Angel: So, if you guys haven't heard, we finally have some new episode titles and dates for the Big Hero 6 Series, and they're coming out in less than a month...
Unfortunately, they also confirmed that season 3 is the last, so that makes me sad. But I have other plans in case that happened, I just haven't started doing them because of what happened with me moving around so much. It IS kind of weird that both this and Ducktales both lasted 3 seasons, though. Come to think of it, the Tangled Series lasted 3 seasons too. Hmm, I'm sensing a standard here that shows based off the initial show or movie can only last 3 seasons...or maybe I'm wrong here and it's maybe because of the fact that Disney can be bad sometimes. Not as much as Nick or Cartoon Network, but not flawless either.
As for the spinoff show called Baymax, I'll leave my thoughts on that besides what I've said already whenever that next episode is released on my Big Hero 7 Series story.
It's 5:58 in the morning as Randy is snoring next to Amy. He lets out a few kitty noises, and Amy just smiles in her sleep. She could hear him, but she thought it was cute, so she didn't mind. Randy is snuggling into the girl, his head rested on her shoulder. She gets the same feeling of warmth and comfort from him as she does wearing his jacket. Howard kicks the door open to the room.
"Cunningham! How are you asleep right now?! Get up!" He shakes the bed, alarming the both of them.
"Uh, huh? What? Emergency? Monster? McFist?!" Randy questions rapidly, but still tired.
"I'll check the news," Amy pulls out her phone, and checks it...but there's no new video from Heidi. "Huh? What the juice, Howard? Nothing's even happening."
Howard gasps sharply upon seeing her in Randy's bed. "You, and Smith?! Nice, dude," Howard smirks up at him.
"Nothing happened," Randy rolls his eyes at his assumptions, and they were only 14 anyway. "It was too late for her to go home, so she just stayed here."
"A sleepover without me?!" Howard pouts at them as Amy adjusts her messy hair to some varying result. "Whatever, it's 5:58 am. Or as I like to call it," He makes crying sounds. "My birthday! I would'a let you sleep, but I knew you guys couldn't wait to show me what you got me."
"Got you? For your birthday?" Randy asks in confusion, Amy yawning as she rubs her eyes.
"Of course that was the reason you woke us up…" Things like this are the reason why she changes her locks every month. And yet somehow he still manages to get into her house to raid her refrigerator.
"I mean, it's gotta be big," Howard lets out a chuckle. "After what happened last year..."
Last year...
Randy had forgotten Howard's birthday as he sat at PJ McFlubbusters alone, wearing a birthday hat. "You did it. You birthdayed," Howard sang sullenly. "You've aged another year. Have a free birthday sundae cake. It's vegan. Hmm."
"Hey, Howard, what's going on—ahh!" Randy panicked after he sat down, seeing the sundae cake. "I forgot your birthday!"
You promised that you'd never forget again," Howard puts on his party hat, smiling up at his friend. "And it's my first birthday with you, Smith, so that means you gotta make up for all my other past birthdays!"
"And I didn't!" Randy smiles nervously as Amy gives Howard a blank look. "I didn't." He glances around everywhere, feeling like a deer in headlights.
"So...whattaya got?! Oh, I'm so excited! Wait, wait don't tell me! No, tell me. Wait, don't tell me! No, tell me! Wait don't tell me! Yeah. No, no, no. Okay, tell me. Wait don't tell me. No, tell me. Wait don't tell me! Yeah, no, no, no. Okay, tell me."
He keeps going on like this as the two pull out their Nomicons, Amy mostly because she knew Howard would go on like this for a little bit. She's used to it, he does this everytime he calls her phone to complain about Randy or wonder what she's cooking so he can come over.
They open their books and their faces fall onto the pages. The two scream as they fall, landing in chairs. They're surrounded by doodle Ninjas and Kunoichis, all of them wearing party hats. A birthday cake with vanilla and strawberries is in the center of the table.
"Uh, I know, I forgot Howard's birthday!" Randy exclaims, earning a small gasp from Amy.
