Chapter 50:

All I Feel is You

-x-

Graduation ceremonies suck, Levi thought.

He hated the thought as to why all of the parents and entire family needed to be there wherein the student body are all grown up can just end their journey in high school on their own. All of the bright flashes of the cameras and the hording of each family that causes the chaos around.

Hanji's family brought Levi with them going to the ceremony and he sat with Hanji Zoe behind the car. Seeing her with makeup applied into her face did made her features even more attractive, he thought. Not too much or too little or exaggerated but just fine and enough to emphasize the beauty of her features more. Her eyes were even more stunning and the waves made into her hair was never a thought of him to look good on her.

"Do I look okay?" she whispered nervously to him while her parents rumbled random things to Levi.

"More than okay" he answered with a smirk, earning a softened eyes to him.

"You ready for later?" he asked and Hanji sneaks her hand into his and gave it a quick squeeze.

"Of course" Hanji Zoe beamed as she is to deliver her salutation which she finds it to be easy.

And everything did become okay and great except for Levi who is already looking fuzzy staring and watching everyone around him. Despite the happiness and the exchange of congratulations around them, Levi does not seem to have the same vibe and energy.

Most especially when Hanji embraced Erwin and looked all too happy.

Hanji had already moved on regarding the issue of her not being the valedictorian and congratulated Erwin, giving him a quick hug and warm wishes for their future.

"Good luck in college!" she beamed at the taller blonde, hands still together. Seriously he thought, she could easily feel that trusting to that guy?

"Thanks!" Erwin gratefully tells her. "You too, although no doubt that you will excel into your chosen degree course. But before all that, don't forget our graduation ball on Saturday." He reminded her as she would have to perform with her band so she has no choice but to attend.

From afar, she saw Levi watching her, arms crossed and eye brows a bit glued to each other, giving a cold stricken glare. She calmly approached him and he straightened up when she was already near but his arms are still crossed.

"Oi!" he called out and Hanji could only smile at him. "What are you doing, talking with the person who took your spot and made you feel like shit?" He followed the blonde with a glare and he is fortunately have his back against him and did not fall prey on Levi's deadly glare.

"Hey, he is a nice guy Levi." Hanji calmly reply at him with a reply.

"He just got lucky but extremely lucky because he managed to attack your position when you are at your weakest"

"Or rather when I was down and he just managed to perform better, I presume" the brunette reminded and he knows what she meant. If it was not for his scandal that had broke Hanji's image, she would have surely come out as their batch's valedictorian.

Levi awkwardly looked away and internally cursed himself. She does have a point but he still can't stand her talking to that blonde as he took her crown and broke her heart. He never, ever have any nerve to withstand to those who hurts Hanji and make her cry, even if he did made her cry and angry himself. But it was just so wrong having her close to Erwin like that because he looks pretentious and self-centered. He can't trust him not to hurt or even care about Hanji.

"Just don't trust that fast" he tells her, reminding her of the heart ache that she had because of the blonde.

"I know" she replied in a sing song voice.

"Hey you two" Hanji Zoe's mother came to greet them and pecked them both in their respective cheeks.

"Congratulations, Levi" she greeted and gave the young man an assuring embrace. Levi stiffened and did not move, awkward at the affection shown. Even if he is used to Hanji's mother being affectionate like her daughter, he still cannot move properly when affection is being shown into him genuinely.

"Thank you. And congratulations to you too." He greeted and shook hands with Hanji Zoe's father.

"We're going to head out and eat to celebrate your graduation and we insist that you come with us, Levi" Zoe's father invited him but Levi swayed his head and decline.

"No thank you sir" Levi replied politely and seeing the sudden saddened surpirsed faces of the two older couple surprised him.

"I have other plans to consider but thank you so much for inviting me." As much as he wanted to come, he did not want to be the extra shit sitting in the table to eat and celebrate when he is the root cause of their daughter's demise to the second place and losing her valedictorian chance. That does not make him have the right to sit and join them in dinner.

Also, he has something else in his mind.

