"Ohhh!" Principal Slimovitz comments in his office. Randy and Howard are sitting in front of him with hopeful smiles. Both of them have proper posture. He had asked them yesterday to visit his office, while they were waiting for Amy to get out of track practice. They didn't know why they were here, but Howard was panicking on the inside.
"Mmmmm?" Randy hums, nodding along with him.
"Mmm-hmm," Slimovitz raises a brow.
"Hehhhh."
"Oooohhh!"
"Ho-ho-ha!" Howard chortles a little.
"Yep-ep-ep-ep-ep."
"Eh-he-eh-eh!" Randy beams widely.
Slimovitz gasps sharply at the clipboard in front of him. He's about to speak up when Howard interrupts him.
"Hold on! We're not ready!" Howard protests, leaning forward and grabbing the mic. "Amelia Lynne Smith to the principal's office!" Randy narrows his eyes in annoyance and pulls him back to his chair. He chuckles nervously. "P-Slims, you're looking Bruce. You join a gym?"
A knock is heard from the door. "Come in!" Principal Slimovitz calls out and Amy steps in, rushing inside the room immediately.
"What's going on? What happened, guys?" She looks at the two.
"Smith!" Howard looks happy to see her, standing up and hugging the girl. Her eyes widen as she feels weird. "Look, Principal Slimovitz, it's our best friend Amy who loves us and sees the value in us as people. Right Amy? Tell the nice man."
He grins widely at the principal, hoping that with Amy here, he'd go easy on them. He thinks that it's bad news and that they're in trouble. Maybe with Amy in the room, he would let them go. She is after all the school president.
"And tell him what?" Randy raises a brow at his friend.
"I sent her a text!" Howard gestures to the girl, who blinks in realization.
"Oh, right," She pulls out her phone from her bag, pushing the boy away from her. "Howard Weinerman did nothing wrong," She gives him a deadpan look at the boy for not mentioning Randy's name...
"Oh, does that say my name? I didn't have enough time to finish," Howard smiles sheepishly at the looks he's getting from her and Randy himself.
"Sure you didn't..." Randy replies in annoyance.
"He didn't do the thing you're mad about. He's not that kind of...boy diggity," Amy has a baffled look at that last word, looking up at Howard.
"Boy!"
"Well, you wrote boy diggity!" Amy hisses at him quietly.
"Congratulations! Your GPAs are up to 90 percent, boy diggities!" Principal Slimovitz smiles to the two, earning a wide-eyed look from Amy. Her jaw doesn't wanna connect as her mouth drops open.
"Hurray!"
"Yeah!"
The two boys cheer, Randy spinning around Amy into a hug. "Your intelligence has finally rubbed off on us!"
"Oh wait, my mistake. Your GPAs are down to 06 percent!" The principal turns around the paper and Amy snaps out of it, wincing. The two are probably not even trying anymore with their grades if their GPA is that low. "And you know what the problem is?"
"Underpaid teachers?" Randy assumes as they're not answering the obvious reason.
"Overcrowded classrooms?"
"It's you two!" Principal Slimovitz points at them both and Amy wonders if she should even still be here for this. "You're a terrible influence on each other! It's a wonder that Amelia isn't influenced by you both. And I'm afraid there's only one solution."
"Better paid teachers?" Randy asks again.
"Smaller class sizes?"
"I'm separating you both for the rest of high school," The principal reveals to them. All three of them gasp at that answer.
"What?! No honkin' way!" Randy protests after a few seconds.
"With all due respect, that's crazy, Principal Slimovitz! That's not usually how that problem works," Amy defends the two, crossing her arms as she stands between them. "What you should do is give both of them a tutor, or get an opinion from their teachers. But putting them in separate classes for the rest of high school is a bit excessive."
"She's right!" Howard crawls onto the desk, getting into the principal's face. "How dare you split us up? Bureaucrat! Hatchet man!" He grabs the mug nearby. "World's Greatest Principal? In your dreams!" He then throws the thing and it breaks into pieces when it touches the wall.
"Howard!" Amy hisses, pulling him back into his chair.
"You didn't let me finish," Principal Slimovitz holds up his hands nervously. "I'm separating you unless you pass your English test tomorrow."
"How dare you!" Howard screams at him again.
"No, Howard, he's saying if we study hard and pass the test, we can stay together!" Randy explains to him, but he still has that glare on his face.
"How...dare...you!"
"Oh my god," Amy mutters at this, rubbing a temple.
"I'll explain it to him," Randy whispers to the principal, backing away to the hall. "We're very appreciative for the second chance."
"And you know, what Amelia suggested has given me a better idea!" The man rubs his chin. "From what I can recall, you and Katherine Drake have an A in English right now. So you two will be tutoring them. And if they both fail, ALL of you will be separated for the rest of high school."
"What? I...I don't think that's such a good-"
"Nonsense!" Principal Slimovitz waves her off. "They could learn something from you two."
"Okay..." Amy sighs in defeat, walking off. Howard comes back, pointing at the principal threateningly before the two pull him away.
Kat, Amy, Howard, and Randy are in Randy's room. Both girls have the testing material template on his table, sitting on the floor. Howard keeps giving quick glances to Kat, pretending not to be obvious about it. Amy just shakes her head in amusement.
"So, what's the test on?" Randy asks, kneeling from the opposite side of the table.
"Well, it's on the epic poem, The Prophecy of Hat Sword," Kat explains as Amy takes out her copy of the giant book. She struggles to hold it and Randy offers to take it from her. She does so, but he can't even put it on the table, falling into a heap with the two.
"Boooooosh! There's no way we can read all this!" Randy gestures to the book. "The test is on this WHOLE book?" He stands up, helping up the girls.