"You did? Ran, he'll be crushed. And it seems like you've done this a lot."
"Oh, I have. For as long as I can remember. How could I forget? I'm a terrible friend," He looks down in guilt and Amy places a hand on his shoulder.
"I'm sure he'd understand if you just tell him the truth. Well...eventually, that is," She cringes a bit.
"What'd you get him?" He asks her quickly, earning a raised brow. "S-So I can know what not to get him. Not that I'd try and steal your gift, passing it off as mine..."
"If you must know, I got him his own McSatchle so that he won't have to share one with you."
"Aww, that's totally a Bruce gift idea," Randy grunts a bit, snapping his fingers in dismay. "Come on, you gotta help me!"
The doodles just look at the cake and the two lean in to look at the frosting. "Sometimes protecting someone is the most dangerous thing a Ninja can do. Protecting...Nomicon, that's it! If I lie to Howard, I can protect him from knowing I forgot. You really got my back on this one, Nomi-cuzs."
The doodles and Amy facepalm at him before he blows out the candles to vloomp them out.
The two sit up to see Howard sitting on Randy's bed across from them. "Wait, don't tell me. No, tell me!"
"Oh, I'm gonna tell you," Randy speaks up, pointing at him.
"Yes, tell me!" Howard exclaims in excitement.
"I'm gonna tell ya!" Randy smiles widely.
"Mm, tell me, tell me, tell me, tell me!" Howard bounces up and down in excitement.
"Oh, you, uh...ri...you wanna know right now? You wanna know what it is right now...ahh..." Randy glances around his room while Amy is just playing on her phone. She knows that he'll tell the truth eventually. He couldn't pad this out forever. Which is why she won't say anything about his plan. That, and she'd like to believe he would respect Howard enough to tell him the truth.
Even if Howard isn't respectful to other people practically all the time.
He sees his science textbook, which has an eye on it. "Eye..."
"You what?" Howard asks almost impatiently.
He then sees a bite out of his ham sandwich that Amy made last night, but he forgot to finish. "Ham..." Then he sees his fish bowl. "Tanking..." He sees a yo-yo on the floor. "Yo..." He looks at his own toes. "Toe...um..."
"You ham taking me toe where?" Howard asks in annoyance and he sees the magazine for Plot Forwarding, which has a spaceship shaped like a fist.
"Space-Fist One!"
"Hm?!" Amy turns to him in surprise. While the satellite thing Howard liked because Lloyd Doppler was crashing, regular space wasn't really his thing.
"Is what eye ham tanking yo toe!" Randy points at Howard.
"Space-Fist One?" Howard wonders, looking a bit disappointed.
"Space-Fist One?" Amy whispers to him in confusion.
"Yeah! You love space. It's like your favorite thing," Randy shrugs with a small smile.
"It is? Ooh," Howard glances away, thinking there's more in store there. "It is! Ho-ho-ho!"
"Hah-hah-hah!" Randy laughs in relief.
"Hmm-hmm-hmm!"
"Hep-hep-hep!" Randy wiggles a finger from each hand and Amy cringes a bit. Then there's a small pause as Randy looks to his blanket, his girlfriend, and then his best friend. "Could you...give us a few minutes? We are...not properly dressed yet."
Howard rolls his eyes, stepping off the bed.
"Oh! I so need to freshen up at my house!" Amy panics a little, jumping off the bed.
"But…you always look beautiful, Ames," Randy blows a kiss at her. She blushes shyly, stepping towards the door.
"You're so sweet, but I can't go there in my pjs. I'll meet you guys there, bye!" She runs out the door, Howard just rolling his eyes over the whole thing.
"Space-Fist One! It's glorious..." McFist stares at it with a smile behind the glass. He's wearing a white shirt with a dark green tie, along with a McFist logo stamped on it. "Why did I build it again?"
"To explore the stars and further mankind's understanding of the universe," Viceroy gestures to outside, wearing the same uniform as McFist.
"What? That's a terrible idea," McFist denies this as Viceroy comes back with a McFist Pad.
