Night 34
"Come on in, guys!"
To everyone's surprise, not only that they were to compete in an immunity challenge a day earlier than expected, but they were also going to battle it out at night. And due to the Survivor schedule, only two episodes of the previous season, Emperors vs Knights, have aired before Mexico's castaways left to compete on their own season.
So to them, it was a complete shock at what today's challenge was.
"Welcome... to Survivor Folklore." Master Hand introduced.
"Lemme guess: we're going to learn about Mexican culture and history."
"Sounds just about right." He replied to Panther. "That is the challenge for tonight. Here's how it's going to work: I'm gonna tell you a story about Mexican history, and on my go, you will all grab a torch and race out in a jungle to a series of five of stations with one question with three answers. When you think you have the right answer, grabbed the wrapped medallion, head back to the start. You know if the answer is right if you reveal a gold medallion, before you hook it up at your station. However, if you turn out to be wrong, you will reveal a wooden medallion, which you will toss into the fire. First person to hook five gold medallions at their station, wins immunity, safe from the vote. Losers, Tribal Council where someone will be the twelfth person voted out of Survivor and will become the fifth member of our jury."
"And just so we're clear," He continued. "due to timing, Tribal Council will take place not tonight, but tomorrow night."
"When Master Hand said that the tribal was not going to take place until tomorrow night, it was kind of a... 'whatever' for all of us." Funky Kong shrugged. "I mean, what difference would it have made? Everyone already knows what the alliances are, everybody already knows who's in the position of power, and we all know how the vote is gonna play out numbers wise. So even if we did have to go to tribal immediately after the challenge, we all would have fought for Plague Knight's vote right at Tribal Council. So other than that, looks like tomorrow's gonna be pretty chill."
"Shall we get started?" Master Hand's lesson was about to begin. "Tonight's story is going to be about Hernán Cortés. Hernán Cortés is most famous for conquering the Aztecs and claiming Mexico on behalf of Spain. Back in the fifteenth century, he was just about to travel to Mexico until his leader, Diego Velázquez, cancelled it. In spite of that, Cortés decided to travel to Mexico anyway, with the intention of overthrowing ruler Montezuma II in the Aztec capital of Tenochtitlan."
"They reached Mexico in February 1519, where the locals gave him gifts in the form of twenty women. One of them in particular became the eventual mother of Cortés's son, Martin. Following them dropping the anchor in Tobasco, they traveled to Veracruz where he sunk all but one of his own ships, with it being the only one set to travel back to Spain. The reason behind was to show that Cortés had no intentions on retreating. He then finally entered Tenochtitlan where he took Montezuma hostage before his men began raiding the city. However, his victory did not come so easily. Pánfilo Narváez from Cuba was planning on putting a stop to him, resulting in Cortés fleeing the city, leaving eighty of his soldiers under the command of Pedro de Alvarado to hold Tenochtitlan until he returned, in which he did. However, the Aztec forces managed to drive his men from the city. Yet during the Spanish retreat, Montezuma was killed. Afterwards, Cortés defeated the Aztecs on July 7, 1520 at the Battle of Otumba and he finally took control of Tenochtitlan by August 13, 1521. All of the questions that are in the jungle are going to be based on the story that I've just told you. Everybody can grab a torch and we will get started."
"Hopefully I can remember everything..." Chica said.

"Alright, here we go. For immunity, and a guaranteed spot in the final six." The master raised his hand. "Survivors ready? ...GO!"
Incineroar, Plague Knight, Panther, Isabelle, Funky Kong, Daisy, and Chica all sprinted off almost immediately, each of them going to one of the five stations.
"Start off with any section you want! Remember: gold means you are correct, wood means you are incorrect." Master Hand reminded. "For one of these survivors, this could be a million dollar challenge!"
Isabelle decided to go to station one with Plague Knight, Incineroar started off with station two with Funky Kong, Panther began with stage three, Chica choosing stage four, which left Daisy with stage five.
The smallest remaining female of the season read the first question, Plague Knight reading silently to himself.
"'Hernán Cortés claimed Mexico on behalf of what country?'" She read out loud. "A) Cuba, B) Dominican Republic, C) Spain..."
