Huntress Wizard sat on a log in the middle of the forest meditating for hours. This was the fifth day in a row doing so. After a few more hours past her eyes jut open.
"Something is terribly wrong," she thought. "This is the fifth day in a row I cant feel his presence."
Huntress Wizard pulled out an old elks horn she carved into a flute and began to play. Her flute song summoned Spirit Dream Warrior and Forest Wizard.
"So HW. You feel it to huh?" Spirit Dream Warrior said.
"Yes. The Forest God. I cant feel his presence anymore." Huntress Wizard worryingly said.
"This bizz is messed up yo!" Forest Wizard yelled.
"We must remain calm." Spirit Dream Warrior said. "No good can come from us being to rash."
"But what if the Forest God is in danger?" Huntress Wizard sounded worried.
"The God can take care of themselves. They are a force of nature as old as time itself." Spirit Dream Warrior assured her.
"But what if they're not ok? I mean we cant feel their presence anymore." Huntress Wizard wasn't convinced.
"Yeah. What if someone is chomping on their old crusty forest god parts." Forest Wizard said.
"Forest Wizard is right. We can't just sit by and just hope everything is ok." Huntress Wizard said. "You guy go ask around Wizard City. I'll go ask around the nearby Kingdoms."
They said their goodbyes before heading their separate ways. Huntress Wizard jumped up and ran along the tree branches and tree tops as she made her way back to the tree-house. She climbed up the trunk of the tree-house and looked into a second story window where she saw Finn making some lunch. She tapped on the glass. Finn turned around and saw his girlfriend peering in. He ran over and let her in.
"Quite the entrance." Finn remarked.
"Finn! I think the Forest God is in danger! I cant feel his presence anymore." Huntress Wizard explained. "I need your help finding them."
"Dang that sounds serious of course ill help." Finn replied. "So what does this Forest God look like?"
"They're a magnificent stag covered in grass, moss, and mushrooms." Huntress Wizard explained. "They have immense power to control nature."
"So where do we start looking?" Finn asked.
"We're heading to the local market in the Grasslands." Huntress Wizard said. "Maybe someone has seen some shady peeps trying to sell some advanced grass magic and potions they made from the Forest God."
Finn and Huntress Wizard rushed over to the market. First they asked Choose Goose however he had not heard anything about their problem. They went from booth to booth but no one seemed to know anything. Just as they where about to leave as Spirit Dream Warrior and Forest Wizard ran up to them.
"We may have a lead." Spirit Dream Warrior said.
"Somebody done kidnapped the Forest God!" Forest Wizard added.
"A fire mage was apparently bragging about it in Wizard City." Spirit Dream Warrior said. "Apparently the mage is a high ranking official in the Flame Kingdom."
"The Flame Kingdom... Flame princess." Finn thought quietly. "I hope she isn't involved."
"We need to go to the Flame Kingdom and see for ourselves." Huntress Wizard said.
They all nodded in agreement and made they're way to the Flame Kingdom. Once they approached the border Finn cast Flame Shield on them all so they could safely navigate the Kingdom. Finn took the lead as they approached the Flame Castle. Outside the Caste walls they spotted Flame Princess and Cinnamon Bun doing some yoga.
"Hey FP!" Finn greeted. "Sorry for the interruption."
"Oh hey Finn. Whats up?" Flame Princes asked.
Finn proceeded to explain the situation.
"What?! That's crazy." Flame Princess exclaimed. "But..."
"But what?" Huntress Wizard fired back.
"But my brother Flint has been acting really weird lately." Flame Princess admitted. "He's been really secretive and sneaky."
"Its been worrying me. I'm afraid he's up to something." Flame Princess said. "Come on guys, follow me."
Flame Princess led the group into the castle dungeon. She walked up to the main guard.
"Yo! Do you know anything about a Forest God?" Flame Princess asked.
"Uh, no." The guard sounded suspicious.
"Hmmm. You seem to know more the you lead on." Flame Princess said. "What do you know?"
"I can't Princess. Under strict orders from Prince Flint." The guard admitted.
"I am your ruler." Flame princess sternly said. "TELL ME WHAT YOU KNOW!" Her flames shot up to the ceiling.
"Ok ok. Prince Flint and his inner circle executed their plan to kid nap the Forrest God." The guard explained. "The Gods being held right here in the dungeon."
"Well. Let him out." Flame Princess demanded.
"I cant Princess. Flint and his goons threatened to hurt me and my family if I did." The guard whispered. "I've already said to much."
"Flint." Flame Princess growled. "Don't worry. Ill make sure Flint cant harm you." Flame Princess assured the guard.
Flame Princess lead everyone to the main dining hall. She sent Cinnamon Bun out to summon Flint to the dining hall as well.
"Shouldn't we have some guards or a military battalion on standby or something?" Finn asked.
