She was supposed to be enjoying herself. Drakken had sprung for tickets to a band he didn't even like just so she could see them with him.
But she couldn't help noticing the woman behind them eyeing her boyfriend.
It hadn't been a big deal at first, but then the woman kept edging closer, giggling to her friends and making suggestive glances toward Drakken. Excuse me, but was she invisible or something?
The final straw was when Shego went to get them drinks. She came back to the woman actually talking to Drakken now. Drakken, idiot that he was, didn't even seem to realize he was being flirted with.
And then the woman laid a hand on his arm –
Shego stormed forward before she had made any sort of decision to do so. She set the beers on the table beside them and pulled Drakken into a deep kiss.
He made to pull away at first, but Shego pulled him closer, running her tongue over his lips. At last, she let him go, panting, but kept their bodies pressed together, sweaty and warm from the crowd. "What was that?" Drakken panted.
"I didn't like that woman flirting with you."
"She was flirting with me?" Drakken turned back to where the other woman was sulking by her friends. Shego waved over Drakken's shoulder. When Drakken turned back to her, Shego asked, "Are you mad I kissed you like that?"
Drakken laughed. "I could never be mad about that, Shego."
Shego grinned. "Good." She wrapped her arms around his neck and said, "Because I'm about to do it again."
