The afternoon sun shone down on the two classes as they relaxed by the side of the lake. Several of the students messed around in the water, splashing each other, and laughing, while others sat on the shores, soaking up the sun and just enjoying themselves. Bakugo had managed to draw several of the other students into a swimming race, the blond cackling as he used his quirk to launch himself out over the water as the others cried out that he was cheating, but quickly followed using their own quirks.
Mina sighed as she watched the groups, rubbing her arms gently as the sensitive skin still stung slightly from overusing her quirk.
"Not going to join them?" Momo asked from beside her, the elegant young woman lounging in a chair as she read her book, a wide sun hat on her head as she looked up.
"Nah," Mina chuckled, "I've had enough water for the day. And my skin is sore."
"Ah," Momo hummed in reply, quickly going back to her book.
Mina looked around again, her eyes falling on a pair of figures off in the distance, one far shorter than the other.
The taller of the two, his wild green hair pulled back in a small ponytail, seemed to be instructing the smaller figure about something, before a jet of water blasted from the younger's hands. Mina smiled, wondering how Izuku had managed to befriend the precocious Kouta after their rocky introduction.
"He's really good with kids, huh?" Pixie-bob said from behind them, making the pink-skinned girl jump slightly, "He'd make a great parent."
"Uhm…yeah," Mina muttered, trying to hide her blush behind her hands.
"So…" the woman said, stepping closer with a grin on her face, "Have you confessed yet?"
"Confessed?" Momo said, looking up from her book, "You actually confessed to Midoriya?"
"I…well…sort of?" Mina squeaked, her face going even more purple, "I…I told him that I liked him and he…sort of…thanked me? I think he was surprised by it. We haven't spoken since."
"Thanked you?" Pixie-bob scowled, "Is that all?! I'm going to go kick some sense into that boy! You can't just leave a girl hanging like that!"
"Please don't!" Mina shouted, grabbing onto the woman, "I just…I want to do this on my own."
"Hmmph," Pixie-bob huffed, "Fine, but if he doesn't give you a proper response, then just let me know and I'll let him have it!"
Mina looked back over to the two figures in the distance, which seemed to have started a water fight with Kouta's quirk, as the older woman stomped off. She blushed again as she watched Izuku get blasted in the face with a stream of water he definitely should have been able to dodge, falling dramatically backwards into the lake.
"I am bested!" Izuku said loudly as he collapsed into the water, floating on the surface with his face twisted into a comical grimace, his tongue sticking out of his mouth, "Oh woe is me, for now I die!"
"Get up!" Kouta snorted, a slight smile on his face as he ran over to the teen, trying to drag him up, "I haven't beaten you yet!"
"Sure you have!" Izuku laughed as he got to his feet, shaking some of the water off himself, "You're doing great, Kouta! It's great that you're opening up more!"
"I still don't like you!" the boy muttered as he looked away, a slight blush on his face, "Though I guess you are kind of cool."
"Aw, thank you!" Izuku chuckled, blinking slightly as he looked away, his eyes catching sight of Mina standing on the shore, watching the two of them. Their eyes locked for a moment, emerald green staring into bright yellow, before both looked away quickly.
"You should go give her a proper answer," Kouta huffed as he shoved the teen on the thigh, almost making Izuku lose his balance, "You two have been avoiding each other since you messed up the confession."
"I didn't mess up the confession," Izuku replied hurriedly, "I was just…surprised."
"Yeah right," Kouta laughed, "At what? From what I've heard, you're worse than aunty Pixie, and she hits on pretty much any guy."
"Yeah," Izuku sighed, looking up at the clear sky, "It's just…I guess I wasn't ready for it. I'm not actually that great at dealing with other people's feelings, let alone my own."
"So what?" Kouta asked, looking at Izuku in confusion, "You flirt with them to make yourself feel better?"
"Not really," Izuku shook his head, "I mean what I say, it's just…I got caught off guard."
"What he means to say is that he's an idiot," the nasally tone said as Neito walked along the edge of the lake, Hitoshi beside him, "He's never known how to deal with sincere feelings in all the years I've known him."
"Nei-tan!" Izuku whined, "Then what do you suppose I do?"