"Are you sure?" Zoe's mother asked.

"Of course" Levi nodded and smiled at them. "You all have fun without me, I'll be okay."

The older couple looked at one another while Zoe locked eyes with Levi. She honestly did not know that he has other thing else in his mind and thought he would actually join them, even if she did not inform him of the dinner that her family is about to have and now just hoped that she should have just informed him. But looking at him straight into his eyes, she knows that he does have something in mind and is serious that he will not go with them.

"If that is your decision then, congratulations again Levi" Zoe's father said and pats the young man on his back.

"Don't hesitate to inform us if you change your mind." Zoe's mother smiled at him and he can't help but admire how nice it was for her to still think of him despite what he had done to their daughter.

"Of course" was his only response. He then found himself being dragged forcefully and bumped into Hanji.

"Pictures first!" the older woman tells them and forces the two youths to stand and pose by one another. Levi awkwardly stood beside Hanji and could only smirk and not entirely smile at the photo where Hanji Zoe has no problem doing so.

After a series of shots and the two youngsters even posted with Zoe's parents, Levi being thankful for the two older adults to stand a picture with him made him feel at least 'normal' like the other students who were graduating posing with a guardian or even a parent-like figure at least.

Zoe seemed to be used with her parents taking loads of pictures but Levi was overwhelmed because after taking pictures from their respective phones and camera, Zoe's mother then used an Instax for taking of pictures because according to her it 'develops right away'. After a few more shots, she gave the very first shot which is Levi and Zoe and another one which is the four of them which was taken by a random person passing by.

"It's alright even if I don't get one-"

"I insist Levi" Zoe's mother tells him, knowing how the lad is just saying it and also appreciates the photographs that she gave him and is most probably just too shy to say it out loud.

"Thank you" Levi murmured to the persistent woman. He eyed the photograph and fingered the one which is him and Hanji were on it. They stood side by side, with Hanji sporting her wide smile as she towers him while he just smirks.

"Remember, you can join us for dinner. Just text Zoe" the older man said as he waved off, going to the parking with the older woman who also waved off towards his direction while Zoe smiled at him with worried eyes. By that, he already knows what she is thinking and displayed a thumbs to reassure her.

When they were gone, Levi immediately went to look for a bus to ride. After the usual journey, he was able to arrive at the same usual place he oddly finds peace and serenity. Flowers in hand and a smile on his face, he walked carefully unto the valley of the dead.

"I did it mom, I graduated and now I'll go to college" Levi murmurs and places the flowers on his mother's grave as he fingers the tombstone with his beloved mother's name.

"And remember Hanji, the girl I introduced to you? I think… I still want to be around her in college." He admitted and did not want to use fucked because he knows she will get mad at him and remembered how she would tell him that she does not want him to have his uncle Kenny's filthy mouth.

"And mom," he admitted with his cheeks burning as he could feel it. "I think I don't like the thought of not being around her, I hope that's okay with you."

He knows that his mother knows what he means and hopes that she approves of Hanji.

With a sudden appearance of a black butterfly with tiny silver and blue markings on it as it is fluttering its wings and its beauty held unto Levi's eyes, he smiled.

-x-

Not too far away is where they lain.

He also went to bring them flowers and some pastries that they usually enjoy eating together in the group. It was still late in the afternoon and in a few hours the sun would set. It was a good thing that they are side by side each other so it's easier to be beside them at the same time.

Levi carefully places the flowers on the ground, their petals lightly getting dusted by the soil, making his left eye twitch uncontrollably.

Still, he was pleased that the flowers made them looked more appealing and more alive with color. After settling himself in between them, the flowers to them, he pulls out the box of fresh fruit tarts and places them on a colorful paper plates (he still don't have the heart to use the ones that Hanji gave him and finding the tiny colorful paper plates was what they usually use before in the club) and he places a fruit tart in for three paper plates.

Then, he carefully places hands them the paper plates like before.

Except this time, they're underneath a filthy ground now filled with green grass.