"Um..." Plague Knight appeared to not know of the answer at all. Yet, due to Isabelle quickly opening the third urn to retrieve a wrapped medallion, he decided to simply hope that she was right and grabbed a medallion of his own. "It better be 'Spainland'..."
Spainland? Really?
"'Who was the ruler of the Aztecs?'" Funky Kong read the second question. "A) Montezuma III, B) Montezuma II, C) Montezuma IV..."
Yet it was Incineroar who popped open a urn first to retrieve a medallion from answer A, taking off almost immediately. Though it led Funky to be quite confused for a brief moment, taking a quick glance back at the answers.
"...Oh, dang it..." He ended up choosing answer B before making his way back. "He's gonna find out the hard way..."
"Looks like people are already coming back with medallions!"
Plague Knight, Panther, Funky Kong, Incineroar, and Isabelle all returned.
"Remember: if it's gold, you are right. If it's wood, you are wrong. And if you are wrong, toss it right in the fire pit."
It was at this time when Daisy and Chica made their return.
"Plague Knight has it right. Panther has it right. Isabelle has it right. Funky Kong's right... Incineroar's wrong!"
"...What!?" He stomped his foot in frustration, angrily throwing his medallion into the fire, knowing that he had to head all the way back to the second station.
"Chica's wrong! Gotta head back!"
She heaved a deep sigh shaking her head.
"Daisy's right! Everybody's on the board with one except Incineroar and Chica!"
"'What was the Aztec capital?'" Plague Knight was now at station three. "Tenochtitlan, Tobasco, Veracruz... Um, uh... Tobasco! Yes!"
By the time Plague Knight closed up the urn to option B, Daisy was right on his tail, taking a brief moment to glance back at the knight. Taking a look at the question herself, she sighed and rolled her eyes, choosing option A.
"They don't know their Mexican history..."
"'When was Montezuma killed?'" Panther was currently at station four. "A) By Hernán Cortés after he reached Mexico, B) During the Battle of Otumba, C) During the Spanish retreat... Uh... I dunno..."
Yet not wanting to take up too much of his time, he randomly chose the third option.
"One in three chance..."
"Panther heading back. Isabelle heading back. Here comes Incineroar, Daisy, Plague Knight, and Chica! The trick is that even though you already picked your answer, nobody knows for sure if they have it right or not until you reveal!"
And if someone was wrong, it always cost a major amount of time that would have possibly screwed them over in the long run.
"Incineroar wrong again!"
"Aw, come on!" He yelled, tossing another medallion into the fire.
"Chica's on the board! Here comes Funky Kong again." The master noticed the ape finally coming back with another medallion. "Daisy's right! Panther's right! Plague Knight's wrong! Head back!"
"UGH!"
"Isabelle's right! Right now it is Isabelle, Daisy, and Panther in the lead with two! Everybody has at least one, except for Incineroar!"
"Master, say my name!"
"Funky Kong has two, now! He's in it!"
"'When did Hernán Cortés took control of the Aztec capital?'" Chica was now at the fifth station. "A) 1519, B) 1521, or C) 1520... Umm..."
She seemed that she had no idea what answer to choose.
"'Who was the ruler of the Aztecs?'" Panther read out loud, nimbly choosing an answer. Incineroar, who was also there, already knew that he selected the right answer due to him being wrong twice in a row.
Back at the starting station, Daisy, Isabelle, Panther, and Incineroar all came back with their medallions.
"...Daisy's right! Isabelle's right! Panther's right! Incineroar's finally on the board!"
"Thank goodness..."
"Funky Kong, Chica, and Plague Knight are now coming back!"
After going back to forth, eventually it lead to Panther, Funky Kong, Daisy, and Isabelle all in the lead with four, Chica and Plague Knight with three, and Incineroar still being stuck at one.
"We have a four way tie going on right now! Funky Kong, Isabelle, Daisy, and Panther are all looking for one more!"
"'When was Montezuma killed?'" A nearly out of breath Funky Kong was at the fourth station. "Ugh, I'm panickin'. I'm panickin'... Um..."
"Funky Kong and Panther are coming back with their next medallion. This could be a race to who's going to be hook their medallion on first!"
Both unwrapped theirs as fast as they could have, not only hoping that they were correct, but with them also hoping that they were able to beat the other knowing that it was a race against time.