"I'm kidding. We're launching a satellite that targets the Ninja and Kunoichi that blasts a Raptor-Bot at them," He shows his McFist Pad that has a model of the Raptor-Bot.
"We live in a golden age, don't we?" McFist sheds a few tears, wiping them away with his robot finger.
"Unfortunately, Norrisville's beloved Ape-stronaut Neil Apestrong has retired," Viceroy informs and they look outside to see a state of the ape astronaut.
"I heard he promised his old lady he'd never fly again," McFist acts like a gossiping schoolgirl, letting out a laugh. "Ha! What a wimp."
"We need to find a replacement pilot," Viceroy gestures to the flight test mechanism, which stops spinning. A robo-ape steps out, giving a thumbs up.
"Ooh! This one might have the stuff," McFist jerks a thumb at him. Then the robo-ape lets out some oil-vomit, proving him wrong.
"I'm sorry," He throws up again. "Um..." More throwing up. "This never happens..."
"Oh, there's the stuff! He's getting' it all over the place!" McFist points at him, a bit disgusted.
"Ah? Ah?" Randy asks as the trio have arrived at the launch site. "Pretty Bruce-tastic, right?! What's wrong, buddy?" He sees the disappointed look on Howard's face.
"I dunno...looking at a spaceship for my birthday? I mean, you had a whole year to plan it and it just kinda feels...oh! Wait a second...you're messing with me! There's more, isn't there? And Smith, you got my present, right?"
"Buuuhh, you got me," Randy looks down at him nervously. "There's so much more."
"Oh, what is it? Tell me. Oh, wait no, don't tell me. Okay, tell me! Oh, wait, no, don't tell me. Okay, tell me! Don't tell me. Tell me! No, don't...tell me!"
"If I give you this gift now, will you shut up?" Amy rolls her eyes, handing him a wrapped McSatchle.
"YES!" He takes it from her hands and then rips off the wrapping paper, gasping sharply at it. "A McSatchle! Okay, that's definitely starting on the right track! But you still owe 14 more."
Amy facepalms with a small sigh. He could insist that all he wanted, but she wouldn't be doing it…
"Uh, we are going..." Randy sees two boards over a small stream of water. "Two boards...the shuttle!" He looks to the spaceship, earning a wide-eyed look from Amy. "Yes! That's it! We're going two boards the shuttle!"
"You're taking me on the ship?" Howard asks with a small frown. "Why would we go on the—ohh. I get it," He taps his nose. "Ho-ho-ho!"
"Ha-ha-ha!"
"Hm-hm-hmm!"
"Hep-hep-hep!"
Amy snickers a bit as they go through the same routine as this morning. Then there's another awkward pause.
"Soo..." Howard drags out the word.
"To the ship!" Randy points forward and Amy leans in towards his ear.
"Are you crazy? Going onto the ship? That's way past just coming here."
"Don't worry, I'll tell him the truth there," He whispers back and she sighs in defeat, taking out her mask. Randy takes out his and they run towards the spaceship, the two transforming. A robo-ape stands guard near the ship, Ninja landing nearby with Howard on his back. Kunoichi lands next to them before they sneak around the robot, climbing and jumping up to the ship. Ninja lands in front of the door as Kunoichi cartwheels, landing next to him. He puts Howard down, who had his eyes covered, and they step up to the door.
"How do we get this door open?" Ninja wonders, raising a brow.
"Door open," A voice says as the door opens at his command.
"Voice command, cool!" Kunoichi smiles, slightly impressed. Even though it is paid for by McFist...Ninja glances at Howard and they step inside.
"Okay, okay. Can I open up my eyes now?" Howard questions in excitement.
"I never said you had to cover your eyes," Ninja informs him.
"But if I don't cover my eyes, it'll ruin the-" Howard stops talking as he uncovers his eyes. "Surprise...?" He sees that it's just a regular spaceship, with nothing decorated for a birthday party. "Cunningham, where the juice is my surprise party?"
