Whatever It Takes

Chapter Fifty Eight

"Wan'?"

Jin made a face, reaching for the little plastic tea cup that was being handed over to him. He glanced into it upset that it was empty, and groaned when he saw he realized that she was waiting for him to 'drink' it. Did he actually have to pretend to be drinking out of this tiny cup? "Can't we play something else?" he asked, giving his best pleading look.

"No!" came the cry from the two girls in front of him. One year old Erza and Anju both grinned largely at him, "We 'ay 'is." Jin scowled at them, placing the little cup back on the small table in front of him. He had to find a way to change their minds.

"Me!" One year old Daiichi requested, reaching his tiny cup out towards his cousins. Erza nodded her head, tilting her little tea pot into Daiichi's cup. She smiled once she was done pretending to pour.

"He'e" Both girls smiled pleased when Daiichi pretended to drink it.

"Daiichi! You don't have to do that." Jin complained, horrified that Daiichi was even entertaining the twins. "Let's go play cars instead or something you don't have to pretend with them," Jin reached for Daiichi's small hand, trying to tug him onto his feet.

"Bu'," The little raven haired boy started to say but gasped as he was pulled from the opposite direction from Jin.

"He ou's!" Anju angrily shrilled, pulling on Daiichi's other hand, tugging on it harshly. When Jin refused to let go of Daiichi she let out a loud screeching scream that made them all flinch. That's when Erza wobbled up onto her feet intending to help her sister by hitting Jin so he'd let go of poor Daiichi who at this point was being pulled in two directions.

Daiichi looked on confused, not knowing that to do.

"Fine!" Jin gave up when Erza started to pull on his hair. He crossed his arms, pouting. Erza let go of him, huffing in anger as she glared at him.

"'Eanie, 'eanie, 'eanie" Anju angrily muttered, sticking out her tongue at Jin.

"Sorry, but this is boring," Jin stuck his tongue out at her in return, "I thought that you guys would want to play something cool instead, this game sucks," he crossed his arms while he glared at the twins.

"Oooh," Erza, Anju, and Daiichi all laughed with devious little looks on their faces. Jin turned red, realizing that he had just said a bad word in front of them. If they tattled on him he'd be in big trouble with his parents.

"Don't you guys repeat that, our parents will get mad at all of us!" Jin said, smiling sweetly at them.

"You," Daiichi smiled big.

"Traitor!" Jin pointed an accusing finger at him. Daiichi laughed giving off a very evil look that he clearly copied from his papa. Jin grinned, moving to grab the boy by his little tummy, tickling him mercilessly. That is when Daiichi cried out and tried to get away from him causing the twins to jump on Jin in retaliation. He was trying to hurt Daiichi! They tugged at him, squealing to release Daiichi.

"I will win, evil Dictator Jin is here to tickle you until you pee your pants!"

Daiichi gasped, "Noooooo!" he cried, getting to his feet shakily to run away. Jin let him have his head start while he pocked and tried to get Erza and Anju to let go of him. All the while he pretended like they were actually succeeding in stopping him.

"He's getting away!" Jin said dramatically, falling over. Anju and Erza laughed, climbing on him. They kept laughing as Jin managed to crawl forward despite both of them being anchored onto him.

"Wun Dai!" they screamed.

Genma entered the living room in time to see Jin struggling against the twins while Daiichi looked for a place to hide. The tiny raven haired boy had a large smile on his face as he ran to hide behind his papa's legs. Said papa was busy looking over a few documents and looked like he wasn't paying much attention to his son squealing as Jin managed to get close and grabbed his little leg, tugging him towards him. Erza and Anju started to scream as well, while Jin laughed as Daiichi was clinging to his papa's pants.

That was not going to stop the tickle war!

Genma chuckled softly. "My lord," he bowed as he handed the mail to Sasuke before he left to continue his work. Sasuke's face remained bored as he looked through the mail, but paused with a frown when he saw a letter from Naruto. Sasuke bit into his lower lip as he could already tell that this wasn't just a letter, but an invitation.

Sasuke had been avoiding having to see his family, but now they were really threatening to come and see him. Sasuke had told them that he would go eventually, but that response was going to stop working at this point. Sasuke opened the invitation for Nakoru's third birthday party that would be held in the Kingdom of Nine-tails. It was a bit closer than Konoha was to Sharingan and Sasuke figured the trip would be fine if Itachi and he took the train. They could probably be there in a few days and they could maybe stay for a while. Daiichi was about a year and a half now. Sasuke figured it would be fine for him to travel with them. Also, it was time that the rest of the family got to meet him.

Sasuke blinked and glance down when he heard crying.

"What happened?" Sasuke asked when he saw the three younger kids crying. That seemed to make them pause in what they were doing and look up at him with teary eyes. Jin laughed and suddenly the other three started to laugh along, rolling around with each other. Realizing what had just happened, Sasuke gathered his papers, settling them into his folder and got to his feet. Reaching down he scooped his son up into his arms.

"Papa!" The little one giggled, throwing his arms around him.

"Let's go change your diaper my nugget." Sasuke smiled at him, kissing his cheek. "Juugo take Anju and Erza to their father," Sasuke ordered. He knew that Karin was hanging out with Izumi at the current moment. Ever since he had introduced Madara and Izuna to Daiichi the two showed up with random family members. Sasuke didn't mind as long as they left at the end of the day, but he was unhappy that Izumi had been one of them. To top it off she seemed to have become buddy-buddy with his cousin.

He had tried telling Karin to stop hanging out with her, but she looked so happy that he couldn't really tell her to do that. Suigetsu on the other hand had no qualms in complaining to her about neglecting theier daughters. It was a mess Sasuke had decided to ignore.

Juugo nodded his head, calling for the children to follow him. Erza and Anju easily came with Jin's help as they went in search for Suigetsu.

Sasuke headed upstairs to Daiichi's nursery, setting his documents aside so he could look at them later. He didn't really like changing diapers, and he liked that Itachi often did it, but then there were times like these. He couldn't wait for their son to be fully potty trained. While Sasuke changed Daiichi's diaper the little one was entertained with playing with his little necklace. Sasuke and Itachi had gotten it for him on his first birthday and now Daiichi refused to take it off even when it was bath time. Really it was a tiny and dainty little thing, but Sasuke was glad that their son loved it.

Throwing the dirty diaper away, Sasuke fixed his son's clothes once more and sat him up with a smile. "Now my little nugget, how about we go bother Daddy?" Sasuke asked, running his fingers over Daiichi's short hair. It really was looking like it would be spiky like his.

"Wea'y?" Daiichi's eyes sparkled.