"...Funky Kong's wrong!"
"DANG IT!" He shouted at the sky, racing back almost immediately.
"Panther..." Master Hand waited. "is also wrong!"
"What the-"
"This opens the game back up for the rest of the castaways! Here comes Isabelle if she's right..."
"Come on, come on..."
"ISABELLE WINS IMMUNITY!"
She heaved a major sigh of relief, taking her time in placing her torch down. "Whew... All this long time and I finally won something..."
"Well, you're the only one here, so nobody else even knows yet... except for Daisy." Master Hand and the Animal Crossing character both looked to see Daisy racing back with her medallion.
"...She won?"
"Yeah."
"Oh, man..."
"Let's just wait for everybody else."
-/-
"Alright, Isabelle. Come on over."
"Nice going, Iz." Funky Kong clapped as well as everybody else in congratulations, the necklace being wrapped around Isabelle's neck.
"You now have a one in six shot at winning this game..." The master was going to say more, yet he stopped when he realized that she was attempting at her hardest to hold back tears. "And right on cue, you're crying."
"No, nothing's wrong..." She waved it off before she was asked. "I guess it's because... Look, it's been pretty clear that I'm not the best at challenges at all. I've weighed my team down on the first time the Brains had to go to tribal and I was set to be the first one to leave from that group, and things didn't get better when I was always one of the first two to be eliminated from individual immunity challenges. So to actually not only do well, but to win this one,... maybe it really be enough to prove to people that I'm not... that... I-I'm not such a loser when it comes to these competitions. I may not be the strongest of everything, but I work just as hard as everyone else."
That earned a round of applause from his fellow castaways.
"It's just that some people are stronger than others and I can't really do anything about it. So I guess I got lucky this time."
"Well, if you won, you won. Doesn't matter if you have giant muscles or not." Funky Kong commented.
"Thanks, Funky."
"Like he said, you won, and you did earn it." Master Hand placed a hand on her shoulder. "You now have a one in six shot at winning this game, and you are guaranteed to be safe tonight. As for everybody else that does not have the necklace, tomorrow night, you will attend your next Tribal Council where someone will be joining Espio, Ryu, Golden, and Specter Knight on that jury. Isabelle, it will not be you. Congrats."
"I really appreciate it, master."
"I may have gotten a little too emotional there." Isabelle recalled with a laugh. "But I guess it was something personal with me. Right before I came out here, I knew that I wasn't going to be the best at challenges. Super physical challenges such as the one where we had to lift those pots up just wasn't for me. But knowing what this one was, right from the get go I already knew I had a shot, so I made sure I pay attention to every word in Hernán Cortés's story and it paid off. Sure, some might just see it as something like (oh, of course it's not a super physical challenge so anyone can win). But I still won at the end of the day, and strong muscular people like Incineroar came in last. I worked hard to get to this point in the game, after I was the 'weak link' of my team, and now I have individual immunity... So maybe it will finally make up for it."

Day 35
With the cast congratulating Isabelle the previous night, it was now the following morning in the Aztec Empire. Judging by the story of Hernán Cortés, for some, they were probably never look at the Aztec Empire the same way again. However, early on in the season, the master did state that 'war' was one of the reasons why the empire was well known by the people.
"Fire's ready for laundry."
Isabelle's voice was enough to make Panther Caroso rise up. He had already been up for a while, but he was simply to lazy to make his body do anything at the time.
"I guess we'd better get up." He said to Daisy and Funky Kong who were next to him at the time. "We gotta get water anyway, and it's already half past eight. ...UGH!"
He stretched out his arms and legs before standing up. "I can't wait to wash my clothes. I'm tired of stinkin' all the time. We're already homeless anyway with nothing to eat most of the time. Now we gotta smell bad, too?"
"Dude, it's been thirty-five days, man." Funky Kong snickered. "You're still not used to it at this point?"
"I mean, I don't like to be musty." He shook his head in reply. "It's not just the fact that girls don't dig that, it's just plain disgusting. I feel sorry for all the production that are around us twenty-four seven... and the master who has to stare at us all the time."
"Well, at tribal he's safe enough of a distance away from us. So that's not all bad."
