This chapter is not very ace-safe as there is a lot of mentions of sex. So, full warning for those who aren't comfortable with that.

Evelyn closed the Herbology book and let out a groan. She never liked Herbology that much. Professor Sprout somehow made the class enjoyable, but when she got to study it, Evelyn found herself getting bored quite easily. She hated to admit it that she found History of Magic more exciting. Of course, Sprout was ten times better than Binns. Everyone was better than a centuries-old ghost who didn't even know what was happening outside the school's gates. However, she still didn't like Herbology. If she had to read one more time about Mandrakes, she was going to chuck the book out of the window.
The blonde girl turned to look at the clock on her bedroom. She sighed in relief when she saw that it was four in the afternoon. She had been studying since ten in the morning. The only break she had gotten was to eat lunch with her family. That break had only lasted twenty minutes.
She got up from her chair and stretched her limbs. Her study desk in her dad's house was a lot smaller than the one at her new house. These days, she had been getting a lot of aches, especially around her neck.
Evelyn exited the bedroom she shared with Anna and entered the corridor. As she walked around the house, she noticed that the house was silent. She already knew that her siblings were out with their friends, but she had no idea where her dad and Theresa were. She had left them finishing their meals.
Looking around, she spotted a piece of letter on the coffee table. She walked towards it and picked it up. She immediately recognized her dad's handwriting.
'Gone to pick up granddad and aunt Rebekah. We'll be back before dinner'.
Evelyn smiled at the note. She hadn't seen her aunt in a long time. Since her aunt was a travelling healer and a workaholic (like the rest of her family), Evelyn rarely saw her. Her aunt was always busy, handling patients. Although, Evelyn respected her so much. The dedication her aunt had for her job was unmatched. She hoped that she could be like that someday.
After putting the note down, she found herself a bit lost. She had nothing to do.
She had finished studying for the day. Her dad and she had agreed that she should try studying six hours every day until OWLs exams. While she knew it would prove to be difficult when her school year started, she was going to try her best. It would be disappointing if she failed to do so. Her dad had spent so much time with her organizing her yearly schedule.
Since her siblings weren't around, she couldn't hang out with them. Admittedly, she didn't spend that much time with them, to begin with. She wasn't interested in reading or watching the telly. The only thing she could think of doing was taking a walk around the village. Maybe she could even go near the lake. She could catch a glimpse of Ilvermorny from there.
A few minutes after, Evelyn grabbed the key to the house and exited the house.
Morrigan was a bigger village than Hogsmeade. You could even call it a town with how many buildings and people were. You had many stores around here whether it was a sweet shop, an owl post office, clothing stores, markets, school supply's stores, bookshops etc. It even had a market filled with juicy fruits and vegetables. There were many coffee shops, restaurants, inns and pubs around. Between the beautiful mountains and the exciting towns, the area around Ilvermorny was visited a lot by tourists.
As she walked down the streets, Evelyn was greeted by a lot of people. Her family, especially her dad, was known around the town. After all, he taught most of these people's kids and grandkids.
"Sheila, look, it's Evelyn!"
At the familiar voice, Evelyn turned towards it. When she did, she was met with a girl from the village. Her name was Vanessa. She was a tall, black girl with short black hair, dark brown eyes and a dazzling smile. She was two years older than Evelyn. From what she could remember, Vanessa was a Thunderbird.
Next to Vanessa, was Sheila. She was Vanessa's best friend who lived in Boston but spent a lot of summer days in the village since her grandparents lived here. Sheila was shorter than both her and Vanessa. She had light brown skin, bright brown eyes and long, curly dark brown hair. Just like Vanessa, she was two years older than Evelyn and was also a Thunderbird.
Evelyn greeted the girls by hugging them both tight. She hadn't seen them in a long time.
"Oh God, we haven't seen you in a long time." Sheila pointed when they pulled away. "Maybe not since November."
Evelyn tilted her head. "Well, I haven't been around here since November." She informed them and they laughed.
"We heard that you won that debate. I can't imagine how proud professor King was." Evelyn tilted her head at Vanessa's words. Her father had made no mention about feeling proud in his letters after the debate. All he said was that she had a lot of space to improve. "Congratulations, by the way."
Evelyn smiled. "Thank you." She tried to stop the voice that was telling her that she only won because they underestimated her. "How are you two doing?"
"Great," Sheila responded to her and Vanessa hummed.
