Skadi was currently on a large wolf that appeared to be made of ice and stone. She was following the rather long ice trail that her daughter had left behind and felt as though she was getting nearer to the end. The goddess was debating about what Njord's annoying son had said and wondered if it was possible that...Freya could have saved Iduna.
Skadi was quite sure that Freya did not know about Elsa, then again Freya was always the quiet one when it came to secrets, so she had no idea why she would rescue someone from a sinking ship. It just didn't make any sense! If Freya was a loner...why would she leave her realm to save a mortal?
Her thoughts were cut off as she reached the end of the trail and saw Nokk still around. She also saw her daughter and clicked her tongue for the wolf to approach them.
Elsa was aware that Nokk was still nearby. However, she did not realize that her mother was around. She was stuck in her thoughts at the moment, staring at the fjord waters unblinkingly. A deep frown was on her face that was accompanied by a few tears here and there.
Skadi hopped off of the wolf and quietly approached her daughter before she knelt down and placed a hand on her shoulder. "Elsa?"
"Oh!" Elsa exclaimed with a jump as she was suddenly brought back into reality. She hurriedly began to wipe at her tears. "...Mother! I...didn't realize you were coming back out." She attempted to hide her sniff as she looked away.
Skadi smiled a bit before shaking her head. "I had to come back out after speaking with Njord." She said while glancing up in thought.
Elsa nodded once she regained her composure. "Okay...umm." She inhaled before saying, "Was there anything you needed?" She looked up at her, her eyes glistening with unshed tears.
"Yes. I may have learned something from speaking with him...and his son." Skadi said, adding the last part on in a sour tone. "But...I can tell you later if you aren't comfortable." She said, noticing her state at the moment.
Elsa briefly closed her eyes before opening them. She sighed at that. "I'm...fine. I just had to get something out of my system." She frowned deeply as she continued to look at the calm waters.
"...Are you sure? I...It's just some pretty shocking news." Skadi said as she moved to sit next to her.
Elsa blinked before looking down. "I suppose…." She looked back up at Skadi curiously.
Skadi nodded before reaching for Elsa's hand. "So...you know how Freya, the blonde woman, sort of...just disappeared with Iduna?"
Elsa's eyes landed on a few other things before looking back at the goddess. She pursed her lips before nodding in confirmation.
"Njord told me that his daughter is very...closed off. She doesn't leave her realm often and not to collect souls either. He mentioned how his son saw Freya bringing someone into her realm." Skadi paused to gauge her reaction as she frowned a bit.
Elsa looked more confused than anything. Her eyes squinted as she tried to read between the lines. She continued to blink. "...What does her having a guest have to do with me?" She inquired.
"Freya recruits mortals and makes them apart of her group of valkyries. But this guest...I believe Frey mentioned that Freya didn't make her one of her warriors. He, of course, did some spying and sneaking around and...claims that the guest is a female who is a princess or something...one that had something to do with a boat." Skadi stopped and held her daughter's hand a bit tighter.
Elsa's eyes widened significantly...before she shook her head. "There's a lot of princesses with boats." She looked elsewhere with a frown.
"Well...he kept messing up her name. Things like Ida and Ingrid…" Skadi shook her head. "Not to mention she apparently had a great voice."
Elsa thought for a moment with a conflicted expression. Of course there was this tiny voice in her mind that said her childhood mother could still be alive. At this point, Elsa didn't know what to believe anymore.
Elsa frowned deeper at that. "The category is still very broad. That could be a lot of people." She looked back out to the fjord as her hair caught the wind.
"I...may have a reason to believe it's her. If Freya somehow found out and knew back then about you...she might have left her realm to save her. I don't know how she found out...but Njord said that Freya doesn't exactly do what she did...unless she...really wants something." Skadi said with confusion heavy in her voice.
