Survivor - Mexico (Brain vs Brawn vs Beauty)
Chapter 39 - Day 36 Part 2
Hello, everyone. Guess what? It's almost time to start the finale for this season! One more chapter left (this one of course), and on Sunday, there we go! All this means one elimination per chapter until we get to the final three of this season. Though unfortunately, half of these characters are gonna get the boot in some sort of way. Panther was lucky he didn't get overheated after he overexerted himself to victory in the immunity challenge, so it's not going to be him. StarFox stays alive for now even though Caroso is perceived to be the biggest threat left lol.
Anyway, one random thing to say, even though I don't "watch" Total Drama (which is a TV series about a parody of Survivor and Fear Factor), I have watched a few videos about it. Some video came up about "Top 10 Most Unfair Eliminations" and that's how I discovered the series. My honest opinion on it is that I doubt it's my cup of tea, but I watched a few of the episodes of the first season and it gave me a bit of entertainment lol... And that's it lol. So if anybody has ever wondered about my opinion on TD, now you know. It's funny but kinda too random for my taste. I'll stick with Survivor lol.
Enjoy!

Day 36
Funky Kong, Incineroar, Isabelle, Panther, Plague Knight, Chica
-/-
"Do you need more water, Panther?"
"Maybe you should lay down."
"Try not to do too much. You've done more than enough work for today..."
In contrast to all the other reactions upon the castaways returning to their tribe following a certain individual winning immunity, they were all concerns, rather than people giving the winner their congratulations.
"Appreciate the concerns, guys." Panther thanked. "But I'll be alright... Though, I think I will take the advice. I'll still help out because I'm not the type to sit on my tail all day while watching everyone else work, but I'll just... take my time."
"Alright." Isabelle felt that was fair. "Well, sit down on the 'bed' until we come back with your canteen. At least let yourself rest for just a few minutes."
"Whatever you think it's best, I suppose..." He said with a sigh as he took the necklace off. "I wish I could do more, but I ain't tryin' to be evacuated on day thirty-six man. Not after all I been through just to get out here."
"I guess I learned the hard way of pushing myself too hard in challenges. But almost every time when I compete in a challenge these days, I get flashbacks to my old tribe. Call me being petty for not moving on, but I guess I just hate losing in general. It sucks, especially when you gotta pay the price for it, though. Panther has no regrets for his performance in today's challenge because I won," He spoke in the third person once again. "but I can't deny the fact that it could have been a whole lost worse for me. ...But, I guess I was super motivated to win today. Daisy left last night and I'm still upset about it, especially when it should have been me because I was the more perceived threat than here. So maybe if this wasn't a game for a million dollars and just for fun, I would have considered swapping places with... Oh, what am I talking about? Even if, it would have been against the rules, anyway, and it just sounds stupid."
"Remember: you don't need to use up a lot of coconut husks." He was observing Chica who was attempting to start a fire. It was sort of rare for her to do it, and since Panther was told to 'wait around' until his canteen arrived, Candance decided to step up and start the fire for the afternoon. "Now, go ahead..."
"...!" She gasped surprised. "Ooh, I actually did it! Yay!"
"Nice work." He nodded grinning.
"I'm sure Daisy is in fact rooting for me on the other side. She knows that I'm fighting for my life out here. I did plan on taking her and Chica to the end, but my alliance is unfortunately one member down, making my game a lot harder than it already is. Now I'm set to be the next one to leave the moment I don't have this necklace on... which is a shame." He began to sound rather down, shaking his head at the stress. "I don't wanna go home man... I am so close... It's just three more days and I'm at the final six. It's a great accomplishment on his own, but... the longer you last in the game, and the later you get eliminated, and it's gonna be a tough pill to swallow... So I'm gonna make sure I get to the end no matter what it takes..."
"Well, it was a good thing that I've finally done it again." Chica sighed with relief. "I supposed it's the last thing I do before I leave here..."
Caroso bowed his head down a bit in confusion. "What do you mean...? You're not quitting, are you?"
"Oh, no, no, no." She shook her head almost immediately. "The last thing I wanna do is quit. The whole reason for me being out here is so that I can have some confidence in myself. Quitting, especially now, would only throw all of that away. It's just that... well, you won immunity. I'm completely exposed because Daisy already left last time..."