"How is your boyfriend doing?" She asked Vanessa. Last year, Vanessa had mentioned a boyfriend named Mason to her.
Vanessa whistled while Sheila flinched. "Oh, we have a lot of catching up too." She linked her right arm with Evelyn's left and Sheila's linked her left arm with her right. "We need to take a long walk to tell you the whole story."
"We need to take a few breaks though." Sheila pointed out. "It's a long story after all." Evelyn frowned wondering what happened with Mason and Vanessa.
"What an arse!" Evelyn exclaimed after Vanessa finished telling her the story. The way she spoke about Mason last year, Evelyn thought he was the greatest boy to ever live. The truth was worse than Evelyn could predict. Her heart broke hearing about her friend's heartbreak. "I'm so sorry."
The three of them had stopped by the lake to relax. They were sitting under an oak tree, not letting the heat touch them. In the distance, Evelyn could spot one of the highest towers of the school. She remembered her dad taking her there. It was the Astronomy tower of Ilvermorny.
Vanessa shrugged. "It's okay. I'm over it." She admitted making Evelyn glance at her. "Although, I wouldn't be nowhere without my best friend."
"Yes, me hexing him helped you a lot." Sheila snorted and Vanessa hummed. Just like her and Don, the two of them were best friends since they were a baby. "It helped a lot with healing your broken heart."
"It did," Vanessa admitted before turning to Evelyn. "How about you? Have you gotten your heart broken yet? Or did you break someone's heart?"
Evelyn smiled. "No heartbreak in my life." She admitted before blushing. "But..." She trailed off as she thought of Rabastan. With each day, she was missing him more. "I'm dating a guy." The two girls' eyes widened. "We've been dating since December."
"That's great!" Sheila beamed. "How is he like?"
She breathed out. "He's tall, dark blue eyes and dark brown hair. Paler than me and snow." The girls laughed. "He's smart. Not as smart as me though."
"No, we wouldn't want that." Vanessa teased her. "Neither would professor King." Evelyn tensed at the mention of her dad. "What does he think of your boyfriend?"
"He doesn't know."
The girl's jaw fell and their eyes widened even more. "Don't tell me it's forbidden or something."
Her relationship with Rabastan was forbidden. She already knew that it was, but Sirius had told her that it was more forbidden than she had thought. Yet that wasn't the reason why her dad didn't know.
"No, it's not that." She half-lied. She knew her dad wouldn't be happy knowing who her boyfriend was. "It's that he doesn't want me to date someone during school. He thinks I should be focused on school only."
Vanessa started to giggle. "How come that doesn't surprise me?" Her dad was their professor and the girls were quite aware of how strict he could be. After all, they had told Evelyn many times that he was their strictest professor in Ilvermorny.
"It will be surprising if he was okay with it," Sheila remarked. "So, is your relationship going well?"
Evelyn hummed. "Yes, but I haven't seen him the whole summer." Both of the girls frowned. "He has been travelling as his dad's job makes them travel a lot. For most of the summer, he has been in Italy. He's in England now. He arrived there a few days after I came here."
"That's upsetting," Vanessa muttered. "At least, the absence has made your heart grow fonder." Evelyn nodded in agreement. Only seventeen days were left until they saw each other again.
"Yes, and it also makes his dick harder," Sheila commented.
Evelyn turned scarlet at her friend's words and looked away. She was nowhere near that step in her relationship with Rabastan. All they did was some heavy snogging. Nothing more.
"Sheila, you made her blush!" Vanessa exclaimed and Evelyn covered her face. Usually, with her friends, she was the one who teased them. However, since Rabastan had told her to stop talking about their relationships, she had stopped teasing her friends about theirs. "What base have you two gone in?"
Evelyn dropped her hands and frowned. "Base?"
"They are British, Vanessa." Sheila reminded her friend. "They don't use baseball references to talk about their sex lives." Evelyn frowned. Why would someone use baseball references to talk about sex? "They are five know bases."
"Aren't they only four?" Vanessa interrupted her.
"With anal sex, they are five." Evelyn blinked a few times at Sheila's answer. "First base is kissing, making out, a peck, Anything above the belt is in this base, including boob touching." Evelyn realized that she and Rabastan were still in the first base. "Second base is below the belt touching. Basically, handjobs and fingering."
"They call it wanking there, don't you?"
"It's mostly referred to when boys masturbate," Evelyn answered. She found herself growing more comfortable about the matter. "What's the third base?"
