Uniting for the Final Battle
It was the Monday after their chat with Supergirl and Batgirl. It was after school when Danny brought the kids with him and Kim since they couldn't get a babysitter in time. That and Annie wanted to come too.
They were here in New York City to see someone, an old friend and rival from back in the day. They arrived to see if he was still free and found him.
They arrived at the penthouse that he and his family live in and saw him arriving on the rooftop where they landed the Specter Speeder on.
"Jake?" Danny asked upon seeing him.
Jake Long, now 37, saw him and changed back to human form.
"Hey Danny, long time no see..." Jake said upon seeing the ghostly man and his kin.
"How've you been?" Kim asked as she and their kids came out of the Specter Speeder.
"Just been training my successor." Jake said as he gestured to someone about to land.
Annie saw an old friend/rival. A red dragon with blonde hair like her mother in a ponytail. She was about the same size as her father before morphing to human form.
Jake's daughter, Susan "Sunny" Long.
She looked similar to her mother, although had her father's eyes.
"Hey Sunny..." Annie said.
"Hey Annie, came to challenge me, I see..." Sunny said.
"Challenge? No, I'm here with my dad for a business trip. Besides, I'd win…" Annie insisted.
"That so? In that case, wanna race?" Sunny challenged.
Annie looked to her parents, who nodded.
"We might be a while." Kim said.
Annie grinned.
"In that case... I'm in!" Annie said as she quickly morphed into her ghostly form.
Sunny grinned as she transformed into her dragon form and soon the two girls went to race.
Their fathers laughed a little.
"Just like us…" Jake said.
"Yeah… anyway, I came because Kim and I need to talk with you and Rose." Danny said.
Jake saw the expression on his face and knew that this wasn't a normal visit.
5 minutes later
In the penthouse, Rose brought their guests some drinks.
"Here." Rose said.
"Thanks, Rose." Kim said as she and Danny took their drinks.
"I'm guessing you're not here to get first word on our big announcement tomorrow." Rose said.
Danny and Kim were surprised to hear this.
"Announcement?" Kim asked.
Jake and Rose smiled happily.
"We got a third kid on the way." Jake said.
Danny coughed his drink a moment as he and Kim looked surprised.
"Whoa… another one?!" Danny asked.
"At 37?!" Kim asked.
Jake shrugged a moment.
"We found out yesterday, we want to announce it to our families and to Jake's fans, since he's a big music star when he's not training our daughter to be the next American Dragon." Rose said.
"Is she gonna lay an egg?" Manny asked.
"Is that where babies come from?" Frannie asked.
All of the parents stared at the twins and realized that they were still present. After an awkward silence, Kim spoke up.
"Kids? Why not join DJ and Luke?" She asked.
Luke is Jake and Rose's 7 year old son and their second child, and he and DJ like to hang out a lot rather than compete like their sisters do.
"Okay…" They went as they ran off to join their brother.
Rose sighed. Kim noticed the oddly exasperated look on her face and pieced it together.
"Lemme guess? Not ready to raise another dragon?" She asked with a light smile.
"I love my kids… but, according to some fortune teller Fu introduced us to, this one is going to be a dragon for sure… it's just… tiring to make sure that everything is fire proof." Rose admitted.
"I agree… but at least it's just one. Try raising twins, making it four kids with superpowers…" Kim said.
The sound of a vase smashing was heard and Kim flinched at the sound.
"Wasn't me!" The twins were heard shouting.
Kim sighed loudly.
"We'll pay for it…" Kim said.
"Actually, we keep the less pricy stuff out instead. They just broke a 10 dollar vase." Jake admitted.
"We do have kids with powers of their own, if you recall." Rose added.
"Right… it's a wonder why we still have long, beautiful hair." Kim joked.
"I agree…" Rose said as both women sent their hands through their own hairs.
"So… what's up?" Jake asked.
"We… well, you said that you'd help us out, but we wanna be sure in case something is up. We've even asked WOOHP for help… but they're busy for a month." Danny said.
"We even asked The Center… and as much as I don't like Martin, he couldn't come either." Kim said.
"You know, he's not that immature anymore, and he's married now." Rose reminded her.
"I know… it's just that first impressions are a bit too strong." Kim responded.
"Well… in any case, I'm still on my break from work and Sunny's been begging me to take her to see the Ghost Zone…" Jake said.
"So, will you still be able to help us?" Danny asked.
"Of course." Jake said.
Danny smiled.
"I'll come too…" Rose said.
"Are you sure?" Kim asked, making a face since Rose admitted that she's pregnant again.
"I take some potions that Lao Shi has given me, seeing as I still do my martial arts to relieve stress." Rose said before adding with a slightly tired look. "I do have two kids who breathe fire, after all…"
"Right…" Kim said, knowing how tough it can be.
That's when Danny noticed that it was getting dark.
"We better go get the girls before they destroy a billboard... again." Danny said, still not over the last time it happened.
Jake nodded.
"Best hurry…" Kim said.
Danny nodded as he and Jake got up to get the girls.
On their way out, Danny then pulled out his cell phone to invite another old friend to help them.
"Better send Ben a text, he might be free this Saturday." Danny said.
"Right… magic dragon, ghost guy and alien army in one would knock that Vlad creep out." Jake said.
Both of them transformed once they made it to the rooftop and saw their daughters in the air.
"Annie! We'll be leaving soon!" Danny said.
"Sunny! Time to come down!" Jake added.
Both girls saw their fathers calling to them and sighed in disappointment.
They came back to the rooftop. The changed back into their base forms.
"You two didn't break anything out there, did you?" Danny asked.
"No Dad… not this time." Annie said, still a bit ashamed with what happened last time.
"Well… join your mom and siblings, wait for me downstairs." Danny said.