"And I just can't up and believe this." Elsa replied somberly as she stood. "I don't know what to believe anymore. Everything I've ever known is a lie. Everything I've ever been told…" She shook her head with a deep frown. "Then I thought I knew who I was for one moment in time. Oh, how wrong I was. Now I'm here. I'm not a queen. I'm not a goddess. I'm not a person. I don't know what I am-who I am. So far, I'm just the magic hobo that lives in the woods and plays with spirits." She threw her head back before allowing her head to fall into her hands. "...I'm no one."
Skadi sighed and shook her head as she stood as well. She looked at Elsa for a moment before bringing her into a hug. "I'm sorry. Most of the confusion has been brought on by me…" She trailed off as she saw a familiar blonde man appear. She scowled for a second and caused an ice pillar to launch him into the water. "And that isn't fair for you." She said, silently hoping that her daughter hadn't heard the rather loud splash.
Elsa heard the splash, but honestly didn't care at the moment. The only thing she did was keep her face in her hand and tried to keep her emotions under control. She didn't want to freeze Arendelle...again.
Skadi kept her eyes on the man who was trying to get out of the water as she kept hold of her. "I am sorry that...I have...made this so hard on you and that everything is crashing down." She continued, her eyes glowing for a moment as a large block of ice fell on the man and sent him back into the water.
Elsa removed her hands from her face to reveal a deep frown. "...It's alright, mother." She said before looking down.
"No...it isn't." Skadi said before her eyes widened at the sight of the man still approaching them. With a twitching eyebrow, she gestured with her head and smirked as the wolf suddenly tackled the man into the water. "I opened up a can of worms that...made your life worse."
Elsa shrugged at that. "What's done is done." She sighed before continuing. "To be honest, I'm thankful for you being around."
"You are? Even though...I've caused all the bad things to...come up?" Skadi said as she tilted her head.
"Skadi!" The man attempted to yell.
Skadi faked a cough as she shook her head. "Sorry."
Elsa nodded at that. "Yes. You are one of a few things from my past that bring me joy." She said, her expression remaining the same.
Skadi smiled a bit. "...Thank you." She said before comically freezing as the man yelled again.
Elsa blinked out of her thoughts as she looked around. "Wait, what is that?" She looked around until she spotted the man.
Skadi slowly turned her head before scowling. "...Frey." She grumbled with a sour expression as the man continued fighting off the wolf.
"Mother." Elsa said in a deadpan. "Can you please call off the wolf?"
Skadi twitched before the wolf suddenly hopped off the man and swam back to shore before walking over to her.
Frey, who was beyond soaked at this point, got out and shook his head. "Well, you have a warm greeting, now don't you?" He said with a smirk while Skadi only deadpanned in reply.
Despite her current mood, Elsa managed a small smile. "You must be Frey. I am Elsa." She said, bowing a bit before looking at him.
"Oh, don't bow. Save the bows for Odin, he's the one with the sword." Frey said with a warm smile as he waved it off. He looked back at Skadi. "So, from your...lovely, phone call with me, I have managed to get thrown out three times by my sister. Not without my new promotional photos…" The god smiled before suddenly whipping four pictures out. "I thought you might want to see, concerning how angry you were over the phone."
Elsa looked back at Skadi with confusion. "...You wanted pictures?"
"I wanted proof after he failed the name part." Skadi said while folding her arms.
Elsa blinked as she stared at Skadi. Then she turned her attention to Frey. "May I see them?"
Frey shrugged and walked over. "Just don't do anything to them...I still need to make copies." He said before handing them to her.
Elsa looked at the god oddly before blankly taking the pictures from him. When she observed the photographs, her eyes widened as she covered her mouth, overwhelmed with surprise.
She looked at each one of them before Elsa looked up at nothing in particular. "...She's alive…" She whispered to herself before a smile eventually made its way onto her face.
Skadi blinked and leaned to look at the photos. "...Freya really did know." She said with a confused expression.
"She's...alive." Elsa repeated like a broken record. All she could do was shake her head in disbelief.
Frey looked at her. "Is she...okay?" He said with concern in his voice.
"Her mother was pronounced dead a long time ago and you just gave her pictures of her very...very alive mother." Skadi said with a blink.