"Oral sex," Vanessa responded. "If a guy doesn't go down on you, but expect you to suck his dick, dump him."
Evelyn raised an eyebrow. "What?"
"That's what Mason did. He expected me to suck him off, but he never even bothered eating me out." She explained to Evelyn. "It was such a big sign that we weren't equals in this relationship. I ignored it instead of listening to my gut."
"The fourth base is actual sex," Sheila informed her. "Has your mom talked to you about sex? Because I'm sure that Hogwarts doesn't have any sex education like us."
Evelyn nodded her head. "She has." Most of those conversations had been embarrassing, yet necessary. "She told me that I should only do things I'm comfortable too and not to be shy saying no or telling my boyfriend I dislike something. She also told me about the protection spells and potions. She told me that the stretching hurts the first time for some people. She said that I shouldn't accept a lot of pleasure in my first times as well."
"She's right," Sheila told her. "I expected to have this mindblowing, hot sex my first time. He only lasted three minutes. I learned afterwards that it's quite normal." She explained to her. "Your mom is right though. Do things your own pace. I always feel like I was pressuring myself to get it over with."
"Is there anything else I need to know?"
"A lot," Vanessa murmured. "There is this book I read and it taught me so much about sex. I should give it to you. It's called 'Women and Their Desire'."
"Sounds like an interesting read." She knew that she had to hide that away from her dad when she returned home. While he was glad that she read a lot, she knew he wasn't going to be enthusiastic over that. "Any other tip?"
"This isn't a tip as more of a question," Sheila muttered as she squinted her eyes. "Do you put any makeup on?"
"Only on special occasions like dates or parties," Evelyn responded. "Not much though. A bit of eyeshadow, some nude lipstick and mascara."
"Nude?" Sheila repeated. "No, no, no. Nude won't suit you as good as red would." Evelyn furrowed her eyebrows. She had never put on red lipstick. "We should try some red lipstick on you."
"We can go to my house," Vanessa suggested. "I have tons of shades of red lipstick. Maybe one of them could suit you." She got up and so did Sheila. "Come on." She beckoned Evelyn.
The blonde girl sighed before she decided to follow the girls. She was sure that they were up to something. All she could hope was that it was good.
To her surprise, Sheila's idea about red lipstick was a good idea. Evelyn had always found it a bit too bold. However, when she had put it on her lips, she liked it a lot. It fit her in other ways that other lipstick didn't. She had never paid much attention to her lips as they weren't any special. However, the red lipstick did make her special. She even thought about putting it on daily, even in school. Putting makeup wasn't against the school rules.
She was walking back to her dad's house with the lipstick and book on cardboard bag. As she approached the house's gate, she could hear many voices. Her eyes widened when she realized that her dad and the others returned before Evelyn thought they did.
Evelyn rushed inside the house as fast as she could. When she opened the door, the first person she spotted was her aunt. Her aunt Rebekah was the same age as her mum. She had long dirty blonde hair, blue eyes and a tanned freckled face. "Aunt Bex!" She beamed before she started to rush towards her aunt.
Her aunt smiled. "There is my oldest niece." The two of them hugged. The hug reminded Evelyn how much she missed her aunt. It upset that she probably wouldn't see her when she came in November. "I think a congratulation is in order."
Evelyn pulled away and frowned. "About what?"
"Didn't you see the letter your mum sent?" Evelyn shook her head. She had no idea what her aunt was talking about. "Lucah, show your daughter what she got in the mail."
Evelyn walked towards the living room where the rest of her family was. As she headed there, she wondered what it could be. Her eyes widened when she remembered the date. Around these days, Hogwarts sent their letters and this year, Evelyn expected something to come with her book list.
When she stepped in the living room, her eyes immediately landed on her dad. Her whole family was there, but her eyes only focused on him. Her eyes widened when she saw what he was holding.
He was holding a badge. Not just any badge, a prefect badge that was reserved for a Ravenclaw.
Her eyes widened at the sight and she covered her mouth. "Come here." Her dad urged her. While Evelyn had expected to get the badge, the shock still overtook her. After all, it was quite the honour to be named a prefect. "Let's try this on."
Evelyn walked towards her dad. Her heart skipped a beat as she approached him. She wondered if he was going to say the words that she had been dying to hear for years. Becoming a prefect was an accomplishment that her dad shouldn't disregard.
When she stood before her dad, he clasped the badge on her shirt. When he was done, he smiled at her. "Fits you perfectly." He told her and she smiled.