"We got ice cream for you to keep yourself busy." Jake said.
Annie and Sunny grinned.
"Ice cream eating contest!" They went as they ran to the stairs, much to the disappointment of their fathers.
"Does everything have to be a contest for them?" Danny asked.
"Even we weren't that competitive." Jake pointed out.
"Yeah… I still won most of those." Danny couldn't help but add.
Jake scoffed.
"I still won the eating contests…" He responded.
That's when Danny's phone rang.
"That's probably Ben." He answered. "Hello?"
"Hello." Ben was heard.
"Ben, Jake and I were wondering if you'd answer." Danny said.
"Sorry, but I can't go with you guys on Saturday. Julie's championship match is that day." Ben said.
Danny made a face at that.
"Uh… Ben? We're talking about a supervillain plot here." Danny said.
"Ben! Who is that?! We're talking here!" Julie's voice shouted so loudly that Danny pulled back from the phone.
Jake's jaw dropped.
"Is that Julie?" He asked.
Danny nodded as he put the phone on speaker.
"I'm a little busy right now..." Ben said, and Danny and Jake heard a loud shout in the background.
"You're always busy with work!" Julie was heard shouting loudly.
"Julie, please..." Ben's voice was heard on the other end.
"Uh… hi Julie…" Danny and Jake went in unison.
It took seconds and it seems Julie responded.
"I'll be back…" She said.
Soon, things settled down on Ben's end, as it seems Julie left, and the group of men continued to talk.
"Sorry guys, I promised. I even asked Rook to handle things for me on Saturday." Ben said."
We understand…" Danny responded.
With that, Ben hung up.
"Guess he's a no show." Jake pointed out
"So, when do we meet up?" Jake asked.
"How about this Saturday afternoon?" Danny suggested.
"Sure, Sunny's a straight A student. So, she should be all good to come with us."
"That can work, that way Annie can compete to see who can kick Vlad's butt more..." Danny said, agreeing.
Jake grinned as he and Danny fistbumped.
As they flew back, all of their kids were asleep in the back.
Annie was worn out from competing with Sunny, even eating all the ice cream in the Long's home with her. DJ was relaxed from video games with Luke. Manny and Frannie wore themselves out from all their antics. Now they were all peacefully sleeping as Kim smiled warmly at this.
"Aww… there so adorable when they're not destructive." Kim said.
"I know…" Danny chuckled.
Kim smiled before she spoke again.
This time about something that has been on her mind.
"So, Ben and Julie, huh?" Kim asked.
"Yeah… I guess she's been getting a bit more… abrasive lately." Danny said.
Kim frowned at that.
"To think I was okay with them…" Kim said in disappointment towards Ben's wife.
"I know. I mean, it's not like you and I never had disagreements, but we never shouted at each other." Danny said.
Kim sighed in disappointment before shaking her head and changing the topic.
"Well… I got in touch with Team Go and left Lilo and Stitch a message." She said.
"And?" Danny asked.
"Our Hawaiian friends are okay, Team Go is technically retired now but they agreed to help out." She said.
"That's good…" Danny said.
It was fortunate that someone responded, as they needed all the help that they can get. They didn't know what Vlad had in store, but it helps to be prepared.
After a bit of quietness, Danny was heard laughing a little, to Kim's surprise.
"Something funny?" She asked.
"Remember when we got that call about some kind of sea monster in that one town by the beach?" Danny asked.
"The one in the Summer, after you were exposed? The one that was somehow some girl's pet shark who can walk on his tailfins?" Kim asked.
"Yeah… Kenny, I think. That was a hilarious way to spend a Sunday." He said.
Kim smiled a little.
"Yeah… not as weird as that time we met those time traveling superheroes after our first year in college. The legion of something, right? We thought that one girl was a half-ghost like you." She said.
"Yeah…" Danny said. "You were totally jelling."
Kim frowned and turned her head away.
"I so was not!"
Danny laughed.
"That's the look you had when we met those Gross-whatever guys and the sister was crushing on me while asking for an autograph." Danny said.
Kim rolled her eyes.
"Well… I'm glad you're having fun picking on me." Kim said. Then she smirked as it was her turn. "Almost as fun as the time you were showering for an hour after Ben's lenopan cousin hugged you that time."
Danny shuddered.
"It somehow sunk into my suit…"
Kim laughed a little at her payback.
After a moment, Danny laughed as well.
"We had plenty of adventures…" He said.
"And we'll have more, after we take down Vlad." Kim assured.
It was the Wednesday after this.
During lunch, Annie and her friends were heading to the cafeteria.
"So any news?" RJ asked.
Annie sighed.
"Not much, but Dad says a few of his and Mom's old friends who helped with Vlad before can give a hand..." Annie said.
''My dad's a little under the weather right now, but he should be better by Saturday." RJ said.
"I thought he has magic martial arts powers..." CJ said.
''He does, but he says that he's learned not to overuse it, since in College, he tired himself out. Apparently, even magic has its limits. In this case, it makes his muscles tire out, like exercising without a break if he doesn't stop." RJ explained.
"I remember that my mom told me about this…" Annie said.
"Huh, I guess everything has a-" CJ stopped and saw someone to his left, down the hall.
"CJ?" Everyone asked.
That's when CJ saw her, the object of his desires. He grinned.
"Okay… she's not with her friends, or that jerk Dash… now's my chance." He said to himself.
His friends heard this and rolled their eyes.
"What do you see in her?" Annie asked.
"Or are you too wrapped up in how she looks?" Tuck asked.
"I'll let you know soon…" CJ said as he put a hand through his hair and went to her.
All of them shook their heads.
"How is it I'm the one with superpowers and HE'S the weird one?" Annie asked.
"He's probably acting out. You know how strict his mom is." RJ said.