Seemingly out of nowhere, Elsa whistled. This got Nokk's attention almost immediately. The former queen hopped onto the horse's back with the pictures.
"I've got to tell Anna!" She called out to Skadi before Nokk zipped off in the direction of the castle.
Frey blinked before gaping. "SHE TOOK MY PICTURES!"
Skadi rolled her eyes before promptly punching him so that he faceplanted into the ground. "Oh, leave it be. Why don't you work on getting the real deal?" She said in a deadpan before hopping on her wolf and taking off after her daughter.
Frey pried his face out of the ground and blinked before smirking. "...I'll accept that challenge." He said with a chuckle before disappearing in a flash.

Elsa ran into the castle with a large grin. As soon as she entered the castle, she looked around for her energetic sibling. She focused on catching her breath before asking a servant where Anna might be located.
Thankfully, the servant knew and happily pointed her in the right direction. Apparently, Elsa's joy was contagious.
It seemed that Anna was in the kitchen at the moment. Since Hades all but ran from his sister, Hestia found Anna to try her different foods for catering. Honestly, Anna was enjoying every last bit of it...until Elsa bursts through the doors with her infectious grin.
"Anna!" Elsa called to her surprised sister.
Anna had her mouth open to try another one of Hestia's dishes while she stared at Elsa in surprise. She blinked a couple times before she regained her composure. "Ah-uh-hey, Elsa. What's got you so chirpy?" She tilted her head with a smile.
Her adrenalin finally caught up with her. Because of this, it took Elsa a moment to catch her breath. She breathlessly held up the pictures before offering them to Anna.
Anna blinked and put her fork down. She took the photos from Elsa. As she looked at the pictures, her eyebrows furrowed. "...These are of mother…" She said as she looked at them one by one. "I've never seen these before. Where did you get these from?" The queen tilted her head at her sibling.
Elsa placed her hand on her chest. "I got these from...from Frey, my half brother." She took another breath before saying, "You haven't seen those before because they are recent." She said as her smile returned.
Anna's eyes widened at that. "Elsa...Is she..?" She looked at her sibling as if her life depended on Elsa's answer.
Elsa happily nodded at that. "Yes...she's alive!" She said with a joyful laugh at the end.
Anna took a moment, before her smile became just as bright as Elsa's. "She's alive! Oh my-wow-I" She chuckled at that. That's when her head tilted. "Wait, what about father?"
Elsa blinked before saying, "Oh-well-no, he's dead." She looked at Anna blankly.
Anna blinked in return. "Oh, okay, but still good news!" She said before her smile returned. "I mean, I'm just shocked...and happy...and never thought that this could be possible-I mean-" She rambled in her happiness.
Elsa watched her sister ramble and express how happy she was...until she noticed something slowly crawling up her shoulder. Whatever it was, looked very hairy.
"I just...can't believe it!" Anna exclaimed as she jumped a bit.
Elsa looked at the large spider crawling on her sister. "Umm...Anna…" She watched it unblinkingly.
"We need to do something special!" Her sibling exclaimed with a large grin.
"Umm...Anna…" Elsa slowly pointed to the arachnid.
"I'm going to plan something...and the citizens must know...and our kids must know...everyone must know-Elsa why are you looking like tha-Ah-AH-AHH!" Anna began to scream as she finally noticed the snickering black spider.
Elsa waved her hands at Anna. "Don't move and be very still." She showed her palms held up her hands.
Anna squeaked as the spider started to crawl up her head. "Ohhhh...someone save me…" She said as she tried to keep her skin from crawling.
Elsa merely winced as she watched the spider explore. It's not like she wanted to touch that thing! It was huge and super fluffy!
While they were busy staring at the spider, Skadi entered and look around before sighing as she saw Elsa. "There you are-you have a spider on you." She said before deadpanning at Anna as she joined them.
Anna whispered through her gritted teeth. "...I've...noticed." She tried to stay completely still.
Elsa glanced at Skadi. "Ah...Hello mother. I just wanted to let Anna know that she was still alive. Tell Frey that I apologize for stealing his pictures." She said with a slight smile, her expression going blank as she noticed the spider beginning to play with Anna's hair.
