Hazel woke up, her head slightly swimming as she sat up in her bed. She didn't even give her eyes time to open before she sat up. The red-haired princess looked around the room once she was fully awake. It was the normal scenery. The only thing that was different was Frigg. She was sleeping on one of the couches.

Hazel's memory had caught up to her by then, so she figured Frigg must have been up last night. Heidi isn't here. Being reasonable she figured Heidi probably had something to do with it. Ama was supposed to come pick her up.

Hazel yawned before she got out of bed. She didn't want to wake Frigg so she stepped lightly. She had gotten cleaned, dressed, then she got out!. She closed the door silently before going off to the kitchen.

Hazel peaked inside the room before actually walking in. There were not many people there. Geo was awake. Chirpy, or course. Hazel was sure Audrey was awake, but she'd stop by there later. Right now, she had plans.

She nearly inhaled her breakfast before shrugging at her friends that watched her in concern. That was before she swiftly blasted out into the halls. Making sure no one saw her, she ran to a secluded yet open spot in her garden.

Hazel sighed, "This is the perfect place to talk to him." She said, looking around. "But how will I contact him…Heidi is gone." She shook her head.

That was before she had an idea. "Huh...that's wild enough it just might work!" She said before heading back inside.

She ran inside, hoping to find a certain hungover goddess. What Hazel found was better. She found a completely passed out goddess! It was a bad thing that Hazel went through Hecate's things without asking, but it's for the greater good.

Hazel poked around until she had gotten the goddess's phone out. She momentarily took it to Freddie, who has a way with phones and seems to know how to unlock them pretty well. After that, she finally went through Hecate's contacts.

Hazel stopped for a moment as she pondered over something. Text or call… She just figured she'd send him a text.

Hazel blinked before texting him to come as fast as he could. She ran outside knowing he'd probably be arriving in the next few seconds. The princess looked around for anything out of the ordinary.

The very next second was when Hermes decided to make his entrance as he flew in from seemingly nowhere. "Hecate, where is the emergency?!" He said loudly before noticing the passed out goddess and Hazel. "Oh, you just stole her phone." He commented before shrugging.

"That's right," Hazel said blankly. She looked at him. "First thing, there's no emergency. There's just...a situation that I'm helping to clear up. I was hoping you could answer me a question? I'll tell you what I'm doing afterward." She waved that off as if it wasn't important.

"Are you doing a secret mission or something?" Hermes asked with a raised eyebrow.

"Right again," Hazel said with a small smile. "You can call it...detective work." She folded her arms.

Hermes tilted his head. "So...why do you need me again? There's Heidi, Hecate, and sometimes Hades if you catch him in a manageable mood." He said as he flopped in a chair.

Hazel unfolded her arms. "Oh yeah. I would ask them...if I could. What I'm looking into...I'd get nothing but a wild goose chase if I were to ask them. Besides, Hecate is not too honest and I'm asking about Hades."

"Oh...So you are looking into the secret side of things. Like Hades will burn you alive if you find out." Hermes said before grinning widely.

Hazel, not surprised at all by his wording, said, "Pretty much." She blinked a few times as she spoke.

"Cool. So...discuss what you need to know before Hades skins us both alive." Hermes said as he floated off the chair.

Hazel nodded at that before speaking. "Okay. I need to know more about Hades' side of the story during the...incident when Heidi was on the isle." She asked, hoping Hermes would catch on to the wording.

"Gotcha. So do you want the summary or the long story?" Hermes asked while propping his head up with his head as he shifted midair.

Hazel tapped her chin. "...Story." She said, sitting on a chair across from him. "I think we have time." She said with a smile.

The god shrugged at that. "Basically the whole situation started when Heidi ran into the pirate, whose name shall not be mentioned because Hades gets a twitch when hearing it. She just thought he was good looking and dated him...then it just got a bit out of hand, in her father's terms. She had a strong relationship with the pirate that she didn't share with any other man or woman before. So, naturally, when she wound up with the pirate's child, she was all too ready to finally leave her father and be with the pirate. Now, this didn't go over too well with Hades...in fact, he got so mad that he made Hecate speed up everything, drop the kid off anonymously and erase everyone's memory. All because if Heidi left, he would be stuck and his future secured to being trapped on the Isle for his immortal life. She didn't remember anything and nowadays the kid is with their father sailing the seas." Hermes finished up, looking not all that bothered as he checked his phone.