"Oh, uh...surprise...we did it!" Ninja waves his hands nervously.
"This is your idea of a surprise party?!"
"Ugh," Ninja briefly glances at his girlfriend, who silently encourages him with a small nod. "Howard, I didn't plan you a surprise party."
"Then what was all that 'Hah-hah-hah, hep-hep-hep about?!" Howard demands, slowly coming to the realization that he was stringing this along. "You were bluffing! Did you not even have a plan at all? And you went along with this?"
"Hey, I got you that McSatchle, that wasn't cheap you know," Kunoichi crosses her arms.
"Yeah, but as a first birthday with you in our group, you gotta do more!"
"What? Bluffing? No, of course I had a plan. That was just a...a...thing to do while everyone was gathering at your, well, I guess it's not a surprise anymore, surprise party. Don't forget to act surprised, okay?" Ninja lies through his teeth.
Kunoichi sighs, facepalming at this as Howard smiles.
"Oh! Oh, I'll act so surprised. Where we going? Where's it gonna be?" He asks in excitement.
"Uh...PJ McFlubbusters. For a surprise...birthday...lunch. That's it, yeah, a lunch," Ninja and Kunoichi step outside of the ship. He could only keep this up for so long, and at this point, it's not working in his favor.
"Launch sequence activated," A voice says and then the door gets closed behind them.
"What?!" Kunoichi gasps as she turns around.
"What? Launch?!" Ninja asks in alarm as he faces the door. "I said lunch!"
"Those two words don't even sound the same!" Kunoichi argues as Howard presses his face against the glass. She has to wonder if the ship could even know enunciation…
"Help me!" He screams to them and they could only watch helplessly as they watch the ship take off into the air.
McFist and Viceroy stand in front of a pile of robo-apes floating around. "What's with the floating?" McFist couldn't help but wonder.
"There's no gravity in space," Viceroy tells him.
"Uh, some evil genius you are. It's called grabbity," McFist brags with a small smile, both of them failing to notice the ship leaving the station behind them.
Ninja and Kunoichi flip away from the launch pad, Ninja panicking. "Sweet cheese. I just lunched my best friend into orbit...on his birthday."
"Launched," Kunoichi corrects him.
"We have to save him...but how? I'm not an astronaut," He looks towards the girl.
"We'd have to fly after him in a spaceship and intercept it, but I don't know where we'd get one," She rubs her chin in thought. Ninja turns around and gasps.
"I bet I know who does have one!"
She turns around to see the statue of Neil Apestrong and she gasps sharply in realization.
"Ninja, you're a genius!" She hugs him happily.
"R-Really?" He blushes behind his mask, feeling a bit flattered. He then snaps out of it, remembering their first priority. "Come on! We gotta get Howard back."
Neil is reading a newspaper, eating a banana and drinking some coffee. The doorbell rings and his wife screeches at him from the kitchen. He screeches back and she argues back for him to answer the door. He sighs and gets up, walking over and opening the door.
"Captain Apestrong, sir!" Ninja salutes to him briefly while Kunoichi bows her head. "Sorry to bother you, but it's an emergency. I accidentally lunched my best friend into space," Ninja points up to the sky.
"You know what, never mind," Kunoichi murmurs, not even bothering to correct him this time. The wife screeches at him again and he looks over his shoulder, answering her. Then he gestures for them to step inside the house and they follow him.
Meanwhile, Space-Fist One has left Earth, with Howard still in it. "I can't believe it," He floats in front of the window, looking outside. "I'm in space! I'm freaking out! No way I'll be able to make my surprise part from space." He hits the wall and then sees the gravity button nearby.
"Gravity button? What's gravity?" He presses the button and then falls onto the ground, as the anti-gravity had kicked in. "Oh...grabbity. Ha! Whoever labeled that button must not paid attention in skyence class," He walks past something encased in glass. There's also a button labeled 'In case of Ninja and Kunoichi, break glass.'
And if Howard wasn't so focused on his birthday, he would've noticed...