"I don't expect that much to happen today, actually. So maybe that's why we all decided to do laundry to past the time. Everyone on this tribe knows that all the strategizing that's gonna happen today is either how each member of each alliance is gonna try to swing Plague over or whatever Plague is thinking in his mind about this. So for me, maybe I'll just spend time trying to lay low for a bit. Right now I'm wondering what is Wolf telling our folks from home, including my parents. Like, my dad for instance, he's been sick for a bit. He's much better now, but right before I came out here, he was sick during the week I found out I was gonna be on the show, so it gave me a scare. I can't just see the look on his face when he finds out that I'm still in the game." The purple animal smirked, though it turned back into a frown. "But unfortunately, it is going to be a bit harder to relax, especially when you're on the chopping block... Oh boy... How can Panther Caroso get outta this one?"
Luckily, he managed to get time with Plague Knight on the way to the water well. Yet at that time, they were already heading back.
"Not trying to pressure you or anything, but this is likely going to be the only time I'm gonna be strategizing with you throughout the whole day so maybe you can have the rest of the day to yourself and think everything over... Lemme ask you this... What is your motive to win at this point?"
"To prove people wrong." Plague replied almost instantly. "I mean, I am downright tired of people thinking they can get away with everything. They voted out Jimmy, but look what happened to Espio. Look what happened to Golden. Look what almost happened to Funky Kong."
"...So why would you think that it would make sense to work with them?" He asked being as curious as he was. "If you'd rather not say, you're not obligated to tell me anything. I'm not Incineroar."
"Well, I guess maybe they've been wanting to work with me for a while. Yes, even though I might have to deal with Funky Kong, I can't really blame Isabelle for trying to save herself because I know how she feels..."
"Hmm... That actually sounds rather reasonable. Even if you choose to vote one of us off, I would not blame you one bit."
"Aye!" Funky Kong's voice sounded from the tree mail path. Sure, one might have said that because of yesterday, there was basically no reason to check it, but he found something that grabbed his attention.
"What is it?" Panther questioned.
"You guys wanna know what I saw just now?" The ape finally emerged from the trees.
"What?" Plague Knight cocked his head to the side.
"...A monkey..." He blinked under his sunglasses. "And not one like me or Donkey if you know what I mean..."
"Oh..." That made Caroso and the alchemist widen their eyes at the thought. "I've seen one of those the other day..."
"...Ya think it's kinda... low-key creepy and disturbing? ...Just a little bit?" Kong used his fingers for emphasis.
"Yeah... I even have this friend of mine named Andrew."
Unbeknownst to the three of them, Incineroar kept watch from afar.
"I don't know why, but I'm getting kinda curious about Funky Kong. We're both probably the main targets of my alliance right now, so our job is to hopefully convince Plague Knight to join our side. But ever since last night, I've been growing increasingly concerned for him. He's been rather close with Panther lately. Last night he was near him when we were sleeping, now all of a sudden he's been seen having multiple conversations with him. I don't know if it's Panther getting too close with him or anything, but I'm like, dude, Panther's the enemy here. The thing we gotta keep our alliance together, you know? Why be with the enemy? Wouldn't it make more sense to avoid Panther, Chica, and Daisy for a while until this thing is over with? You know, so none of them can't start nothin'? I think I'm gonna speak to him for a bit and find out what's going on..."
"I mean, I'm not accusing you of anything, but I just wanna know why Panther has been around you a lot as of late. He is somebody our alliance is against and that he is our Plan A..."
"Oh, I know, man. Don't worry about it." Funky Kong unsurprisingly brushed it off. "It's just that I've felt that me and him rarely talk to each other about anything, but I guess starting from last night, Panther's actually kinda fun to hang out with."
Little did they know, Daisy Rose was seen observing the conversation from the shelter. Neither of the boys picked a good spot to have a private conversation. And right now, it was backfiring.
"Oh... I don't know, man..." Incineroar still felt that it was something rather odd for him to see. "If he's sticking of swinging you over to do somethin', he has another thing comin'. He will not break this alliance because I know you'll never flip."
She could not have believed it.
"Are you serious?"