"Tell her how you feel," Neito shrugged, "Seriously. If there are feelings there, let her know. If there aren't, then it's better to tell her now than to string her along."
"Yeah, I guess you're right," Izuku sighed, looking down at the water, spluttering when the jet of water slapped into the side of his head, making him fall into the lake again.
"Quit talking about adult stuff as if I'm not here!" Kouta shouted, continuing to spray the sputtering teen, "I still gotta beat you!"
The sun was setting as they set up the barbeque, the students chatting loudly as the meat sizzled and cooked.
"So," Toru said as the girls gathered in a group, "How's your conquest of Midori going, Mina?"
"W-what?" the pink-skinned girl squeaked as she almost choked on the skewer she was eating, "What are you talking about?"
"I mean, have you confessed to him yet?!" Toru asked, making the girl blush a deep purple as the rest of the girls stopped talking, all looking over in interest.
"You like Midoriya?" Kendo asked.
"He is a good man," Shiozaki hummed, the other girls nodding
"Nice choice!" Setsuna chuckled, "Though if you don't ask him soon, I may just steal him from under you!"
"I already confessed!" Mina blurted, blushing harder as the girls stared at her wide-eyed.
"Good for you!" "Aw man, I missed my chance!" "Congratulations" they all said as several patted the blushing Mina on the back, "And what did he say?"
"He said…Thank you," Mina sighed, the other girls all looking at her for a moment.
"That's it?" Setsuna asked.
"Yeah, I think he was surprised by it," Mina muttered.
"Has he said anything else to you since?"
"No, I've…sort of been trying to avoid him."
"That's no good!" Setsuna huffed, "Come on! We're going to be doing the fireworks soon! So now's the best time to talk to him!"
"Wait!" Mina shouted as she was grabbed by the wrist by the green-haired girl and dragged over to another group, "Hold on!"
"Hey, mop top!" Setsuna called, waving to Izuku as he looked up, "Pinky here wants to talk to you about something!"
"No I don't!" Mina stuttered, looking at the confused expression on Izuku face as she was shoved towards him, "Sorry about this."
"It's fine," Izuku chuckled, "I actually wanted to talk to you about something too."
"You did?"
"Yeah," Izuku nodded, "Want to go somewhere a bit more private?"
"S-sure!"
The students watched as they walked off, the girls smiling to each other as the boys stared in confusion.
"What was that all about?" Kaminari asked.
"None of your business~," Setsuna hummed as she hurried back to the group of girls.
"So," Izuku said quietly.
"So," Mina replied.
"I'm sorry," the boy bowed low as he spoke, startling Mina for a moment, before she let out a laugh.
"About what?"
"About…messing up your confession," Izuku sighed as he stood back up, "All I said was "thank you", and that's hardly an answer."
"It's okay," Mina giggled, "I did kind of spring it on you out of nowhere."
"Yeah," Izuku laughed back, "You really did."
"So," the girl said, smiling softly at him as the sun began to dip below the horizon, lengthening their shadows as they stood on the shore of the lake, "Do you have an actual answer for me?"
"Yeah," Izuku hummed, looking away for a moment, watching the others as they began to set off the fireworks, a bottle rocket whizzing into the air with a shrill whistle, followed by a loud cheer, "I do like you."
"Oh," Mina blinked, "Well…that's great!"
"Yeah, it is, isn't it?" Izuku chuckled awkwardly.
"But what about the others?" Mina hummed, making Izuku stare at her for a moment.
"The others?"
"Yeah, like Chako? Or Jiro? They both like you too, you know," Mina said, a mischievous grin inching across her face, "And I'm pretty sure Kiri also has a thing for you, he keeps talking about how "manly" you are. So, what about them?"
"What can I do about that?" Izuku shrugged, a nervous look on his face, "I mean, it's not like I can date multiple people at once, can I?"
"And why not?" Mina smirked, leaning in as she wrapped her arms around his neck, his warm skin pressing against her sensitive arms as she pressed herself against him, "I don't mind sharing."
"Oh?" Izuku chuckled again, looking deep into her eyes, "You don't? And what if I don't, either?"
"Great," Mina hummed, leaning closer to him as she opened her mouth slightly, "There are a few other people I wouldn't mind dating."
