We have one more student to introduce, and we're also going to reveal the Stands of our other eight newcomers to Josefumi's group. Disclaimer: I don't own Jojo's Bizarre Adventure, My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, or Danganronpa.
Jojolion Chapter 38: A Leader, But Not Supreme
Kokichi's student lab definitely looked like something out of a cartoon supervillain's lair, completely childish and not menacing at all. Shuichi noticed that Kokichi was dressed in a white suit with black shit and red tie instead of the modified straitjacket Shuichi remembered. "Well well," Kokichi said when he saw Kokichi, "Welcome. I was wondering when you'd get to me. I was observing you talking to the others. A little different than what you remember, right?" "In more ways than one," Shuichi admitted, "And you're the biggest surprise of them all. The you I knew was the Ultimate Supreme Leader, but here you're known as the Ultimate Prankster. That's not really something I was expecting."
Kokichi shrugged. "Well, the title of Ultimate Supreme Leader would be pretty out there, even for Hope's Peak Academy. Wouldn't you agree?" Shuichi had to admit Kokichi did have a point. He then noticed several humanoid beings, each dressed like Egyptian soldiers carrying spears and surging with electricity, performing tasks around the lab. "Ah, that would be my Stand," Kokichi explained, "I call it Pharoah Sanders. They number thirty total, and attack using electrical surges. The more conductive a target is, the more damage they do. But as you can see, so long as they aren't attacking they can be used to perform a number of tasks."
He walked over to a bank of monitors. "I first manifested my Stand when my gang was in trouble from some dangerous men who thought we were drawing too much attention from the police. Once I learned what it could do I was able to bring the group down. Then me and my friends went on to become even better than we were before." He turned to look at Shuichi. "You see, Shuichi, I may be a leader... But I am far from supreme. I can still make mistakes. The other me made plenty of mistakes too, didn't he? He just couldn't fess up to them. I'm as much a liar as he is, the only difference is I know when and how to turn it off. And I recognize that not everyone is the same. V3 Kokichi couldn't understand this, and it led to his death, and the deaths of several others."
Shuichi closed his eyes. "It's true. V3 Kokichi's actions are what allowed the second trial to occur, nearly derailed the third trial, outright caused the fourth and fifth trails, and muddied the waters in the sixth trails. And he might have even been able to change the course of the first trial if he only worked at it. He said he wanted to put an end to the Killing Game, but all he succeeded in doing was allowing it to continue. He never felt like he could trust anyone since no one trusted him."
"That's why he doesn't come off as much of a Supreme Leader to me," Kokichi noted, "If he was, he would have stuck to pragmatism and worked with the rest of you guys. I'm betting if he was willing to work with V3 Kaede, the Mastermind would never have gotten the Killing Game off the ground." At that moment an announcement came, calling the students to the gym. "Looks like our first real assignment is ready to get off the ground," Kokichi noted, "We'd better get going."
Inside the gym, Josefumi was standing at the podium ready to address the three classes. "Thank you for joining us, students from Classes 77, 78, and 79. What is to follow is of the utmost importance, thus this room has been specially prepared so that no one else can eavesdrop or otherwise interfere. As you may know or have at least been informed, a girl named Honami Sato is currently on our watchlist. She has already been declared dangerous after she murdered a fellow classmate and tried to stage the scene to frame a non-existent prowler. But now she has been modified with a dangerous procedure, intended to create a so-called 'Ultimate Hope'."
Hajime gasped. He had originally been slated for that experiment, before the Steering Committee was booted from the academy and Kakyoin helped him come to turns with his Ultimate talent and awaken his Stand. "For some months she has been planning something big," Josefumi continued, "And we have finally understood what her endgame is. She seeks The Book of the Law, and she knows where to find it. It's located deep beneath Twilight City." Now it was Makoto's turn to gasp, since his family lived in Twilight City.
"For those that have never heard of this city," Josefumi said, nodding to Shuichi, Maki, and Himiko, "It's a technologically advanced city funded by several groups, in particular the Togami Foundation, the Towa Group, the Speedwagon Foundation, and the Joestar Estate, and sits atop an artificial island. Now this book will only remain in Twilight City for a set amount of time, but we cannot just simply stall Sato until the book gets moved. If she found it once, she will find it again. Our goal must be to capture her, and place her in specialized custody."
He placed his hands behind his back. "Now this is easier said than done. I'm sure all of you are aware by now that Sato has taken advantage of a powerful ritual, endowing her with a dangerous Stand and several allies, reluctant though they may be. To that end, we'll be dividing into teams of eight. These groups will consist of two alumni, and two from each class." Team One would consist of Josefumi and his Stand Soft & Wet, Yasuho and her Paisley Park, Hajime and his Dragonforce, Chiaki and her Pac-Man Fever, Makoto and his Ooda-Booga Boogie, Kyoko and her In Sync, Shuichi and his Ashes Remain, and Kaede and her Clare de Lune.
Team Two would be Rai and his Doggy Style, Juzo and his Back to Rise, Akane and her Down Under, Nekomaru and his Iron Man, Aoi and her Ocean Blue, Yasuhiro and his Deep Purple, Maki and her The Joykiller, and Kaito and his Intergalactic. Team Three had Joshu and his Nut King Call, Trixie and her Tricks Up My Sleeve, Fuyuhiko and his Specials, Peko and her Butterfly, Byakuya and his Infinite, Toko and her The Devil Within, Himiko and her Pixies, and Kokichi and his Pharoah Sanders.
Team Four was headed by Hiroko and her Stand, The Second Son, which allowed her to manipulate elements of the urban environment. She would be joined by Taichi and his Stand, Pentiums. This Stand let him create and control constructs made from digital code. Their group had Kazuichi and his Carpenters, Hiyoko and her Cold As Ice, Sayaka and her Nebula, Leon and his Quicksilver, Rantaro and his Ra, and Tsumugi and her Lady Gaga. Team Five had Kyosuke and his Shiroyama, Chisa and her All Star, Sonia and her Diamonds, Gundham and his Wildhearts, Mukuro and her Mr Big, Kiyotaka and his Citizen Soldier, Ryoma and his Payable on Death, and Kirumi and her Genie in a Bottle.
Team Six would be led by Daisaku, whose Stand was Coming in Hot, a Stand that altered ambient temperature. He normally used it to provide the perfect environment for his crops, but he could also use it offensively. Also in the group was Gozu with his Stand, Immortals, a powerful minotaur warrior that was pure power and acted much like a tag-team wrestling partner. With them was Ryota and Ian, Mikan and her Cardigans, Chihiro and his Digital Love, Sakura and her Red Garland, Angie and her One of Us, and Korekiyo and his Napalm Death.
Team Seven had Seiko and her Sister Morphine, as well as Miaya and her Stand, Stronger, a cybernetic hoverchair that converted Miaya's body into digital form while creating a mechanical doll to act as her connection to the physical plain. Also on the team was Teruteru and his Bon Appetit, Mahiru and her Paparazzi, Mondo and his Howlin Wolf, Junko and her Centuries, Tenko and her Feel Invincible, and Gonta and his Adam Ant. The last team, Team Eight, had Sonosuke and his Iron Head, Ruruka and her Candy Shop, Ibuki and her Sonic Youth, Nagito and his Miracles, Hifumi and his Rewrite, Celestia and her Poker Face, Miu and her Caravan, and Keebo and his Machinehead.
Jin met with his predecessor, Kazuo Tengan. Kazuo had been headmaster prior to Jin, and the two shared a mutual respect. "So," Kazuo said as he and Jin played a round of shogi, "It's finally time. Now the Steering Committee's pet project must prove it can be more than the sum of its parts." "I have every confidence our students can defeat her," Jin noted. "As do I," Kazuo replied, "But to be realistic, we have very little information on what sort of powers Honami obtained. Still, Jojo knows this, and he and his friends will exercise caution. A new hope for the future is blossoming, one way or another. But will it be true hope, or a false one?" Jin smirked as he made his next move. "We'll just have to wait and see..."
Kokichi has the last Stand from The 7th Stand user. I'd like to give a shout-out to NendoTairiku, the creator of this fangame. It was one of the major inspirations for this story, which has exploded since I first thought it up. In addition, we have a few more Stands to introduce.
The Second Son (Song by JT Music)
User: Hiroko Hagakure
Ability: With this Stand, Hiroko can manipulate four factors common to the urban jungle, smoke, neon, video, and concrete. Smoke grants her some pyrokinetic ability as well as the ability to phase through solid objects while turning into pure ash. Neon grants her precision laser strikes and the ability to move at superhuman speeds. Video can turn her invisible to even computer scanners and create simple constructs from hard-light. Concrete gives her minor terrakinetic control over the substance, creating shields and projectiles. She can easily use these powers in combination.