"You know, if this was regular life, I would have been said something to this person a long time ago. Something would have been came out of my mouth almost two weeks ago when he first started rubbing me the wrong way. But of course, since it's S-U-R-V-I-V-O-R, you can't say nothing. But you know what, I'm tired of not saying anything. I've always been taught to speak my mind. And honestly, I am tired of keeping quiet all the time. I've already kept quiet and pretended to not know what was going on, now this? How long does Daisy have to shut up? How long is it gonna take for me to pretend I don't know what's going on? You know what, I am downright tired of that!"
"So now Panther and Funky Kong are not allowed to talk to each other about random stuff because Incineroar wants to help protect the alliance? Does he have any idea what a social game is? And not even that, like Funky said, what if he just wants to be friends with the guy? Not that me and Funky talk that often, but you can't just make friends out here? Not everything is about strategizing and alliances. I mean, I'm getting flashbacks to the Beauty tribe! This is why I didn't care for Chica that much! Why are people so offended by people generally getting along with each other? These are the people you're playing with! Getting to know someone is not terrible. So if no one else wants to say anything, I'll say it. I know at this point I'm not the only one who feels this way."
"Really?"
Both the Pokemon and ape turned their heads to Rose's voice, the woman herself now approaching from her spot at the shelter.
"Okay, I've been keeping my mouth shut for far too long, so this time, I'm gonna say something. Incineroar, may I ask you why isn't it okay for Funky to not talk to Panther, or anyone from my alliance? You don't have to always separate alliances from friendships, you know. Just because of the fact that there are two different alliances right now fighting for Plague Knight's voice does not mean that we can't even look at each other!"
...
"...Uh..." Funky Kong anxiously glanced all over the place.
"Well, aren't you cranky today!" Incineroar glared. "What's your problem? Didn't get enough sleep last night?"
"Didn't get enough sleep? I've been dealing with you for the longest time and now's the time for me to say that I've had enough of dealing with your crap." She stated. "I'm glad that I didn't have to meet you until the merge because you are getting on my nerves since day twenty-two and I'm sick of it!"
"What did I ever do to you?" He raised his hands. "All I'm doing is talking with my ally."
"And all your ally was doing was having a friendly conversation with someone. And what did you ever do to me?" She proceeded to recall every time she was rubbed the wrong way by Incineroar's actions. "You've eaten more than your fair share on that reward, you tried to force your strategy down our throats at one of the other rewards, you've alienated the entire Beauty Tribe Alliance when you ones the loved ones reward, and now you don't want anyone talking to us at all? Who the heck do you think you are!?"
"Who do I think I am!?"
Around this time, Isabelle and Panther himself were seen coming from the jungle.
"First of all, can you stop yelling at me for just a quick second? I'm two inches from you! Second of all, I was strategizing at that time because I was the next to go until I won individual immunity! I'm not gonna sit on my tail all day and hope I don't get voted out of the tribe! I'm gonna work my tail off until I find out that I'm safe! And even when I'm safe, I still gotta plan ahead for what's to come. Why is that a problem?"
"Why do you find it to be such a big problem with people just getting along with each other and making connections? Isn't that what you have to do, letting alone what people do anyway!? Just because both alliances have the same amount of numbers does not mean we can't talk to each other! Good grief!"
Panther was staring down right at the ground.
"I... Have a feeling that this tribal is not going to be exactly friendly. That's for sure..."
Tribal Council
Night 35
The previous argument ended up with Daisy walking off out of frustration, deciding that Incineroar clearly showed no signs of understanding what she was trying to say. That being said, as Panther predicted, the argument was likely set to continue right at Tribal Council in front of four jury members.
"We'll now bring in the members of our jury..." Master Hand stated following the seven castaways sitting down in their seats. "Espio... Ryu... Golden... and Specter Knight voted out at the last Tribal Council."
The warrior sat still in his spot at the bench, Plague Knight beaming underneath his mask, yet still mad that Specter was eliminated from the game, knowing he was not even the initial target in the first place.
"Alright. So Isabelle, at last night's challenge that you won, you got a little emotional." Master Hand recalled. "You said that you went from the supposed weak link on your tribe to now being the only one that is guaranteed to be safe at this Tribal Council."