Hazel nodded at that. Unfortunately, everything she had so far added up and it all made perfect sense. "Huh...just a quick random question. Would anyone in Heidi's family...do you know anyone with blonde hair?" She tilted her head. "If you don't it's cool. If you do…" She trailed off, waiting for his response.

"Well, you'll be happy to know that I was doing some research anyway. On Hades side...I think his mother had honey blonde hair and on the mother's side...she had blonde and according to some history books, her parents had blonde hair." Hermes explained with a thoughtful look.

Hazel's eye twitched at that. She shook herself out of it before saying, "Thanks, Hermes. You've been a big help. I was...trying to see which kid out of the existing three was Heidi's. Now...I think I know who she is. The funny part is she practically lives with us." Hazel said, scratching the back of her head.

"Hey, at least it isn't the insane one who tried to get a croc to chomp off his hand," Hermes said with a chuckle and a shrug. "I've seen Heidi and that boy next to each other and...yeah, no resemblance aside from the occasional blue coloring of the eyes in different lighting." He said casually.

Hazel shrugged at that. "Good point. CJ...well...umm...I believe it, but no one else will unless I get visible proof. She looks nothing like Heidi." She chuckled at that. "They would take the crazy guy rather than CJ."

"Well...I could provide you with photo evidence of everyone who does have blonde hair in her family. Not sure why, but the blonde has been skipping generations. Mal's kid ended up with blonde and nobody knows where it came from." Hermes commented while folding his arms.

Hazel tilted her head at that before smiling. "Yeah...that could work…" She tapped her cheek with thought. "It would be perfect to keep me from getting chewed out."

Hermes nodded before he made a small stack of pictures appear. "So we got Hades' mom here, if they ask for a name it's Rhea, then there's Heidi's mom and her parents who were this fairy royalty or something, still doing research, and then there are a few more family members in there with blonde hair such as yours truly." He said, somehow managing to say it all in one breath.

Hazel organized the pictures as if they were fragile before nodding. "Alright!" She glanced at a few. "Yup. These are total blondies. Thanks for the help, Hermes." She placed the pictures in a handbag she was carrying. "You might want to go now before someone gets suspicious," Hazel said before looking about.

"The only people I have to worry about are the ones I ditched for the supposed emergency. Hestia and Vesta turn terrifying when you ditch them in a pile of books." Hermes said blankly as his golden helmet appeared on his head.

Hazel laughed at that. "Good point. I'll see you soon...if I survive through this. One way or another, I will see you in the Underworld. Hopefully, I'll be alive and well." She said jokingly.

"Ah, you'll be fine. The only one in danger is me-you don't have to return to two normally sweet goddesses that are ready to jump attack you. You just have a Hades and a bunch of people...I have two terrifying beasts in disguise." Hermes said as his eye twitched.

Hazel winced at the thought of an angry Vesta. With Hestia that can't be any better. "Well, I wish you luck with your beasts." She smiled and winced at the same time.

"And may the odds be ever in your favor when dealing with cranky Hades. Remember, always redirect him outside if the hair starts flaming, otherwise, you lose the building he's raging out in." Hermes said with a click of his tongue as he began floating a bit higher.

Hazel blinked before nodding at that. "Alright. Thank you, Hermes! Bye!" She said, waving.

Hermes waved back before zipping away and out of the room.

After the god had left, Hazel was about to head back to her room. That's when she remembered. She still had Hecate's phone.

Hazel snuck over to the sloppily resting goddess, sitting her phone down beside her. After that, she ran off to her room. She had a period of time before the rest of the group wakes. Before they wake, she needed her story, the arguments, and the evidence all in order. Not to mention, she really wanted to show Frigg when she wakes up.

Hazel took a deep breath as she stood outside the meeting room. She hated it when she did this. She would stand outside and imagine all of the possible things that could go wrong before she actually does it. Then she would stop and try to calm herself down after hyping herself up. It was a terrible cycle that kept repeating itself.