"I told Frey that he should try to get the real deal and not just the pictures, then he disappeared." Skadi said before she walked up and promptly flicked the spider off of Anna's head with a neutral expression.
Anna's eyes widened at that before she sighed in relief. She backed away from the spider that looked equally blank.
Elsa, not focused on the spider anymore, brought her gaze up to Skadi. "He's going to get mother?" She blinked a few times.
"I'm sure he thought of it as a challenge...so yes." Skadi said with a deadpan.
Anna and Elsa both gaped before sharing a look.
Anna hurriedly said, "We need to prepare the castle!"
"Agreed." Elsa nodded in confirmation. "We can't have this place looking a mess. We need to clean up, replace the broken glass, rid of scratched furniture…" She listed off.
Anna nodded at that before taking off. "I'm going to go tell everyone!"
"No! We need to prepare!" Elsa ran off after Anna.
Skadi sighed and shook her head before looking at Hestia. "Just...tidy up where you can." She said, prompting the fiery-eyed woman to nod before the giantess took off after the two.
Anna, being the more energetic one, somehow convinced Elsa to allow a small (and supposedly short) meeting.
The demanding queen forced her family into the meeting room for said meeting. Apparently, everyone was included in her family. So, everyone had gotten pushed into the room. Especially a half-asleep Kristoff. He literally had gotten pushed into the room along with their two grumpy kids.
Hazel was groggy since she usually went to bed early. Ara was awake, but annoyed at the fact her plotting-cough-alone time was ruined by a family meeting.
"Alright, guys! I've brought you all here because of something very important." Anna announced with a large grin.
"More important than my beauty rest?" Kareena said dryly with a yawn that came afterward.
Anna deadpanned as Vetiver chuckled in the background. "Yes. Anyway, our mother, thought to be dead, is alive!" She exclaimed happily. Some people looked half-dead while others looked intrigued.
Kristoff yawned heavily. "Queen Iduna…" He yawned again. "Is alive..?"
Anna nodded at that before putting the pictures on the table. "Yep. These pictures were taken by Frey and he is bringing her soon."
"So, we need to prepare." Elsa butted in with halved eyes. Anna deadpanned at her sibling.
Hades, who was very awake and was ignoring the child in his arms, rolled his eyes. "So first she's pronounced dead and the moronic Frey stumbles in with pictures? And this is why I just let them come to me, not the other way around." He said with a hint of sarcasm before grumbling as Vetiver tried to reach for one of his pierced ears.
Hazel, who was more than tired, looked at her aunt in aggravation. "Can I go to sleep now?" She frowned, leaning on Audrey as she fought to keep her eyes open.
Anna looked at Hazel in an equally deadpanned expression. "I-what-no!" She frowned at that.
"Did you have anything else important to talk about?" Kareena deadpanned at her mother.
"Um...well…" Anna looked to the side as she scratched the back of her head.
"That would be a no." Hades drawled, smirking as Audrey and Hazel comically bonked their heads together and woke up in surprise.
Kristoff was about to say something...before he yawned rather loudly. That caused his son Ander to yawn...then Ara yawned...then Kareena yawned…
Ander yawned once more before saying, "...What is happening?" He asked in frustration.
Hazel drowzily said, "We are tired...so it's easy to pass yaw-" She was cut off by a yawn in the middle of her sentence.
Frustratingly, they all kept yawning.
Elsa yawned herself before looking at her sister. "Anna, can we please go to sleep!" She sighed at the end.
Anna rolled her eyes at the sight of them all stuck in a yawning circle. "Oh...fine. You all can be dismissed...but we will continue this tomorrow!" She became more deadpanned when everyone practically ran out of the room. "Figures…"
Elsa, who was still there, chuckled at that. "We'll talk about it more tomorrow." She offered her younger sibling a smile which Anna happily returned.

Butterscotch groaned as she felt herself coming to. She shifted a bit before stretching and looking around. Apparently, they were back in Ara's room. The bluenette was fast asleep in her bed.