"No Finn. We can't risk escalating the situation." Flame Princess replied. "I can't let any of my faithful citizens get harmed in this."
after a few moments of waiting they spotted Cinnamon Bun leading Flint and his inner circle towards them.
"What's the meaning of this sister." Flint rudely said.
"The Forest God. What do you know about it?" Flame Princess demanded.
"You mean that weak old deer we captured? We threw in the dungeon." Flint said. "I figure that things Important enough to someone that they'd pay a kings ransom for its release."
"Why you no good." Huntress Wizard cursed. She began summoning arrows using her grass magic.
"Easy sweetie. We don't need to provoke them." Finn tried to calm her down.
"I demand that you release the Forest God at one." Flame Princess demanded.
"i don't think so Sis." Flint fired back. "I'm afraid you aren't fully in control of this situation dear sister."
"I can't stand by and let you do this to the Forest God." Huntress Wizard butted in.
"And what do you think you can do about it?" Flint asked. "You think your Grass magic will work against me?"
"I'll... I'll turn the citizens of the Flame kingdom against you and your cronies." Huntress Wizard said.
Flame Princess nodded in agreement.
"Whatever." Flint replied. "I don't have any more time for your guys foolishness."
"Oh and dear sister, might I add that you keep interesting company." Flint insulted them as he and his crew walked away.
"Just who does he think he is." Huntress wizard angerly said.
"Hey Phoebe, why can't you just toss your brother in the dungeon?" Finn asked. "I mean you are the ruler and there must be some guards that he hasn't gotten to yet."
"Its not that simple Finn." Flame Princess said. "If I can't convince my citizens why I'm imprisoning my own brother then they'll think I'm a tyrant."
"Dang you're right." Finn groaned.
"So Huntress Wizard, You said you have a plain to get the citizens on our side." Spirit Dream Warrior said.
"We lead a protest through the Kingdom too the castle." Huntress Wizard.
"Count me in" Spirit Dream Warrior said.
"Me to." Added Finn.
"Yeah me to. This plan in dope!" Forest Wizard yelled.
"Flame Princess you in?" Asked Huntress Wizard.
"Mmmm I don't know. How would my subjects react to see me joining such an event?" Flame Princess worried.
"Phoebe please. You can't just sit by and let your brother do this." Finn pleaded. "It's a huge power grab."
"Finn's right Princess." Cinnamon Bun added.
Flame Princess sighed.
"You guys are right. I'm in." Flame Princess announced.
"Lets get going. We don't have a moment to loose." Finn said as he pulled out a megaphone from his backpack and handed it to Flame Princess.
Huntress Wizard and Flame Princess led the way to the town square. The rest followed closely behind. Once they made their way past the lava pools and through the streets made from volcanic rock they arrived at the town square. Flame Princess jumped up on a nearby bench and began to address her citizens.
"Citizens of the Flame Kingdom, my brother, Prince Flint, has spearheaded a great injustice. He has kidnapped the God of the Forest and has it imprisoned. He is Vying for power and has been threatening and intimidating my guards. Follow me to the castle and lets show Flint we won't stand for this kind of behavior." The crowd of Flame Kingdom citizens cheered after her speech.
Flame Princess and the rest led the group of people to the castle. Once outside Flame Princess used Finn's megaphone to yell at her brother.
"Hey Flint. Come out here ya donk!" She yelled.
Flint and his cronies looked out an upstairs window.
"You think you and your little army can stop me?" Flint mocked.
The castle guards, upon seeing the crowd outside, felt comfortable enough to turn of Flint. They surrounded him and his cronies, grabbed them, and took them to the dungeon. The lead guard came out on the balcony where Flint once stood.
"My dear Princess. We captured your brother and tossed him into the dungeon." The lead guard informed the crowd. "Follow me Princess."
Huntress Wizard and Flame Princess thanked the crowed before the group ran into the castle. They hurried there way to the dungeon. Huntress Wizard, along with the help form some of the guards ran over to the cell where Flint was holding the Forest God and opened the cell door. The Forest God jumped out of its cage and ran over to Huntress Wizard. She reached out her hand towards the Forest God. The Forest God licked Huntress Wizards hand as a sign of thanks before jumping out the castle window and swiftly running back to its forest home. Huntress Wizards hand sprouted some vibrant red mushrooms where the Forest God had licked.
"Neat." Huntress Wizard casually said.
"I can't thank you guys enough." Flame Princess said. "Without you guys bringing this to my attention I wouldn't have found out about my brothers ill intentions. "
"No problem Flame Princess." Huntress Wizard replied,
"I'm sorry for doubting you." Spirit Dream Warrior admitted. "I was wrong about the Forest Gods safety."
They all said goodbye to Flame Princess and Cinnamon Bun before heading by to their own homes. Huntress Wizard rested easy now knowing that the Forest God was safe.
