A/N: After I do the Haloween special. I am going to take a three week break because of my Education. It is really important to be and I cannot let this fanfiction get into my head because if I can't pass my exams (even though it's just a practice one) I wouldn't get into my dream school. Also, go check out my other fanfic called the Rookie of Night Raid, although it has one chapter, it might be good to have a look at it.

Just to let you know, I am not going to do Sadie's story since it would give me less stress. But this is my Fanfic and that you could do a fanfic Halo playthrough yourselves. As I said in my bio, if you want things done your way, do it yourself.

Disclaimer: I do not own Akame ga Kiru and Halo. They belong to their rightful and respectful owners.

As Najenda, Mine, Leone and Akame picked up the controller, the cutscene plays.

(Cutscene)

The Master Chief drops down a gravity lift just in time to see the Phantoms containing the Brute Chieftain Tartarus and the Prophet of Truth fly away. He walks over to the High Prophet of Mercy, who has yet to be killed by the Pod infector.

John-117: "Your pal. Where's he going?"

Prophet of Mercy: (weakly) "Earth... to finish what we started. And this time, none of you... will be left behind..."

"Oh I wouldn't say so." Najenda said.

"Good thing Thel found out the true intention of the Halo Ring." Leone added and her hatred towards him slightly diminished,

"But all that's left is now Truth." Mine stated.

"He needs to be eliminated." Akame commented darkly.

"Sheesh, you four are treating this like a real mission." Tatsumi reminded the girls.

Master Chief pulls the Flood form off of Mercy and pops it. Mercy gives a strangled cry and dies. Cortana's hologram appears on Mercy's throne.

Cortana: "That structure, at the center of the city... it's a Forerunner ship! And Truth is heading straight for it! If he leads the Covenant fleet to Earth, they won't stand a chance. You have to stop him!"

John-117: "That Brute has the Index. And Miranda and Johnson. He can activate the ring."

"Well, Thel can deal with that." Seyru pointed out as she was beginning to like him more.

The view shows the UNSC In Amber Clad crashed into a nearby tower.

Cortana: "If he does, I'll detonate In Amber Clad's reactor just like we did the Autumn's. The blast will destroy this city and the ring. Not a very original plan, but we know it'll work."

"I think that wouldn't work this time." Wave said as he knows that the Flood is know in its coordinative stage.

The Master Chief reaches for her.

Cortana: "No. I don't want to chance a remote detonation. I'll need to stay here."

"Well, at least she wouldn't be infected by the Food." Dorothea commented in relief.

"I wouldn't say so Reclaimer." Delta said as she knows that Cortana has the Logic plague. But she might have to explain to them much more in detail after the mission.

The Chief and Cortana then watch as a Pelican crashes onto the platform, and soon the Flood combat forms inside the dropship run out.

Soon, Tatsumi got a small flashback that had happened in Choukri Island when that Pelican crash. He and Wave has to tell them as soon as possible.

Cross-Purposes

Cortana: "Flood controlled-dropships are touching down all over the city! That creature beneath the Library... that 'Gravemind'... used us. We were just a diversion."

"Ugh, well that creature backstabbed us after sending us to High Charity." Leone grumbled as she and the others knew that the Gravemind lied to them.

"The Gravemind is an intelligent creature, and could hide its true intention." Delta informed them.

"That would be bad if there was one present here." Run added, making some sweat dropped.

Cortana: "In Amber Clad was always it's intended vector. There's a conduit connecting this tower to the ship. Head back inside. I'll lead you to it."

A mass of Flood combat forms attacks a pair of Jiralhanae near the door leading back into the Mausoleum tower. Two more Pelicans fly in over the platform, one of them disgorging a pair of Flood carrier forms, before they fly away, one heading down to the Lower districts and the other accelerating higher.

"Holy shit, the Flood is really kicking the Covenant's ass!" Leone cheered, making everyone look at her.

"Sis, are you really cheering for the parasite that can consume all?" Tatsumi questioned her.

"Oh, yeah sorry." She muttered.

A pair of Unggoy flee out of the door, pursued by a combat form. The four fights past them, and meets a cluster of Jiralhanae in the next, which were quickly delt with by Mine, Akame and Najenda room. Flood soon attacks from behind the Jiralhanae. The four battles their way through and soon reaches a gravity lift leading upstairs.

Cortana: "I'll disable this lift once you reach the top. That'll slow them down... I hope."

After the four reaches the top:

Prophet of Truth (Loudspeaker): "Shall we let the Flood consume our holy city? Turn High Charity into another of their wretched hives? No enemy has ever withstood our might. The Flood too shall fail."

"I wouldn't be so sure about that." Kurome pointed out at the carnage within High Charity.

The four passes through a room with a dead Sangheili and a dead Kig-Yar and comes to a massive open room. He stands on a platform in one corner, while other similar platforms are spaced around the room. The Spartan notices a huge array of colored shards of glass, taken from each world the Covenant have glassed. Far below, the Mausoleum of the Arbiter is barely visible as mist surrounds it. Akame, Mine, Leone and Najenda watches a skirmish between several Flood combat forms and a swarm of Yanme'e and a Jiralhanae on a distant platform.