Their lips touched, Mina shivering at the sensation, pressing tighter against Izuku as his tongue slipped into her mouth, exploring as her own copied it. Fireworks popped in the air and in their minds as they kissed, Mina moaning quietly as she felt Izuku slip his arms around her waist, pulling her in closer. The cheers of their classmates were ignored as their tongues intertwined, before both broke the kiss, gasping quietly as they looked into each other's eyes.
"Tingly," Izuku chuckled, "Kind of like lemon. I like it."
"Well, you taste pretty good yourself," Mina laughed, leaning in to place another soft kiss on his lips, "You're pretty good at this. Am I your first kiss?"
"No, sorry," Izuku hummed, leaning his forehead against hers, "But I can make up for that."
"I'm sure you can."
Shoto watched the two figures as the sparkler died in his hand, the end dripping to the ground. He didn't know how to feel seeing them like this, only that it hurt.
The students, once again dressed in their summer uniforms, waved goodbye to the Pussycats and Kouta as they filed onto the two busses, the four Pros waving back as Kouta just glared, though he did give a small wave when Izuku called out to him. The rowdy atmosphere that had permeated the air on the way to the camp was replaced with a soft quiet, everyone exhausted after their weeklong training and eager to get home. Izuku dozed in his chair, half looking out the window as he remembered last night, a stupid grin slipping onto his face.
"Excited to return home, Izuku?" Tenya asked from beside him, the usually loud boy surprisingly quiet, seeming to read the atmosphere for once, "I know I am excited to share what I have learned with my brother."
"Yeah," Izuku hummed, "I have a friend I need to check up on. And other things to do."
"Like make out with Mina some more?" Kaminari chuckled as he leaned over their seats, making the green-haired teen start, "Come on dude, we all saw the two of you! Congratulations, by the way!"
"Thanks," Izuku chuckled, "Though that's not about to stop me from appreciating anyone else!"
"Dude," Kaminari gasped, before a wide grin cracked his face, "Hey, it's your funeral."
"I don't mind sharing!" the pink-skinned girl suddenly called out, blushing as Izuku looked back at her, a wide smile on her face, "And neither does Midori!"
"Huh?" Kirishima gasped, "What are you saying? Like, you two are going to date other people as well?"
"Sure," Izuku laughed, "Why not?"
"Oh," Kirishima blushed slightly as Izuku smiled at him, "Cool."
"Huh," Izuku muttered, something registering in the back of his mind, "That's a lot of mutation quirks gathered in one place."
"What did you say, Midoriya?" Aizawa growled from his seat, looking back at the teen.
"It's probably nothing," Izuku waved the teacher off, "I mean, it's not like they're about to jump in front of the- OH SHIT! EVERYONE BRACE!"

Inko Midoriya Moms UA Part 7
"This tea is lovely!"
"I am so glad you like it, Midoriya-san!" Nedzu chuckled as they sat in the teachers' break room, "It's called Emperor Black Tips Tea. It's quite popular and one of my favourites."
"Oh my! Such an expensive tea!" the woman gasped, "Are you sure it's okay for me to drink this?"
"Of course!" Nedzu laughed, "I wouldn't have made it for you if I had not thought you'd be able to appreciate it!"
"Well, thank you, Nedzu-san," Inko hummed as she took another sip, "Now, what is the reason you wanted to talk to me today? I do still have a few chores to do around the Dorms."
"And that is precisely what I wanted to speak to you about!" Nedzu replied, "You have truly gone above and beyond, Plus Ultra, if you will, with your duties as Dorm Matron! I am seriously considering giving you a substantial raise!"
"Oh! That's completely unnecessary!" the woman gasped, "I just do what I do best, act as a mother."
"And I think that is marvellous!" the bear-mouse-dog grinned, "And I want to thank you for your efforts! Student and staff productivity has increased across the board since we took you on, and I am wholly pleased with the results!"
"Oh, you flatter me," Inko chuckled, "But I have to ask, how are you doing? You're not over-working yourself, are you?"
"Of course not, Midoriya-san!" Nedzu hummed, "A few late nights here and there, but I took your advice and have found my own productivity rising as well!"
"Well, that's good to hear," Inko smiled as she took another sip of tea, "This tea really is delightful."
"And I am so glad that you like it!"