Whenever he goes here, he makes sure to clean their names and give them flowers because if it's not for him, they wouldn't be there.

And deciding to be with them after graduation is such a very cool idea because it gives him a sense of feeling that they will also graduate with their supposed batch.

If only he really didn't fucked up.

So he ate his fruit tart and drank his tea while he makes sure no insect of filthy fly would go into it. As he sat there and ate celebrated with them, he looked at the now sky filled with golden starts shining brightly unto him.

"Hanji says hi" he tells them and stayed with them for the rest of the night.

-x-

It only took four days and then it was already graduation ball.

Hanji did not attend the prom for her last school year but she will give graduation ball an exception for no reason. Nanaba just persuaded her to do so, telling her that she might even have it as her 'best night ever' kind of experience.

They had everything planned and prepared for the said ball, shopping for the best preferred dress, look for amazing hairstyles, and even have a room for themselves in the hotel like what they both did the year before after the prom. It was only this year's prom that she was not able to celebrate it again with Nanaba but she guaranteed that she seemed okay having Mike around instead of her.

As for the grad ball, they both wanted to be around each other since they were not able to do so because of her absence in prom and would share the table with some of their classmates Nifa, Keiji, Gelgar, Henning, Lynne, Lauda, Thomas and the two of them. It had always been a great group to be with and this time around, Mike would be joining them which had no problem being in the group's zone, much to Nanaba's worry.

They were exactly ten in the table, a perfect since no extra chairs or lack of chairs. But then, Levi is all alone. Hanji offered him a place on their table and assures him that they could just add an extra place for him but he declined.

"I'll be there" was what he only told her. Still, after several minutes of looking all over the place, he is just not there.

No Name was meant to perform in the earlier part of the program and Mike and Hanji were only spending minutes in their chairs when the two excused themselves to prepare, with only Nanaba knowing the real reason why because Mike told the group he is helping Erwin with the program (which is true but Erwin gave him the permission to use that as the reason for preparing before playing for the crowd) while Hanji reasoned that she needed to make some shit.

It was really good that Hanji and Nanaba agreed to rent a room in the hotel together which made even more handy for Mike and Hanji change their attires without any worry. Not long after, the two of them were able to meet Levi back stage as he had texted Mike.

It took only a few minutes for them to talk and prepare entirely before the curtains went rising for them to start. Once it did, Levi automatically lead the band to sing.

"Kneel down, you pigs!" he screamed out as most of the faculty were surprised, the entire student body screamed and cheered for the band.

No Name gave their all as before they started, Hanji told them that 'this is going to be the last performance ever' and that they should give their best and not to fool around. The two lads agreed and smiled at Hanji.

The band started and played out strong, but despite the given praises from everyone, the three members found themselves in a difficult situation in front of everyone.

The moment the band finished playing their song, Levi held onto Hanji and kissed her by the mouth.

The very man who sings like an angel that no one knows, behind his bandaged face, he was the stud who knocks everybody in wrestling as he did in bed with the ladies, like the merciless devil that he is.

The very handsome and outrageous young man all girls and even women would love to have, Levi Ackerman.

And now, he is pressing his lips into hers.

An eccentric and messy girl no one would surely want who plays the guitar behind her bandaged face and suit.

Hanji Zoe, who cannot help but return the kiss that Levi Ackerman gave her.

And the crowd came to cheer again, a few giving wolf whistles.

And it was the last thing she heard.

-x-

The curtain dropped together with Levi's heart and Hanji's jaw.

Despite the bandages around their eyes, Levi could completely see how Hanji was caught unaware of what he did. He knew he should not have but the feeling was so agonizing he wanted to tell her that this is not the last song he wanted to sing with her, that this is not the last moment that they are going to perform together nor the last moment that they are going to share.

He just can't let that happen, can't let her go away and loose her.

She is the only person he has in his life now and the only one who had treated him like he is worth of something else than just pleasure for sex. He knows he may suck in words but he can seriously show it without a doubt.