"Right… she tried to get all of us to stop eating hot dogs after that documentary." Tuck said.
"A documentary I'm 50% sure is exaggerated. And remember when she thought "the man" prevented her from having that hot dog factory shut down?" Annie asked.
"It's no wonder that CJ is so crazy. How do you expect him to be normal when his mom is still under the belief of "the man" and not in stuff like a network of people that happen to share similar goals?" RJ reminded.
Tuck and Annie stared at how he said that with surprise.
"Dang… that's oddly wise for someone who stuffs Tex-Mex food in his mouth all the time." Tuck said.
RJ ignored that as they all watched their friend go to the snooty cheerleader.
"Hey… Tawnie…" CJ went.
She looked away from her locker and frowned at the sight of him.
"What do you want, Morgan?" She questioned.
CJ blushed as he looked to Tawnie.
"So, um... Tawnie, I was wondering... if you had plans this weekend?" CJ asked in a nervous tone.
The snobby cheerleader only scoffed as she shut her locker.
"As if..." Tawnie said rudely before walking away.
Some guys might be disappointed, but it only makes him more interested in her.
"I actually did it..." He said, sounding proud of himself.
"Dude! She rejected you!" Tuck shouted at him to remind him.
"But I still worked the courage to do it! HA!" CJ went.
RJ smirked despite this.
"I wish I could be that ecstatic at getting shot down." He said.
Annie heard this and groaned.
"What does he see in her?" She wondered.
"Probably the same thing her dad saw in her mom…" RJ said.
Annie sighed as she shook her head in disapproval.
However, before she could voice that disapproval, someone pushed her into a locker.
"What the...?" Annie said as she turned around and saw who it was.
"Hey there, Phantom Princess..." A condescending voice was heard.
It's Erica Lipsky, or Erica Drakken, or Ms. Ego as she likes to call herself.
Annie glared at her as she got up.
"Ms. Ego..." Annie said in a dismissive tone as her archenemy smirked at her.
"I knew that I'd find you here..." Erica said.
"Why are you here?" Annie asked.
"Mom suggested that I get to know my enemy and her surroundings more..." Erica quipped before turning her attention to the boys. "And these are your friends?"
"Yeah, they-" Annie stopped when she noticed that all three of them were staring with red faces.
The turquoise girl smirked as she noticed that they were looking at her.
"Hey there… I'm Erica, Drakken and Shego's daughter." She said.
"You're their daughter?!" RJ asked, having heard of them. "Wow… you look like your mom…"
"I've seen her photo… spitting image." CJ said in a blush, not unlike with Tawnie.
Tuck looked away.
"I have a girlfriend… I have a girlfriend…" He muttered.
RJ and CJ both blushed and Erica giggled.
Annie noticed this and frowned hard, especially upon seeing RJ blushing at her.
"So… are you… like, Annie's archenemy?" CJ asked with a growing smile.
"I might be… which means you'll be seeing me more often." Erica said with a wink and a smirk.
"I don't mind..." RJ said in infatuation.
"Me neither…" CJ said, equally in attraction to her.
Annie sent them a disgusted look.
"SO not your type. Ew!" Annie said with recoil.
"Say, Annie!" A familiar voice called out.
Annie groaned.
"Not this idiot…" She muttered.
It was Dash Jr approaching her, with a football in his hand.
"I got a place at the table for ya if ya want it!" He said as he approached. That's when he eyed Erica and grinned. "Hey, I'm Dash Baxter Jr, star quarterback and king of Casper High…"
"Don't care…" Erica said, waving her hand dismissively at him.
Dash scoffed.
"Come on, Babe. What's the problem?" He asked.
Erica rolled her eyes and, with her mother's power, only glowing turquoise instead of green, she poked the football and it popped in his hand, much to his horror.
"Get lost, blockhead!" She snapped.
Flinching, Dash ran away, much to the amusement of the group.
"Wow… I like this girl on par with Tawnie…" CJ admitted.
"Any girl who dislikes that idiot can't be all evil." RJ said.
Annie rolled her eyes and scowled at him saying that.
Erica noticed the way Annie looked at RJ and the evil teenager smirked as she pieced it together.
"So, Princess? Mind if we talk?" Erica asked.
Eye twitching a bit, Annie nodded.
"I'll be back, guys…" She said.
As they walked away, CJ and RJ waved to Erica.
"Do you want us to get you a drink?" CJ asked.
"She's not staying…" Annie said, eyes glaring at Erica.
Erica only grinned and shrugged.
Once they were far enough, they stopped walking.
"What now?" Erica asked.
"Look, you can do what you want with me, but stay away from RJ..." Annie said as the boys were now far away from them.
"Really? The Stoppable son? What about your other friends?" She asked.
Annie flinched at that.
"Uh… he's… he's… different." She says.
"Hmm… well, he is kind of cute..." Erica said with an interested look.
Annie heard this and her eyes glowed as she got angry.
"Sisterhood of the Travelling Pants!" A familiar voice called out. "Who is this?!"
Annie and Erica saw who it was.
It's Mr. Lancer, a former teacher who became a janitor after he was fired.
It didn't stop him from trying to take charge.
"Sorry, Lancer…" Annie said before glaring at Erica. "She's not staying…"
The janitor sent a suspicious look at then before leaving to go take out some trash.
"Who was the bald guy?" Erica asked dismissively.
"Mr. Lancer, he used to be a teacher in my dad's days before he was fired after his graduation due to too many lawsuits from parents for turning a blind eye to bullying by popular students." Annie explained.
Her archenemy raised a brow at this.
"Couldn't he get a job at that place with the ironic name yet tasty food?" Erica asked.
"Nah… he used to badmouth the service industry and the manager got payback by refusing to hire him." Annie explained.
