It had been a very interesting day for Team Hetty. An agent from HQ in DC had come to them asking for help.
Hetty's office
'Well, today was certainly unusual.' Granger said.
'Indeed it was.' Hetty answered, while drinking her Scotch.
'Is it just me, or did you seem extra grumpy today?'
'Maybe I was. What's it to you?'
'Did it have to do with Dinozzo being here?'
'Not exactly. I had heard of him, and disapproved of some things he had done, but that's it.' Hetty answered.
'Did it have to do with the team acting extra goofy today?'
'Not at all! I'm okay with their silliness, as long as it doesn't get in my way, or violate the dress code.'
'It has to do with what happened last week, right?' Granger asked, referring to the possibility of another mole.
'Yes. Sigh.'
'Sigh. Look, We've heard nothing all week, we've double checked our staff, everything looks normal.'
'For now Until more info is leaked and a case is comprimised.' Hetty responded, sounding cynical.
'You can't think like that! For what we know, it was just one foe who somehow had info on the team.'
'You're not helping. This is serious!'
'What I'm trying to say is, you can't constantly dwell on the what ifs of this, it'll make you miserable. And I don't need a miserable partner.' Granger said, nicely.
'Sigh.'
'You obviously need to get your mind off this. May I take you some place nice tonight?'
'That would be lovely.'