Although, seeing a wide eyed Hanji and a very shock expression from her, seemingly not fond of what he did. He did something unimaginable right in front of everyone, and in the very last show of the band and of their school year and in their night supposed to be special.

Everything is just so wrong.

To be honest, he is still trying to keep himself hopeful that she won't mind since they did even more things than that, although he just wanted to show to everyone what he feels about her.

Mike was the one who feel the most awkward as the two shared an unexpected staring contest and awkward moment of silence so he decided to leave them both. He too was caught unaware of this situation and once he get to talk to Levi about this, he would definitely give a hit on his head. He saw how Hanji did not like what he did and as a friend of hers, he can't help but also feel affected.

"I'd leave the two of you here." He announced without any more additional words and went on his way. Since he is already wearing a coat, there is no need for him to effort in changing and went to the comfort room to remove the bandages from his eyes.

Hanji in the other was deeply frozen and hurt of what Levi did unexpectedly. She suddenly felt confused and in doubt of him all too suddenly.

"Levi…" it was only his name that she could murmur as her fingertips grazed over her still numb lips. Before Levi could get to explain what he did, they were suddenly cut short.

"Out already No Name, we have the next ones to stand there and you better hurry!" Said the stage director and Hanji went on her way going back to the room. Levi tried to run after her but her big and fast steps made it difficult for him to catch after her but he did managed to hold on to her wrist to stop her when they were already near her rented room.

"Why did you do that?" she asked with wobbly voice and pained expression as she turned around when Levi held unto her wrist.

"What were you trying to put up in there? You trying to be a Don Juan to everyone? If tha-"

"I think you know why a boy kisses a girl directly on the lips." Hanji stopped, her mouth opening but not producing anything. She can't believe what she is hearing, is he being serious or being an asshole?

"Why there?"

"Because I wanted to let them all know that there is someone who matters to me a lot and I really, really like." He said although it made him feel like a shithole as he did not do it without his bandages for everyone to know it is him, making no effect at all.

To add his dismay, Hanji cracked a mocking laugh.

"Is this one of your joke? This is the first time you crack a joke by showing it and right in-"

"Not a fucking joke." Damn sure it is taking everything in him to bite his tongue and his inner cheek just to control his emotion and his mouth from being more of an asshole to her.

"I still can't believe this." Hanji declares, hands raising and turning to open the door, leaving him alone outside her room. He debated whether he should wait for her or not. Knowing Hanji, he guesses he should give her some time to herself because she did already gave him her pissed tone and he did not want things to go even shittier between them.

Once inside, Hanji sighed heavily while still leaning by the door. She then proceeded towards the bed where she carelessly placed her gown and changed. Upon changing her attire, she saw herself on the nearby mirror and came closer. Observing her face, her body and reflecting upon it, she still can't seem to find the will to believe the fact that Levi actually confessed to her minutes ago because seeing herself in the mirror brought no reason at all to be liked by someone as handsome as Levi.

He was her best guy friend, she does not want to lose him but thinking of him liking her is really impossible, even if she know that if that was her reason to Levi, he would just spat at her that she does not believe in impossible.

Does he feel too indebted of all the help and assistance and kindness she showed and gave him that he thinks this is the only thing he could give in return? Thinking about it, he never did once told her or even mentioned that he liked someone even before, not even a single crush.

With a big puff of breath, she puts on her shoes, fixes her makeup which was slightly damaged due to the bandages and went on her way back to the ballroom. When she held on the doorknob, she got a slight feeling that Levi might still be there and became reluctant to go back. But remembering Nanaba and the fact that she might get worried of her not being there, she decided to go back.

Carefully stepping back inside, she looked around for the black haired midget. With her poor eye sight, it took her a while to see the entire place but not long after, Nanaba came to grab her by the hand and lead her back to the table.

"You can just text me if you can't remember where we are sitting at Hanji" she said and sat down.

"Sorry" Hanji mumbled.

"What are you looking for anyway?"

"Nothing, really." Hanji murmured and looked away and decided to focus on the program instead.

