Author's Note: Another new chapter, folks!

Thank you once again to Boris Yeltsin for the review. That's okay, I remember seeing half of Cruel Intentions on the CW way before Riverdale came along. And then watched the whole thing on DVD.

Anyways, let's go!

Riverdale doesn't belong to me. All rights go to Archie Comics & Warner Bros.

Chapter 67

The next day, Archie woke up to a loud commotion. Putting on a pair of jeans, he ran down the stairs to see what the noise is.

Archie goes outside to find his dad.

"Dad?" He called.

The red head hears drill whirring.

"Dad, what's going on?" Archie questioned, when he found his dad in the garage.

"Well, I am soundproofing the garage." Fred replied, drilling holes. "I figure, you know, while you're grounded, you should be at least productive. Practicing your music."

"Ha, ha." Archie chuckles, smiling in relief. "Dad, this is awesome. Thank you."

"I heard Josie and the Pussycats give you a shout-out last night." Fred said.

"Oh, did you?"

Fred nodded. "I believe in you, son."

Archie smiles, happy that his dad is finally coming around.

A/N: I know, I know. This chapter is short. But, after cranking out long chapters, fair's fair. Fret not, the few chapters ahead will be longer.

Coming up next, is Chuck's fall-from-grace & a shocking revelation from Dilton Doiley. And that will be the end of episode three "Body Double."

Another chapter coming soon!