The kitten frowned at this. She specifically remembers escaping this very room. Actually, that's the last thing she remembered from yesterday. Now she was extra confused.
Butterscotch noticed the cub sleeping beside her. She bet Inari had something to do with this. The kitten glared, yet blushed due to the sleeping ball of fur.
Her eyes halved before she rolled away from the cub. The door was wide open for some odd reason. Oh, her escape should be easy. The kitten smiled at this as she scampered toward the door happily. It was about time for her to explore Arendelle. The kitten was not worried at all about escaping. This will be fun.
She snickered a bit once she had snuck out of the room. "Heh...that was easy. I could have sworn I was going to wake her up. I guess I'm stealthier than I thought." Scotch smirked as she held her head high in victory. She went down the hall while she strutted as if she owned the place.
She looked around the empty halls before walking through them with ease. Afterward, she pushed open a window, hopped down a few things, and just like that she was off into the courtyard.
Butterscotch smirked at that before puffing her chest out. "Time to find some friends who actually like me! Oh, and I can't wait to look around like I wanted to the first time. So what if I'm not magic. I'm gonna have the best day ever!" She chuckled before easily slipping past the gates.
That's when she finally got to see the kingdom in all of its glory. It looked amazing. The water of the fjord was glistening, the sun was in the perfect position in the sky, and the town was bustling despite the early time of day. The kitten loved every bit of it.
"Whoa...this place is amazing…" She said, walking toward the town. "I can't wait to check this place out. First, I'm going to hit up town central. Then, I'm going to move onto the outskirts." The kitten made plans as if she was a tourist.
Butterscotch looked around with a large smile. "Man, I wish I could take pictures. Too bad they don't make cameras for cats." She hopped up on things until she was on top of a house.
"...Now, this is a view I can get used to." She laid there with a smile as she continued to watch the people down below. "No worries." Scotch said before laying down and making herself comfortable.

Ara woke up with confusion she felt something beside her and it was...warm? She moved her blankets out of the way to spy the cub sleeping beside her peacefully.
Ara shook her head in amusement before rolling out of bed with a smirk. She had a lot of things to do. That included getting her wedding gift to Hades. The gift that she wanted to give, this would be the wedding gift of the century. Not only did Ara take the headlines into consideration, but it would also help her win Hades over.
Everyone knows about the unspoken step-parent rule. You have to do something to win them over or the both of you will be awkward forever!
There were supposed to be a series of things happening today, so made sure to wear something at least semi-formal. Her cape stayed on of course. She merely wore a blue and black ombre mini dress with a golden ar shape on her side. Of course, she wore her favorite boots with this outfit and walked out of her bathroom in a hurry.
By now, Inari had sensed her absence and had woken up out of her sleep.
Ara smiled at the cub before saying, "I have to go get Hades' wedding gift. I'll be back later." She walked over and patted the cheetah on the head.
Inari pouted a bit and pawed at her with a small meow, looking as though she wanted to jump into the girl's arms and go with her.
Ara deadpanned at the cub before sighing. "Fine." She scooped the cub up before leaving the room.
When she made it to the kitchen, she froze at the scene that was playing out before her.
Hazel was nearly pulling her hair out, Elsa was freaking out with widened eyes in her seat, and Anna was going drill sargent on everyone.
Ara blinked at everyone before walking over to Audrey. "...What is happening?" She asked as she watched the scene blankly.
"Hazel lost her cat, Elsa is freaking out about a speech, and Anna is trying to keep everything so clean she can see her reflection." Audrey said with a sigh as she shook her head.
"Ander!" Anna shouted at her son.
Ander jumped at that before turning to his mother. "Ah, yes, mother..?" He asked after swallowing.
"Did you scrub the floors!?" Anna asked him with a frown.
The scared prince nodded swiftly. "Y-yes. I scrubbed the kitchen, both eating areas, the three living rooms, and four corridors!"
"Yeah, but did you scrub it down to the micro molecules!?" Anna asked him before deadpanning.