The program did not last long as more or less thirty minutes, it already ended and everybody came rushing to the dance floor. It started with hip hop music and dance songs then changed into a mellow one that is meant to be slow danced by couples. Everybody in the dance floor immediately had their own partners to dance with. Hanji then turned to see Nanaba already on Mike's arms, giving Hanji a sympathetic look but since there are a lot more boys in their batch than the girls, she had no problem having one to dance with.

"Can I have this dance with you, leader?" It was her club mate and with a smile and a nod, she agreed.

"Of course!" she said gleefully and danced with him, hands together, distance close.

While having her first dance, she did managed to look around and see the Forever Levi girls being with their boyfriends, body all over the other and whose clothes are quite revealing. As she danced along, she can't help but think that her first dance was spent to someone…. Not that special. Not that she had anyone in mind but she wondered how it would feel like if she does have someone in mind.

Her mind went only with two names, specifically Levi and Erwin.

If only he did not kiss her and kind of showed his feelings towards her and make her feel so confused, he might have been her first dance. She had the same thought as she had other partners to dance with until the end of the very last song. She was also able to dance Nanaba, Mike and Erwin as her final dance much to her surprise.

"Are you having a great night?" Erwin asked as they danced along. Hanji could not deny that she felt all the jitters when she danced with Erwin but felt as though it was all just friendship kind of dance as they walked and had fun.

"So far yeah" she beamed and looked deep into Erwin's eyes. He smiled, agreed to her word. He gave her a warm smile and Hanji could not just get rid of the thought as to how handsome he looks despite having very thick eye brows.

Suddenly, Erwin leaned by her ear to her surprise. "I know who kissed you under those bandages." He murmured in a teasing tone. They suddenly stopped, rather Erwin was halted due to Hanji's halted movement, her mouth hanging in surprise.

"Your secret is safe" he assures her and her eyes moved on the floor.

"Who els-"

"Only me" was the assuring answer of Erwin. "Do you like him back?"

Erwin saw how Hanji's eyes turned into confused ones. By the way she reacts and the way she looked, he knows what is already happening to the two.

"I know what you are thinking." He said and Hanji eyed him up in question. "You talk about it so you won't feel hanged or confused about what and how he sees you." He suggested and Hanji could only look at him.

Hanji looked down, the questions regarding how Erwin found out about their band or even her just recently learned confusion towards Levi and could only reflect on his words as she cling into his shoulders.

"I would consider that" Hanji replied with an evident braved smile. Erwin could see how she is not in the mood to discuss her thoughts as she might as well has been confused within its waves as well.

"You'll be alright Hanji" acclaimed by Erwin and Hanji gratefully nodded and smiled. They finished off their dance with laughter and smiles as they discussed about more random things like college, future of their batch and the next incoming batches and Marie. Surprisingly for Hanji, she did not seem to feel hurt or bothered seeing Erwin talk about Marie. Everything felt so smooth and fun with him like before, and like their dance, she had learned to let go.

Erwin was her last dance and she went off with Nanaba to their room. To her surprise, Mike was already there.

"Hey Mike" Hanji waved and Mike smiled back. Hanji then looked towards Nanaba and felt surprised when she saw her best friend's expression and looked towards the bags behind Mike.

"Hanji, I know this is sudden and I hope you forgive me." Nanaba started and Hanji just blinked in surprised, already getting an idea of what is to happen.

"I really wanted to spend the night with Mike and we had rented a room overnight. I know I agreed with staying here with you bu-"

"I understand Nana" Hanji cuts her best friend and grin. "No need to worry, I understand what you have in mind." Nanaba seemed to still worry but Hanji gave them her approval smile and hugged her best friend.

"It's okay, just have fun, be safe and text me." Hanji whispered as she embraces Nanaba. The blonde girl feels that she is abou to cry on her best friend's shoulders.

"Thank you for being considerate Hanji" Nanaba tearfully says from her heart.