"Really," Sasuke chuckled when his son cheered and reached for him to pick him up again. Together they headed out to Itachi's office. Itachi was going through a few documents, diligently trying to finish before lunch time so he could eat with his husband and son. He smiled when he heard Daiichi call for him, his little legs taking him over to his daddy. Daiichi didn't even hesitate in trying to climb into his father's lap, but struggled unable to do it.

Still the fact that he even tried meant that he was just as stubborn as his papa.

Itachi set his documents aside and reached to pick his son up, settling him onto his lap. The small boy looked at the papers with wide curious eyes. Itachi and Sasuke were both very fascinated with their son. He already proved to be very smart for his age and that filled them with so much pride and joy.

Sasuke walked over and sat next to Itachi, leaning against him. "Are you almost done?" he asked.

"Almost, we will have lunch soon," Itachi said as he went back to his documents. Daiichi comfortably leaned back against his daddy, yawning widely. Usually coming to see his daddy meant nap time, and his little body was exhausted from all the playing earlier.

"We got an invitation from Naruto. It's going to be Nakoru's third birthday party." Sasuke hesitated before he added, "I think that we should go this time."

"Are you sure?" Itachi asked, turning to look at his husband.

Sasuke nodded, "Yeah, I'm sure." Sasuke said, "Its time. I can't keep avoiding them and I don't want to hide Daiichi from the rest of his family."

"Alright, I'll make the arrangements," Itachi said.

Sasuke smiled at him. "Thank you."

In the kingdom of Nine-tails, within the palace sat Naruto and Minato, both were in the living room having some tea and talking.

Minato had arrived a few hours ago and despite being tired and taking a small rest like Kushina and Tsunade, he had opted to stay and catch up with his son. But just sitting here with Naruto, he could feel the time that had passed. Naruto definitely had a more mature air about him. He had changed a lot now that he was a father. Somehow that presence still had not been there when Nakoru had been born, but now as time has passed, it was obvious.

"Is Nakoru doing well?" Minato asked.

"Nakoru is not happy, he says he doesn't want a birthday party," Naruto sighed looking bothered by that.

"Why not?" Minato asked, perplexed by that statement. He would think his grandson would be happy about his upcoming birthday party.

"I think he's a bit embarrassed about what happened last time with Konohamaru and Shikadai." Naruto said. "Oh, Konohamaru and Shikadai are the sons of Kyuubi's advisors. They often play with Nakoru but lately…" Naruto trailed off.

"What happened?" Minato asked, curious. He had briefly seen his grandson stomping around angrily and refusing to say a word. When they had arrived they tried to greet him but the boy had gone and hidden himself away. Minato had thought that the boy was being shy but now he could clearly see that it was something that was bothering him.

"They kind of smashed his face into the cake and made fun of him because he couldn't blow out the candles himself, then he got entangled in some of the party streamers… and started to cry in front of everyone." Naruto looked a bit guilty at that. "Let's just say that because of that we are not having a large celebration again but what bothers me more is that Nakoru refuses to even see them at all now. Even when they tried to apologize I don't think he fully accepted that." Naruto said.

"I guess that would be a reason to hate your birthday. Maybe he's still a bit angry at his friends," Minato shook his head. "I'm sure he will come around. He sounds just like you when you'd get angry. He will let it go soon."

"I hope so," Naruto said. "I don't want him to hate his birthday just because of that."

"King Naruto, the mail," Konan approached him, and handed him the mail that had just arrived.

"Thank you Konan," he said, and jumped when he heard his daughter cry through the baby monitor. "Oh could you bring me Kuina, please?" he requested with a smile directed at her.

Konan smiled sweetly in return as she nodded. "Right away my king," with that she left to get Naruto's daughter.

Naruto watched her go for a second and then turn to look through the mail. He grinned when he spotted a letter addressed from Sharingan. The red envelope was unique and always gave away who it was from, the front was always so nicely written, and sealed in black wax. There was no doubt that it was Itachi that made it look so nice, seeing as Sasuke didn't care for those kinds of details. At least not when it came to them, Naruto was sure. "Dad look, Sasuke wrote back to us!" he said in excitement, ripping the envelope open.

"What does it say, I swear if he tells us again that he will not be coming then I will have to go there myself." Minato was eager to know what Sasuke had to say. He already had to leave Konoha behind under the care of his advisor to come to Nine=tails. But that was a short trip in comparison to Sharingan that was months away. The only reason that he had not gone to Sharingan was because Naruto had gotten pregnant again and just gave birth a few months ago. There was no way to leave the kingdom of Konoha in his care in that state and away from his husband as Kyuubi had to stay in Nine=tails.

It wasn't necessarily convenient, but he was so close to just going on his own anyways and leaving Tsunade in charge.

"Let's see," Naruto started to read and went from being happy to being pissed off in a matter of seconds as he read the first few sentences. That damned bastard was as rude as always, and then perked up at the end. "He's coming for Nakoru's birthday party!" he cheered. He had sent invitations before but Sasuke had turned them all down with saying that he had some important things to take care of. When asked what could possibly be so important he sent a lengthy letter about the importance of his and Itachi's estate.

Kyuubi had laughed when Naruto had understood nothing.

"That is good news. I can't wait to see him!" Minato said, taking the letter from Naruto to read it himself. He made a face when he read the first two sentences though, "I suppose Sasuke hasn't changed much with the way he writes. He has so much potential to write neatly and yet it seems like he refuses to."

"You'd think Itachi would give him lessons on how to do it politely," Naruto agreed. Although something told them that the fact that some parts were scribbled out was because Itachi did have some part in the letter writing.

"Not really," Minato sighed, "I have no doubts that Itachi spoils him. I just hope Sasuke hasn't become worse." Minato folded the letter and returned it to Naruto. He wasn't sure if Sasuke had been joking or not when he said that Itachi let him get away with everything that he wanted. He hoped that was not the case.

Konan returned with Naruto's new born daughter, and Minato smiled when he saw her. Naruto had stayed in his own palace the second time that he had given birth. Tsunade and Shizune had traveled to stay in Nine-tails on his last months of pregnancy. Naruto had exploded even bigger and his second pregnancy had proved to be tough on him, but everyone was so happy when he had a daughter. Kushina couldn't wait to go see her and dragged Minato over when she had been about a month old.

Kuina was a beautiful baby with her daddy's golden eyes, but her papa's blond hair. It was a bit darker though, more strawberry than Naruto's sunny yellow. She was a happy baby and would soon be reaching her six month of being born.