"Oh, don't talk like that." Panther clearly had no plans on giving up. "We're not done, yet. Plague might be with Incineroar, Funky, and Iz, but it doesn't mean that we can't turn the tables around."
"How are we gonna do that?" Chica cocked her head to the side. "They're four, and we're two. If we need flippers, we need not one, but two people to flip. And, why would Plague Knight just now decided to work with us, anyway? Wasn't the whole point of him being the swing vote last time was for him to decide who he wants to play with for the rest of the game?"
"People can change their minds real quick." He figured. "And knowing Plague, I wouldn't be surprised. When I get my canteen back, me and Plague Knight will have some alone time and I will try to work my magic. ...It could be hard since knowing him, he could be going on a power trip right now, but if I can convince Plague, then we might just have that chance."
"Panther,... yeah. I've been with him since day one, and I gotta say. He has been through a lot. Sure, I can't say that we exactly like each other, at the moment we're tolerating each other for alliance purposes." Chica noticed. "Daisy got voted out last night because Plague Knight that three Beauty people were just too much for him, and now I could go home because Panther won immunity. But Panther apparently has a plan to somehow bring Plague back... I don't know what he's gonna do, but it doesn't really matter to me as long as I'm here. Like I always say: just because I could go home, doesn't mean I have to go home. I'm just so over being on the bottom at this point..."
The rest of the characters were at the water well, Plague Knight nimbly pouring water into his own canteen first before speed-walking his way off.
"...So, he's just gonna go just pour and go just like that?" Isabelle blinked.
"Plague does that." Funky Kong snickered. "He unsurprisingly puts his self first. He clearly saw me standing here."
"Well, since the three of us are here, I guess we can talk about something." Isabelle decided to take advantage of the opportunity. "...Wait, yeah... We kinda have to, now..."
"Yeah..." Incineroar nodded in agreement, now taking the handle to pour water into Isabelle and Panther's canteens. "Purple panther won immunity, and there goes our target. ...Chica?"
"I dunno..." Isabelle took a sip of water. "Taking out Chica would be kinda pointless right now, but what else are gonna do? Get rid of Plague? The moment he finally decided to work with us? ...Does that really sound like the right thing to do?"
"Well, he did always treated the four of us including Esp and Goldie as if we always owed him something." Funky Kong opinionated. "Maybe with him going it would be bad karma for everything he did. I mean,... personally, he hasn't really done anything to me, but I've been watching him for a while because we were on the same tribe. He's just so disrespectful..."
"What would the numbers be like say if we got rid of him?" Incineroar questioned. "I ain't no mathmatician or nothin'..."
"Us three vote for Plague, Plague votes for Chica, she and Panther vote for one of us, Plague goes home and we would still be in the majority..." Isabelle figured. "And you know what, as 'disrespectful' Plague Knight can be, he is actually a bigger threat than Chica. He'd probably be more likely to win over her. So in terms of biggest threats, not counting Panther who is safe tonight, suddenly Plague of all people is a threat..."
She sighed and covered her face with her hands. "This game is so hard..."
"Exactly." Funky Kong nodded. "Now y'all know why I hate strategizing..."
"Tonight's vote is gonna be the most difficult vote I have to get through in a while." Funky Kong commented. "Panther screws up our plan leaving Chica exposed, but the problem is,... is Chica really a threat? All she did was save Panther. She of all people is the reason to why Specter Knight lost a million dollars. Plague, however, his attitude is a problem, but he did save himself at the final eleven using Specter to send Espio home. And he was in a swing vote position where he actually chose to work with us. And I foolishly bought into Specter's lie a while back, with him only wanting to keep himself and Plague here. So Plague's kind of an underdog in his own right. Maybe he should go home. He's a wildcard and you never know what to expect from him."
"The problem is that he did in fact choose to work with us, and Iz thinks that us voting him out, would suddenly make us all villains or sumn, like we would all be the back guys for voting him out right after he hopped on our side, which we were trying to do this entire time (kinda), and then he's gonna be even more bitter if we put him on the jury."