"Leave the enemies to fight." Najenda told the others.

Cortana: "I'll do what I can to slow the launch sequence, but there's something inside the ship...a presence that's fighting back. For a Covenant construct, it's unusually formidable."

Something made Run realised something. "Delta, you said there was an AI within that ship, was the name Mendicant Bias?"

"Indeed, Reclaimer. Mendicant Bias was the Forerunner's valuable asset." Delta answered with a small hint of anger.

"Was?" Run said.

"Mendicant Bias defected to the Flood after they infected him with the logic plague." Delta added as she knows that she'll be a victim if she is not careful.

"So, this Logic Plague could infect any Artificial intelligence?" Mine guessed.

"You are indeed, but there is a biological version." Delta added as she knows a certain Forerunner.

More Yanme'e enter the area from the other side and engage both the Flood and the Master Chief. Akame activates a series of gravity bridges and makes it to the opposite side of the chamber. They then defeat several combat forms and leaves the area. As they enter the next room:

Please, Make Yourself at Home

The four finds that the Flood have already begun to infest the city, the beginning of a process that will ultimately see High Charity converted into a Flood hive. Flood biomass clings to the walls, and the air is darkened with Flood spores, making navigation difficult.

"So, this is a Flood Hive?" Tatsumi asked trying to ignore the horrors.

"Affirmative, Reclaimer. It also can create pure forms and also create Flood spores." Delta answered.

"I don't want to imagine what Pure Forms look like." Mine said to herself as she could imagine it being a mix of Flood Biomass and Bones.

Signs of the constant fighting are evident everywhere, with Covenant and Flood corpses scattered around. The four makes their way through a corridor filled with Flood, and then another with battling Flood and Covenant. Ultimately he makes it out into a garden-like area, where Jiralhanae-led Covenant patrol.

Prophet of Truth (Loudspeaker): "The parasite did not defeat the Forerunners...and it shall not defeat us."

"He is wrong." Delta spoke. "True, we manage to defeat the Flood with the cost of their entire species' lives." Night Raid felt sorry for Delta as she and a couple of Monitors were all that is left in their entire race.

"I wonder who came up with the Halo Arrays." Dorothea wondered.

"You would be disgusted by his story, Reclaimer." Delta responded as she knows that Faber went mad during the Forerunner-Flood War.

Gravemind: "Arrogant creature! Your deaths will be instantaneous, while we shall suffer the progress of infinitude!"

Flood soon appears and engage the Covenant present. The four slips past them since they didn't want to waste time. After passing through another darkened corridor, they emerge into another garden-type area. This time, only Flood can be seen.

Cortana: "The security systems in this part of the tower are particularly robust."

Prophet of Truth (Loudspeaker): "Whosoever is gripped by fear, take heed. I am the Prophet of Truth... And I am not afraid. Noble Mercy is here at my side. His wise counsel ever in my ears."

Gravemind: "We exist together, now... Two corpses, in one grave."

"That voice is really creepy." Lubbock shivered.

"Two corpses in one grave. Now I don't even want to get buried." Tatsumi admitted.

"I think none of us wants to get buried." Wave countered as he and the others have developed fear of the Flood.

A swarm of Yanme's enter through a broken window looking out over the massive chamber that the four previously traversed. The insectoid aliens engage the Flood. Several massive Flood tentacles can be seen outside the window. Leaving the room, the four reaches another cross section and heads to the left, towards a lift.

Cortana: "Apparently, these are the Prophet Hierarchs' private quarters. Their inner sanctum."

Sanctified

Prophet of Truth (Loudspeaker): "This crisis will not be the end of us. It is but one last hurdle before the Journey and salvation!"

"Yeah, I wouldn't say so." Mine said as she had a feeling that the Elites and Humans will join together to stop the Covenant.

The four enters the Sanctum. A Covenant position consisting of Unggoy, Kig-Yar and Jiralhanae, including several Jiralhanae Honor Guardsmen is present at the far door in the room, defending the inner Sanctum. The Covenant forces hide behind multiple stationary shield generators and crates. Flood soon invade the Sanctum, clashing with the Covenant. The four eventually breaks through and enters the inner Sanctum, which is also infested by Flood biomass. Several Covenant corpses lie scattered about.

"Jesus." Leone muttered at the sight.

Cortana: "Brute and Elite ships are engaging one another all around High Charity. I'm running out of options, Chief. I can't stall the launch sequence much longer. The next lift will take you up to the conduit. Hurry!"

"You hear the lady." Najenda said.

"Understood." Akame nodded and killed a Jackal.

The four makes it to another gravity lift, and takes it to the top. A green conveyor, the conduit can be seen stretching out to the Forerunner Dreadnought in the distance. Multiple Flood forms attack a pack of Jiralhanae.

Once More, with Feeling

Cortana: "I knew the Covenant were good at re-purposing Forerunner technology, but this is amazing... They've been using the Forerunner ship's engines as an energy source for the city.

"That is interesting." Stylish nodded in agreement.