"Kuina, come to grandpa," He cooed when the sleepy girl curled into Naruto's chest. She looked at him curiously and didn't even fuss when Naruto handed her over to him. She smiled at him when he made faces at her, and responded in her baby babble to him. "She's so adorable," Minato gushed.

"She's a little sweetheart, she isn't shy at all." Naruto grinned, "I got so lucky with her, she doesn't cry much at all and doesn't keep me up like Nakoru did when he was born," Naruto laughed, remembering how his son was such a fussy sleeper.

"If anything, I think you should talk to him about his birthday party so that he's not so angry about it," Minato suggested, "with us here we can take care of Kuina and you can pay more attention to him."

"Really you think it will work?" Naruto looked hesitant. He already wasn't sure how to get his son to stop being so angry. Everything he had tried already only seemed to make Nakoru angrier at not only his birthday party but at him and Kyuubi as well.

"I'm sure," Minato said. "We have a few days, talk to him."

Naruto nodded, "Okay I'll do that. Thanks dad."

"Anytime," Minato patted Naruto's shoulder, "Being a parent is tough."

"It is," Naruto agreed, but then smiled fondly at his daughter when she started to reach for him while making little sounds. "I have no idea how you and mom did it. Sasuke and I were terrors when we were small."

"You just do," Minato smiled letting Kuina go with her papa.

Back in Sharingan it was nighttime and the Uchiha were getting ready for bed.

"Daiichi, say aahh" Itachi said as he tried to get his son to cooperate with him in brushing his teeth. The little raven haired boy would usually be more than happy to listen to his dad, but right now he was pouting up a storm and wasn't in the mood to do what he was told. "Come on Daiichi, you can't be that upset, you're a big boy now. You need to sleep in your own bed. It's not that bad is it?"

The boy gave him a teary eyed look, "Daddy Jin sai'the'e mostas in my be'," He scrunched up his face. "mostas ea'… 'ey will ea' me. I wan' you an' papa!"

"There's no monsters under the bed nugget, Jin was just playing with you," Itachi tried to explain, caressing his son's head.

"Daddy he sai' you say!" Daiichi moved to grip onto his father's pants, refusing to let him go.

Itachi's eye twitched, he was going to have to talk to Jin about this. It wasn't the first time that Jin had gone around scaring not only Daiichi but Erza and Anju as well. Itachi just couldn't understand why Daiichi believed Jin but not him. "What if I show you that there aren't any?"

"He sai' you say!" Daiichi looked up at his father with a panicked look on his face making Itachi groan softly at the scared look on his son's face. If anything right now he was confirming everything that Jin had told Daiichi. There was no use in trying to convince his son. "Daddy you no 'ove me?"

"Of course," Itachi shifted to get on eye level with his son. "Your papa and I love you a lot and would never let anyone take or eat you," Itachi pulled the small boy into a hug. Daiichi clung on to his daddy, cleaning his little face on his shirt. Itachi smiled patting his head. "Okay you can sleep with us, but first let's clean your teeth."

"O…ojay," Daiichi sniffled and opened his mouth wide allowing his daddy to brush his teeth. He kept watching every move Itachi made closely, ready to catch him in case he tried to leave him. Or in case his daddy changed his mind and made him go to his own bed instead.

"All done," Itachi said, and handed Daiichi a cup of water to rinse out his mouth. Daiichi spat into the sink and then easily jumped from his little step stool and towards his daddy who caught him. Itachi sighed, thinking how much his son was like Sasuke. He turned off the bathroom lights and shut the door, heading into the bedroom. Sasuke reached for Daiichi when Itachi walked closer to the bed.

"You give in too fast Niisan," Sasuke grinned teasingly at him as he cuddled his son.

"Why don't you try convincing him then," Itachi dared as he climbed into bed next to his husband and son. He pulled his pillow down at a comfortable angle and laid down.

"No thanks," Sasuke said, moving to snuggle against him. Daiichi followed what his papa did, sighing happily to be snuggled in between both of his parents. Itachi reached to shut off the bedside lamp leaving them in comfortable darkness.

"Are you looking forward to seeing your family again?" Itachi asked. Sasuke shrugged closing his eyes as he felt Itachi's fingers running through his hair.

"Yes and no…I'm a bit nervous because I don't know what they will think of our nugget, and I want them to accept him." Sasuke said, reaching to softly run his fingers through Daiichi's hair, planting a soft kiss on the crown of his head.

"I know they will adore him Sasuke." Itachi said with no hesitation. In fact, Itachi was so sure that no fault will be given to Daiichi. If anything they would have a thing or two to say about Sasuke and Itachi hiding him.

"Who papa," Daiichi asked, not fully understanding what his parents were talking about. Itachi and Sasuke chuckled.

"You don't have to worry about anything," Sasuke kissed his forehead.

"Ojay," Daiichi said.

"Tomorrow we are going to go to Nine-tails so that you can meet your grandfather, grandmother, Uncle Naruto, and your uncle Kyuubi," Sasuke listed off for Daiichi, "and your cousins, Nakoru and Kuina."

"Gandpa and gandma he'e," Daiichi said.

"Those are from daddy's side of the family, you also have from papa's side of the family," Itachi tried his best to explain.

"So that means you have another grandpa and grandma," Sasuke said "And other uncles and cousins." Daiichi's eyes lit up not in full understanding, but more in excitement at the prospect of more cousins.

"It means you have even more family," Itachi said.

"Jin-niisan meein' 'em?" Daiichi asked.

"Uh no because his papa and daddy need him to stay with them," Sasuke said.

"Oh," Daiichi said. He could easily understand that. After all, he would never want to be separated from his daddy and papa for even a second. He suddenly yawned, his eyes felling heavy.

"Okay nugget, let's sleep now okay," Itachi said.

"nih daddy, papa," Daiichi murmured. He was asleep within the next minute but Sasuke and Itachi were still awake. Both of them knew that a lot was going to happen during this trip. That Daiichi's birth would be questioned, and that they might even get scolded over it. But it was time for them to introduce Daiichi to the rest of the family.

"Sasuke, I'll be there with you," Itachi whispered, trying to comfort Sasuke.

"I know you will Itachi, thank you. You have no idea how much I love you," Sasuke whispered, melting against his husband.

"Oh I think I have an idea," Itachi teased. Both chuckled softly but soon enough called goodnight to each other and followed their son in sleep.

The next day, Madara and Izuna were being dramatic as they watched Sasuke and Itachi get onto the train with Daiichi. They were screaming for them to come back soon and even telling Itachi not to runaway again. It was a bit embarrassing as people were watching and pointing at them. It was a hassle already having to leave home in the first place.