Erica looked curious but shook it off.
"So, this is high school..." Erica said.
"A place that's off limits to you..." Annie said in a warning tone.
"Or what?" Erica asked, unafraid.
"Or I'll overshadow you and you'll wake up, finding that you did some really stupid and humiliating stuff on the internet…" Annie said.
Erica didn't look like she believed it, but nodded.
"Fine, Princess… I'll step away from your school… for now." Erica said.
"Good." Annie said.
"One thing..."Erica said suddenly.
"Uh, what?" Annie said.
Erica then leaned closer and quickly whispered the following into Annie's ear.
"Either you tell Ninja Kid how you feel about him, or I'll tell him who I feel is worth dating..." Erica said in wink.
Annie scowled upon hearing this and her eyes glowed once more.
"I thought you were joking."
Erica just smirked before shrugging.
"I was only half joking. Don't say I didn't warn you..." The future villainess said before heading off.
She was soon gone.
Annie took a breath before grinning.
"It's like Tawnie… but I can actually hit her. This oughtta be fun!"
Meanwhile, Danny was meeting with his two best friends since childhood, Tucker Sr. and Sam.
While he's made many friends over the years, these two were the ones who he could always rely on even if their time as Team Phantom retired.
After all, they are best friends.
"I'm glad that you guys came." Danny said to them as they came into his house.
"Anything for you, old friend." Tucker said.
"So… is what we heard true? Is Vlad making a comeback?" Sam asked.
Danny nodded to Sam and Tucker, who both shared worried looks.
"I've been asking a lot of friends for help to take him down… but a lot of them are either busy with their own villains, or unavailable. That's why I asked you guys to come." Danny said.
"So, you want us to come out of retirement for this?" Sam asked.
The ghostly man nodded.
"So, will you guys come?" Danny asked.
His friends smiled.
"Oh, you know it, Dude! It's about time that we put Vlad out of commission for good." Tucker said joyfully.
After thinking about it, Sam nodded.
"I'll come along..." The gothic woman said.
"Aweso-"
"Just as long as my son doesn't come..." She added before Danny could finish.
She knows how capable her son is, but she didn't want to put his life in danger.
"Yeah… can Tuck stay out of this too?" Tucker asked.
Danny nodded.
"Okay. Just because I'm bringing Annie, it doesn't mean that we should risk your kids-"
"Wait, Annie's coming?" Sam asked, surprised to hear that.
"She insisted on it. Besides, I want her to see firsthand how Vlad's defeat went." Danny said.
Both of his old friends looked unsure before they nodded, knowing that Danny wouldn't risk his daughter's life.
"Okay man, you know about your girl more than we do." Tucker said.
"Besides, she's also Kim Possible's daughter, so she can probably handle it." Sam said.
"Thanks guys…" Danny said in gratitude.
He knew that he could always count on them and this proves that it's still be true.
"Well… with that done, I better head home to prepare a feast, tonight we're having an all tofu dinner to celebrate CJ's rejecting meat his whole life..." Sam said proudly.
Both Danny and Tucker shared worried looks. It was clear that she was the only one in the world who doesn't know the truth about her son's diet.
And they didn't want to be the ones to tell her.
"I… see…" Danny said.
It was afterschool and all of the kids were heading out for the day.
Along the way, Lancer was mopping what was once the room where he used to teach.
He sighed.
"To think that I once did my best to teach the students of this school… what went wrong?" He asked.
"Wasn't it because you used to ignore bullying because of the popular kids and the football stars?" Someone said, passing by.
That was Felix Renton, a science professor who joined Casper High more than a year ago. He's an old friend of Kim and Ron from Middleton.
Lancer scowled at him.
"Doesn't mean that I wasn't a good teacher…" He said.
"Actually, Mikey Baker says that you were a bit unfair and played favorites with students too…" Felix said.
Lancer gritted his teeth and shook the mop angrily upon hearing that.
Felix laughed a little as he used his robotic wheelchair to leave as Lancer mopped.
Meanwhile, Annie and her friends were passing by.
''So, I'm open to afterschool plans..." Annie said but got no response.
"I don't think that they can hear you." Tucker said, gesturing to the two.
She noticed the looks on CJ and TJ. The looks that they had since meeting Erica Lipsky, her new archenemy.
She did not like these looks.
"Guys… she's evil." Annie reminded.
"Yeah… but she's still hot." CJ said.
"I gotta agree…" RJ added. He saw the scowl on Annie's face and he cleared his throat. "But SO not my type!" He said in defense.
Tuck chuckled at this as he saw his girlfriend who was not far away.
"Candice!" He ran towards her and caught up with her. "Hey, Babe…"
"Hey you." She said with a smile.
"We still on for this Friday?" He asked.
"Sorry… I'm leaving with my folks for a mission that I've been begging my dad to let me join him on." She said.
''Oh, okay. So, when you get back?" Tuck asked.
"Definitely..." She said.
"Candice." A man's voice was heard.
Candice saw who it was and smiled.
"Dad!"
Her father, Will Du, was present.
"Was your day to your liking?" He asked.
"Same old." She responded.
"I… see." He said. "In any case, your mother is waiting for you in the hovership, so that we can visit your grandfather for dinner."
"Gotcha, Dad." Candice said.
Will then noticed the other teens.
"Greetings, Miss Fenton. Please let your parents know that I said hello." Will said to Annie.
''Sure thing, Mr. Du..." Annie said as the man nodded in response.
Annie and her group watched this going on, a bit at a loss at Candice's father.
"Remind me, how'd her parents meet again?" CJ asked.
"Through my parents. Will Du is a member of Global Justice while Valerie Gray was one of my dad's former rivals and sort-of-girlfriend before meeting my mom." Annie said.