She waited to hear those words. The words that she craved to hear since she was a little girl. The words that had a lot to do with her academic success.
She waited, but her dad didn't say them to her. He didn't tell her how proud he was. This made Evelyn wonder what could satisfy her dad to tell her that he was proud of her.
What if he never is?
The question repeated in her head a few times. Enough to make her want to vomit and lock herself in the bathroom.
"Congratulations, Evelyn." She snapped out of her thoughts when her granddad spoke. When she glanced at him, she realized that she had yet to greet him. "Although, it's hardly a surprise."
Evelyn shrugged. "It could be." It wasn't. Diana was the closest person who could get it, but even she was far from Evelyn's level. No one in her year could compare to her and everyone knew it. "Thanks, grandpa." She hugged him and sighed.
"We're so proud of you." He whispered to her.
She was glad to hear that. She really was, but she wished she would hear it from her dad. She would give everything to hear it from her dad.
"It's time to celebrate." Her aunt announced when Evelyn pulled away from the hug. "With some New York-style cheesecake." Her family cheered and Evelyn laughed.
She glanced at her dad who was talking to her siblings. She pressed her lips and wondered if he was ever going to tell her what she wanted to hear. Or was her life going to end without her hearing those words she wanted to hear?
A few hours later, after the others had gone to sleep, Evelyn, her dad and her granddad all went to her dad's office. Evelyn knew they were the to discuss their ability to speak Parseltongue and how only the three of them could.
"So, what did you find out?" She asked her granddad. During the year, he had done a lot of research according to her dad.
Her granddad sighed and pressed his lips together. "We are descendants of Isolt's daughter, Rionach." Evelyn raised an eyebrow. In history books, it was said that she never had kids. "Apparently, she gave the kid away as she never wanted to be a mother. Her daughter, Lydia was sent to in an orphanage in Salem." Evelyn shuddered. Salem was a city that held painful and traumatic history in the American community. "She was raised by a group of witches. She abandoned them to marry a No-Maj named Robert."
Evelyn shuddered. "Please, don't tell me what I'm thinking."
"Yes, the Salem witch trials started with Robert burning Lydia. Many other witches followed Lydia and war was almost started between us and No-Majs. The war was avoided when wizards and witches found out that No-Majs thought only women were capable of magic. So, they decided to make a long-term plan. They were going to use boys to take their revenge and one of the boys they used was Robert and Lydia's son, Silas."
"Silas was raised knowing that one day, he would kill his father. So, he did. One day, he killed his father and made it look like a suicide." Her dad continued and she turned to look at him. "Unknown to him, a hag had fallen in love with his father. So, she decided to place a curse on Silas. She found out whose his grandmother was and she decided to take away his ability to speak with snakes. At the time, Parselmouth was considered a skill that only the purest wizard and witches could have."
Evelyn shifted. "It still is to this day in my community."
Her dad didn't say anything about that. Evelyn did notice him twitch his jaw though. "She wasn't powerful to take away Silas' Parseltongue, but she was able to make it pass only to the firstborn of the family. We believe that she had hoped that the line would die one day."
"Not long after, Silas and a few of his partners decided to create MACUSA. To avoid a scandal of what he did and the curse, Silas changed his name to Wilhelm Fischer."
"One of the twelve original Aurors." Wilhelm Fischer had been one of the first Aurors in MACUSA. He also had been the right hand of the first president, Josiah Jackson. Of course, Evelyn had already known she was related to him.
"Silas or Wilhelm had a son called Dennis who had two daughters. One of his daughters called Reinah married a man named Edward King and the rest is history." Her granddad finished.
"How did you find this?"
"In a secret safe of the King family. Silas kept journals throughout his relatively short life." Evelyn remembered that Wilhelm Fischer had died at the age of forty. "The journals could fill a lot of holes in our history, but it will also reveal the truth about our ancestor."
"Which is the last thing we want in the current climate, especially you." Evelyn couldn't miss her dad's stern voice. "That is why you should transfer in Ilvermorny."
Evelyn held a groan. "How many times do I have to say that I'm not leaving Hogwarts? I'm safe there and I have a life. A good life, by the way."
"There is a chance that you won't have a life if you stay there." Her dad snapped and she pressed her lips together. "You can't trust anyone in Hogwarts whether they are Death Eaters or not." Evelyn thought about what Hart had said. He stated that the person behind Hart's plan wasn't a Death Eater. Evelyn had yet to figure out who it was. "You need to transfer here."
