A/N:

@Heyli13: Thank you. Hahaha. I don't know what to say.

@YozoraLupa: Love you too, reader-chan. Hahaha. Thank you for reading till the epilogue.

@michiko-chan27: Although I wanted an angst or an open ending, I couldn't do it. Tsuna deserves better.

@LavaLilly: Hahaha! Same here. I don't want it to end too.

Thank you for the reviews. HAHAHA! So here's an omake. You might want to read Chapter Thirty-One again if you don't remember what that chapter contains.

Hope you don't mind the errors and stuffs, though. The other omakes will be posted next week. Promise.

Anyway, go on. Hahaha!

Omake: (Chapter Thirty-One: Aching hearts)

The moment their contract got established, Tsuna let himself fall on his knees and cry as Viper's power pressured him down. His mind keeps on remembering those two times he and Reborn did their contract. God. His heart ached for the man he loves so much but hates him back. It doesn't even help the fact that Reborn expected him to be as good as Luce, as nice as her and be her.

How can he be her if they're two whole different persons?

He sniffled and sobbed in front of Viper who only sat down in front of him. The individual pressures on them had lifted and all they had to do is move from the place. But with him crying? They won't be moving anytime soon, only if the Mist does move.

It felt like minutes before he felt a hand on his arm and guided him to stand up. He let the esper led him to the bathroom. He can't help himself from smiling when Viper nodded on the sink. They took some soap from the dispenser and washed their hands together, causing another bout of tears from him when he remembered that time he washed Reborn's hand after their very first contract.

"Crying won't make everything better." Viper murmured as he took the first aid from the cabinet in the bathroom. "But a human once told me that crying helps ease those things you feel inside you as long as you don't exceed the limit."

Tsuna sat on the closed toilet and gave a small nod, eyes still leaking tears. "M-Maybe just for t-the n-night?"

"Sure. We're going to leave first thing in the morning anyway, just as you planned." The Mist agreed as he put some sanitizer on the brunet's wound. "I should also tell you that Reborn might come again."

Tsuna hiccuped, remembering how Reborn just stood on the side with Skull, watching them with emotionless expression. He didn't even say goodbye when he went back to Fiant.

"Skull pulled him along." Viper motioned as if reading his mind while putting a thin layer of bandage on his hand. "That bastard can be a pest if Skull didn't pulled him back, especially once he sees you crying. I- We don't want him to trick you again by consoling you then hurt you again when you're okay. For once, think for yourself, Tsuna."

"Can I see him for the last time?" Tsuna whispered, almost begging, asking for a permission. Viper looked up to him, indigo hair falling back as his red eyes inspected him for any hidden explanation. Even if Tsuna knew himself that well, Viper will see him more since he can read him like an open book.

The Mist sighed in exasperation. "Okay. But I'm going to do an one way illusion. You'll only be the one seeing him while he can't see you. Since you cut off the connection between the two of you, he won't be feeling the mist aura around the room. Then after this, no more crying."

"Thank you."

"Come on. You need to go to bed. Of why am I taking care of you is beyond me."

Tsuna hiccuped before a small laugh went out of his lips. This time, he didn't let Viper lead him out. He walked on his own, slipped under the covers as Viper went for the door. The Mist looked at him for the last time before opening the door and went out, just as Reborn's portal opened.

He watched as the hitman stepped in, panicked and hurried. He watched as the man he loves looked around, checking the bathroom if he was there before he went out again and stared at a specific place. Tsuna doesn't need to know if Reborn was staring at his luggage that went invisible under Viper's mist. He wants to praise his Mist with his strong illusion, but under such circumstances? He cannot.

Just watching Reborn put ache in his heart. That panicked expression. The hurry. The look of disbelief. And then the realization that he's not there anymore. God. He felt like his heart broke. He never saw Reborn so pained when the latter sat at the foot of his bed.

Tsuna sat up slowly and crawled towards the hitman. He sat behind the demon. Gently, he put a hand on the other's back, tried to sense the faint feeling of lung contraction and heartbeat from there, then he put his forehead between Reborn's wing bones. He breathed slowly, matching his love's breathing. How can he be like this when Reborn feels different for him? Shouldn't he be happy that the demon is miserable after all the things he had done to him?

Maybe this is the consequences of loving someone you cannot have.

"I'm sorry." Tsuna apologized as tears started to pour again. "I'm sorry if I can't be Luce, Reborn. I'm sorry if you thought I'm a reincarnation of her. I'm sorry if I disappointed you, Reborn. Even if I do realize that loving you is pointless, that loving you will cause me so much heartache and instability. That loving you will cause me to lose myself and change for someone I do not know entirely, however I will never cease to do so. Loving you is a privilege. Loving you is something I will never give up even if you kill me.

"But I need to do this." He pursed his lips as he closed his eyes, trying his hardest not to curl his hand and clutch on Reborn's jacket. He resorted to gripping the blanket of his bed. He just can't let Viper's effort to be in vain. "I need to go home to find myself again and merge them with the Tsuna who loves you. I want to love you more as I learn to love myself again. I'm not going away to leave you. As I said, even if it kills me, I will love you.

"With you at my side and a reason to live, I can conquer the world." Then he gave a small smile that only he knew that it's there as he worded his oath. A vow no one can hear but him. "So until then, wait for me cause I'll be back with more love for you."

Tsuna drew back just as Reborn sighed and stood up. He watched him open a portal. Just before his Sun enter the warp, he looked back. The brunet breathed when he thought that those onyx eyes caught his brown ones. Heedless, he gave a bright smile to the hitman's direction.

"I will miss you. And I love you, Reborn." He bid in the air.

And Reborn entered the portal, closing it behind him. That night, Tsuna slept with an aching yet calm heart.