Monkey sounds are going on as Neil is talking to Ninja and Kunoichi. The wife places down some refreshments for them. Which were just bananas and water.
"I know you promised your wife you'd never fly again. I value my promises with my partner—for the most part. But we need your help."
"Our friend could be stuck up there forever if we don't get him back," Kunoichi gives him a pleading look.
The wife then speaks to them, probably telling them that she worries about her husband and that it was time for him to retire. "Mrs. Apestrong, trust me, we get it. We wouldn't ask, but someone's life is on the line."
"Please. You can't just leave an innocent boy out in space. If we did, we'd never hear the end of it," Kunoichi gestures to herself, her hair rested on the cushion to her left. Neil rubs his chin as he thinks about it. He looks up at his wife, who makes another argument.
"Please. We're gonna lose our best friend," Ninja looks up at Neil.
"I wouldn't call Howard my best friend, but he's still a friend to me. And...today is his birthday," Kunoichi glances away. Heidi is definitely her best female friend, and Randy is both her best male friend and boyfriend. However, she could think of so many times where Howard isn't loyal or supportive, but he also got her parents to come during winter break. And he saved her job at the McFist-a-Plex.
Neil looks back at the two, not wanting to risk someone's life if he just stood by. He stands up, to the protest of his wife, and waves her off.
The three open the door to the barn, finding a supply of bananas and a tarp. Neil removes it to reveal his old spaceship. Kunoichi gasps in awe, eyes shining.
"Ape-pollo 13?! So...Bruce!" Ninja comments happily.
"I can't believe I'm about to go into space!" Kunoichi fangirls a little, bouncing up and down.
"I know you and Howard don't get along sometimes, but thanks for coming with me, Kuno," Ninja tells her gratefully.
"Of course. I know how much he means to you."
The spaceship takes off, changing from a silo to the ship. The wife screeches angrily from the window, stepping outside. Not because he was going off into space again, but because Neil forgot to take out the trash.
"This one better have the stuff," McFist threatens as they're back in the flight test room. The pod crashes against the wall and Viceroy opens the door. The robo-ape inside is mangled, but gives a thumbs up. Then the arm falls off. "He ain't got it."
Ape-pollo 13 separates into three pieces, the top still going forward. Ninja and Kunoichi are in orange space suits, but Kunoichi's is a size smaller to fit her better. They are also equipped with space helmets of course.
"Look, there it is!" Ninja points forward to Space-Fist One up ahead. Once they get close enough, Kunoichi and Ninja are standing in front of the exit of the back door. "Are you sure about this?" They get a screech in return and Neil opens the door. They float outside, spinning around in a circle. "Whoa...!"
"Wow..." Kunoichi murmurs, looking to the sun. "This is such a dream come true!"
Ninja laughs, swimming around and taking in the sights. He grabs Kunoichi's hands and they both spin around together, laughing. They reach Space-Fist One within seconds.
Howard is sitting alone like last year, a freeze-dried piece of ice cream with a lightbulb attached in front of him.
"You did it. You birthdayed. You've aged another year. Have a free space ice cream brick. It's freeze-dried," He pouts, a hand on his cheek.
"Hey! Got room for three?"
He looks up ahead to see Ninja and Kunoichi up ahead as they entered. They tale off their space helmets.
"Ninja?! Kunoichi?! Yes!" He runs up to him, goes back for the ice cream brick, and eats it. Then he runs up to them in a hug, surprising both of them. "Oh, thank cheese! You have got to get me back to Earth so I don't miss my surprise party!"
Kunoichi glances up at Ninja. "Howard, uh...about your party-"
"So, should we call McFlubbusters and tell them we're gonna be late, or whadaya wanna do?" Howard asks eagerly and Kunoichi bites her lip.
"We don't need to call. I was lying about your party," Ninja looks away guiltily.
"You mean, there's no surprise party at PJ McFlubbusters?" Howard asks in disappointment, taking off his birthday hat and walking off.