"You ain't wrong..." He rubbed his finger beneath his chin. "Maybe we might have to vote out Chica, now. We'll just have to make sure Panther goes home next time. Incineroar, we gotta do all we can to make sure he doesn't win immunity tomorrow."
"We oughta get a good night's sleep." The Pokemon snickered.
-/-
Plague Knight was the first who made his return to camp.
"You got my water?" Panther asked lifting his head up.
"No." He shook his head in reaction. "Isabelle's getting it. But I wanted to hurry up and make it back here. ...I don't wanna vote Chica off."
...
"...You don't?" She cocked her head to the side. "But... I thought I was the next target. You chose to vote out Daisy tonight and stick with your Isabelle and Funky Kong."
"I voted out Daisy because they were just too many of you to trust at the same time. Three Beauties and one me? It's like I should work with the Brains by default because at least I know who they are."
"Then by that logic, you knew me and Chica for just the same amount of time, too." Panther brought up. "When you and those two separated, you were stuck with me and Chica back on the Coati tribe."
"...Well, bottom line is that I don't think I want to vote Chica out tonight. How about both of you can stay and we get rid of one of those three?"
"..." Caroso sighed and placed a hand on his head. "Okay. I still don't think I know what is going on through your mind right now, but if you really want to work with us for this vote, then I'm not complaining. I'm already not going, and this means that Chica might not have to home either."
"I don't wanna keep her in just because. I wanna keep her because of her being the next target thanks to Panther winning immunity, there's no point in me voting for someone that I want to be in the final three with. Yes, I probably would need to get rid of Panther, anyway, and I know that he's not gonna be stupid enough to give away the individual immunity necklace. But even before the challenge, I thought that maybe he's not in fact the biggest priority for me to get rid of right away. Funky Kong and Incineroar are, though. Those two are the biggest physical players left and either one of them could go on a run. And since I also can't vote Incineroar off because of him also being part of my perfect final three, it leaves me with no other option than to vote for Funky Kong. Unless Golden is somehow bitter at Funky Kong, people actually like him for... some reason. Maybe it's because people including myself just don't care for Incineroar. He's such a potato head... but useful. For my plan at least."
"Alright..." Panther began to do the math with his hands. "So you want Funky out for being a social and physical threat. If us three vote for him, and those other three vote for Chica, I dunno what we're gonna do at that point. That's gonna end up in everyone drawing rocks."
"Oh my gosh..." That was the absolute last thing Chica wanted.
"Though she would probably end up being safe with Funky. Master Hand is gonna give us one more chance to unanimously agree which of the two would go home after the votes would be tied twice, and then Chica and Funky would automatically be immune. I already have the individual immunity necklace. Though unfortunately, this means you would have to draw a rock. And I know you don't want that to happen."
"Never!" He shook his head. "There is no way I'm letting my fate be decided by a rock! Not after all that I've been through. The only way we can stop this from happening is that we have to make Isabelle flip on Funky Kong."
"I'll do the talking." Caroso volunteered. "I dunno how she'd react if you of all people approach with that."
"..." Plague Knight suddenly had a very strange feeling that this was something similar to what have happened before: another castaway volunteering to do the dirty work for him.
"Okaaaay..." Chica blinked. "I guess we got a new plan, here. Maybe I don't have to go home, after all, and I didn't even have to do anything. You know what, come to think of it, I don't even know how I made it this far to the final six in the first place. But, I guess if I am safe yet again, win-win for Chica. So, yay?"
"Alright, so here's what I've been thinking." He decided to pull Isabelle to the fishing boat the moment when Isabelle gave him his canteen filled with water. "We both know that social connections are a blessing in this game, yet kind of a problem. You can't date anyone, you can't be seen as too close to someone. Not only one person is in trouble, but, you know, two people would get into trouble. Even if you are a certain monkey fanboying over Mr. SheSaidImNotGoingtoWinThisGame."
Isabelle would have laughed at Caroso's reference to Incineroar, though she was more curious of where he was getting at. "Incineroar and Funky Kong? Well, they're not even trying to keep it a secret that they get along really well."