Itachi had made the decision to leave their household in the care of Genma and Hayate, but he knew his parents would be stopping by to nag at them. He had warned both men that it would be the case and they had told him that they could handle it. Itachi hoped that they could, after all they were going to be gone for the next two weeks.

Daiichi happily waved goodbye to his grandparents before settling into Sasuke's arms and snuggling into his chest. He could easily look around from the safety of his papa's arms. He blinked when his daddy opened a door and held it open for them. Sasuke walked inside amazed at the small sized cabin that looked like a tiny yet luxurious bedroom.

"How long is this going to take?" Sasuke asked as he took a seat on the side bench/couch.

"About a day, we should be there tomorrow at noon," Itachi answered as he set their bags down and settled into the seat next to Sasuke after he shut their cabin door. When Sasuke put him down, Daiichi walked over to the window, looking on in awe at all the sounds and all the people. The sounds that the train was suddenly making really had his attention.

"That's not too bad," Sasuke said. He then smirked at Itachi, his eyes shifting around them. "Niisan why didn't we take a train back when we first came to Sharingan, it would have been fun to do it here," he purred as he moved to climb into Itachi's lap.

Itachi returned the smirk, "What you didn't like our little detour on the campsite?" he asked, wrapping his arms around Sasuke's waist.

"I did," Sasuke said. "But that thing was so small we couldn't even be alone."

"You've become such a perve Otouto," Itachi whispered into his ear. Sasuke shivered, throwing his arms around Itachi's neck as he nuzzled his cheek.

"It's your fault. You need to take responsibility." Sasuke whispered in return. Daiichi suddenly dashed over to his parents and struggled to climb on next to them. He made a distressed sound as he pulled on his papa's robes. Sasuke slid to sit beside Itachi as he reached for their son so that he would be sitting on his lap. "What's wrong nugget, did you see something outside?" Sasuke asked when he noticed that his son's eyes kept darting to the window.

"I sa' a mosta," Daiichi said. "Daddy," he reached for his daddy, gripping both his parents.

Itachi raised an eyebrow but moved to check what had scared his son. Daiichi called a no towards him, looking panicked. Outside, handing out balloons to new comers and their children was a friendly looking clown. Itachi raised an eyebrow, but other than that couldn't see anything that stood out and turned to look at his son. "It's a clown, what kind of monsters has Jin been showing you?" Itachi asked. Daiichi wiggled so his papa would place him down and bravely walked over to his dad.

Daiichi peeked out once more, and then went on jumbling his words as he explained that clowns from outer space had come to kill people. It had been a lengthy sentence even for him and some of the things he had said didn't make any sense, but his parents figured it out.

"Did that scare you?" Itachi asked.

"No, I' was fun…" Daiichi made a face, "I don' wan' hu'ing me o' you o' papa," The boy shifted closer to Itachi, gripping onto his leg. His fear was not from the movie itself or that it was a scary movie. His fear was that he would lose his parents like that, or that he would get hurt that way.

"Great, he likes hurting others," Sasuke said.

"Well you are his papa," Itachi said pulling his son into his lap as he sat beside Sasuke once more. "Nothing is going to hurt you or papa or daddy okay, I promise," Itachi told his son. "We're a lot stronger than that, and soon we will train you to be just as strong."

"T'ain?" Daiichi asked, a little confused.

"Yes we will teach you to fight, and use a sword like papa and daddy do," Sasuke said as he scooted closer to them. Daiichi's eyes lit up. He had already seen his parents practice with swords and even fighting. It was something that all the children liked to watch. "Will you like that?"

"Yes!" He cheered.

Nakoru was pouting.

Today was his birthday and he was not happy about that. He hated his own birthday and didn't want a party. There was nothing fun about it! They were so stupid! It was just a day that he was teased and made fun off. He was already sure that Konohamaru and Shikadai were going to be telling him things and pushing his face into his own cake. No matter how much he thought about it, he was not going to change his mind about his birthday party.

He didn't want it!

If anything, he was a little angry and wanted Kuina to grow up so she'd be his best friend. His daddy and Papa had said that she was his sister. He liked that a lot, being a big brother to her. Kuina was so cute and she never acted mean towards him. At first he had been a bit sad and angry because he thought that she had come to steal his parents away.

But when his papa explained that Kuina was his sister and that he had to take care of her, he understood. Kuina was so small she couldn't do anything and he found that he liked helping his Papa in taking care of her. He was glad when they had been able to talk about that, but now that he wanted to talk about not wanting a birthday party his parents weren't listening to him.

Why couldn't his parents understand that he didn't want this?

Tears ran down his face as he trudged outside, trying his best to get away from his papa. "Nakoru get back here!" his papa rushed after him, doing his best to reach him.

"No, I don't want to!" Just as he said this, he bumped into someone. He looked up, ready to apologize when his words got caught in his throat. Standing before him was someone really, really pretty. They seemed too pretty to be real…For a second his little heart jumped in fear at the thought that he had just bumped into a ghost.

"Nakoru, look at you. You've gotten so big," The man said with a sweet smile and Nakoru blushed as a bit of pride bloomed in his chest. Okay, maybe this person wasn't a ghost. They were too nice to be a ghost!

"Th-thank you," The little boy stuttered. From behind him came a panting blond man. He was about to reach for Nakoru when his eyes caught something dark and familiar. His jaw dropped at the sight before him.

"Ah! TEME! Is that you!" Naruto screamed, shocked to see his cousin standing there. Sasuke still looked as beautiful as always. If not even more beautiful than before. Naruto was not sure, he had to narrow his eyes and get a good look because there was just so much joy in him. He was finally seeing his cousin again, a smile spread over him as he moved to try and give him a hug.

"Dobe, I didn't think I'd catch you running around first thing when I came to visit you. How lame of you, I thought you were supposed to be a king." Sasuke smirked condescendingly. Naruto's jaw dropped again as he felt like cold water had just been poured over that warm feeling he had. Yes, this was definitely the real Sasuke.

"I forgot how snotty and Bratty you actually are bastard," Naruto snapped in anger.

"And I had forgotten how much of an idiot you are, dear cousin." Sasuke shot right back.

"I've missed you!" Naruto suddenly sobbed, rushing to crush Sasuke into a hug. Sasuke gasped, but caught the blonde's hug and returned it. Just this once he decided, he would let him get away with doing that. When they broke off the hug Naruto noticed that Itachi was standing just behind Sasuke and grinned widely at him, "Itachi you are here too!"

"Of course he is, it's not like I was going to leave him behind," Sasuke scoffed as he crossed his arms.

"Hello Naruto," Itachi greeted politely.