"Well you are too to me! And I've did this same thing with you before and more than once and not even once you got mad at me treated me like shit Nana. Since this is the first time that you would be spending the night with Mike, I am more than willing to help you and do the same favor you did to me!" Nanaba could only smile to her best friend.

They wordlessly let go of each other and the two blondes took their bags after changing into a more comfortable set of clothes for travelling at a very late night. Before stepping out of the doorway, Mike turned to look at Hanji quizzically, rubbing his nose a bit and smiled at Hanji.

"You have someone you need to take in later tonight Hanji, so you won't be alone." He informs her but did not tell who exactly. That confused Hanji and curious.

"What do you mean?" Nanaba only gave Hanji a smile and shrug of her shoulder when she turned to look at her questioningly.

"Have fun!" Mike teased and the two blondes went to run away before Hanji could even manage to run after them as they were able to ride an elevator right away and cursed internally.

Realizing that she is all alone and felt it coldly in her skin, she decided to go back to her room and removed her shoes. As she does, she was completely surprised of a familiar voice.

"You left the room open for unwanted strangers." Levi tells her looking annoyed but ironically attractive on his suit as he sat on Hanji's bed, arms and legs crossed and eyes straightly looking at her. Seeing him there, she suddenly realized what those two blondes were after.

"What are you doing here?" she asked, her cheeks feeling hot because he just saw her remove her shoes and realized suddenly as to why she is suddenly feeling conscious of her actions in front of him? Why is her heart hammering nonstop inside her chest and can't control it?

Without her noticing how she reacted, Levi was already in front of her and pulling her towards his direction and in the middle of the room. She did not realize that she was already staring and spacing out not until Levi took her hand and placed the other on her hip as he gazed deeply into her hazelnut eyes.

Good thing that she removed her shoes that he managed to get a bit higher and reach her height a bit more. Levi leaned closer to her shoulder, trying very light at first. When she did not moved away, he took that as a sign that it is okay to go closer to her and might as well dance with her. There was a faint trace of hesitance but did not try to go away. Instead, she allowed herself to go with his flow and look away from him.

She knows that what she is doing is not good, as this shows that she is just allowing this to happen and that she is not hesitant to him. Hanji then took a quick glance and saw Levi's piercing eyes on her and made her shiver and moved uncontrollably awkward and quickly looked away. The raven haired found it cute when she looks confused and awkward but he also does not want her to feel confused as though she is being played and toyed on.

"Hanji" he started as he wanted to end her misery because shit is already very evident on her face already and he is starting to feel guilty. Fortunately, she had finally looked at him straight into him although her eyes were shy and unsure. He does not want to see that from her as she looked at him, he want it like before, the usual.

Carefree and just happy.

"Hanji" he repeated and searched her face when she looked down on the ground. She looked but up to meet his gaze with even more sadness written on her face. "I'm sorry I kissed you like that." There, he said it despite the fact that he really doesn't mean that.

He just said something that she wanted to hear and would calm her.

If that is what she really wanted to hear.

They both stopped in their movement when she suddenly halted.

"Why?" she asked leaving Levi's mouth partly opened. "We're friends Levi, FRIENDS." Her arms landed hardly by her sides and moved a bit farther away.

"What if I don't like us to be just friends anymore?" Levi blurted and bit his lips and his cheeks inside, cursing internally for being a loud mouthed shit.

"What?" Hanji murmured. Is she hearing things right? By the looks of Levi, his hands are now balled into a strong fist, eyes looked so betrayed and face lightly tainted with crimson. Is this for real?

"Friends don't just have sex Hanji." He reminded her because it's on her own free will, most especially the latest one that they had.

That seemed to take effect on Hanji and immediately bit her lower lip with guilt.

"Did you like my kiss to you?" Yes, Hanji tells herself but refrained to tell it out loud. In fact, she can't focus on what to attend to whether if she liked the kiss or what is the matter with him or what he is talking about.

Just what the hell is happening already, she thought.

"Levi" was the only thing she could murmur and sat down on the bed, her eyebrows furrowed to one another and mind confused. Is this really happening? Is what she is thinking true? How? Why?

