A/N: I apologize for the long hiatus.

Jasper rolled his eyes and pushed his body off the Ark, walking toward the group of grounders with his hands in his jacket pocket.

"Bellamy, what are you doing?" Jasper asked, looking down at him.

"I'm playing with my niece." Bellamy replied, standing up pushes Madi behind him.

"You've only been out of lock-up for what? Twenty minutes? And you claim that grounder kid as your niece?" Jasper asked, feeling disgusted by the interaction in front of him.

"They've accepted my sister as their family, and they wish to include me too. I'm done fighting. I will fight for them. I can see things more clearly now. They've shown me that." Bellamy explained, trying not to raise his voice to scare the children behind him.

"You're pathetic. You are just as weak as them. Soon enough, everyone in her coalition will be itching for a war. And she won't be able to keep it together because you all are being soft." Jasper raised his voice, pointing at Lexa.

"There is a truce in place. Go against one; you go against them all who is backing them. We must respect their wishes. Their children or even the children here in Arkadia shouldn't be growing up during war times." Bellamy said, stepping forward to Jasper sizing him up.

Ivan, Zaan, Sean, Octavia, and Lincoln surround Clarke, Lexa, and the children. Hands holding steady at the weapons in case the situation in front of them doesn't simmer down. Echo standing a foot away from Jasper, waiting to strike him down.

"I don't like you, meanie." Madi said, poking her head past Lexa looking at Jasper.

"It's okay, kid. I don't like you either." Jasper replied, being shoved back by Bellamy.

"What's wrong with you? She's just a child." Bellamy getting piss, pushing Jasper back.

"She shouldn't have open her trap if she didn't want to hear the truth." Jasper commented, pulling a gun out, pointing it at Lexa.

"Put the gun down, Jasper," Bellamy asked, putting his hand up, moving wherever the barrel is pointing towards.

"Why does Clarke deserve it? How can you forgive her?" Jasper yelled, trying to point the gun away from Bellamy and trying to aim at Lexa.

Madi cried, holding onto her mother's. Clarke rubs her back, trying to get her calm down. Lexa shielding them from whatever is coming their way. Aden clenching his fists and is mad; someone said that to his sister.

"I forgive her, and she has forgiven me. Clarke deserves more than we do." Bellamy replied, continuing moving with the barrel.

"Clarke and that grounder beside her killed, Maya." Jasper yelled again.

"Maya was collateral. She was never meant to be killed. I told you, Clarke and I pulled that lever together. If you need someone to blame, blame me. I took part in it too. Let the children play in peace. Let them grow in peace." Bellamy explained, trying to reach for the gun.

"No, today is the day Clarke will lose everything. Then she'll know how it feels to lose someone she loves." Jasper replied.

Aden left the cover of his family, grabbing the knife from Ivan's hip. Charging at Jasper. Jasper repositioned the gun at the boy; in the nick of time, before the trigger was pulled, Bellamy jumped in front of Aden and getting shot the right shoulder. Bellamy yelped in pain, looking at Jasper, holding his shoulder.

"Blood must not have blood. That's the rule. That's Lexa kom Trikru's rule. We must obey it." Bellamy stood up, shielding Aden.

"Look's like I committed treason then. Once a criminal, always a criminal." Jasper shrugged, pointing the gun at Lexa again.

"You'll get what's coming to you. No one says, mean things to my sister and gets away with it!" Aden shouted from behind Bellamy.

"Aden, go to your sister. She needs you right now." Bellamy ordered Aden.

Aden went behind cover, holding his sister close.

"How cute. Does that remind you of your sister? Older brother protecting younger sister." Jasper laughed.

Madi recovered from being sensitive to revenge mode. She grabbed the knife Aden had and threw it at the mean person's hand. Knocking the gun off his hand and cutting him too.

"Ow! You little brat! You'll pay for that!" Jasper yelped, grasping his hand and scrambles to pick up the gun, but couldn't someone's foot was on it.

"That little brat never misses. Like mother, like daughter." Echo said, punching Jasper in the face knocking him out.

Bellamy sighed in relief that it's over and wincing, feeling the adrenaline leaving his system and pain appearing.

"Lincoln. Watch them." Clarke ordered, walking over to her friend and checks his wound.

Lincoln picks up Madi, rubbing her back. Lexa follows Clarke to check the wound.

"Well, it's not a through and through, like Lexa's was. You need to go medbay to get the fragments taken out." Clarke said after she inspected her friend's shoulder.

"You did well." Lexa commented.

Madi ran from Lincoln and hugged Bellamy's legs. Bellamy knelt back down, giving her a semi-hug.

"That was a nice throw, little one. Go back to Uncle Lincoln before you get in trouble." Bellamy said, hugging and rubbing her back.

Madi ran back to Linkon, and Bellamy stood back up, looking at Lexa.

"Thank you, if lost either one of them, I don't know what I do." Lexa said, holding at her left arm.

"I'm doing the best I can. You would raise hell like any mother would for their children, whose in danger.." Bellamy replied, meeting her left arm with his own.

"Echo, take Bellamy to medical and inform my mother what happened. Octavia and Zaan put Jasper in lock-up." Clarke ordered, walking back, picking up Madi in her arms.

Lexa followed Clarke taking Aden's hand, walking over to the tree. Sitting down at the base of the trunk. Aden sits between them, Madi, on Clarke's lap. Lincoln, Ivan, and Sean stand on guard surrounding them.

"Aden, what were you thinking?" Clarke asked, being frightened she could have lost him today.