The sad part is that she's the one who called the meeting. The understandable part was that she was worried about how this would turn out. After a few more minutes of gathering her courage, she opened the door, peeking inside. The group welcomed her warmly as she timidly walked into the room.

"Good afternoon, Hazel," Ara called out to her. "You called us? Would it have anything to do with the mystery?" She asked in excitement.

Hazel looked at all of the group members in the room. Everyone was present. The only people who were absent were Audrey and Heidi. However, they are usually never present at meetings so it was no big deal. "Uhh...yeah…" She stared at them blankly.

Taking note of her timid behavior, Freddie brought out, "You say that like you've found something." She said, tilting her head. That prompted the rest of the group to look at her in interest.

Hazel nervously chuckled, wringing her hands. "Yeah...I've found...something…" Her eyes landed on a bored-looking CJ with her feet propped up on the table.

Hazel took a deep breath.

Triple G smiled at her warmly. "It's okay, Hazel. Whenever you feel ready." He leaned back in his seat.

JR nodded in agreement. "Yeah! It's just us. Besides, whatever you have to say can't be that bad." He said with a matching smile on his face.

Chester tapped the table with his claws, not wanting to be there. Duece was fantasizing and melting. Everyone else...was staring at her. It's okay Hazel. Everything is fine. Just...tell them in a way they understand. Gentle. Tell them...slowly...calmly…

Hazel blinked. "CJ IS HEIDI'S KID!" She blurted out before covering her mouth.

CJ's eyes widened comically.

Uma, who was drinking a beverage at the moment, spat it out...all over Deuce…

Deuce was awakened from his reverie when the cold liquid made contact with his warm fur. "Aww! That ain't right!" He said with a frown.

Freddie, ignoring both of them, shook her head. "You can't be serious! You're not joking!"

JR looked at her in shock. "You have to be joking!"

"Impossible!" Chester yelled out in surprise.

Ara stood up at that, shock all over her face. "...Can you prove this?" She looked at Hazel with a head tilt.

Hazel stumbled over her words a bit before saying, "H-Heidi came t-to my room last n-night and w-we were talking-a-and Mum-Frigg used her...mother powers. S-she told me that H-H-Heidi had a-kid. S-something about birth being sped up. Then I stole H-H-Hecate's phone-"

Freddie nodded at that with a smirk. "I remember that."

"F-F-F-reddie hacked into it f-for me-I called Hermes. He confirmed everything! Heidi's dad forced Hecate to-to-to erase Heidi's and Hook's memory and drop the kid off!" Hazel took a moment to catch her breath.

CJ, now standing, shook her head. "How does this relate to me!?"

JR nodded at that. "CJ looks nothing like Heidi! There's no way she could be Heidi's kid." He said, shaking his head as well. "Heidi's hair is blue. Hades' hair is blue! CJ would be blue too, or black…"

Hazel looked at them in mild annoyance as she still tried to process her thoughts. She grabbed at her handbag. "These are all of the blondes in Heidi's family. This includes Hades' mother as well." She placed the pictures down like a deck of cards. "Like Hermes told me, apparently the blonde skips a generation. Mal's kid has blonde hair. No one knows where it came from."

Deuce looked over the pictures with amazement. "W-w-what..?" He tilted his head with a smile. "...This...actually makes sense."

The rest of the group were dumbfounded at this. Everything seemed...accurate. The timing, the explanations, the pictures...everything!

Chester picked up a picture and shook his head. "I can't believe it. Everything seems...right." He admitted in complete shock.

CJ's eyes cut at him. "You guys aren't believing this, are you? This is crazy! Completely stupid!" She folded her arms. "If Heidi is my mom, then how are there two of me and one of her!?" She snapped, looking around at each of them.

Hazel looked to the side before shrugging. The rest of the groups had similar reactions.

"See?" CJ said with a dry chuckle. "You don't know. I bet nobody knows. Even those other stuffy gods and goddesses." She said, rolling her eyes.

Ara eyed CJ. "I'm sure there is an explanation-"

CJ cut her off saying, "I'll give you one. Even if Heidi is a mom, she's not my mom." She said sternly. "I'm just stating facts. Ara, I'm not like you." She huffed. "All this means is that the other CJ got lucky."

Ara, now knowing what this was about, said, "Ah, CJ…" She stepped up closer to the obviously angry woman.

