"Guys, I swear to God, drop it." George glared at his friends in the locker room. He was in the locker room, sitting with Paul (Triple H), Michael (Shawn Michaels), Glenn (Kane), and Steven (Stone Cold). He had arrived at the arena, even though Bladewolf was not scheduled to be on RAW tonight, heck he wasn't scheduled to be on TV again until the Royal Rumble PPV.

"No, this is serious." Michael said, waving off his glare. "And know it off with the glare, Mark's is more scarier than you."

"I swear, guy, why do you need to get involved with my personal life?" George said, groaning into his hand. The guys had decided to bring up the awkward tension between him and Trish, who haven't spoken to each other in two weeks on the RAW they came across one another for the first time since 2002.

"Because, we don't want your personal live bringing you down and mucking up your wrestling life." Paul said, patting his friend on the shoulder. Despite learning he had been sleeping with Stephanie from 2002 to 2003, he and Steph were broke up so he couldn't flip out, but now they were together and married so, it was in the past.

"Paul, you know I don't let my personal life affect my professional life, I did get some tips from Mark on keeping in character even outside of the WWE." George said.

"True, but this is GIRL trouble, all of us have had it at some point." Paul said before pointing to Shawn. "Shawn's even had it, and well...let's not go there."

"Yeah, let's not." Shawn chuckled awkwardly. The whole thing with Sunny still followed him to this day like the Montreal Screwjob.

"Look." Glenn, being one of the few close to George since they teamed together as part of the Brothers of Destruction and were on the road together during their 1999 run as Tag Team Champions. "Everyone has problems when working here in the WWE, it's unavoidable. But letting those problems get out of control will be bad for you and for her. Try and talk to her, get it all out of your systems."

"It's not that easy, my relationships during my time here have not worked out so well in the end." George said. "I mean, Sable cheated on me, last I heard she was with Brock. Trish...well, we were on different brands and couldn't see each other that much. Stephanie...well, Paul here knows how that ended. No hard feelings, man?"

"Nope, in the past so keep it there." Paul said.

"Look, pal, I'll be blunt with you." Steven said. "It's time to face the music. What if you and Patricia end up in a storyline together, more specifically a 'Beauty and the Beast' romance storyline? You both can't be at each other's throats back here and try to act professional out there."

George sighed again and ran his hand through his hair. He would consider cutting it to make it short, but he had to keep it long for his Demon Bladewolf gimmick, plus he liked it long again.

"She's in catering, talking with Lita last I saw." Shawn said "Just go and talk to her, get your problems said and out the way and patch up your relationship with her. I mean...ever since you two split she's had a tough time the first few months into 2003. I'm surprised she was able to keep her composure."

"What are you talking about?" George raised an eyebrow at him.

Shawn sighed and looked at the others who shared looks. "Look, we can't tell you everything as that's for her to tell you. The only reason we didn't is because she wore us not to tell you, and we only find out when Lita saw the bruise-"

"What bruise?" George said seriously.

"George, after you and her split, a few months she entered a relationship with a guy named Ross." Paul said. "She said he was a great guy, brought him round to some of the shows, but we didn't like him. I could tell he was the kind of guy who didn't treat a woman like a person...he had been beating on her. We don't know why...but we know that's what he did when she told us. It was thanks to her phoning me, Shawn, and Glenn that we stormed over and got her out of that bastard's apartment."

"Somebody...hurt her?" George asked with his fists clenching at the thought.

"Yeah, but she will have to tell you the full story about it." Shawn said and George buried his face in his hands, thinking over everything his friends had told him. He couldn't get the image of what a hurt Trish being beaten by an abusive boyfriend out of his head. "So like Glenn said...time to face the music, go talk to her."

"You guys aren't gonna drop this, are you?" George asked with a tired sigh as he stood up and walked out the room, his friends following in case he ran off to leave. They were his friends and going to show him tough love.

"Nope!" Shawn chuckled like the Devil.

"i hate you guys, I hate you all so much." George said but with a small smile.

"You love us, you know you do." Paul nudged him, "We're all one big happy family."