Pentiums (It's All About the Pentiums, Song by "Weird Al" Yankovic)
User: Taichi Fujisaki
Ability: Taichi can bring digital code into the real world with his Stand, and using it turn that code into physical constructs. These constructs tend to be simple, such as weapons or shields, but can be any size Taichi wants them to be. The overall power of each construct is no greater than its real-world equivalent.

Coming in Hot (Song by Hollywood Undead)
User: Daisaku Bandai
Ability: An aura that allows Daisaku to manipulate the ambient temperature in a wide area. Though normally used to provide a perfect environment for his crops to grow, Daisuke can also use this power offensively, making enemies burn from too much heat or freeze in colder temperatures. This Stand is so precise Daisaku can prevent allies from being affected, and he himself is immune to his own temperature shifts.

Immortals (Song by Fall Out Boy)
User: The Great Gozu
Ability: Taking the form of a minotaur, Immortals doesn't have any real gimmicks, but its ability to interact with the physical world is much greater than most Stands, and it can be seen by non-Stand users. Beyond that, it has full knowledge of wrestling, and acts like a tag-team partner to Gozu.

Stronger (Song by Kanye West)
User: Miaya Gekkogahara
Ability: This Stand takes the form of a cybernetic hoverchair. When she sits in it, Miaya is converted into digital form, still fully conscious but unable to interact with the physical world. To compensate for this, Stronger creates a mechanical doll for her to use to interact with the physical world. While in this state Miaya can access any system and hack it to gain information. To deactivate her Stand, all Miaya has to do is command her doll to stand up, and she will be reverted to normal. The Stand and doll are both very durable, but neither has any combat options.

Stronger is officially my 200th OC Stand. Read and review.
