Fix my mood
...
"What's up?" Abhijeet asked, sitting beside an annoyed looking Tarika on sofa.
"Nothing." She said dryly.
"What? PMSing again?" Abhijeet rolled his eyes.
"You men will never get it actually. And why's that my every mood swing needs to be related with my periods!"
"Excuse me! Men too do get mood swings for testosteron okay? Don't nag. And if its not PMS, then tell me what's wrong "
"You know what, I don't even want to talk to you."
"Arrey! What on earth have I done now?"
"Nothing."
"Oh, your this nothing games. Tell me Tarika."
"Nothing I said na. I dont know, I am just feeling low. Fix my mood."
"But you didn't want to talk to me." Abhijeet teased.
"Now I want you to fix my mood."
"Umm... " Abhijeet pretended to think. "What about I make you maggie."
"No Abhijeet! I don't want maggie."
Abhijeet tried harder and kept himself calm.
"Okay, should I prepare your favourite ginger tea?"
Tarika's face lightened.
"Yes. Please please please."
"Here I go your highness."
Abhijeet stood up and walked towards the kitchen but then stopped and turn around to to ask her the reason once again for her sour mood.
"Tarika..."
"Yeah?" Tarika looked at him with a small smile on her face and seeing her mood getting better he dropped the idea to ask her his planned question. It didn't matter. At least for then. Tarika would share eventually.
"Nothing. I will be right back. You relax and watch tv."
Tarika smiled and Abhijeet went to make his girl his special ginger tea.