Ander looked at his mother with a blank expression.
That's when Anna snatched the brush from him. "Give me that! I have to do everything myself..." She mumbled to herself. "Pay attention. This is how it's done." She said before working on the floor while Ander continued to watch blankly.
Ara watched the scene with a blink. "O-kay. I...think I suddenly have to be somewhere." She placed the cheetah down to eat her food beside Onyx.
The blue-haired girl grabbed a blueberry muffin before blasting out of the kitchens.
"Whoa...I don't want any of that…" Ara winced at the thought of her aunt.
That's when she shook her head. After that, she headed back to where her room would be located. Her room was not located on the higher part of the castle with plenty of sunlight and a view. Ara much rather preferred a room closer to the ground and facing away from the morning sun. That helped her room to stay dim and cool.
Once she was in the familiar corridor, she looked around the area before sighing.
"Who did Hazel tell me to call?" She wondered aloud. "Whoever it was, Hazel said they'd be able to help me with my delima. What was her name...Oh, Hecate, I think?" She tilted her head.
Ara began to pace in the corridor. "Now, it's just the matter of getting her here...without being seen by aunt Anna…" She frowned at the last part with a shudder.
"Is the latest queen losing her mind?" A voice asked with a snicker from behind the girl.
Ara blinked before slowly turning to the woman. "You're creepy...love that." She applauded a bit. "Ah, who are you?" She raised an eyebrow.
"Hecate. I thought you were asking for me." Hecate said with a blink. "Otherwise…" She began to get up.
Ara tilted her head. "You're Hecate?" She asked with confusion. "Huh...how convenient. Yes, I request your assistance." She mocked a proper accent.
"What? You need a dead body? Skeleton? Zombie?" Hecate tilted her head.
"No, no, no, and no." Ara said as if it was all normal. "To talk about this, we need to go somewhere...private." She said as she opened her door in a furtive manner.
Hecate stared at her before getting up and walking backwards into the room. "...What are you up to?" She asked with squinted eyes.
Ara walked into the room and closed the door with a smirk. She took a moment to snicker. "Okay, glad you're here. You must know that the wedding between my mother and Hades is coming up, right?"
Hecate stared at her. "...I do now." She said with a blink.
Ara blinked in return before waving it off. "I don't mind inviting you, but to get your ticket in, you have to help me get my future step-dad's wedding gift." She smirked mischievously. "Can you help me get Poseidon in a fishtank?"
"...You want to put Poseidon in a fishtank...as a gift?" Hecate asked in a deadpan.
Ara nodded at that. "Total humiliation of his brother? Hades would love it. I want a castle, I need a treasure chest, and I need a bubble maker added inside the aquarium as well." She folded her arms with her smirk.
"Whoa...chill out. I can get Poseidon...but you gotta pick up the other fishy stuff." Hecate said as she made a large bag appear.
Ara rolled her eyes at that. "Fine, I'll see what I can do. As long as you get the fish." She said with halved eyes.
"Oh, I can get him in no time." Hecate said with a smirk.
Ara nodded at that. "Awesome. While you do that, I'll order a giant tank, fish stuff, and call up the boys. I need Deuce down here as a DJ…" She said mostly to herself as she pulled out her phone.
Hecate shrugged. "Just do it fast, it won't take me more than an hour." She told the girl before summoning a portal and walking through it.
Ara watched the goddess leave with a neutral expression. Once she left, she smirked. "And I, the magnificent Ara, have a few phone calls to make." She began to press buttons hurriedly.

Hazel paced from one part of her room to the other. A deep frown was on her face. She had no other people to turn to. Butterscotch was missing and the servants couldn't find her in or outside the castle. The girl was miserable because of this.
"What am I going to do…" Hazel paced as she shook her head. "What to do..?" She blinked with a frown.
The ruby-haired girl looked around to discover that she was alone in the room. She blinked at this. She could have sworn there were others in this very spot earlier. Now, there was no one but her.
"I guess I'll have to find her by myself." Hazel said with a sigh.