Naruto grinned, and out of spite of Sasuke moved to hug Itachi as well. "Itachi welcome back! Come here cousin in law give us a hug" he said, pulling the taller raven into his chest. Itachi was surprised by the sudden hug, he had not been expecting it. Sasuke's eye twitched as he moved to push Naruto away when he thought the hug had lasted a bit too long.

"Hey, hands off!" he snapped. Naruto laughed as he let go of Itachi and dashed away from Sasuke. Sasuke glared, ready to kill his blond cousin if he dared touch his husband again.

"You're still as possessive as always Sasuke," Naruto teased.

"Am not," Sasuke denied, but his hand was already holding Itachi's with their fingers intertwined.

"Nakoru, say hi to your uncle Sasuke and Uncle Itachi," Naruto said, reaching to push his son forward. The small boy looked on in awe.

"Hello uncle Sasuke. Hello uncle Itachi," he said, his eyes darting to his uncle Itachi, who looked scary, but was just as cool as his uncle Sasuke. He smiled really big when they said hello to him and he decided that they were both nice. He had heard so many stories about his uncle Sasuke before too.

"Sasuke, come on, we have to go inside. Everyone is dying to see you again!" Naruto said to Sasuke and then turned to look at his son. "Nakoru let's go inside so that your uncle can say hi to grandma and grandpa." Naruto suggested.

Nakoru pouted, "But papa, I don't want a birthday party I don't wanna go inside, please!"

Naruto got to his knees, reaching for his son's shoulders. "I promise it won't be as bad as before, Nakoru. I know it's hard, and I hear you but please. It's just going to be family this time," Naruto had been trying to explain this to his son over and over again, but Nakoru still fought it. "Come on, Nakoru, go get dressed up this is your birthday party, I don't want to chase you all over the palace again." Naruto then got an idea. "How about showing your nice clothes to your uncle Sasuke?"

"I don't wanna!" Nakoru pouted, stomping his small feet in anger.

"Why you…" Naruto started but stopped when Sasuke placed a hand over his shoulder.

"Calm down Naruto, the kid looks a little devastated." Sasuke said and then smiled at his nephew, "Nakoru, could you do me a favor and help your cousin Daiichi get dressed up?" Sasuke asked, gesturing to the small boy standing next to him. The tiny raven haired boy with endless black eyes was the spitting image of both Itachi and Sasuke that there was no mistaking who he was. Daiichi offered his sweetest smile as he looked at his cousin Nakoru.

"He'o," he said with a tiny wave of his hand. Nakoru was awestruck a second time. This was his cousin? His for real no lies cousin unlike the others who weren't really anything to him, but mean…

"Sasuke is that really your son?" Naruto asked in pure shock. That boy was so adorably cute.

"Yes," Sasuke said. "Daiichi say hello to your uncle Naruto," Sasuke said, placing a gentle hand on the crown of the boy's head. Daiichi smiled at Naruto.

"He'o un' Na'tu" Daiichi greeted in the best way that he could. Naruto melted at the sight returning the greeting. How was he so freaking adorable.

A sudden surge of joy and wonder filled Nakoru as he moved to grab the boy's tiny hand in his. "Come on let me show you my room!" Nakoru grinned widely, pulling Daiichi to stumble along with him. Daiichi easily kept up, looking back at his parents before paying attention to where he was being taken.

"Are we going inside or what?" Sasuke asked when Naruto remained standing and not doing anything.

"Uh yeah," Naruto said and started to lead the way inside. He took note that Itachi had a few bags of luggage with him but nothing that he couldn't handle. "I read in your letter that you will be staying for two weeks so I had a room set up for you guys," Naruto said, "I will show you where its at so you guys can set your things down and then we can go talk to mom and dad. They will probably stay for as long as you since they have missed you."

"Sounds good," Sasuke said, tightening his fingers around Itachi's in nervousness. Itachi squeezed back to reassure him.

With that, Naruto showed Sasuke and Itachi what room they will be staying in. Itachi set their bags down next to the bed but it didn't look like they had packed too much. Probably just enough for those two weeks, "I didn't know you guys had a son so I didn't set a room up for him but I could," Naruto said as he watched them look over the room. He wasn't sure what they were looking for, but was happy that they didn't complain about it.

"No that's fine, Daiichi will be staying with us," Sasuke said. Neither Itachi nor he wanted their son away from them at night. They still didn't know how things worked in Naruto's home, but the Nine-tails palace was just as big as the one in Konoha. For now if anything happened they knew their son would let them know.

"Okay whatever you guys want." Naruto shrugged, thinking that it would be best. Their son might need them in the middle of the night after all. "Come on let's get going." Itachi and Sasuke followed Naruto towards the living room. All the while they were taking in the palace, listening to Naruto as he explained where everything was and who they could ask about if they needed anything. Once they reached the living room everyone was so happy to see Sasuke and Itachi.

Kyuubi, Minato, Kushina, and Tsunade rushed to greet them.

"SASUKE!" Minato couldn't hold back as he pulled his nephew into a tight hug, tears in his eyes as he did so.

"Uncle I can't breathe, you're crushing me!" Sasuke pushed him away making Minato laugh.

"Welcome back Sasuke, we've missed you. You as well Itachi," Minato said patting the long haired raven in the back in greeting. Itachi nodded.

"Sasuke you looks great," Kushina said, inspecting his face. Sasuke blinked at her, wondering what she meant and why was she looking at him like that. He gasped when Tsunade also started to inspect him, pinching the skin of his arms and face. Both women seemed to be looking for something. Sasuke flinched when they got close to his face and started to ask him about his heat. They even asked him about how he and Itachi were doing when it came to being intimate. It very much led him to blush and tried to change the subject.

While that was going on Kyuubi and Minato were interrogating Itachi about how he was treating Sasuke. Although Itachi made the effort to answer them, they wouldn't really let him say much before they were asking him something else.

Naruto watched in pure shock from a safe distance, but he still felt sorry for both Sasuke and Itachi as they struggled to get in a word to defend themselves.

"Daddy!" The word was spoken from behind Itachi. This made Minato and Kyuubi paused to look at the small child that they had never seen before. It didn't even take them a second to realize who the child belonged to as Itachi turned around.

"What's wrong Daiichi?" Itachi asked.

"wo'," The small child said showing his father the new toy his cousin had given to him. Itachi smiled reaching to pick up the small child into his arms.

"That looks nice, did you say thank you for it?" Itachi asked. Daiichi nodded happily.

"Is that…your son?" Kyuubi asked because there was nothing else that he could think to say. His mind was in pure shock and Minato was much the same, except the blond king looked like he couldn't form any words.