"I don't want to." She reminded him. She couldn't leave the life that she built in Hogwarts. She had friends, a boyfriend and a reputation there that were too close to her heart. "My future is in Britain. I have worked my whole life to achieve success there." She knew that if she spoke of friends, her dad wouldn't care.
"You can easily come here and continue your dream. Your perfect score in OWLs would ensure you a possible seat in Congress just as much as it would secure you one in Wizengamot." He argued back and she bit her lip. "It's safe for both you and your mum to come here."
Evelyn frowned. "We're both save there." She knew they weren't, but they both wanted to safe. Evelyn didn't want to sit idly while there was a war going on. She wanted to fight against Voldemort and his Death Eaters. Of course, her dad didn't need to know that. "We live with an Auror, dad."
Her dad rolled her eyes at him while her granddad frowned. "An Auror? What are you talking about?"
Evelyn blinked in surprise. She thought her granddad would have known that they moved out. After all, the house they in Chelsea was in his name and it was going to pass down to her. "Mum and I are living with her boyfriend in Lancaster. His name is Ezra Gerard and he's an Auror."
"Oh, I've heard about the Gerards. They were very against Grindelwald and his acolytes ended up killing them This must be their son, right?" Evelyn nodded her head. "Where exactly in Lancaster do you live?"
"Outside of it," Evelyn explained. "Ezra has a family estate in a secluded neighbourhood-"
Her dad scoffed. "Of course, he has."
Evelyn didn't continue. She didn't have to guess what her dad was alluding to. He was definitely thinking about her mum and Ezra being together because of his money. It made Evelyn feel sick that her dad still thought of her mum like that. She was about to bring it up with him, but her granddad didn't let her.
"That's great. Do you like him?"
She hummed. "A lot. He was the one who helped me a lot with the debate." His eyebrows rose to his hairline. "He was also my Defense against The Dark Arts professor. Of course, mum and he started to date months after he resigned and started working as a fulltime Auror again."
"Why did he become a professor-"
"Can we stop talking about this man?" Her dad cut her granddad off and they both turned to look at him. "We were discussing your transfer to Ilvermorny."
"There is nothing to discuss," Evelyn stated. "I made my decision a long time ago and I'm not changing it. I'm safe in Hogwarts. Dumbledore is there and Voldemort is known to be scared of him." Her dad shook her head. "Plus, no one knows I'm a Parselmouth." She lied. Quite a few people knew that she was a Parselmouth, but she trusted her friends to keep her secret. "Mum and I aren't moving here and I'm not going to Ilvermorny. I'm not in danger because of my Parseltongue ability."
"Leave before you make angrier." He spat at her making Evelyn shudder. She got up from her seat and bid them goodnight. When she exited her dad's office, she rushed towards her room.
Silence fell in the office for a few minutes. Lucah kept his eyes focused on the floor while Jeremiah stared at his son. A few minutes passed when Jeremiah passed his wand and cast a silencing spell around the office. The action made Lucah frown.
"What are you doing-"
Jeremiah didn't let him finish the question. "It must be such a slap on the face." He began to say. "Seeing Rose end up with a man like Ezra Gerard." Lucah's eyes immediately darkened, but he didn't say anything. "A rich Auror. You always hated that Rose chose her money over you. However, you hated it even more when you didn't get accepted in the Auror program."
"I don't care about that." Lucah declared. "My care for Rose doesn't go beyond Evelyn."
His dad scoffed. "Why are you lying to yourself. Lucah? We both know that you still are in love with Rose and one of the reasons you want Evelyn here is because you want Rose."
"Watch your mouth, dad." He snarled. "I'm happily married to Theresa. I would never be unfaithful to her."
"I never said you would. I only said you want Rose near you. You want her, so you can ensure that she never moves on, that she never finds a greater love than you." Lucah glared at his dad. "You know if Rose moves close to you, your life would fall in shambles. We both know you get irrational towards her. You have so many regrets as to what happened with you and her."
Lucah scoffed. "You're making it sound like I wronged her. She wronged me."
"I'm not denying that." His dad said as he got up from his seat. "It's best you stop denying that you still love her. If you continue to deny it, it would only ruin you and everyone around you. It's time to move on from what happened fifteen years ago." With that, Jeremiah exited the room, leaving Lucah with a lot to think about.