"Yeah, I guess it's because of how far that I've come out here. To be honest, I didn't know that I was going to make it this far into the game." She admitted with a shake of her head. "My name hasn't even been written down, even though it could be tonight for the first time. But like, I'm here on day thirty-five when I was supposed to be voted out twenty-six days ago. So maybe I thought that I had something to prove, since I was already perceived as the weak link at the time. But, what happens? Most of the tribe didn't vote against me at that tribal, so I felt like I not only owed something to them, but I knew I needed to really work hard out here, and you know? Look at me now."
"Incineroar," The champion was called on next. "when you won immunity, it was personal for you for a different reason. But, one thing you and Isabelle have in common is that you felt like it was a major accomplishment for your own personal reasons. So, you likely can relate to Isabelle in some way even though you two are completely different people."
"You're probably right about that." He nodded in agreement. "I mean, I can say... I flopped at the challenge last night, haha. Listening and studying are not as easy as it looked. I was in last place for the entire challenge and I only like, one question right only because it took me forever to get the correct answer. But Isabelle hasn't missed once. So yeah, I congratulated her and everything. She deserved it."
"Panther, at the last Tribal Council, you've played an idol and saved yourself sending Specter out of the game." The hand recalled the previous tribal's events. "Who knows where the game is at this point? You feel like you generally know what the alliances are?"
"Oh, it's very clear what the alliances are." He felt that there was literally no point in trying to keep his perception a secret. "It's us three Beauties against Incineroar, Isabelle and Funky Kong. Plague's right in the middle and he has to choose a side, now."
"Well, okay! So Plague Knight, you're in the middle?"
He snickered. "Honestly, at this point, I don't think I could be in a better position right now. It's almost as if this was meant for someone like me to have."
Specter Knight rolled his eyes.
"The hard part is finding more reasons to why it would make more sense to align with this alliance over the other. On one side of the coin, Isabelle and Funky Kong voted differently at our first Tribal Council. Yet at the same time, I was not with anyone from the Beauty tribe on day one. Both sides have just as many pros and cons, so I have to basically think about every single detail here and it's not as easy as it looks even though I want to be the one making the move tonight."
"Funky Kong, you've known Plague Knight from day one. And you can not deny that this adventure has been rather, all over the place for him." Master Hand opinionated. "First he was left out of the vote at his first tribal, then the legendary Espio elimination, then Plague had a rather rough tribal personally, now he's in the swing vote position."
"I mean,... like..." Funky Kong actually found it to be a good question, yet based on all that has happened towards Plague Knight, most of which would have never occurred if he was the first post-merge boot, found it hard to discover words to say. "...I... never beefed with Plague. I never really disliked him personally. Sure, I can not blame him for going to Specter to save himself because he found out that he was the target at that tribal. But I have no reason to be bitter towards him because he simply voted out another competitor. It's not Plague's fault that he wants to win this game too, so I'd look stupid for being a sore loser. Not everything's all about me. Had I not win that immunity, I would have been gone instead of Espio, anyway. But I'm thankful for that necklace, because now I've made it to the Loved Ones visit."
"How was the Loved Ones visit?"
"It was nice. I liked it." He nodded grinning. "My cousin got to be out there, he found it to be such a honor to return to the game after he first played two seasons ago, I'm thankful for my buddy Incineroar choosing me because I did not win that challenge. He did, but he chose me to accompany him and I didn't have to do anything."
"And Incineroar chooses you, Isabelle, and Plague Knight, who are conveniently, your entire alliance plus the swing vote."
Daisy nodded sharply curling up her lips.
"Gotta protect my alliance." Incineroar shrugged his shoulders, literally the entire jury having all sorts of reactions.
"What a fool..." Specter Knight mumbled.
"Daisy, you had a major reaction to that."
"Oh, just so you know," Panther wanted to speak first, pointing towards the cat and the orange-haired woman. "These two have been at it today, so you have been warned."
"Haha, alright!"
"But, seriously though." Rose shook her head. "Like, that's just a slap in the face like we're nothing."
"Again, what the heck is wrong with protecting my alliance!?" He asked out of frustration. "I'm just playing a game here trying to make sure I have the numbers, because I can't afford to be voted out or nothin'. I mean if it was you, you would have a hundred percent done the same thing!"
"No, I wouldn't." She yelled back. "Because unlike you, I actually know how to socially handle myself. When you choose people to go on the reward, sure, you need to protect your alliance, but at the same time, don't make the people on the bottom feel like nothing, like they don't even matter. That's literally rubbing it in their faces and it alienates them. When you show consideration for other people, they end up liking you more, and it increases their chances of voting for you in the finals. But the thing is with you, Incineroar, you have no consideration for other people, and that's the problem."