"Yes. Daiichi say hello to your uncle Kyuubi and your grandfather, Minato," Itachi introduce.

"He'o," he said, waving. "Kyu and ganpa" Daiichi smiled sweetly. Kyuubi and Minato gapped, melting at the sight of the boy. This kid was so freaking adorable! How could anyone be that adorable!

"Ku-Kushina!" Minato called loudly grabbing his wife's attention along with Tsunade. "Kushina my love you have to come look at this…" the man was trembling. Itachi flinched a bit. Sasuke sighed in relief that they were away from him but tensed up when he saw that Daiichi was in Itachi's arms. Oh God, here it went…

What were they going to say about his son…

"Minato, what's going on?" She asked, her eyes darting from her husband to Itachi and the child in his arms. The boy felt a bit nervous with so many new people watching him that he dropped his toy in favor of grasping his father's shirt tightly.

"Um, Aunt, let me introduce you to my son, Uchiha Daiichi," Sasuke quickly said, moving to stand next to Itachi. "Daiichi say hello to your grandmother, and Miss Tsunade," Sasuke said. Daiichi gave his papa a wide eyed look before he forced a smile and waved at both women.

"He'o na'e and ganma," he said immediately melting both women at how cute he was. Tsunade and Kushina both squaled loudly, moving to now be in Daiichi's face. Daiichi immediately turned away from them with a soft 'nooo' leaving him when they tried to reach for him. He refused to be parted from his daddy.

Suddenly there was a burst of screams and demands as to how such an adorable child came to be. Itachi and Sasuke simply watched as everyone had a meltdown.

"Oh come on!" Naruto snapped, "You guys didn't even react that way when Nakoru and Kuina were born!"

"We had time to prepare for that!" Kushina and Minato snapped in return. Tsunade was too busy making math as she looked at the child in Itachi's arms and tried to figure out how old he might be. Kyuubi rushed to his husbands side to wrap his arm around him when he saw that he was about to snap in pure anger.

"Uncle Itachi can I play with Daiichi?" Nakoru skipped into the living room, grinning happily as he held a variety of plush toys. The blond boy had messily redressed himself into new clothes but was missing his shoes. Itachi looked at Daiichi who nodded his head. Easily he walked back to Nakoru, wanting to get away from the other grownups. Everyone watched the cute sight of Nakoru showing off his toys to Daiichi.

"Wait, hold up…you two have a son?" Minato barked, realizing that he had not known.

"Since when, why didn't you tell us?" Kushina asked.

"Sasuke." The both of them looked at Sasuke, wanting to know more about what was going on. Was this a joke or something? But there was no denying who that child was. He was the spitting image of both Sasuke and Itachi.

"Yeah," Sasuke said crossing his arms. "What of it, I don't have to tell you everything."

"But how, who helped you give birth?" Tsunade asked, concern painting her face. She had been so sure that Sasuke would have called on her and Shizune for help. Both of them would have rushed out to help him. But it had to have been some time now, that kid was walking and talking. Just how old was he?

"Itachi helped me," Sasuke gestured to his husband. Itachi raised an eyebrow at them when they turned their glares onto him.

"How old is he," Minato asked when he noted that Daiichi was easily keeping up with Nakoru.

"One,"

"Really?" Kyuubi looked like he didn't believe that and he was not the only one. Everyone was having their doubts that Daiichi was really only one.

"He's one and a few months," Sasuke added. At that, everyone started to try and do the math with the little information that they had been given.

"He's what… about one year younger than Nakoru that means..." Tsunade said and then realization hit hard.

"HOW!" Everyone demanded. Sasuke and Itachi shrugged. They weren't going to be telling them anything.

"The same way anyone would have a child," Itachi answered. This caused them to give him a sour look.

"What we mean is that for Sasuke to have a son that old would mean that you somehow got to his first heat cycle," Tsunade explained, a glare on her face. "So how, we had him locked up when that happened. We had Itachi locked up as well, there was no way for the two of you to meet at that time!"

Both Itachi and Sasuke lightly blushed as they remembered their very first time together. Sasuke had been a bit scared at first with what had happened, and it had not helped that he was immediately separated from Itachi but even so…things had somehow worked themselves out.

"Look, I'm not a child anymore. Itachi and I are married, we love each other and we're happy together. Daiichi is our son!" Sasuke said. "I don't really want to have to argue over this with you. If that will be the case then we will be leaving."

"We really only came so you could meet Daiichi, and nothing more. We're not going to give all the details as to how it happened, I'm sure you all know how it happens. We just thought it would be nice for Daiichi to meet his family outside of Sharingan." Itachi said.

"Please no more, it's getting ridiculous," Sasuke added. "I don't want to have to keep my son from getting to know you guys."

This caused everyone to shut up, realizing that Sasuke had been avoiding them because of this. They knew that if Sasuke so wanted, he'd keep Daiichi and himself away. That was not what they wanted.

Minato sighed, "I'm sorry you're right Sasuke I'm just…." He shook his head. "We're glad you decided to let us meet him." He smiled.

"I'm glad as well," Sasuke smiled in return to his uncle.

"Why don't we all sit down and catch up, I think that Nakoru is a lot more at ease playing with Daiichi," Kyuubi said making everyone turn to look at Nakoru who was grinning from ear to ear as he played with Daiichi. Although Sasuke and Itachi didn't know it, everyone else was glad to see a smile on his little face. It had been days since Nakoru last smiled so carefree. "We can cut the cake later when they tell us they're hungry."

"Alright," everyone agreed.

Everyone then sat down to drink some tea and catch up with everything that had been going on. Naruto had just started to explain how his second pregnancy had been when there was a cry on the baby monitor. Naruto rushed to go get his daughter, eager to show her off to Sasuke and Itachi.

"Why was the second pregnancy so hard on Naruto?" Sasuke asked. He could see that Naruto was doing well for the most part.

"That's because our daughter turned out to be a bit bigger than Nakoru was," Kyuubi explained.

"Come to think of it, Karin was really big before she gave birth to the twins, we were scared that she would pop where she stood. Are girls generally bigger?" Sasuke wondered. Tsunade laughed, shaking her head.

"Its actually the other way around, boys are a bit bigger, but everyone experience differences in their pregnancy. Naruto just happened to have a hard time on this one. His next one could be easier," Tsunade explained. "It's not because they had a girl."

"I see," Sasuke said.

"I was so happy when he had a little girl. I was starting to feel outnumbered by all the boys here." Kushina said.