When Hanji murmured his name, he could only watch her and followed her with a heavy sigh. He sat down beside her and looked immensely deep at her, searching for her face which is busy looking like shit and down on the ground. He knows she is thinking deep, most probably she is confused.

"Why?" she whispered and finally looked up to his steel eyes. Not breaking their eye contact, he answered.

"I like you."

"You like me?" she asked wearily.

"More than like, Hanji" he answered from the heart as she knew him, knowing when he is lying or hiding something or being honest and straight to the point. He is now, and she still is having doubts.

"What's so special about me?" Her voice strained with confusion and surprised tone.

"You're different." He knows that she knows why, maybe she just wanted to hear it from him directly.

Deep inside, he still can't find the voice to tell her that she makes him feel special, wanted and part of a functional and caring family. She is the only one who really cared and trusted him and forgave him, gave a chance after what he had brought him. To top it all, she is the only one he could have as a family, friend and confidante.

Spending time with her has always been special and is also the only one who think of him like any ordinary person not minding the fact that he doesn't have a good background, nothing to be proud of and a job of fucks. He may still have Mike as a friend but the bond he shares with Hanji is different, deep and budding into more.

And he wanted more of her, and more moments, more time with her.

The growing feeling of wanting to be there for her, take care of her and be her endless support is always growing endlessly.

Hopefully, there is a chance.

If only he could be more vocal, maybe he could still persuade her with his side but by just saying what he had mentioned earlier took him a lot of practice and guts earlier as he watched her dance with dozens of boys that deeply did boiled his blood a bit. Seeing her happy with them, smile and hold their hands and even move with them as one made him even more… possessive of her. He did not want seeing her being deeply involved to some else more than him.

That then made him realized his feelings more.

Fortunately, Mike and Nanaba were both down with his plan and are also rooted for their best friends to end up together as well despite it being the last minute. Everything is already going great and he wanted it to continue even better.

Hanji looked very sudden at Levi who, after declaring the truth to her went to stare blankly down on the floor. Maybe he too, was stunned of what he said most especially knowing that he is not the type of person to speak his thoughts a lot. Because for the very first time, he looked shaken and partly embarrassed.

"I am always different."

"But I am also different" he said as he inched closer to her.

"I think you're the only one for me"

"Why?" she felt curious and had his forehead unto hers. Good thing she is sitting so he could look down to her the way he liked it.

"Why am I the one for you?" Hanji spoke in a voice only an ant could hear but he found it to be daring.

"Because you're odd" he said and he tries to rub his nose on her cheek and wanted to kiss her on her forehead.

"That's why you're my number one" It was really bold of him to say such a thing even Hanji was surprised and looked straight into him, cannot believe what she is hearing.

"Can I kiss you again?" Levi looked straight up into her and waited for Hanji to reply, his voice low and soft.

Hanji's eyes grew in bewilderment, entirely surprised of what she is hearing that Levi still wanted more kissing with her! He watched her nod slowly and hopefully she is not reluctant because her sheepish small smile kind of tells the same and it aches his heart a bit.

Without further more thinking after her seeing her nod, he captured her lips into his. He held unto her head but careful not to hurt her. Levi moved to kneel his right knee while left stood as base to level himself higher than her. He felt an asshole the moment his lips touched hers because instead of asking, he dwelled unto her like some beast and instead of kissing her light as a feather, he had it heavy on her lips.

And there he is, feeling accomplished as he kisses her.

Whilst for Hanji, still can't believe that Levi is the one leading her into this and telling her things that she never even imagined of him telling her. It surely made her heart warming and already melting with excitement, happiness and overwhelm at the same time a mix of worry and concern. What would happen to their bond, she thought as he massage her lips with his.

Fortunately, Hanji kept her ground steady and just captured all of his heavy kisses. She did not expect him to kiss her this heavy and wild and wet and did not know what to do since she had never been kissed before. Like the waves in the ocean, she went by the movements of his lips. She let his tongue enter her and even very lightly tried to return the massage that he gives on him.