CJ held up her hand, now glowing with glowing energy. "No! Don't, ah CJ, me!" She said with a stomp that made the ground vibrate for a few seconds. "Leave me alone!" She said before zipping through the wall, leaving them behind before they could even see that she left.

All Ara knows is that CJ was standing there before she blinked. After she blinked, she was gone. Where she stood a golden trail was left behind and was gradually fading. "CJ-ugh! Oh great." She said, rubbing her temples.

Hazel sighed heavily before gathering up all of the photos. "I had a feeling this would happen." She said, shaking her head.

Ara turned to her sister and patted her on the head. "It's not your fault, Hazel. She would have acted like this even if we had waited." She laced her fingers together. "She deserved to know."

Triple G frowned a bit. "CJ looked pretty upset. Is there anything we could do to make her feel better?" He asked with concern.

George patted Triple G on the back and shook his head. The taller man wore his own frown on his face.

Uma sighed at that. "Yeah. George is right. The girl seems like she needs some space." She said with a couple of nods of her head.

Hazel grew a small smile at that. "She deserves her space. Let's give it to her."

While the group nodded, accepting what Hazel had told them despite their own thoughts. CJ was outside of the meeting room the whole time. Her arms were folded as she used her acute hearing to listen in to their conversation effortlessly. Her brown eyes glistened with tears. When they threatened to fall, she blasted off to her room.

8888888

Hazel, making sure a certain pregnant goddess wasn't around, snuck back to her room with a deep frown on her face. She wanted to think the situation was her fault or avoidable, but it really wasn't. Once that case was cracked open, there was no going back. No one expected that ending. No one expected CJ to be the one either...or...CJ.

Hazel sighed before entering her room. She sloppily closed the door before flopping on the bed. After that, she practically rolled herself up like a burrito. Of course, she had forgotten that Frigg was there. Her mind was so full of things that she forgot about her.

Frigg glanced up and did a double-take before blinking. "Oh, Hazel, you have returned. Sorry, I was speaking with Amaterasu...she's going to be bringing back poor Heidi soon and I want to keep in contact." She said with an innocent smile.

Hazel sighed from inside the blankets. "When she does come back, she'd better not leave this room." She said before stretching with a miserable expression.

"If it helps, Amaterasu claims that Heidi said that she isn't leaving a blanket at the moment. Amaterasu regrets taking her to her house instead of a restaurant." Frigg said with a soft sigh, concern in her eyes.

Hazel blinked with the same expression, looking at the ceiling. "If she comes back, I'm all for it." She said, waving her hand in the air.

Frigg looked at her phone as it dinged. "Well...now it says that she is giving up and hauling Heidi back with the blanket...It appears as though she failed to separate the Heidi from the blanket." She said with a head tilt.

Hazel looked at Frigg questionably before shaking her head. "Interesting...well, time to get back to moping. Because I am pretty sure we've, once again, ruined everything." She turns over and covers her eye with her arm.

Before Frigg could respond, Amaterasu appeared and shook her head. "If you must mope...can you mope with her? Let's just say she asked more than what she needed to ask...I advised her from straying from the topic." She said, mumbling the last part to herself as she carried the blanket cocooned Heidi.

Hazel glanced at them. "I'm not experienced in community moping. It usually ends up putting twice the amount of stress on me." She said before laying face down on her pillow.

"Trust me when I say she isn't going to be speaking much. The most she's done is shiver, shake, and try to become one with this blanket." She said with a deadpan, obviously exasperated at the blanket part.

"I don't talk much either," Hazel said before burying herself in a blanket.

"Can you at least burrow in silence while providing her body heat so that she may let me have my blanket back?" Ama asked, her eyes halved as she began walking over.

There was an audible sigh from the blanket. Hazel poked her head out with an expression of annoyance. "...Fine."

Ama practically dumped the shivering blanket-wrapped goddess on the bed before shaking her head. "Heidi, I'm getting my blanket back, it is not yours to keep." She said, not surprised by the lack of response before she sighed and teleported away.

Hazel, on the other hand, seemed mildly aggravated by the closeness of the other goddess. Rather than saying anything, she buried herself in her blanket and stared through the cave-like hole that was there.

