Boscha entered her house and saw her mother and Lilith at the table. Boscha looked at what was going on, who knew her mom was an aggressive kisser.

"Uh, am I interrupting something?"

The two quickly separate and Elizabeth fixed her hair.

"Boscha! I... we didn't see you there. D-did you have a good night hunting?"

"Yes, mom. I'm going to go upstairs before you two. Try not to shake the bed too much."

Boscha noticed the heavy blush on both of the women. She went into her room and opened the lid of her brand new coffin. She got inside and closed the lid. She closed her eyes and went to sleep. Little did she realize that she wasn't going to be dreaming tonight. It was going to be a nightmare based on an old memory.

A small eight year old skipped along the path that led to her house. She was smiling and giggling all the way. She opened the door and went up to her room. She sat on her desk chair and started playing with her hair. Soon, black shadows started to surround the door. She started to cower in a corner as the door opened.

"Boscha." a shadowy figure said.

"H-hello, daddy."

The shadowy figure grabbed her wrist and threw her, stomach first, on the bed. He tied her wrist and ankles to the bed post, which prevented her from moving. The shadowy figure cut off her shirt and threw it aside. It pulled out a brand and heat it up. He quickly pressed the searing hot metal into the center of Boscha's back.

Elizabeth had recently said goodbye to Lilith and was sitting on the couch with a cup of tea on the table in front of her when she heard her daughter scream. She ran up the stairs and into her daughter's room. She saw Boscha open the coffin and sit up, tears developing in her eyes. She ran over to Boscha and hugged her.

"I'm here, Boscha. You're okay."

"M-m-mommy?"

"Mommy's here, Honey. Everything will be okay."

"I... I had a nightmare... about the branding."

Boscha cried into her mother's shoulder. Elizabeth, despite not looking it, was fairly strong. She picked Boscha up and carried her like a five year old, allowing her to cry into her shoulder as much as she wants. She caried her downstairs and sat her on the couch. She went to the kitchen and came back with a tea cup full of blood. She sat next to her daughter as Boscha took the cup.

"Boscha, everything will be okay."

Elizabeth knew that was a lie. Boscha's had nightmares of the branding since she received it. She sat with Boscha for the rest of the night, making sure she was okay, even though she knows she never will be.