"I wish we could re-purpose Forerunner technology in this world." Dorothea sighed as she would love to visit a Forerunner ruin one day.

This caught Delta's attention and could visit the monitor of this shield world after the Revolution is done.

Cortana:The ship isn't so much launching as it is disengaging; uncoupling itself from High Charity's power grid - Stopping Truth, that's all that matters!"

Prophet of Truth (Loudspeaker): "Now is the time of our unworlding, in a moment we shall all become...as gods."

Cortana: "You know the plan - You've got to catch Truth, I've got to handle the Index. Go!"

Prophet of Truth (Loudspeaker): "If you will falter, know this...one final effort is all that remains."

Cortana: "Forget about the Flood, you've got to get aboard!"

Without any time to waste, the four shoots their way through, killing both Brute and Flood combat forms and jump off the ledge that reach the conduit.

(Cutscene)

The Chief travels through the conduit — a tube of green energy — at an extremely high speed. The conduit disengages as the Forerunner Dreadnought starts to launch, and John hurtles into the ship through a large portal, landing with scrapes flickering off his armor as a large set of doors closes behind him.

CortanaCOM: "Chief, when you get to Earth...good luck."

John-117: "After I'm through with Truth..."

CortanaCOM: "Don't make a girl a promise..."

Cut to Cortana back on the balcony outside

Cortana: "...if you know you can't keep it."

Tatsumi looks at Akame and then smile at what he promised her. Luckily, none of the girls saw this and the two quickly looks back at the screen.

Cortana watches the ship rise, and exit through the top of High Charity, where Jiralhanae-controlled and Sangheili-controlled ships are continuing to destroy one another. Soon the Dreadnought enters slipspace, and vanishes.

Fades to black.

Level ends.

After the mission ends, Akame, Mine, Leone and Najenda soon puts down the controllers.

"Phew, this was the only mission where I didn't get killed by the Jackal Sniper." Mine sighed in relief.

"Leone, you didn't charge in this time." Akame looked at her friend.

"Well, from what I learnt from the last missions, I wouldn't get killed a lot." Leone stated.

"That is an improvement there Leone." Najneda commented.

But before the last mission could be played, the screen went static.

"Huh, Delta…." Dorothea said.

"I wasn't the one who did that." Delta responded and had a bad feeling that the Gravemind had manged to send something.

The screen shows the Prime Minister Honest, who was eating and also crying for some odd reason.

"What….what is this….?" Seyru tried to ask as all of a sudden fear was rampant among all of them.

"Why is the Prime Minister crying while he's eating?" Najenda fearfully asked.

Akame looked away immediately as she would not want to have nightmares again.

Then, he was given another plate by a servant, who was off putting.

Delta had her light orbs wide open and soon materialized multiple buckets for them in case they threw up.

Honest: (Sobbing) Ple-please stop! (Continues to eat the food)

"Why is he pleading?" Leone asked as she began to shake in fear at what was happening to him.

"I dunno." Tatsumi asked.

Sheele was leaning on Run for comfort while Cosmina was hiding in the couch. Seyru was hugging Koro out of fear.

A minute went by, and the Prime Minister become too overweight for his size.

"I don't like where this is going." Wave uttered.

The Prime Minister became full and soon falls down from his seat. Then all of a sudden, multiple people start eating him savagely. Many of them were taking pleasure from his suffering.

Honest: (Being eaten alive) AHHHHHHHHHHH!

In an instance, Mine, Leone, Tatsumi, Lubbock, Wave, Seyru and Cosmina vomited in the bucket. Everyone even Esdeath were horrified at what the people were doing to Honest. Well, he did deserve that.

"WHY THE FUCK ARE THEY EATING HIM!?" Mine yelled as she was finished throwing up.

Kurome clings onto Wave as she was also feeling sick and was soon knocked out as she heard the sounds.

"Kurome!" Wave looked at her now knocked out body lying onto him.

The scene still shows the scene until there was nothing but the bone remains of Honest.

Fades to black.

When that ended, many of them refused to eat the snacks after watching the scene.

"That's what happened to the prime minister?!" Mine shouted.

"I thought he would die a cruel and ruthless death. But not that extreme!" Leone added in disgust.

"What was that?!" Najenda said as she opened her eyes.

"I had a feeling that this would been shown. That, from what you just witness, was a Flood Cannibal Cult." Delta answered.

No one answered and they allow Delta to continue. "This was an early stage of an infection form, no mutation but their usually behaviour is like that of a Flood. They capture their victims who are uninfected and they….force feed them until they are too overweight and they eat them, alive." Delta responded with sorrow.

"Ugh, I think we need to have a break from that." Leone muttered.

"Will four hours do?" Tatsumi asked.

"I think five hours would be better." Delta replied.

With Delta's permission, everyone soon left the room and Delta started tidying up. Unknown to all of them, the eyes of an ever watching presence was watching them with delightment. It replaced the Original Prime Minister with another one, who was very loyal to it.

Everything was almost set.

God damnit, that wasn't a good one. It was shot but I thought of something since it's almost Halloween. Well, see you in the Great Journey.