"Guys meet my daughter, Kuina, isn't she adorable?" Naruto grinned as he stepped closer to Sasuke and Itachi. He then motioned for Sasuke to take her. Sasuke hesitated for a second. He really never carried another baby than his own. Gently reaching for his niece, he smiled when she gave him a smile of her own.

"She is adorable," he said.

"I know. She looks just like me, of course she'd be cute" Naruto proudly said, glad that his daughter was not scared of Sasuke. She really was a sweetheart.

"Uh huh," Sasuke said giving his cousin a look. Naruto laughed, knowing that Sasuke didn't really agree with him on his daughter's looks. She was so cute, and her features were soft. She did have a resemblance to her grandmother that was for sure.

"Hand her over here Sasuke, I haven't had the time to cuddle her today." Kushina said walking over to take her granddaughter into her arms. Sasuke easily handed her over and sighed in relief to not be holding her anymore. It was so different from holding his own child. "Oh look at you Kuina, you've gotten so big my love," She pressed a raspberry into the baby girl's cheek causing her to erupt in giggles. Everyone smiled at the sight.

That was when they heard a cry of shock.

Everyone turned to the two boys that had been playing together in time to find that Nakoru was looking scared. Daiichi was grinning at him, his eyes a bright red. "Boo!" Daiichi said, throwing his little arms up to make himself seem bigger. That was when Nakoru ran, straight to his daddy. Kyuubi gasped, pulling his son into his arms when he started to claw at his pants.

"Wha-what's wrong with him?" He asked, "Why do his eyes glow!"

"Daiichi," Itachi called. The small boy stopped grinning and looked towards his parents apprehensively. His daddy rarely got mad, usually it was his papa that scolded him. But when his daddy did, it was serious. Daiichi realized he messed up big when he saw that his papa was not looking happy either. "What did I tell you about scaring others like that?"

"Daddy he see" Daiichi said, his eyes shifting back to their original black color. He looked apologetic now. "Na'uu I sowwy" He said quickly walking over to his cousin. He patted Kyuubi's leg, calling again that he was sorry.

Kyuubi stared a bit dumbfounded for a second, much like everyone else in the room. "Uh, Nakoru Daiichi says he's sorry," he said. Nakoru looked down and saw that his cousin's eyes were back to normal. He pouted, asking his daddy to put him down. He scowled at Daiichi, feeling much braver now that Daiichi wasn't looking so scary.

"Why did you do that! You are my cousin you are supposed to be nice," Nakoru said angrily, glaring at his cousin.

Daiichi trembled a bit, "I sho' you," he said in a small voice. Nakoru paused in his anger.

"You just wanted to show me?" He asked to be sure. When Daiichi nodded Nakoru stopped being angry.

"I'm sorry I got scared," he said. "But no more showing me, okay?" Nakoru said, looking off to the side shyly. He was overall glad that Daiichi wasn't making fun of him for being scared. It was also really nice that Daiichi apologized for scaring him.

"Ojay." Daiichi said whipping at his eyes. He didn't think that Nakoru would be scared. Jin, Erza, and Anju were never scared. They played with sometimes Daiichi being the evil monster, but they had never been scared. He didn't want to scare his cousin.

"Okay, let's go play!" Nakoru said dragging Daiichi back to where they had left their pile of toys.

"What was that?" Kyuubi demanded, turning to both Itachi and Sasuke. "Why were his eyes glowing crazy like that!"

"That's just a family trait, no big deal." Itachi said.

Minato was silent, watching both of them before he commented "That is a strange family trait," he was sure he had seen it before. In Sasuke… "What does that trait mean?"

Not wanting to go into full detail Itachi decided to just stick with the basic of it. "It helps to see better in the dark, that's it," he said.

"That's a strange trait to have," Kyuubi sighed, taking a seat. Feeling more relaxed now that he was sure that his son had not been threatened. Naruto on the other hand remained silent. He was sure that he had seen those eyes on Sasuke, but he wasn't sure. Not that it mattered, the child was Sasuke's son and he probably told Itachi all about it. Sasuke really didn't know much about himself because his mom never told who his father was and his mom died before her time.

Glancing at his father he was sure that Minato was thinking the same as him. But what really caught their attention was how Sasuke was gripping Itachi's hand and looking worried. It was time to change the subject.

"When is dinner going to be ready, I am starving and I bet the kids are too!" Naruto said loudly, rubbing his belly. "Aren't you hungry Nakoru and Daiichi?" he called to both children.

"Yes!" Nakoru said, running towards his dad, "Is it dinner time?" he asked excitedly.

"It's going to be a special dinner, for your birthday," Naruto said, "You remember that I told you we were just going to be celebrating, just family and no one else. I meant it."

Nakoru's eyes widened, "It's just us no Shikadai or Konohamaru?" He asked with hope in his voice.

"Yes," Naruto said.

Nakoru jumped for joy, cheering. He ran over to Daiichi and started to spin him around with him. Daiichi pouted, shoving at his cousin so he'd release him. Daiichi gasped when Nakoru suddenly hugged him tightly.

"Daiichi is very smart for his age," Tsunade commented. She was already amazed with how well he expressed himself for his age. He still didn't talk properly but he seemed to know more words than the average one and a half year old would know.

"Oh you have no idea," Sasuke said as he got up to help his son. "I think it's all the time he spends playing with Jin, Erza, and Anju," Sasuke smiled when Daiichi gripped his shirt and looked like he wasn't going to part from him any time soon.

"Who?" Naruto asked.

"The other kids in our home. Erza and Anju are Karin's twins and Jin is the son of one of our staff," Sasuke said.

"Come to think of it, why didn't Karin come with you guys?" Kushina asked.

"She's scared her parents will find out if she came or that uncle would have sent her back to them," Sasuke said.

Minato frowned, "I wouldn't do that to her, I don't agree that her parents threw her out of their home just because she got pregnant. What I would agree with is if she told us who got her pregnant and we would force him to take responsibility." The fire in Minato's eyes promised pain for that unfortunate soul.

"Well that explains a lot." Itachi said.

"What do you mean?" Minato asked.

"She doesn't want to marry the person that got her pregnant, uncle. It's not hard to understand," Sasuke said. "She'd never want anyone to find out."

"Wait, you two know who it was?" Minato asked, suspicious.

"That's not the point." Itachi said.

Minato frowned, "Look Karin is still a princess, she is the only one from her kingdom, her children are also princesses. It's not a light matter."

"No it's not, but it probably won't change her mind on going back if she's forced. If anything she'd probably want to find someone she loves before she goes back, if she ever decides to do so," Sasuke shrugged. "For now its best if you don't mention anything to her parents."