"So… do those two really… like each other?" Tuck asked, not really seeing chemistry.
Annie shrugged.
"I'm sure that they have their own little adventures or whatever together." She said.
"I mean… they must like each other enough to have had a kid, right?" RJ asked.
''I guess..." Annie said.
"Say, did your dad ask Candice's folks for help?" CJ asked.
"He did… but Mr. Du said that they'll be busy on Saturday. Plus, Mrs. Du said that she's put what happened between her and Vlad behind her and just wants to raise her daughter." Annie responded.
''Oh..." CJ said.
"I just hope that my folks will join in, since Monkey Fist's last attack on my dad left him feeling drained." RJ said.
Danny Phantom has just left his house after his friends agreed to their plans for Vlad on Saturday.
He was on his way in the air to a place he knows well before he heard someone fly up to him.
"They say yes?" Kim was heard asking.
He saw Kim to his right, using a jetpack and wearing her helmet.
He smiled.
"Yeah. Your boss said that she's gonna help us out?" He asked.
"Fraid not, Global Justice is strictly Earth-based only, but she'll let me handle it and they said that they'll step in if Vlad shows his face here." Kim said.
"I thought so." He said.
"Let's hope that Ron and Yori are free." Kim said.
Danny and Kim soon arrived to the Stoppable residence. Yori was the one to greet them as she stepped out of their home and bowed.
"Fenton Family, how are you?" She asked.
"Good, Yori." Kim said.
"So, where's Ron?" Danny asked.
"Inside. I will bring you to him." Yori said.
Yori lead them inside.
"So, about what we asked you over the phone." Kim said.
"Of course, it would be our honor to help you defeat that evil man..." Yori said in her usual way.
"Awesome." Danny said.
"When will you require our help?" Yori asked.
"Saturday." Kim said.
Yori nodded at that as they reached their bedroom.
"That will be ample time for my husband to heal." She said.
That got their attention.
"Heal?" Kim asked.
She opened the door and showed them.
They saw that Ron was there, in bandages and looking pretty injured.
"Hey, Kim! Danny!" Ron said as he struggled to sit up on the bed.
That caused his friends' to feel concerned.
"What happened to him?" Danny asked.
"Monkey Fist attacked us some time ago. Ronald-san did his best to fight, but overdid his power." Yori said.
"Right…" Kim said with a nod.
"Huh?" Danny asked.
"Right… I forgot to tell you what Ron told me years ago." Kim said. "That monkey power of his, though amazing, isn't something he's meant to use too much."
"It is the equivalent of running 10 miles without stopping to rest or have water." Yori explained.
Danny nodded, realizing why this happened.
"Like my Ghostly Wail." He said.
He knew the limits of the Ghostly Wail, which he's learned to use without putting in too much power, which runs the risk of exhausting his power if he overuses it.
Unfortunately, due to overusing his monkey power during his last fight with Monkey Fist, Ron was tired and bedridden.
"No worries… I'll be better soon." Ron assured.
"You sure?" Kim asked, concerned.
"Yeah..." Ron said.
"You don't have to go if it's too much." Danny said.
Ron shook his head.
"You guys are my friends, I have to." Ron insisted.
"If we win, Danny will treat you to Bueno Nacho." Kim offered.
Danny rolled his eyes at that, but still smiled.
"Really?!" Ron asked, sounding excited.
"Sure…" Danny said.
"BOO-YAH!" Ron went.
Kim chuckled.
As Danny shook his head, he noticed an absence.
"Where's Rufus?" He asked.
"He and Ruth are out having father-daughter time while Debutante is off to see Camille." Ron said.
Kim shuddered.
"Why he and that hairless cat got together, I'll never understand." She said.
After hearing that, Danny got thinking.
"So… how did he and Debu-"
Ron held his hand up.
"I don't think you want the answer to that." He said.
In the meantime, Annie was busy talking with her friends at the Nasty Burger.
Normally, RJ is all for Bueno Nacho, but lately Bonnie Rockwaller has been more impatient.
He had just finished a phone call with his parents and filled everyone in.
"So, Saturday is the day?" Annie asked.
"Yeah... but it looks Mr. Foley and Mrs. Morgan said no to the guys coming along. You and I are fine because of our powers." RJ said.
"Really?" Annie asked. When RJ nodded, she looked to their friends. "You guys okay with that?"
They nodded, though they looked a bit upset.
"Uh-huh..." CJ said.
"You two are the ones that are descended from superheroes and martial artists." Tuck said.
"Admittedly, I wish that I could see for myself, since my mom talks dirt about him more than she does about "the man" all the time." CJ said, using air quotes for one point.
"You should be there more than we do, since it's your dad's archenemy and all that." Tuck said.
They knew that soon, she'd be dealing with Vlad. What stinks is that they can't come too.
"A shame that you guys can't come along..." Annie said.
''I know... I wish that I could film it." CJ said, frustrated.
"Guess it's just gonna be you and RJ." Tuck said.
"Yeah..." Annie said. She noticed the smiles on the two's faces and became flustered. "Wait! Not like that!"
CJ and Tuck laughed.
Annie and RJ blushed before looking away from each other.
"Jerks…" They muttered in unison under their breaths.
It was late after the talk with the Stoppable that Danny and Kim returned home.
Opening it, they saw two of their kids playing with someone very close.
"Hey, Danny." Danielle said as she got up.
"Hey, Sis." Danny said. "Thanks for watching the kids for us while we spoke with Ron and Yori."
"No problem, I love them as much as I love my own little girl." Danielle said as she walked to the two and hugged her brother and sister-in-law.
"So, are you still up for Saturday?" Kim asked as Danielle stopped hugging them.
"You know it!" Danielle went.
There is no way that she'd miss out on a chance to take Vlad down for good.