"It's rarely for the better this late in the game." Panther shook his head. "Incineroar's not exactly a threat to win this game, but rather a threat to get to the end. Funky Kong, however, is both at the same time. Plus, he's physical. He could win the last two challenges this season and he's sitting at the finals. And unlike Incineroar, unless Golden is somehow mad at him, he hasn't made any enemies... No wait, nevermind. Plague is still here, and I don't know how he feels about Funky at this point, but consider everything else I said."
"I won't be surprised if Plague is still mad at me." She replied. "Though he already told me multiple times that he has no reason to be mad at me for saving myself, but Espio took a lot of heat from that. But,... you wanna blindside Funky Kong?"
"He's far more likable than Incineroar, who's not going to get a single jury vote if he makes it to end. That man screams 'zero vote finalist' all over the place, and if Funky takes him to the end, well, he wouldn't have had to vote his best friend. That's an advantage."
"Aren't you and Chica getting along now?"
"What?" He eyed her as if she had an extra head, immediately shaking his own in response. "No... What? Just 'cause she saved me two rounds ago we're suddenly best friends now? Incineroar's the only person she can win against, so why would I vote her off? But the point is that if we don't get rid of Funky Kong now, he will win immunity all the way to day thirty-nine."
She sighed and shook. "Okay, I hate to say this, but for my game, I doubt that's the best idea..."
"Why would I vote out Funky Kong? I've already been played once resulting in me going against my own plan. I don't want that happen again. Sure, I know how physical of a player Funky can be, but with me wanting to keep all the Brains together no matter what, if I just vote off Funky Kong, not only would I lose my main ally at this point, that would be bad numbers wise and it would decrease my chances of making it to the end. And even if I do still make it to the end, I would probably have an even worse standing with the jury and Funky would be mad, especially if I blindside him with an idol in his pocket."
Panther exhaled through his nose at her answer. He knew very well Plague Knight was not exactly going to be happy about this. "...Well,... let's just get rid of Incineroar, then..."
"..." She blinked.
"Yeah,..." He scratched the back of his head predicting her response. "I'm probably going against everything I said now, but let's put it this way: if you still want to work with Funky and Plague,... why are you still working with Incineroar? He's clearly only in your alliance because of Funky, and you already got rid of Golden because of him and Incineroar being too close. If they are really best friends out here, where does that leave you? Worst case scenario, he could convince Funky Kong to vote you off. Why not split them up for good? Incineroar will never see it coming, so even if he has an idol, we have nothing to worry about."
"...Hmm..." She actually took her time to think about it. "Well, there aren't exactly four spots in the end..."
"Incineroar on the other hand,... I gotta be honest, I never thought about him that much until now." She admitted. "Incineroar's rather likely to reach the Final Tribal Council and my alliance manages to get to the end. But since Plague is with us now, it kinda raises some question marks I guess. Now we have four people, and three of them are Brains. What's the point of having Incineroar here? He may not get any jury votes, but for me, it's probably whoever I wanna play with at this point and sticking true to my word, rather than who's the biggest threat. He and Funky did work together to help get rid of Rosalina and Tifa after all back on Quetzal, so this means that Incineroar could possibly convince Kong to get rid of me as well, and they take in Plague Knight."
Panther made his way back to camp and found Plague sitting by the fire, taking the opportunity to briefly whisper to the alchemist.
"Funky's not going home. Isabelle's more willing to vote off Incineroar instead."
"..." The StarFox animal might not have seen it, though it gave Plague the advantage of dropping his jaw as if it was the most terrible thing he had ever heard.
"...What!?" He was furious. "Vote off Incineroar, who is clearly not going to win, over Funky Kong who actually might have a couple friends on the jury? Screw over my perfect final three because Isabelle doesn't want to vote her friend? How atrocious! This is why she should've left a looong time ago! Isabelle does not want to flip? Is she a coward or something? Does she think that Funky is going to be too mad at her for backstabbing him? What sense does that make? It's not only good for my game to get rid of Funky, it could be good for her, too. In the unlikely event that she becomes aware of my plan, all she would have to do is to vote for Panther, than me. Then what happens? ...She's with the end with Incineroar and Chica! It's so simple! Why complicate it? She does not wanna do it! Why stick with somebody who might be the biggest challenge for you to win against? She's scared, that's what it is. She and Funky Kong like each other so she's too scared and chicken to do it! ...Uh, no pun intended. But, what, is, she thinking!? Come on, Isabelle. Wake up, coattail rider!!"