Evelyn was almost in tears. As soon as she collapsed in her bed, she started to cry. She couldn't believe that she spoke to her dad like that. She was frustrated, but she knew that she crossed a line. She knew that she reminded him that she wasn't perfect. She didn't want to do that. She wanted to hear him to be proud of her and her perfection. After all, he had been the one to tell her she needed to be perfect.
Her emotions had clouded her judgement. Her fear of leaving Hogwarts had ruined her perfect persona. Hogwarts was her second home. It was the place where her heart belonged. She enjoyed everything about it. from classes to adventures with her friends, Evelyn knew that she belonged in Hogwarts.
Yet she didn't want to disappoint her dad. She knew that she had when she chose Hogwarts over Ilvermorny. He always mentioned it. It was a reminder that she would never be perfect in his eyes. Maybe that was the reason he wasn't proud of her. It was all because she chose Hogwarts over Ilvermorny.
If she transferred to Ilvermorny, her dad could be proud of her. Her dad would say the words she wanted to hear.
Evelyn squeezed her eyes shut and buried her face on the pillow. She wanted to stop thinking about this. She wanted to sleep. She wanted to get lost in a beautiful dream
Seeing as she couldn't sleep, Evelyn opened her eyes. When she did, she didn't find herself in her bed. She found herself in a place filled with darkness.
She blinked a few times as she looked around. "Hello?" She called. Her voice echoed in the vast darkness while her body shivered.
Out of sudden, something appeared in front. Or rather, someone appeared in front of her.
Evelyn looked up to see the figure of a girl. She was a fair-skinned, tall girl, but not as tall as Evelyn. Her hair was long and straight and had a honey colour to it. Her eyes, on the other hand, were familiar to Evelyn. She had looked at those eyes many times. She would notice the jade green anywhere, even in this darkness.
Before Evelyn could pay attention to the other features in the girl's face, she was met with another person. She faced another girl. This one was a lot shorter. Her hair was light brown, cut in a pixie hairstyle and her skin was pale. Her eyes were a light brown that reminded her of almonds. The oddest thing was that this girl was clutching her chest with her hand.
She wanted to ask what was wrong, but before she could, the girl was replaced by a boy. The boy had brown skin, jet black hair, green eyes and round glasses. Evelyn noticed some other feature on his forehead. As she was about to move closer to see what it was, he disappeared.
This time, two people appeared instead of one. A boy and a girl. The boy had warm ivory skin, baby blue eyes and dirty blonde hair. He was a few inches taller than the girl beside him. The girl looked completely different from the boy. Her skin was porcelain, her hair was long, curly and black while her eyes were grey, almost silver. The two kids looked at Evelyn for a split second before they smiled at her. She frowned and tried to ask them who they were. She was unable to speak as her voice was gone.
Evelyn looked down to herself and wondered what was happening. Where was she? And why were these kids appearing in front of her?
A white light appeared where the kids had been. Evelyn followed the light only to see a woman floating on the air. As the light spread around the Hogwarts, Evelyn noticed she was standing beside the Black Lake. Hogwarts was a few yards away from her, all dark and seemingly empty.
Looking away from Hogwarts, Evelyn directed her focus on the woman. She had long silvery hair, silver eyes that matched her hair and skin as pale as snow. Just like the kids, Evelyn couldn't make out her other features. It was as if they were blurred from her.
"Don't leave Hogwarts." The woman whispered to her.
Evelyn's eyes opened wide. She looked in front of her to meet the ceiling of her room. She let out a deep breath and turned her head. Her sister, Anna was sleeping in her bed, snoring lightly.
It was a dream, Evelyn concluded. It was all a dream. Yet a few questions lingered in her head as she laid it on her pillow.
Who were those kids? Who was that woman? Why did she tell Evelyn not to leave Hogwarts? And most importantly, why had that dream felt a bit too real?
Okay, this chapter was a lot of fun. I loved writing every bit of it. Since there is a lot of mystery around this chapter, I would love it if you could share your theories with me in the comments. Who is the person behind what happened with Hart? Who were those kids in Evelyn's dreams? Who was that woman in Evelyn's dreams? Why did the woman tell Evelyn not to leave Hogwarts? Also, if you can, tell me what you thought of this chapter as a whole.
Next chapter is going to be the official start of Evelyn's fifth year. All I have to say is that is a very hectic year and y'all should prepare for it.
Next up, Evelyn, The Prefect