"No, uh, because, uh, because..." Ninja stammers, stopping him as he didn't want to make his friend feel that way. "It's...on the moon, baby!" He points up to the moon and Kunoichi elbows him, giving him a 'really' look. Then he looks at the window to see the advice. "Sometimes protecting someone is the most dangerous thing a Ninja can do. Ugh, no, I don't wanna tell him. It'll crush him."
"What is going on?" Howard asks him and Kunoichi places a hand on Ninja's shoulder. He turns to her and she has a gentle look in her eyes.
"Sometimes telling the truth is the best thing to do for a friend," She informs and he sighs, knowing that she's right.
"Your surprise party isn't on the moon," Ninja starts off.
"No cheese," Howard crosses his arms.
"To be honest...I forgot your birthday," Ninja informs his friend. "I was trying to protect your feelings by lying about it, but all that-" He suddenly gets slapped across the face by Howard, shocking the girl. "Ow!" He hits the glass and he opens his eyes to see the robot.
Kunoichi walks around him and then sees the sign. "Oh no," She murmurs in fear.
"ninja and Kunoichi detected," The Space-Fist One base is informed of their presence. Well, everyone except McFist because he's in the bathroom. He lets out a fart.
"Oh! 'Scuse me."
The cage opens up to release the dinosaur robot, which lets out a roar. Ninja screams and dodges as the thing lunges for him. He knocks him back with his tail and Kunoichi flips over its head. She does a cartwheel before jumping on its head, distracting him for a bit. She slides to a stop near her partner, and they both look up at the robot. Ninja jumps back on its head, wrestling with it a bit. They head straight for Howard, who lets out a scream. Ninja glances around before letting out spikes at his feet. He goes to the ceiling, letting go of the robot. It turns around and throws a claw at him. White hair suddenly grips and Ninja takes hold of the hair.
Suddenly both of them are flung back, but Kunoichi jumps over her partner. Both of them prepare their feet.
"Double Kick!" They exclaim in unison, knocking the robot down with them.
"Well, this is officially the second weirdest birthday I've ever had," Howard comments loud enough for them to hear.
"You're welcome," Ninja tells him, a bit dizzy.
"Not a thank you!" Howard shouts in return. The robot stands up with a roar, tackling them to the ground as it tries to bite them. Its fanged tongue hits the floor between the two, Kunoichi cringing behind her mask. Ninja grabs the tongue with his hand.
"Schnasty!"
Then another tongue comes from that one. "Ugh! Double schnasty!"
Howard sees the two in trouble, unsure of what to do. He glances around and then sees the gravity button and presses it. Everyone starts floating off the ground, confusing the two.
"Huh? Yes! Anti-gravity!" Ninja exclaims at this.
Howard chuckles, crossing his arms. "It's pronounced grabbity."
"Okay, we really need to talk about word pronunciation one of these days," Kunoichi adds in. The two kick the robot back, floating backwards. Ninja pulls out two green balls.
"Ninja Electro Balls!" He throws them, but because of the gravity, it doesn't really work. Ninja tries to move to get them closer, but it was no use. The robot slides against the wall, and lunges forward as Kunoichi readies her power. Ninja kicks it to the ceiling just as she fires it.
"Kunoichi Lightning Strike!"
She misses because of its speed and she grunts. "Honkin' space-gravity," Ninja grumbles and they jump as the robot tries to attack them again. "That's it! Space!" He looks to the airlock hatch. He grabs Kunoichi's hand and they jump downwards. They take the robot with them as they grab a claw, moving to the side.
"Howard! Open...the Air-Lock...Hatch!"
"How do I get the Air-Lock Hatch open?!" Howard asks in a panic.
"Air-Lock Hatch open," A voice responds to him.
"Ah, that'll do it."
The hatch opens and Howard yelps as he starts to get dragged over to the door. He grabs hold of a chair, the two spinning around from the ceiling.
"Ninja-Orbit-Kick!" They throw the robot out the door and Howard knocks it out into space. Ninja throws his scarf, catching Howard's wrist. He screams as he's dragged back inside, but the robot knocks into Ape-pollo 13. His fingernails scratch against the metal, breaking it open and sending Neil flying backwards.