"Thanks again, Sis." Danny said.
"Anytime. Now, my daughter and I are off to chili night at Mom and Dad's place…" Danielle said as she took her daughter with her. "See you guys!"
''Bye Sis..." Danny said.
"Bye Danielle." Kim waved to her sister-in-law.
As soon as they left through the door, Danny smiled and shook his head.
"It's no wonder Dad grew to love her so fast, since she eats as much as he does." He mused.
"Those must've been some interesting Thanksgiving dinners." Kim wondered.
"They were." Danny responded.
His wife then noticed something.
"Where's your big sister?" Kim asked.
"She's still with her friends… and RJ." DJ said, putting emphasis on that last name with a smile.
They all knew what he means by that and laughed.
As the twins made kissy faces, Kim shook her head.
"Kids, don't mess with your sister and what's clearly a growing interest in one of her best friends." Kim said.
''Annie and RJ sitting in a tree..." The twins sang.
"K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" DJ said in amusement.
Because they wouldn't stop, Kim pulled out her secret weapon against the kids.
Something they call the "mom look". It was a scowl with half-closed eyes while her fists were at her hips.
It was something that she developed to counter the puppy dog pout, which all of their kids have picked up.
Once it was unleashed, all three of her kids flinched, no longer making fun of their sister.
"Kids…" Kim managed to say in a warning tone before all of them shrunk away in fear.
"Sorry, Mommy…" All of them went.
Kim sighed and softened her look.
"Be grateful that she isn't hearing you say that right now." Kim said.
Once she said that, the door was heard being unlocked from outside.
Annie has returned home.
"Mom, Dad, DJ, Tweebs! I'm home." She said as she came through the door.
Her parents smiled as Danny went to hug his daughter.
"How was school, Annie-Bear?" He asked.
She frowned and decided to tell her parents what happened.
"Erica showed up to cause trouble." She stated.
Both her parents gasped, while DJ smiled upon hearing that.
"She was there?" He asked, still crushing on the older, evil girl.
His sister and parents sent a strange look at him before focusing on the matter at hand.
"What was she doing at your school? Don't tell me that she's considering enrolling there." The mother asked.
Kim was fearful when those words left her mouth.
"Tell me!" DJ went, much to his parents' dismay.
Annie shook her head.
"No, her mom convinced her to learn about where I hang out… and I told her to stay away from RJ and my school." Annie said with a scowl and her arms crossed.
Her family heard this and raised a brow.
"Why RJ?" Danny asked.
"She was acting so flirty around him and CJ and, being boys, they thought she was so cool…" She said, still annoyed.
That got her parents attention.
"Really?" Danny asked, not sounding so concerned anymore.
Annie saw it, her entire family had smiles on their faces.
Smiles that made it seem like they're aware of something, and it made her less upset and more uncomfortable.
"Why are you all looking at me like that?" She asked.
"It's… surprising that you didn't tell her to stay away from CJ." Kim went.
Annie blushed.
"Well… CJ's mom would scare her off…" Annie claims.
Her parents did not look convinced.
"If Erica is anything like Shego, I doubt Sam would be that scary to her." Danny said.
"If anything, Yori is more likely to trade blows with her." Kim added.
Annie's blush got brighter as she looked away, while her younger siblings giggled.
It got on the teenage girl's nerves.
"Not funny…" Annie muttered.
Danny chuckled and began tussling her hair.
"That's debatable, Annie." He said.
His daughter sent him an annoyed look.
After a moment, Annie smiled a bit and pushed her dad's hand out of her hair.
"Okay… that's enough, Dad." She went.
He chuckled.
"So, shall we get dinner started soon?" Kim asked.
''Uh-huh." DJ went, holding onto his stomach.
The twins and Annie nodded.
"Any requests, kids?" Danny asked.
"Spaghetti?" Annie asked.
"Spaghetti!" DJ went.
"SPAGHETTI!" The twins went.
''Spaghetti..." Kim said, amused.
Danny shook his head.
"You all had that last week, don't you guys want something else?" He asked.
Annie looked to her siblings and all of them nodded.
Danny dreaded this because he knew what was going to happen next.
Annie did the puppy dog pout.
"Come on, Daddy. After today, I could use something like the spaghetti Grandpa Jack showed you how to make." She said.
Danny flinched a bit before he shook his head.
"You've done this for years, Annie. I'm more resistant." He insisted.
"Bro, your turn." Annie said without dropping the look.
DJ then did the same.
"Come on, Dad. Don't you wanna have some yummy pasta?" He asked.
Danny flinched again.
"Uh… ahem." He straightened himself. "That might be stronger, but-"
"Please, Daddy?" Frannie went.
"We want some spaghetti." Manny said.
To his displeasure, the twins were doing it too.
Now he was surrounded by his kids, all performing the puppy dog pout.
"Uh… Kim? A little help?" He asked his wife.
"Danny…" He heard her say. However, to his horror, she was doing it too. "Come on, they all asked for spaghetti. And I want some too." She went.
Even after all these years, she hasn't lost her skill with the pout.
Now he was surrounded by five pouts. Taking a deep breath, he admits defeat.
"Okay… spaghetti it is." He said.
All of them cheered.
Kim smiled and walked up to her husband, kissing him on the cheek.
"Works every time." She said.
"This is your payback. Since my ghost form is stronger than you, you use the one thing that none of my powers can counter and showed our kids how to use it against me." Danny insisted with a faux-angry tone and a smile.
Kim shrugged and gave him an innocent smile.
"I don't know what you mean." She claims.
Danny laughed a bit and kissed his wife.
They didn't stop kissing, not even as sounds of disgust from their kids went off.
"Eww!" Annie went.
"Stop that!" DJ said as he covered his eyes.
"GROSS!" Manny said before making gagging sounds.