"She can't do it!" He could not have stopped shaking his head in complete frustration, completely ignoring Chica all the while. "She can't do it! She's too scared! She's about to be out of this game in a minute! You know what, let's just vote her off."
"Aw, come on..." Panther glared. "Don't just say whatever pops into your head... I'm not going rocks. If we can't convince her to vote off Funky Kong in some sort of way, we're writing down Incineroar..."
Tribal Council
Night 36
The numbers were really going down at that point, as if it was the day three Tribal Council all over again with other six players to cast votes against each other. Yet the obvious difference was that there were old members from the Brain tribe, two from Beauty, one from Brawn.
Although, names were thrown out regarding castaways from all three starting tribes.
"We'll now bring in the members of our jury..." Master Hand spoke. "Espio, Ryu, Golden, Specter, and Daisy voted out at the last Tribal Council."
She earned complete different reactions from the castaways. On one hand, Panther smirked humorously. Yet on the other, Incineroar showed no fear glaring at her as if she was the worst person or 'thing' that happened to him in his entire life.
Nonetheless, all Daisy had to do was ignore him.
"Alright, so what do we really do at this point?" Master Hand asked the group. "Three Brain, two Beauty, one Brawn, yet one winner. Incineroar, judging by the look on your face when Daisy walked in, you still seem to have some sort of bitterness towards her."
To Daisy it did not matter, since the feeling was mutual anyway.
"The best thing about last tribal is that I no longer had to hear that mouth." He hunched his shoulders. "She was the target since we were scared that Panther had the idol, she didn't know it, and she let her mouth get her into trouble. I'm not even surprised. I've seen girls like that before. They can sass all day, but when they get into trouble, suddenly they ain't saying nothing. And look right now. She can't say nothin'!"
She rolled her eyes with folded arms.
"It's against the rules, anyway..."
"Alright, so with Daisy now being out of the way, the lines are now drawn. Plague was the swing vote last tribal (more on you in a minute)," The hand motioned to the mask wearing scientist. "and it seems that he's now with you and Isabelle. What are the chances of the four of you staying tight? Is it the final four I'm looking at right now?"
"Could be." He nodded. "Sure, we're still scared of idols and certain people winning immunity, but if we fight hard and stick it out, Chica goes home and Panther hopefully goes home next if he doesn't win the immunity necklace."
...
"Really?" Ryu Hoshi shook his head.
Even Plague Knight was frowning as if he knew it was the not the best thing to say.
"Every single person here, including the jury, had a reaction." Master Hand noted. "Panther..."
He had a hand over his face beginning to laugh out of sarcasm and frustration at the same time. "You know,... you can't just... Y-You can't just say that... Even though you're stating the obvious, that's like, the problem. What a way to have me and Chica on edge over here... You've just given me even more motivation to win the last two challenges."
"...Was it something I said?" The cat-like Pokemon literally had no idea what he was getting criticized for. "You and Chica don't have the numbers against our four. It's not necessarily your fault, because Plague was the swing vote last night."
"Have you learned nothing from last tribal?" Panther asked. "You don't alienate the people on the bottom. Sure, the numbers are the way they are, but I don't think you've fully realized that the people you're voting off are gonna be sitting over there."
He pointed directly to the jury.
"And the people that are gonna be sitting over there are gonna the ones that will vote for a winner. And no matter how much you may outwit, outplay, and outlast someone, you've got to be somewhat likable. And if people don't like you, well, they may not vote for you. You already voted out Daisy who clearly doesn't want anything to do with you, you've ticked off Plague the other day, and you are still acting as if me and Chica don't even matter just because you're in the majority alliance. When you rub people the wrong way, they get their own closure and satisfaction by making sure they never write your name down at the Final Tribal Council, so even though the numbers aren't what people want all the time, you gotta at least make sure the people on the bottom do not feel like they're total outsiders or somethin'..."
"..." It was unknown to whether Incineroar took the time to really think about that or not.