Frigg stared back at her and folded her arms. "So I suppose neither of you are going to speak?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.

Hazel folded her arms. She was pretty determined not to speak at the moment. She...just didn't feel like it.

"If you speak I will step out and do whatever you wish. Whether it be making food that would even shut up my son, or running around doing personal errands, I shall do it. All you must do is speak about what has happened." Frigg said while raising her brow even higher.

"I don't want to be a part of that anymore," Hazel responded in a pouting manner, still not moving from her blanket cave.

"If you stay quiet, you shall forever have a part in it. Speaking about it will allow you to properly leave it." Frigg commented with a head tilt.

Hazel sighed at that. "...Fine." She uncovered her head just a bit.

"Good. Once you have cleared your mind, I shall do whatever you wish...just make sure you keep an eye on her." Frigg said while subtly pointing to the clearly shaking person on the bed.

"Umm…" Hazel said before looking at Heidi. "Okay."

"Amaterasu gave me updates and she is...not good," Frigg explained while averting her eyes.

"What can I do?" Hazel tilted her head. "If Ama spoke to her and she's shaking, how much more so will she be like that with me?" She looked at the shaking blanket cautiously.

"Amaterasu was not layering the truth with any of her answers as Heidi instructed her to do so. It ended up backfiring when she started asking more...and more. Amaterasu was not seen as the friend then, but the person who spoke each and every truth that had been hidden from her." Frigg said as she grabbed a blanket and covered her lap with it.

Hazel shrugged at that. "Well...I'll talk. I don't think I'll be much help, but I'll see." She said, looking down.

"You are not Amaterasu and that means that she may give you a chance," Frigg said with a head tilt.

"I guess." Hazel looked at the blanket. "Did you want me to talk to her now?"

"Either now, or after you speak will work. The main difference is my presence." Frigg said while looking at her phone.

Hazel shrugged at that before looking at the shivering blanket. Hazel took a moment to pat the blanket on the back before slightly lifting the part where Heidi's eyes were. "Hey. It's alright." She released the blanket and went back to patting the goddess up.

Heidi merely responded with a shake of her head and tried to bury herself even deeper.

Hazel sighed. "Okay, first thing I have to say is that this is completely our fault. The plan we made last week was to draw each other together...and now we have this. I'm sorry." She said as she looked down. "Yeah. It's not too great on our end either. There have been a couple of spats lately. I worry we won't have a group anymore if these continue." She twiddled her thumbs. Shaking her head, she said, "Don't stress about the guys though. They'll be fine."

Heidi sighed at that and unburied herself a bit. "I'm not leaving…" She mumbled with a sniff.

Hazel seemed surprised at the fact that she spoke and what she had said. She looked at her with a raised eyebrow. "...You're not? I mean...I wouldn't be shocked if you wanted to leave."

"There is nowhere to go anyway...It's either stay here or see dad." Heidi said while burying her head into a pillow.

Hazel dryly chuckled. "I want to leave and I live here. Now that's nowhere to go." She said, getting comfortable.

"At least your family relative isn't playing tyrant in your world. I can't even escape to Asgard." Heidi said with a sniff. "I'm only allowed here...or Hell."

Hazel nodded at that. "Well, whatever you do, I won't judge. After a while, you do need a break from all…" she waved her hand around. "This."

"This is my break. Hiding under the blanket I stole because it smells good." Heidi said while shaking her head.

Hazel nodded in understanding before saying, "I understand. I'll try to make your break more comfortable, but it's hard to do that when someone is glaring at you left and right." She shook her head. "This might not be encouraging, but I'm pretty sure CJ hates you now." Haze rolled over onto her stomach.

"I told you, I'm not leaving. Not leaving this room, this blanket...you'll have to carry me out." Heidi said as she turned her head away.

Hazel shook her head. "I'm not carrying you out. Number one, I'd be throwing you to a very hungry lion. Number two, you're not leaving for a reason and I respect that. I'm not really going to go leave either so…" She shook her head.

"The lion wouldn't find somebody dead for this long to be appetizing anyway...But I'm not gonna leave if it means running into somebody that's either going to hate me or going to lie to me." Heidi said with a sigh.

