You're Going:
As the weekend came, the girls continued to help the boys study, giving them a break in the afternoon on Sunday as they decided to have a girls' night. The girls went to Kendall's setting up her living room with snacks, their favorite pillows, blankets, had out their favorite games and movies, as they got ready for some fun. They got dressed in their pj's after eating some dinner that Kendall made, sitting on the couch with their pillows and blankets around them.
"Ready?" Kendall questioned, passing Jackie some candy.
"Of course, shall we play games first or watch one of our favorite movies?" Jackie asked, as she popped a piece of candy in her mouth, holding up one of the films and then a deck of cards.
"Hmm…movie first then we can play a card." Kendall replied. "Plus we love commenting on this one." She laughed. Jackie nodded as she went to go place the film in so it can play.
"This one is quite funny, though you have to admit, some of these characters are real assholes." Jackie spoke as Kendall pressed play with the remote when Jackie came back to sit down.
"Oh yeah." Kendall agreed. "But I love a lot of the female characters. So inspirational." She let out a heavenly sigh. "But my favorite line is when they bring up the chickens." She giggled.
"Bwak bwak bitch." Jackie pointed at her. Kendall laughed.
"Best part, absolutely best part of the movie." Kendall told her.
"Oh there are others, but definitely one of the funniest and most memorable lines." Jackie mentioned.
"Right." Kendall nodded.
"Although, to be that stinking rich…" Jackie folded her arms as they watched. "Can I just say, that's like…" She tried to find the right words, letting out a breath.
"I think I would be like her." Kendall pointed at the actress on her screen. "Mind blown, but okay with it. Although, would need to know what the hell I'm getting into." She explained.
"Same." Jackie agreed. "But, you have to admit that would be kinda cool to like be that." She chuckled.
"Maybe, though it only happens in fairy tales and books." Kendall commented.
"That or like in a miracle, rare case stories." Jackie added.
"Exactly, highly doubt we see that in our futures." Kendall stated. "We have a higher chance of a global meltdown or some type of, I don't know chaotic war breaking loose then that occurring." She thought.
"I kind of don't want either of those to happen." Jackie told her.
"Well duh, I'm just saying that we have a higher chance of some things happening then others." She shrugged.
"Oh like how you think you have no chance with Kick?" Jackie had a sly look. Kendall flushed.
"Jackie!" She squeaked.
"What, is it not true?" Her glasses wearing friend continued. "I mean you have some golden opportunities coming up, especially with his party." She grabbed a water to drink. Kendall getting a curious look.
"What party?" She inquired. Jackie glanced at her.
"The pool party." She replied. Kendall still looked confused and didn't know what Jackie was talking about. "This weekend after the semester ends." Jackie continued. Kendall shrugged a little. "The one at VSD gym."
"This is the first I have heard about this party." Kendall confessed. Jackie's eyes widened.
"What?!" She gawked. "We didn't tell you?!" She was shocked. "How could we not tell you? This is like one of the biggest parties Kick and Gunther have ever planned." She grabbed Kendall by her arms. "They wanted to do something they knew you would like, so how could you not know yet?"
"When did they plan this?" Kendall asked. Jackie thought about, when it struck her.
"Oh…that's right, this…it was…" She glanced away. "Well…it was during your absence…" She admitted. "But when you came back, I thought someone… I thought one of us told you…I seriously did…" She tried to say. Kendall had a small smile.
"Jackie it's okay." Kendall calmed her. "I get it." She spoke. "I think it's sweet they did this, but… I don't think it's a good idea I go…" She looked away, grabbing some water.
"Why?" Jackie questioned. "Don't you want to have some fun? There will be music, karaoke, dancing, it's at this huge indoor pool, and there will even be Jacuzzis, it will be a blast." She tried to convince her. "Plus you can try to get with Kick, this can be your chance." She was getting excited and encouraging her. Kendall choked.
"Jackie…" She looked at her with that. "You know I can't do that." She felt this was a repeated conversation they have had over. Jackie rolled her eyes.
"If you don't try, you will never know now will you?" Jackie quirked. Kendall blushed.
"That's….I'm not his type though….plus…this party….I don't know…." She grabbed the pillow holding it close.
"Just go, what harm could it do?" Jackie encouraged. "Plus if you guys dance again, you guys could get closer." She teased. Kendall gulped.
"I…It's just dancing Jackie…." Kendall tried to argue. "You don't get together over things like that…especially with someone like Kick…" She added. Jackie rolled her eyes.
"Sure…" Jackie poked her. "Bet if it's sexy enough, minds might change" She had a small devious smirk. "That and if you're wearing a bikini." She giggled. Kendall's eyes widened.
"What!?" She squeaked. "Who's said anything about a bikini?!" She stared at Jackie.
"It's a pool party, you're wearing a swimsuit, in fact you're wearing a bikini." Jackie pointed. "And we're going to find one after our studying with the boys on Wednesday, so no backing out."
"Jackie!" Kendall squealed. Jackie giggled.
"No butt's, we're doing this, and you're going." Jackie told her. "And we're going to have fun. So enjoy it okay." She laughed. Kendall laid back on the couch with a groan.
"I am going to die of embarrassment because of you." She covered her face with the pillow. Jackie continued to laugh at her.
"Oh jeez Kends." Jackie rolled her eyes.