"Alright, Plague, back to you. Last tribal you were the swing vote, you decided to help vote out Daisy. Now, based off everything you said about Funky Kong, Isabelle, Espio, and Golden," The host brought up. "you were clearly sounding like you wanted to vote each of them off one by one. So the fact that you decided to side with Funky Kong and Isabelle, it could really raise some questions as to why. Any particular reason?"
"Well, you know, it's not as easy as it looks." He said as he now earned the attention from everyone, especially from all of his old tribe members. "Sometimes, I've got to change my strategy up, sometimes, I wonder what would happen if certain people make it to the end, and sometimes there are more problems I've got to worry about."
"Isabelle, what do you think about Plague siding with you? Surprised?"
"Honestly, yes." She nodded quickly. "After everything he said, I mean, he played a part in the biggest blindside in Survivor history for crying out loud. Now he's siding with me and Funky Kong even though we took out Jimmy Hopkins at our first tribal. I may not know what Plague's intentions are, but hey, we're both still breathing in this game. Maybe that's all I should worry about right now..."
"So Chica, if those four really are together with the intention of making the final four of this season as Incineroar predicts, this means that you and Panther are in hot water. However, though he overworked himself at today's challenge, Panther has individual immunity, and he said himself that he was set to be the next to go."
Daisy grinned.
"And with that, it leaves you alone on the chopping block."
Candance heaved a rather long sigh. "You know, sometimes I wonder how in the heck did I even make it this far? Like, I thought I was set to go a long, long, long time ago, but I'm still here."
Daisy shook her head and hung her head down a bit.
"I mean, final six? That's great! Yeah, I miss out a spot in the finals and I'm probably one episode short of making the finale if I get voted out right now, but hey, I turned out to do way better than I thought. I gave myself so many surprises, including winning individual immunity, and on the exact same day, I saved Panther and finally made Specter Knight go home."
Specter was still not exactly happy about it. Not directly at Chica, but the fact that he never even received the majority of the votes to begin with.
"So if I'm really going if it it's my very last night, I can say that I have gained a little more confidence in myself, after I've been through heck of a lot during high school."
"Seems like this journey will mean a lot to you personally." Master Hand figured.
"Indeed it would. There were times were I wonder what the heck am I doing out here, but now that I think about it, I'm glad that I came out here. I really needed this and look at me now."
"Interesting." Master Hand 'nodded'. "Does anyone else feel that this game means something to you personally?"
Every single remaining castaway raised his or her hand.
"Alright, all of you." He concluded. "I betcha even the people that didn't even make it to the jury feels the same way. Yet unfortunately, for one of you, your dream is about to be crushed whoever is voted off tonight. Despite that, I hope that whoever is eliminated now has the closure that you might have needed before you leave here tonight. It is time to vote. Funky Kong, you're up."
He heaved a small sigh before rising from his seat to cast his vote.
"I'm gonna put down 'Chic' and leave out the 'a' for fun..." He commented as he purposefully misspelled 'Chica' incorrectly, holding it up to the camera. "Sorry, chic. But, can't do anything about it if Panther already won the challenge... Guess you have to miss out on making it to the finale episode, if it is going to be at five like the last two seasons..."
Incineroar made his way over to the booth next, Panther and Plague Knight being called up to follow his lead.
"Just because I could go home, doesn't mean I have to go home." Chica whispered when she held up her parchment to the camera.
With Isabelle Cosgrove going last, Master Hand went up to the urn to tally everything up. "I'll go tally the votes..."
Panther curled his lips out of anxiousness, and this was coming from a person who was already guaranteed to make it to the next round.
Incineroar seemed to be thinking to himself, shaking his head in the process.
Plague Knight had a fist beneath his chin.
"If anybody has a hidden immunity idol and you wanna play it, now would be the time to do so."
Nobody bothered to bat each other an eye, including Funky Kong who appeared to be sitting comfortably in his seat.
Though Isabelle was the only one of the group that felt rather uncomfortable about what Kong was plan on doing.
"..."
"..."
Yet all he did was adjust his sunglasses.
"...Okay." Master Hand was ready. Though, he was not exactly ready to read the votes, even though the urn was already opened. He reached in, and grabbed something none of the castaways had ever seen before. "...This is the Idol Nullifer."
! ! !