"No!" The three shout as they could only watch.
"Neil!" Ninja yells in concern.
"...He was too pure for this world," Howard looks down sadly, stepping away from the window. The three reach the controls and Ninja sits down. All of them look upset over what just happened.
"I just killed Neil Apestrong."
"And ruined my birthday," Howard glares at him.
"And stranded us in space."
"Not to mention, ruined my birthday," Howard repeats, annoying Kunoichi a little. She could see where he's coming from, but it's not the only problem at the moment.
"We're gonna die up here."
"On my birthday," Howard mutters and before Kunoichi could get frustrated with him, Ninja does it for her.
"Yes, I ruined your birthday and I'm sorry! But I think we're past that now!" Ninja yells at his best friend. "I...I shoobed it. I shoobed it all."
"Ninj..." Kunoichi murmurs, never seeing him like this before. It was so unlike him, he was always optimistic, though at times a little cocky. And she didn't like seeing him so upset. She gives him a small hug and he returns it.
"Hey, look on the bright side," Howard speaks up softly. "If we die up here, I won't have any more birthdays for you to forget."
"Thanks, buddy," Ninja replies thankfully and the three share a small handshake. Then Neil appears on the window, alarming all three of them. He bangs on the glass slightly and Kunoichi beams in relief behind her mask.
"He's alive!"
"Neil!"
"You're okay!"
"Can you fly this thing?" Ninja asks him, earning a big smile and nod. "We're saved! Get in here! Howard, open the cockpit door."
"His wife wouldn't be happy if we told her about this," Kunoichi murmurs to herself as she stands up. Howard presses a button, but it was for the windshield wipers. Howard then accidentally sprays him in the face with water.
"How do I get the cockpit door open?"
"Cockpit door open," The voice states yet again, causing Howard to gasp with a groan.
"Are you kidding me?"
"And we also need a talk on voice activation," Kunoichi raises a brow, hands on her hips. Neil flies the spaceship back on land.
"Little more...little more..."
Neil lands the ship safely and Howard comes back up, giving a thumbs up. "Perfect."
The four leave the spaceship, Howard glaring up at them both. "Next year I'm planning my own party."
"And I will not forget it," Ninja replies confidently.
"Yes, you will," Howard points out as they reach the elevator.
"Ah, you're right, I probably will."
The four laugh, the elevator doors closing. Right next to them, the doors open with McFist, Viceroy, and a robo-ape stepping out.
"Well, it took all day, but we finally did it," Viceroy starts off.
"The one ape that's got enough stuff to fly Space-Fist One," McFist replies with a big smile, watching as the robo-ape walks past. "Make me proud, son," He sheds a tear as the robo-ape gives a salute. But then the remains of Ape-pollo 13 fall on the robo-ape. Its arm falls in front of them. "Eh...grabbity..." He nudges Viceroy, who facepalms with a groan.
"I can't believe we went into space!" Amy smiles happily once they've dropped Neil home. And as promised, they did not mention to his wife that they lost him in space for a few minutes. She'd no doubt freak out about that.
Randy just chuckles at his girlfriend as she looked like she saw a panda at the local zoo. "Never thought you'd go to space, huh?"
"Not today, no! Wish I could tell my parents, though," She pouts a bit.
"Why not us?" Randy raises a brow at her and she places her hands on her hips.
"Because everytime I talk about anything school related, you guys either fall asleep or ignore me."
"True," Howard agrees with her.
"Yeah, but space is cool. Come on, lay it on me," The taller boy encourages her, wanting to hear her talk about it. She just gets this light in her eyes and then this big smile whenever she talks about stuff she really likes. He could listen to her talk for days and not get tired.
"Really?" She blinks at him in surprise. "I thought you hated that."
"What? No! No, I actually kind of like it," Randy smiles down at her.
"I still hate it," Howard raises a hand, earning blank looks from them. Randy takes a hold of her hand and she talks his ear off about how exciting it was.
