Prompt: "H-how long have you been standing there?" - "Long enough."

Takes place sometime in the first couple years after Deeks and Kensi started dating. Things turned ever so slightly M, as they often do when Densi is involved.

"Everybody, get on the floor, let's dance, don't fight the feeling, give yourself a chance," Deeks sang along with the radio as he trimmed his beard. He paused to check the symmetry of both sides and then broke into a high falsetto, reminiscent of The Bee Gees.

"Shake shake shake, shake shake shake

Shake your booty, shake your booty

Oh, shake shake shake, shake shake shake

Shake your booty, shake your booty."

Closing his eyes, he did just that, shaking his hips and butt with all his might. He threw in a little move he'd picked up from a fellow exotic dancer and then spun around in a tight circle.

"What are you doing?" He spun back around, eyes snapping open to find Kensi staring at him, one hand braced on the door frame. She looked fairly shocked at finding her boyfriend fresh out of the shower, dressed only in a pair of boxer briefs, dancing his heart out.

"H-how long have you been standing there?" he asked nervously. The music was still playing and he hastily turned it off.

"Long enough," Kensi replied, stepping just inside the door.

"I can explain," Deeks started to say, even though he had no idea how he was going to finish that sentence.

"How often do you do this?"

"Not often." He chuckled and shoved at his still damp hair. Damn it, he knew he should have closed the door. And put pants on. "Ok, maybe once, twice a month. Depends on what's playing." Kensi nodded, crossing her arms.

"I want to see it," she said.

"You want to see what?"

"The whole routine," she clarified.

"Well, it's not really a routine. It's more just me shaking things."

"And I'm very interested in seeing those things shake," Kensi said pointedly, her voice lowering a little.

"Oh." He cleared his throat and tossed his hair back, suddenly feeling a lot less uncomfortable. "So you, um, what you're telling me is that you liked it?" he checked, grinning a little as Kensi blushed ever so slightly.

She looked him up and down, biting down on her lip in a way that was thoroughly sexual. When their eyes met again, hers were dark with arousal.

"Dance," she ordered, flipping the music on again. The song had changed and it wasn't really the right beat for what he intended, but he wasn't about to disappoint Kensi.

He thrust one hip out, tossed his hair and started shaking for all he was worth. He got through two lines of music before Kensi tackled him against the counter, her legs wrapping tightly around his hips.

Deeks sank to the floor with his arms full of Kensi and the sound of John Denver's voice filling the small room.

A/N: The song "Shake Your Booty" is by KC and The Sunshine Band.

I always head canon that Deeks is a 70's fan, much like ECO.
