.

Lola added, "of course. Let's see what she's really up to. She's clearly hiding something."

As it turned out, Lori was telling the truth.

"Hey, Carol."

Carol responded, "Lori! Hi."

Lori immediately made small talk. "How have you been lately?"

Carol sadly said, "not great."

Lori was concerned. "Why? What happened?"

Carol answered, "my boyfriend broke up with me yesterday."

Lori asked, "why?"

"I don't know. It's just you've got such a good relationship with Bobby, and I can't help but feel a little jealous."

Lori said, "I'm sorry."

"It's not your fault."

"No. I'm just expressing sympathy."

"Oh. Thank you, Lori."

"Come here," Lori said, as she pulled Carol in for a hug."

Meanwhile, the Loud siblings were watching the whole thing.

Lola exclaimed, "I knew it! She's cheating on Bobby with Carol."

"Shut up, Lola."

Does anyone else hate it when you say, "I'm sorry" and the person replies, "it's not your fault." It's one of biggest pet peeves.