George scoffed lightly but chuckled as well. They arrived at catering and George saw Patricia talking with Amy (Lita) and seeing Patricia again made his confidence in talking to her vanish.

"I can't do this." George said, turning to leave only for Paul and Shanw to grab him. "Guys-"

"Yes you can, now do it before I superkick you and Paul Pedigrees you." Shawn said seriously before Glenn smacked George on the back of the head then did the same to Shawn. "Hey!"

"Just get it over with, we'll be standing here...watching." Glenn said before thinking about it. "Well, that sounded awkward and creepy."

"Oh, she's coming over." Steven said and quickly scattered.

"What's that, Dave?" Paul said when he spotted Dave (Batista) and walked over to him. "Shawn, come on!"

"Good luck!" Shawn laughed as he ran off with Paul.

Glenn shrugged at George before he walked away as well.

"I really hate them." George sighed.

"Hate who?"

George looked to see Patricia standing there with her arms crossed and a raised eyebrow. "Oh, just Paul, Glenn, Shawn and Austin, being dicks."

Patricia giggled a little before a small silence fell between them. "I guess we should talk instead of avoiding each other." Patricia said with a sigh, having thought it over the past two weeks since seeing him again. She looked around and frowned as she saw Shawn and Paul 'discreetly' watching them and flipped them off before she grabbed George's arm and pulled him to a empty room, shutting and locking the door. "Nosy fuckers."

George chuckled at that. "Shawn and Hunter always are the nosy ones." He walked over to the door before kicking it. "Shawn! Paul! Fuck off before I don't feel like doing this!"

"See you!" He heard those two idiots laugh and run away.

"Dicks." George said and faced Patricia who now sat down on a chair with her arms and legs crossed. "Time to talk, I guess."

"Yeah." Patricia nodded. "We've been...avoiding each other, even when you came back to RAW, I did see you but never worked up the courage to at least say hey, welcome back to RAW. Two weeks ago was our first time talking to one another since 2002."

"Yeah." George said as he sat across from her. "Look, pushing each other away and trying to avoid the other is not gonna help us in the end.I mean, what if we are put in a storyline?"

"It would be failing because we are not talking to each other." Patricia sighed.

"I don't want there to be this tension between us for months on end and it affects our work." George said as he reached across and held her hand, which she didn't pull away so that was okay in his book. "I just...I don't know what to do with you anymore."

"What am I, a blanket?" Patricia asked, making him chuckle. "You know, I never stopped liking you...never stopped loving you, even during..." She paused, and took a shuddering breath.

George had a feeling on what she was talking about but didn't say anything. She will tell him in time when she feels ready to tell him. He won't push her. "Going down this road will not be easy, it never is worth our line of work. I mean, we're wrestlers for crying out loud, eventually we are going to get injured and have to remain at home while the other is on the road still."

"Well, this time I won't let it ruin us again." Patricia said firmly, stroking his hand with her thumb and smiled softly at him which he returned before her stomach rumbled making her blush as he chuckled. "Shut up. Hey, want to go to the nearest McDonalds?"

"Sure, large fries for me." George grinned, making her chuckle before they stood up and Patricia walked towards the door but before she could, she was turned around and found his lips pressing agaisnt hers, causing her to tense before she relaxed and started kissing him back just as softly as he was kissing her. A shiver went down her spine when he gently grabbed her hip and his tongue slide against her bottom lip. Kissing him never ceased to be amazing in her opinion.

They soon broke the kiss and leaned their foreheads against each other. "So, shall we take that date at McDonalds now?" George grinned.

Patricia couldn't stop her wide smile. "Hell yeah, but first..." She looked back and slammed her foot into the door. "Fuck off you nosey pricks!"

"Well done George!" They heard Paul and Shawn laugh on the other side of the door, causing the two new couple to sigh before they chuckled.

"Well, let's get going Patricia." George said and started unlocking the door when she smiled at him.

"Trish. You can call me Trish again..."

And that's it for this chapter, and the first complete off screen chapter in the story. George and Trish have talked their issues out and gotten back together. Now I'm not good at making relationship troubles on my stories, especially with WWE, but I try my best. All I do is just do as best as I can.

Next chapter will be the Royal Rumble.