As soon as she walked out of the castle, she hurriedly went into town. That's where she began her search. She looked around as she called the kitten's name.
On her way to find her cat, she walked by the area that used to belong to the statue.
Hazel blinked at the obliterated statue of Iduna and Agnar. There were still traces of ice on the ground as well as soot.
The ruby-haired girl continued to blink for a few seconds more before shrugging. Then she continued the search to find her kitten.
Honestly, she was getting nowhere. Arendelle was pretty big. Butterscotch is a small kitten. If she doesn't wish to be found, Hazel could easily lose her permanently.
Hazel deeply frowned as she began to ask around.
A few people did see a kitten of that description earlier. They pointed in a few directions that gave Hazel hope despite the wild goose chase.
Said chase ended at the docks. Hazel looked around in confusion. Sailors worked hard trying to salvage or rid of their cargo. Others were fishermen. They were either setting sail or bringing in their fishes for profit.
Hazel blinked as she looked around. The smell of the thawed Fjord in the air. It can be closely related to the smell of salty fish water.
Interestingly, that is where Hazel found Butterscotch.
The kitten currently had a nice sized piece of fish. She happily ate the fish quickly. Anyone could tell that the kitten was happy. She even took some time to eat the crumbs before going back to the fish.
Hazel smiled brightly...before it fell into a deadpan. "The docks. Why didn't I think about this place sooner?" She sighed before walking toward the kitten.
The occupied kitten was easily scooped into Hazel's arms, leaving behind the rest of the fish.
"Hey…" Butterscotch said, watching the fish disappear from sight as Hazel carried her away.
Hazel looked down at the kitten with annoyance. "I told you not to sneak out. You have no collar. What if someone would have called animal control?"
The kitten rolled her eyes at that and mewed with equal annoyance.
Hazel frowned before saying, "Oh, don't give me that. I know you are having romance related issues, but you just can't take an unannounced vacation." She huffed a bit with halved eyes.
The kitten mewed again in a deadpan. She looked to the side as her eyes were equally halved.
Hazel, who was walking back to the castle, blinked before looking down in annoyance once more. "What do you mean I wouldn't understand!?" She looked back up to see where she was going.
Butterscotch mewed once more and turned her head as if to say, "It's complicated."
This only made Hazel deadpan more. Once they made it back to the castle, Hazel closed the front door. She placed the kitten on the ground afterward. That's when she brought her attention to the kitten.
Hazel sighed before saying, "If the cheetah is bothering you that bad, just take a break from her. You know, get some space." She kneeled down before shrugging.
Butterscotch blinked. She tilted her head as she thought.
"Just...pretend like she's not even there." Hazel said with a small smile as she waved her hands dramatically.
The kitten tapped her chin. Then she smiled at that. That should definitely help the cheetah get the point. There's nothing like the silent treatment. However, this was the invisible treatment.
Butterscotch nodded at that.
"Good. Now go wander off." Hazel said with a smile before blinking. "In here! Make sure you are wandering in here!" She called after the kitten that had already taken off.
Hazel shook her head at the kitten. She looked around for anyone. Since her emotions are at ease, she shouldn't scare anyone off this time.
Butterscotch had no real destination in mind. She might just go in the garden since she never sees the cheetah there. It seemed like the perfect place around to get peace of mind. At that thought, Scotch began to make her way to the gardens for some peace, quiet, and another escape route.
That was until Ara just so happened to walk by. She was heading to the front door with a fixed expression. She was carrying Inari too, but in a cheetah carrying backpack.
Butterscotch froze at that. "...What is she riding in?" She shook her head with a frown. "Hazel better not put me in one of those." She shuddered before she kept walking.
Iduna...is...aliiiiive! Woooo! And Frey is gonna bring her to the castle hence poor Ander getting the stew beat out of him.😂
Also, Ara's plan to put Poseidon in a fish tank for Hades...what a wedding gift!
Hazel's cat is adorable but a mess.
It's almost time for Elsa's grand speech. That's one way of why she looks so distraught...