"YUCKY!" Frannie said as she hid behind her twin.
"Come on… let's go before their tongues bind." Annie said.
All of the kids left to their rooms while the parents began making out.
Once gone, Danny and Kim stopped and laughed.
"Finally, I thought they'd never go." He said.
"And since they're gone..." Kim said in a hinting way.
"I know what you mean." Danny said before kissing her
"So, we should probably get dinner started." Kim states.
"Now?" Danny asks, clearly wanting more from the love of his life.
Kim smirked in a lustful way.
"No, not now." She said before the two resumed making out.
It was hours after dinner and the kids were in bed.
Danny and Kim were in bed as well, laying next to each other as Danny looked up at the ceiling.
He has been doing so for 20 minutes.
"Danny? Get some sleep, please?" Kim was heard asking him.
Danny sighed.
"I want to, Blue Fox… but…"
"But…?" She asked.
"It's just… we're so close to the day. Who know what Vlad's been spending years building?" He asked.
His wife sighed.
"I don't know what your archenemy has been up to, but I do know that we'll stop him." Kim assured.
"How can you be so sure?" Danny asked.
"I'm positive, because we've gone through a lot since that first date." Kim said.
"Yeah, we have." Danny said.
''Remember our first kiss? On our second date?" She asked.
Danny laughed a little.
"Yeah, I remember how competitive you were when it came to playing that video game, and whenever we used to race while flying." He said.
Kim rose an eyebrow and smiled.
"What do you mean used to? Besides, I still win whenever we compete to see who would win at basketball whenever we join our kids at the playground." Kim reminded him.
"Yeah, but you're not as competitive as you used to be." Danny said. "Ron reminded me of how it used to irk you that he was a better cook than you."
"And now I make sandwiches that knocks your socks off…" Kim said.
That's when she rolled on the bed, laying on top of Danny, who hugs her.
"Yeah… and our daughter's socks too, considering she ate 10 of them once." He said.
Kim smiled and giggled.
"It's a good thing that she burns off calories so quickly." Kim said.
"Yeah." Danny said.
"Otherwise, I'd feel bad for putting marshmallows on hot dogs when I gave her some." Kim said.
"And I make milkshakes that have cheese puffs and bacon..." He said.
"Oh my, we're feeding our daughter junk..." Kim said.
"Yeah… what kind of parents are we?" Danny asked in faux-horror.
They both laughed and relaxed more.
"So, ready to sleep now?" She asked.
Danny playfully scoffed.
"Now that I have you in my arms? No. I'm even less interested in falling asleep." He said.
Kim smiled.
"Really? Well, now I'm not tired anymore…" She said with a lustful tone.
The two began kissing before taking advantage of their kids being asleep and being behind closed doors.
It was morning that day.
Kim was blissfully asleep in Danny's arms.
He was wide awake, but didn't want to wake his true love up. Besides, he loved the feel of her in his arms, especially when she wears her silky yellow nightdress with no sleeves.
She nuzzled into his chest without her knowing it as Danny smiled warmly at the feel.
Soon… we'll remove that cheesehead for good. Even though I accomplished my dream… I have a new one with Kim and our kids. She and I are gonna grow old together… hand in hand. Kimberly Ann Possible came into my life and I'll make sure that she makes it through. He thought.
He heard Kim yawn a little and saw her open her eyes.
"Morning, Beautiful…" He said.
Kim smiled.
"Morning, Handsome… what time is it?" She asked.
"6 AM. Last I check, NASA doesn't need me, and GJ is giving you time off to train for the big battle."
"Yeah… and I'm not needed as a consultant for Amity Park's cheer team… so, I guess we got time." Kim said.
"Yeah…" Danny said.
"Good." Kim responded as her husband got on top of her.
They kissed again.
It was the Saturday which they have been waiting for.
Everyone was in the backyard, waiting for everyone else to show up.
That's when they heard a car pull up. Danny knew who it was fast.
"Jazz?!" He called out.
She went around the gate with her now teenage son.
"Hey, everyone."
"Yo!" Jayden, her son, said, carrying a samurai sword with him.
"Where's Antonio?" Danny asked.
"Had his own reunion of heroes to get to." Jazz said. "I assured him that this would go well."
"It better!" A voice from above said. "It'd be lame if we can't do it without him!"
They looked up and smiled at who it was.
"Sis!" Danny and Jazz went.
Dani Phantom, who has a suit that no longer exposed her midriff, landed and morphed into her human form.
Danielle looked up.
"Come here, Jacqui!" She shouted.
"Coming Mom!" She called out.
Jacqui landed. Despite not yet having a suit of her own, she's mostly mastered flight like her mother.
She was the spitting image of Danielle when she was younger, albeit with red hair like her father.
"Are we late?" Danielle asked.
"Actually, you're early." Her sister-in-law, Kim said.
The sound of a horn honking came from above and the Fenton kids knew who it was.
"Kids! We're here!" Maddie called out as she and Jake arrived in the original Specter Speeder, which landed.
"Papa Jack! Mama Maddie!" Their grandkids shouted.
Another car pulled up, one owned by James and Ann Possible. The two entered.
"Kids!" James went.
"Pop-pop!" DJ went as the Fenton kids saw him and Ann arrive.
"And how's my mini-me?" Ann said to Annie.
"Getting tougher every day, Ann-Ma." Annie said as they hugged.
"Oh… I love that little nickname for me." Ann said.
"So… my brothers are coming too?" Kim asked, worried.
"They came with us…" James said, gesturing back to the gate.
Her brothers, now taller and buffer, came through.
"Hey kids!" Jim said.
"The Fun-Uncles have arrived!" Tim said.
Kim rolled her eyes.
"Tweebs…" She said, maintaining a friendly attitude with them.