For a second, he was lightly bothered if she liked it or if it is okay this time because she barely even moved although let him do what he wanted. Her hands even crept on top of his and took that as a move to continue. After kissing and sucking her lips as careful as he could, he stopped and breathed the air in after lacking his breath from that hot kiss.

"I'm sorry" he murmured while still holding unto the crown of her head, his chin on top of her head as he even had less will to look at her after what he did.

"I think I should be the one saying sorry." That got Levi asking internally and leveled down to her.

"What do you mean?" he asked.

"Because I don't know how to return it properly" she bashfully remarked. Her cheeks were a bit tainted pink and her lips were swollen from his kiss. With her words, he can't help but smirk and feel blessed to be her another first kiss and to have her share this kind of experience with him.

"You did okay" he assures her and places his coat unto her shivering body. Afterwards, he sat back down on the bed and looked at her.

Hanji embraced his coat, despite being smaller than her frame and decided not to wear but to have it cover her body instead because if she do so, it might emphasize his shorter frame and might anger him or what. She smiled lightly and looked back straight to Levi.

"We can't just kiss anytime we want" she tells him with concern in her voice.

"Why not?"

"Because we're friends."

"What do we need to do in order to kiss anytime we want then?" he asked bluntly and sometimes, she can't help but be thankful at his straight forward mouth of his thoughts despite unable to do the same with his feelings.

"Be in a romantic relationship." Levi felt a complete jackass from her answer. Of course, he forgot about that to think of what he had just told her earlier.

"Yeah, like what I told you earlier. So what do you think?" He was worried if she would eventually ask him to stop kissing her again as she might fear him for being disgusting for getting laid to anyone and everyone.

Instead, Hanji gave him a comforting smile and places a hand on his cheek. She caressed it and he leaned into it, wanting to purr like a pussy for the warmth that it brings.

"Can you be in a romantic relationship with me then, Hanji Zoe?" he whispers and kisses the palm that is caressing his cheek. He looked up into her eyes and waited for her to reply.

"You only wanted to be in relationship with me so you can kiss me anytime?" her tone was a bit sad and lowered and he did not liked it. She is thinking the way he doesn't like it now.

"More than that."

"Sex?"

"More than that too." He clicked his tongue in annoyance for not entirely making her feel and realize of what the growing feelings he has for her.

"What is it then?"

"To spend more time with you and you would only spend more time only with me." He explains and Hanji's expression changed right away. I want to take care of you and do everything in the world with you.

She laughed, and he looked away.

"You do sound territorial and selfish Levi" Hanji remarked and held both of her hands to Levi's coat around which almost fell down.

"I'm serious." That got Hanji composed herself and bite her lower lip. Hanji was not able to say anything anymore and stuck her eyes glued on the carpet floor. Realizing that she is not willing, Levi stood up and planned to go out or even go back home instead. As he did so, Hanji grabbed his hand.

"Levi, wait!" Levi turns around with a pained expression written all over his face.

"I did not know you were serious." Levi frowned and looked elsewhere. "Look, I am not completely a professional or very much acquainted with this kind of bond but I don't mind. Maybe we can try and find it out ourselves if it would work?" Her voice changed and sounded full of hope like thinking of a bright idea.

Levi took a while to look at her and she started to feel awkward and decided to remove her hand from holding him when he suddenly had his hand turn to hold hers this time around. "Me too" he tells her and she beamed at him with his words.

"Let's try" he said with a new found spark of hope.

Hanji then stood up and embraced him, and he embraced her back in return. If this is part of their new found relationship, damn he will not do anything to mess it up.

Author's Notes:

It's actually a folklore or a local story here in the Philippines that if butterflies are like your loved ones who passed away and once you see them most especially just after they passed away or I guess when you are thinking about them or near where they usually are or something like that.

Anyway, how about graduations? How do you celebrate them in your own countries?

Also, I decided to keep their band identities hidden like in chuggakkou.

I really, really wanted to update by the end of November but I cannot because of heavy workload. L