Ryu slowly brought a hand to his face at the scene, everybody else that was still in the running all eyeing Daisy.
"Even taking the strategy out, you have no common sense either. Besides your best friend, Chica Candance is the only one here who's had a blood related loved one come out here and the only one from an immediate family, but you didn't even think of bringing her. So it's a poor move no matter how you look at it. What about that reward where you were supposed to eat your fair share of food, but you've ate way more than you should have, making me eat less just so Espio and Isabelle can have their fair share."
Espio simply blinked.
"...Incineroar?" Master Hand spoke.
"Look, I'm a big guy, alright?" The dark-type sighed. "Everyone here knows what I do for a living. I was put on the Brawn tribe for obvious reasons, and maybe I got a little carried away. But I just couldn't help it. That's just what happens."
"'Just what happens'?" Now she was completely infuriated. "Are you out of your mind!? You can't just do that! Golden's a big guy and he ate his fair share just so you can have something to eat. It is no better than eating your tribe's entire supply of rice. Like I said: you have no consideration for other people at all and that's why you're not going to win this game."
!
"...What!?" He was growing more angry with her by the second. "Excuse me!?"
"Aw, come on, now. Don't play dumb. You know you heard me and I'm not taking it back." She had no regrets whatsoever. "I can't take back what's the truth. Unless Funky is on the jury, not a single person on there is going to vote for you, but you're gonna find out the hard way even if you make it to the finals."
"Master..." He was actually laughing at that time, Funky Kong burrying his face in his hands, Panther Caroso attempting at his hardest not to laugh. "This woman just said that I have no chance of winning this game. How does she know who's gonna vote for me or not?"
"It's really not that hard to figure out who and who's not going to vote for you knowing what type of game you're playing. With a selfish game like this, even in Survivor, there is such a thing as being too selfish. Nobody else from this entire season is not as selfish as you."
"Can we just... 'Xcuse me." All that laughter Panther was trying to hold up resulting in him only snickering. "Can we just... tone it down just a little bit?"
"Come on, Panther. He needs to hear this and you know it." She replied.
"Daisy, let me ask you this..." Master Hand jumped in the conversation. "I'm getting strong vibes that this is clearly something you've been feeling for a while about Incineroar, meaning that you wanted him to hear your frustration for a while."
"I mean, Incineroar is just not winning this game." She shook again. "I don't know if he's gonna get voted out, blindsided, make it to the end, whatever. I don't see how he can win this thing at all. But yeah, I've been mad at him for a while. He just didn't know until now. But I am downright tired of being quiet all the time. In my regular life, if I have something to say, I'll say it. I was forced to keep my mouth shut when I didn't want to and today was the last straw."
"If I have no chance of winning this game, what makes you think you can win?" Incineroar glared.
"What makes you think I can win?" Her eyebrows scrunched up even more. "You wanna know how I can win? Because of my darn hard work and determination. That's how I can win out here. I don't know what's gonna happen to me, but it's safe to say that literally every person here is playing a better game than you and that's why you're not going to be the Sole Survivor."
...
He simply shook his head in response, too exhausted to argue back.
"...I'm guessing everybody's calm now."
"Let's just go ahead and vote." Chica suggested. "I don't wanna see any fights at Tribal Council."
"Oh, I'm not gonna fight him, Chica." She denied. "He's just not worth it."
He raised his hands up in response.
"Alright. It is time to vote." Master Hand began the voting session. "Chica, you're up."
With a major sigh of relief, off to the urn she went.
Specter Knight from the jury leaned over to whisper to Ryu sitting next to him. "We should have just gotten rid of Incineroar if we ever went to tribal."
"We were on a winning streak though, and plus he's physical. That was literally the only reason why I didn't wanna let him go. I'm glad Daisy stood up to him, though. She should have been on our tribe."
Espio and Golden snickered at that.
Plague Knight made his way up to the urn next, uncapping the pen, but taking a while to write his target down.
Next up was Daisy.
"So glad I'm finally got it off my chest."