Hazel shrugged at that before curling into her own blanket. "Then don't leave. We're going to have to meet again eventually. I don't know if anyone will be able to talk her down. She gets really upset about this kind of stuff."

"Is it really necessary then? It'd only make things worse…" Heidi mumbled with a pout.

Hazel glanced at her. "You don't have to say anything to her."

"No...but seeing my face is enough," Heidi said while shaking her head.

Hazel blinked before saying, "CJ is strong. She'll be fine. Of course, that means she is nearly impossible to reason with, but she'll be alright with time."

Heidi sighed and sunk deeper into her blanket. "If you say so...I'm just going to...remain within this blanket, though." She said while closing her eyes.

Hazel nodded at that. "Sure. I've got some stuff to think about anyway." She said, staring into space.

Heidi gave her a nod before curling up, clearly attempting to fall asleep.

CJ spent the last few hours glaring a hole through the ceiling. The way she felt if she were to touch something it would disintegrate. She glowed with yellow energy. Her powers displayed themselves as a collection of mini glowing small squares, floating around her like glitter. Touching something would not be smart...unless she wanted to turn it into dust.

CJ's ability to utilize kinetic energy makes tearing things to shreds pretty easy. She could break through things, blow things up, or even turn things to crust with a simple touch. That's only a few of her bells and whistles. Those don't include her ability to control sound and vibrations. Those three are one heck of a combo.

CJ was very sure the only reason she didn't get questioned about them was because a certain goddess of the universe's mind was elsewhere. Either that or Ama was too busy trying to get away from a goo-goo eyed CJ. All of that to say, CJ got lucky.

CJ had a pretty vast array of how she could use these powers. She had her favorites. Her first favorite power was the ability to grant kinetic energy to any still item or even a person. Her second favorite had to be the power to take away the energy and freeze anything in its tracks. The third had to be the incredible and radical speed she had gained from the combination of kinetic energy and sound.

That had to be her most used power. Coincidentally, that was going to be her power she used to escape.

There was no way she could stay in the same place as...that goddess. Not after what she just found out. This all felt like a cruel joke. The very thought lit CJ up with a burning rage. So, she found it better to just remove herself from the situation. She would go home, stay there, wait until her friends are ready to go to that castle thing, then return her powers when that universe goddess came back. CJ has officially had it and she wants to throw in the towel.

She gets up, giving the ceiling a break. The pirate is pretty glad these powers didn't come with laser vision. If they did, her ceiling would have holes in it.

CJ didn't wait for any second thoughts to manifest. She was ready to leave and she had made up her mind.

To pass through the wall, she used her powers, just as she had been practicing, and vibrated her own molecules. That caused her to step through the wall with ease. After she did that and the evening sun was shining down upon her skin, still glowing, she took out in the direction towards home.

The only problem was it wasn't a second later before she bumped into something. It knocked her back quite a bit. In fact, it knocked her on her bottom.

She angrily rubbed her head. "Oww…" That's when she glared at what appeared to be a man with winged shoes. "Watch it, Pal." She snapped as she stood and dusted herself off.

The man stared at her before chuckling. "The person who bumped into me going whatever miles per hour you were going...tells me to watch it? Ah, that's a riot." He said before folding his arms. "Kids with no way of seeing what's in front of you while going extremely fast shouldn't be...exactly what you were doing." He said while waving his hand a bit.

"Yeah...I don't care." CJ said in a deadpan. "I have a penthouse with a nice warm bed to get to." She said before walking around him.

The man casually reappeared in front of her and floated a bit before promptly stopping her by laying a hand on her head. "Uh-uh. See, normally I'd just let this go but I have been getting a ton of complaints saying that I've been speeding and causing trouble. Come to think of it-they may be in fact referring to you. If that is the case, then I have no choice than to put you on house arrest at your last known place of residency...which I highly doubt is that penthouse you are speaking of if you are running to it." He said with a look in his eyes that said he knew something was up.

CJ looked back at Jupiter's house before squinting her eyes at him. "What!? I don't live here! My friend does. She just lets me stay there!" Then she growled before saying, "And I, Duck Shoes, am filthy rich and famous! I live in a penthouse! I have my own fan page! All of my social media follower count is in the millions!" She shouted before folding her arms.