"What?" Ryu scrunched his eyebrows out of disbelief, the remaining competitors eyeing each other in shock, all except Panther who's eyes remained on the master.
"Let me explain what this is: the Idol Nullifier is an advantage in the game that cancels out any idol that has been played on another player, keeping them vulnerable for elimination. The Idol Nullifier was played on..."
"..." He flipped the wooden circle over to reveal the name written on the back of it. "Incineroar."
He frowned in reaction and leaned forward. "What? But I don't even have an idol!"
Funky Kong stared all over the place confused and astonished as ever.
"What's the big idea?" Incineroar lifted his hands wanting answers.
"We'll find out." Master Hand answered. "Once the votes are read, the decision is final. Person voted out will be asked to leave the Tribal Council area immediately. I'll read the votes."
"...First vote, Incineroar."
He frowned even more.
"Chica. One vote Chica, one vote Incineroar."
Candance sighed and immediately lowered her head. All this time and her name was finally written down.
"Interesting..." Espio mumbled.
"Incineroar. Two votes Incineroar."
"Chica. We're tied. Two votes Chica, two votes Incineroar."
The chicken grabbed both of her knees and began slightly shaking her legs.
...
"Incineroar."
Funky Kong widened his eyes underneath his sunglasses, Daisy's jaw dropping almost instantly.
"Huh?" The Pokemon blinked.
"Three votes Incineroar, two votes Chica, one vote left..."
Panther sighed somewhat disappointed for his own reasons.
"Thirteenth person voted out of Survivor and the sixth member of our jury. Incineroar. You need to bring me your torch."
#Blindside
Panther Caroso shook his head. "Didn't even need to play it..."
Funky Kong stared around completely flabbergasted, even eyeing Isabelle for a few seconds who never looked back.
Daisy was just as shocked as well, yet it was not as if she had any reason to complain. She appeared to be completely elated.
"Guess that's it for the Brawn tribe..." Ryu commented.
"Can't believe that, man..." Incineroar shook his head, placing his torch down.
"Incineroar, the tribe has spoken."
He could have done nothing but watch as Master Hand snuffed his torch, Daisy pulling her fist back in satisfaction.
"Time for you to go."
It was quite obvious of who was out of the loop. Yet in a way, the cast was still blindsided due to the only remaining StarFox character finally deciding to play his advantage.
"Well, it appears that Daisy's predictions rang true from last tribal. Incineroar has just lost the game. It was just a matter of how exactly was he going to lose. But now, there are five of you left. Who is set to win this game? Grab your torches, head back to camp. Goodnight."

"I've been completely bamboozled man. I really didn't see that coming. I thought I was gonna be safe until the Final Tribal Council, but apparently every voted for me except Funky. Kinda mad at Isabelle right now, since I had no problems going with her to the end, but I guess if the alliance is not broken, this probably means she'd rather work for Plague for some reason... Does she think that she owes him anything or sumn? We'll see in a bit..."

...Yeah, this chapter wasn't exactly posted on Wednesday, was it? lol. It was ready to be released on Wednesday so I decided to wait for Sunday instead. But on the bright side, this story is ending soon, so I'm not too worried about releasing the chapters on time at this point. If I need another week to post the first chapter of the finale, that would be what I need to do. However, if a chapter is late again, I will not release it until the following Wednesday/Sunday comes around.
(Oh, one side note: my birthday just happened to be on last week's Wednesday (the 7th)!)
Alright, so, I guess the worst possible final three is no longer in the running, due to Isabelle wanting to play the game with her old tribe rather than eliminating one big threat to her game at a time. And yikes... Plague had some pretty nasty things to say about her... This is way worse than Incineroar's comments about Tifa.
But hey, we're just about to head into the finale! Five players left: Funky Kong, Isabelle, Plague Knight, Panther, and Chica. Ladies and gentlemen, one of these five players is about to win this game. Who's it gonna be? Who?
Time for another Caribbean reveal! Alright, this may seem kinda random, but I'm gonna bring in another Kirby character for the season: Chef Kawasaki (or just call him Kawasaki), AKA, one of the Assist Trophies in Smash.
Vote for your top five players of this season and I will see you next time where we will start the finale!