"Sasuke this is serious," Minato stated. "There is no room for her to run away like this. What will happen to her kingdom?"

"I don't know, it's not my problem," Sasuke said.

"Well start to realize that it is your problem. You might think that because you're married now that you still aren't a prince of Konoha, but you are! And Daiichi is as well. When the time comes he will be announced and introduced to our society as a prince of Konoha."

"What, but Naruto and Kyuubi have Nakoru and Kuina, why would my son have to be introduce as a prince?" Sasuke asked, frustrated by what he was hearing.

"Because he is, his cousins have nothing to do with it." Minato stressed. "Daiichi is a prince of Konoha whether you like it or not."

"Daiichi is mine and Itachi's heir, he will remain with us in Sharingan." Sasuke argued.

"It's understandable why you would want to have him be introduced into society, but you can't force Daiichi into his role. I won't allow that for my son. That is what my father tried to do with me." Itachi cut in, trying to avoid an argument. "Daiichi is a prince of Konoha we won't deny that, but he's also my heir and the young lord of Sharingan."

"I'm not trying to say that I want to force Daiichi into the role, I just want to make sure that he has his titles and is recognize for whom he is," Minato sighed, realizing that he was about to cause a huge argument with Sasuke. "When the time comes I will let it be Daiichi's choice if he wants to be recognized or not then," he said.

Sasuke sighed, glad Itachi had been there to intervene a misunderstanding. For a moment he felt like he would have to actually keep his son away from his uncle. "Uncle you really need to stop. He's still only a baby for now let's not talk about those things."

"Okay," Kushina cut in before Minato could speak again, "Why don't we go figure out if dinner is ready."

With that everyone got up and followed Naruto and Kyuubi to the dining area. Several servants there were placing food onto the long table, and in the very middle was a humongous birthday cake with three candles at the top. Nakoru felt a bit nervous as he reached to pull on his father's pants, silently asking him to pick him up.

Kyuubi smiled softly and picked up Nakoru, offering him comfort. The servants all gasped at the sight of Sasuke, blushing a bit as a few of them bumped into each other when not paying attention. At the same time they gasped when they saw Itachi, feeling a bit afraid. They bowed and made their way out of the dining area, eager to gossip about the raven haired beauty that they had just seen.

Everyone sat down to eat and they continued talking when Shizune joined them for dinner. Nakoru cheered happily as he received presents, but happily said that meeting his cousin was the best present ever. Then it was time to cut the cake and Nakoru was for once happy that his face was not shoved into it, and for the first time ever he managed to blow out his candles himself. It had been such a struggle.

Daiichi happily ate what his parents gave him, but fell asleep in his daddy's arms before the cake had been cut and served. When Kuina started to cry, Naruto took his daughter and headed up stairs to change her. Kyuubi asked for a bottle of milk to be prepared and taken to their bedroom as he scooped a drowsy Nakoru whom was reluctant to admit that he was sleepy.

It was getting late anyways and he called that it was time for bed. Minato, Kushina, Tsunade, and Shizune decided to break out the alcohol and stay up to talk some more. Itachi and Sasuke decided it was time for them to go to their room and sleep as well.

"It's so weird, they are going to bed so early because they have kids," Kushina giggled, taking a sip of her drink.

"It's a nice change of pace, they have real responsibilities now with their children," Tsunade happily said, with Shizune nodding beside her.

"Why did they have to grow up so fast" Minato groaned, putting a slight pause to the happy vibe.

"Oh dear, cheer up they are well and happy, you should be too," Kushina said.

"I'll drink to that!" Tsunade cheered. Minato sighed, but took a drink as well. His lovely wife was right. Their kids were well, happy, and had lovely families of their own. Yeah, he could drink to that!

"How are you feeling?" Itachi asked once they went to their room. Sasuke took a moment to think over everything that had happened earlier and smiled.

"Honestly, I thought that it would be worse. For sure that my uncle was going to command that I divorce you and then we would have to flee in the dead of night and never see them again," Sasuke chuckled when Itachi laughed.

"Really love." Itachi smiled.

"Really," Sasuke nodded happily.

"Well I think you have an overactive imagination," Itachi said. Sasuke shrugged, setting their son into the bed. He removed Daiichi's shoes first before he started to undress him. Itachi reached for their bags, pulling out their son's diapers and pajamas so Sasuke could change him. Daiichi didn't wake up once.

"I think all the excitement has him knocked out," Itachi said.

"You're right. Usually he wakes up if we move him too much." Sasuke smiled down at their son. His smile then dropped. "I got a little scared when he showed them his eyes," he murmured.

"I kind of figured when you gripped my hand so hard, but I don't think they know that I have those eyes too, but something tells me that you feel they know about you?" Itachi asked, unsure.

"I was called the devil for a reason, and sometimes even a monster. I never knew what it was or why people feared me over it, but I figured it was a reason to just be angrier with the world. Because I was different…" Sasuke shook his head, "It wasn't that big of a deal after a while, but people don't forget easily and treat you as such."

"But your uncle, aunt, and Naruto never treated you differently over it, did they?" Itachi softly asked.

"No they never did. They always accepted me for who I was." Sasuke said as he finished dressing his son.

"Don't worry I won't let them know about me," Itachi reassured.

Sasuke nodded and then tucked Daiichi under the covers, placing a pillow on either side of his son so he wouldn't roll off. "Niisan, let's go shower." Sasuke eagerly said. Itachi smiled, reaching to pick Sasuke up.

"Let's go," he said. Sasuke laughed, clinging tightly to him, his mouth already nipping at Itachi's jaw line, silently asking Itachi for what he wanted at the moment.

Kyuubi went to Nakoru's room and helped him dress into his pajamas and tucked him into bed. Nakoru smiled. "Daddy I'm happy,"

"Oh why is that son?"

"Because of my cousin," he said, "I wish he could live with us forever," he yawned, finally closing his eyes as sleep came heavily.

Kyuubi smiled sadly. He wished that too and knew his son would be sad when the Uchiha's would leave. Returning back to his bedroom he saw that Naruto was already tucked in bed. Kuina was in her crib, fed and tucked away for the night.

He went to go change before tiredly climbing into bed next to Naruto. He kissed his cheek, and laid down. "Are you okay my love?" he asked.

"yeah" Naruto said, smiling. "Just a bit tired, but also so happy that Sasuke came to visit us."

"I'm glad." Kyuubi said, although he could already hear what had not been said. Naruto too wished that his cousin would stay and live with them. He had to speak with Itachi about visiting more often. It wouldn't do good to have his son and husband be sad.

Oh LOl hopefully this was an okay chapter XD