And Incineroar went up right after to cast his vote, Panther, Isabelle, and Funky Kong all following suit. When the last castaway sat back down, it gave Master Hand the okay.
"I'll go tally the votes..."
"Well,..." Plague Knight mumbled to no one in particular. "I've made my choice..."
Panther crossed his fingers, Funky Kong curling up his lips out of anxiousness.
"If anybody has a hidden immunity idol and you wanna play it, now would be the time to do so."
...
"Okay. Once the votes are read, the decision is final. Person voted out will be asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately. I'll read the votes..."
The Survivor host uncapped the urn.
"First vote..."
"Funky Kong."
He hung his head down, his hands being brought to his face.
"...Funky Kong. Two votes Funky Kong.
Chica was lightly shaking, Panther's heart sinking to his stomach.
"...Daisy."
She sighed. "Well, there's my first vote..."
"One vote Daisy."
"Funky Kong. Three votes Funky Kong, one vote Daisy."
"Daisy. Two votes Daisy."
"Oh my gosh..." Panther mumbled facepalming.
"Daisy. We're tied. Three votes Daisy, three votes Funky Kong, one vote left."
Chica's leg began to shake, Funky Kong exhaling through his nose.
"Oh dear..." Isabelle mumbled.
"Twelfth person voted out of Survivor and the fifth member of our jury..."
Plague Knight waited for it.
"...Daisy."
Caroso cursed.
"You need to bring me your torch."
Incineroar clapped his hands out of satisfaction.
#Blindside
"Do you think opening up her mouth had anything to do with it?" Specter Knight asked.
"No." Espio disagreed with a head shake. "Panther's more threatening than Daisy was. They were probably scared that he had another idol."
"Daisy, the tribe has spoken."
Snuff.
"Time for you to go."
"Alright." Daisy Floral Rose turned around one last time. "Bye, guys."
"Good job, Daisy."
"Bye, Daisy!"
Panther shook his head after she exited the area. He felt terrible, especially knowing it could have been him.
"Well, it seems that Daisy vented out her frustrations at tribal, now she's no longer in the game. Maybe it just goes to show that in this game, you need to watch every move you make. Every, single, one." said Master Hand. "Grab your torches, head back to camp. Goodnight."

"Sure, kinda funny that I get voted off right after I said what I said, but, at least for a moment I had the opportunity to stay true to myself, which is what I was always used to, anyway. I really thought that Plague was completely done with his tribe, though I guess it's no different that how Chica chose who she'd rather play with. But it's been very fun out here. I wouldn't change a darn thing when I watch this on television. There were some high highs and low lows, but it was worth it being out here. I wish good luck to Panther, Isabelle, Funky Kong,... you know what, even Plague and Chica, too. Everyone but Incineroar at this point. I can't stand him!"

(Again, major apologies for the delay. But, you know what? At this point, I'm going to have to postpone the next chapter until next the Sunday (the Sunday after this one lol) I'm tired of being late all the time as of late (no "pun" intended) and a lot has happened for me recently, but I think if I can just push back the next chapter for a single week, I can get enough time to get more chapters done on time. Maybe if I'm even lucky, I can even continue to work on Ponderosa. This is already a shorter Survivor story anyway and it's basically almost done, so I guess that's a plus in itself.)
Noooooo! I really liked her! And yes, Incineroar. Daisy could havewon the game somehow... But only if she was willing to actually get rid of Panther. Had Plague Knight join the Beauty Tribe Alliance, if they stayed loyal and got rid of everyone with no problems, then maybe get rid of Panther at the final immunity challenge or something, if Daisy sat next to Plague Knight and Chica, chances are, she would have won every single jury vote (except possibly Incineroar who would have been too bitter to vote for him. And idk how he'd feel about Plague at that point. Either him or Chica would have got second place.)
But yeah, no more Daisy, and I'm rather sad. Looks like Plague had a change of heart after all. He really pulled off a Chica this episode.
So anyways, next character reveal for Survivor - Caribbean will be... Meta Knight! As our next Kirby character! (Fun fact: He was actually considered to be part of Emperors vs Knights, but at the time, I just thought he was a little too short. But hey, if Ridley could get size adjustments, so can he.)
Vote for your favorite characters on my poll and I will see you all next Sunday!