He smirked at that and chuckled. "Name's Hermes, messenger god for the greek pantheon for a couple thousand years. I am rich beyond belief, famous enough to be in history books. I live in Olympus which is considered paradise by many. I invented the internet which your fan page dwells on. And people actually sit and worship a statue of me for...their own good." Hermes said back with a devious look in his eyes. "I have so many titles to my name that there is a Fan Wiki to just go over them all and what they stand for."

CJ nodded at that before saying, "...Wow. I've finally found someone who ruined my view of the internet. Turns out, it was a guy who those creepy statues are for and should live in a museum." She shook her head before trying to get around him again.

Hermes snapped his fingers, making a golden pair of handcuffs appear. He put one on his wrist and the other on hers before grinning. "And I found a brat that is somehow whinier than all of Olympus, and this is coming from the man whose father has week-long temper tantrums." He said before walking in the opposite direction as he began to drag her as well.

"Hey! What do you think you're doing, moron!?" She growled as she kept trying to toward her home. "My! House! Is! That way!"

"Your 'house' may be that way, but you haven't been there for a while. The place you were staying at before you tried to run is where I'm heading. You are going there too unless you can break a pair of Hephaestus's unbreakable handcuffs. Let's just say he tested them out and the last person struggled for a week." Hermes said with a chuckle.

CJ audibly growled as her eyes changed to a yellow hue. She took a deep breath, causing her eyes to go back to normal. "...This day can't possibly get any worse."

"It only gets worse if you try to do something," Hermes commented with a shrug.

"SHUT UP!" CJ snapped at him for responding. "It's official...I hate deities."

"Huh, that makes you the fifth person to tell me to shut up. Like I told the four others, I don't shut up. Not once since the day I was born." Hermes said matter of factly as he made his way inside at a surprisingly fast rate.

CJ was still pulling the opposite direction while he was dragging her. She could care less. What she did do was mock him the whole time he was responding. "Yeah, whatever." She said with a roll of her eyes.

Once Hermes made it to his destination and slipped a note to very confused Nike, he began dragging CJ elsewhere. "So, unless you want me to chain you to a pole, point me where you want me to chain you. Otherwise, it's a pole and I doubt you want the pole." He said with a shrug.

"What do you think I am, a dog?!" CJ snapped. "I have a room, genius, and I doubt I'll leave it." She said in a growl.

"Well, you are more bark than bite and the moment so…" Hermes trailed off with a smirk.

CJ dryly chuckled at that. "Don't test me." She said in a deadpan.

"Oh, as much as I would really enjoy you trying to work on a bite, I already have Hades for the bite type of dog. Stay like the bark type so I can keep the types straight." Hermes said with a shrug as he looked around. "Also, if you want your room, I'd point in the direction. Otherwise, it is a random room for you."

"Walk straight. Make a left. Make a right." CJ said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.

"Told you that this was the residence…" Hermes said before he sped up until he reached the supposed room.

CJ was all too happy to hold up a certain finger at his response. She allowed him to pretty much drag her to the room before saying, "I'm here. Go away now."

Hermes took his sweet time to undo the handcuff on him before tilting his head at her. "...Leave it on or chain the door?" He said to himself while muttering something involving Hades under his breath as he rubbed his chin.

"For the love of…" CJ took another deep breath. This time the yellow color of her eyes didn't leave so easily.

"What? It's important to know. It's not like I can just trust that you're not gonna leave." Hermes said pointedly while shaking his head.

CJ used her spare hand to pinch the bridge of her nose. "I don't care. The only thing I want you to do is make a decision so you could get the hell out of here!" She growled.

Hermes didn't appear phased by that as he nodded to himself before grinning. "Oh! We can use one of those ankle monitors!" The god snapped his fingers before making the handcuffs disappear and an ankle monitor to appear on her ankle. "Does that work? I think it works and it can pop up on my phone if you try and leave."

CJ answered with a simple, "Bite me." In a deadpan.

"That's the Hades response and my response to that is...I'm definitely chaining the door and giving the key away." Hermes deadpanned back before zipping away to go do that.

CJ scoffed at that. "Well...at least I don't have to worry about any visitors." She said before flopping down on one of her sofas with her arms folded.