"Still calling us that, huh?" Tim asked.
"Well… Annie calls Manny and Frannie that, so yeah." Kim said.
"Like mother like daughter, right?" Jim asked as he and Tim laughed.
"So… how have you guys been?" Danny asked.
"Danny!" Jim said.
"Long time no see!" Tim said.
"Yeah… we came a long way from the time where you two tried to collect my saliva samples in my sleep…" He said with a light tone.
"And now…" Jim started.
"We're dads too!" Tim said.
This caught Danny and Kim by surprise.
"Seriously?!" Kim shouted.
Jim held up a photo of a newborn baby boy.
"I call him Tim."
Time held up his own son's photo.
"I call him Jim."
Kim, however, was having a breakdown.
"The tweebs are… DADS?!" She shouted in disbelief.
"Kim?" Danny asked, shaking her by the shoulders. "Kim?!"
"No way… no way…" She went.
Danny sighed.
"Just a sec…"
He rose his wife's hand to his face, allowing her to slap him. She calmed down.
"Phew… thanks Danny." She said before kissing him on the cheek.
The same cheek that he quickly nursed with his hand.
"Anytime…" He said to her.
"You're still letting her do that?" James asked.
"Its not like I can hit her. Besides, I heal fast."
Soon enough, another family came in.
"Someone call for the Monkey Master?" Ron asked as he and his family arrived.
"Hello, everyone." Yori said with a polite bow.
"Hi!" Their daughter, Ronnie, went with a wave.
She looked very much like Yori, but with Ron's hair and freckles.
RJ waved.
As everyone greeted them, the sounds of dragons were heard in the air.
"Here comes the firepower…" Danny said.
Jake Long, still the current American Dragon, landed. He was still as big as ever as his wife, Rose, got off his back.
Landing next to them were a red dragon with blonde hair that turned into a teenage Eurasian girl, Sunny, and a smaller red dragon with equally yellow hair. It's their son Lucas.
"Hi." Lucas said as he morphed into his human form.
Jake morphed to human form, looking similar to a fantasy he had as a boy.
"How's it going?" He asked.
"Yo, Jake!" Ron went. "How are the albums selling?"
Jake chuckled.
"Being a retired music star and producer and still getting royalties is nothing compared to raising my girl to take my place…" Jake said.
"Hey everyone." Sunny said, waving before sending a competitive smirk at Annie. "Getting better at your flying?"
Annie smirked.
"Sure have… care to find out?" She said.
"Sunny… not now." Rose said in a warning tone.
"I know… sorry Mom." Sunny said with her back hunched.
Lao Shi had then landed, with Fu Dog on his back. Fu got off in time for Lao Shi to change to his human form.
His back cracked.
"I'm out of practice…" He said.
"Ya know… retirement means not going to all dragon." Fu said.
"I did not want to miss this." Lao Shi said.
"Okay…" Danny said. As Kim went to hug Ron and Yori, he pondered. "That just leaves Team Go…"
The sounds of a spaceship were suddenly heard as it flew overhead.
Two figures jumped out of it as it flew by.
"Girl and 626! Be good!" Jumba was heard shouting as the ship flew away.
The two figures unleashed their parachutes as they landed in the backyard.
"Stitch here!" Stitch went, not looking different.
"And me!" The young woman in a galactic armada outfit took her helmet off, revealing to be a grownup Lilo.
"Lilo?" Kim asked with a smile. "You're coming too?"
"After a few adventures in space with Stitch? Why not save the world from a supervillain?" She asked.
As they hugged, a final vehicle arrived in the front of the house.
"Team Go has arrived!" Hego was heard shouting.
"You promised me that we'd go on the cruise after this!" Mego shouted.
Hego sighed.
"Yes… yes I did…" He said.
Thank you all for reading.
Thanks to Flower Princess11 for helping me with grammar and stuff.
I forgot to mention this in the previous chapter, but Kim slapping Danny to snap herself out of it was something I picked up from a "Rifftrax" commentary on "The Bermuda Triangle". Danny is too nice to do the usual snap out of it slap to her.
Also, I've decided as too not overstuff the chapters, this will go a bit longer, up to 65, like the original Disney episode limit that Kim Possible defied thanks to popularity giving it a fourth season.
In any case, next time for sure, an old enemy returns.
Invader Johnny: Yup, and Erica is clearly hoping to compete with Annie in more than just fighting.
RandomAnonymous: I'm not sure if I'll do a Deleted Scenes chapter.
RonaldM4019687: Hmm... good guestion. I will say Kim has more memorable villains.
Phangirl Starblade: Thanks. Yeah, I've come to really like crossover couples.
Jebest4781: Thanks.
danifan3000: No, I don't think she inherited that.
Chester A Bum: Well, to be clear, it's more that CJ is meant to be a foil to his mother. Don't worry, a bit more to come.
61394: They probably just don't want to be spotted at all. Yeah, Erica is fun to write.
pokemon fan 1991: Don't worry, there's a few more to let the story breath better.
Leonardo: We will see Erica a lot in upcoming chapters. Also, can't wait to see that fic.
William Escobar 608: 1) De nada. 28) Historia diferente, sucedieron cosas diferentes. 29) La necesitarán. 30) Alguien llamado dibs, no puedo decir quién.
Luiz4200: As we see, they did.
guardian1989: Thank you.
Major Simi: Thank you.
Jay the Average Fanboy: She took no inspiration from Ben, only swapping colors of her mother's battlesuit to reflect her father's colors. Kwan is probably retired and doing better. As for voices... I guess anyone? Also, all the girls I used being redheads was a coincidence, especially since Makoto is more on the brunette side. I did consider Emma, but I've barely seen Stoked. Also, the party from 58 was just people they were close to.