"If you ever paid attention in English, then you'd know that our English teacher likes testing us on books that require us to fully read them," Amy crosses her arms. "But usually on our book reports, you ask me to help you write them."
"Relax, guys, I got it," Howard speaks up from the couch. He holds up the audio book version and Amy shakes her head.
"I wouldn't if I were you."
Howard puts it in anyway and plays the tape. "Ahoy. I'm legendary movie star and 14th century poetry aficionado Brock Octane. And this is The Prophecy of Hat Sword. T'wen cauldrons boil, the dead shall walk..." Already the two boys feel like they're about to fall asleep listening to it. "The blue beast decides its due. The silent shall speak, foule aireth reek, when prophecies come true."
Amy rolls her eyes at her boyfriend's closed ones. Howard groans in frustration. "How long is this thing?" He slams the table, waking Randy up. Howard takes the tape and looks at the back. "Seven hundred hours?! Even the easy way is hard! We're totally cheesed!"
"Who gets an audio tape without looking at the hours?" Amy asks with a blank look. "Anyway, the only way you're gonna stay together until we graduate is by reading the book."
"Which is why we made a bunch of notes for you to study-"
The two boys snatch the notes before Kat could finish her sentence, but they get bored within the first sentence.
"These notes are boriiiing!" Randy complains and the two girls look slightly frustrated with them.
"We could try maybe testing you after you read each chapter-"
"Dumb!"
"We could give you notes on what the test covers-"
"Wonk!"
"Or we could-"
"Boo!"
"We didn't even finish the suggestion on that one!" Amy exclaims to them in disbelief. "Guys, this affects us as much as you two, you gotta put in the effort."
"Or do we?" Randy grins widely at Howard and Amy. He then flinches as he remembers that Kat is in the room. "H-Hey, Kat, don't you have to use the bath-"
"You know, you don't have to humor me. Just take out your Ninja Nomicon," She responds casually, shocking all three of them.
"W-What?! We don't...know what you're talking about," Amy sweats nervously. Kat raises a brow, reaching into Randy's bag and pulling out his Ninja Nomicon.
"That is my...diary!" Randy lies through his teeth.
"I know that it's not. And it's got the Ninja's symbol on it," Kat crosses her arms and the two sigh in defeat.
"Fine...yeah, we're the Ninja and Kunoichi, but you can't tell anyone," Amy warns her.
"I have no one to tell, trust me."
"How long have you known?" Howard asks the girl.
"Oh, a while!" Kat answers confidently. "It was easy and obvious. You guys disappear, the Ninja and Kunoichi show up. Then they leave and you guys come back. You probably didn't know who you were for at least a few months."
Amy flinches as Randy rubs his neck, the girl feeling a bit embarrassed. "Well...yeah..."
"And I was never really fooled when they showed up and you two were there either."
Randy facepalms as Amy pinches her nose. Now they have not one, but two other people who know who they are...
Amy takes out her Kunoichi Nomicon. "Oh great, even boring-er books," Howard complains at this.
They open up the Nomicons, falling backwards onto the floor. The two fall into a heap in a library, surrounded by shelves full of books.
"That really needs to stop happening," Amy mutters as the two stand up.
"I don't want to be overdramatic, Nomicon, but the future of me and Howard's entire friendship is at stake. And my relationship with Ames too! Whaddya got?"
A book flies past them, then followed by several others. They have to duck their heads before looking up to see the advice in the shelves.
"Uh, the answer is in the book? Yeah, why do you think I came in here? To find the answer! Ya-baba!" They get hit from behind with books, vloomping them out.
Howard is playing on his McFist Pad when the two sit up. "Um," Howard sits up. "I'm studying! Ah, no, I'm not." Kat rolls her eyes at him. "What'd the Nomicons say?"
"The answer is in the book. But it totally wasn't," Randy looks away in dismay. "...Unless I was looking in the wrong book," He places the Prophecy of Hat Sword on the table. He opens it up and sees a picture of a witch with a cauldron. "Cauldrons boil...Dead walk...Silent speak...the prophecy of the blue beast...Prophecy? I think Nomicon was telling us to use a prophecy...to scare Slimovitz...into not splitting us up!"
The two girls blink at him before they burst into laughter, holding their stomachs. Randy pouts at them.
"That makes zero sense," Howard seems to agree with them.
"It makes 100 senses! Think about it...Ames and I PJ out, sneak into his room and tell him there's a Ninja prophecy that says he can't split us up."
"Yes! He's gotta believe the Ninja and Kunoichi!" Howard gestures to the two. "Plus, I don't have anything else."
"Nope, I'm out. It's not worth it," Amy shakes her head once she stops laughing. "Even if he did believe us, the fact that there would be a prophecy specifically stating not to split us up is really grasping straws," She crosses her arms and Kat hums in agreement, jerking a thumb to the girl.
"Fine! I'll just do it on my own," Randy frowns at her.
So he sneaks into Slimovitz's house later that night as the Ninja. "Irving..." Randy calls out to him and he lifts up his eye mask. "Irving..."
He gasps sharply before seeing the Ninja standing on his bed. "Ninja?! In my bedroom? Ahhh! Carl, the Ninja's here!" He turns to his sleeping cat, who lifts up his own eye mask.
"You cannot split up those boys and girls, I believe their names are Randy, Howard, Amelia...and Kat, is it? Is that her name? I don't know."
"Why do you care?" Slimovitz raises a brow skeptically.
"Because of the ancient Ninja prophecy!"
"There's a prophecy about them?!" Slimovitz asks in surprise.
"Shh!" Ninja shushes him. "Just listen!" He clears his throat. "Beware the four signs that herald the coming of the Blue Beast: Cauldrons shall boil. The dead shall walk. The silent shall speak. And Randy, Howard, Amelia, and Kat shall be separated. This cannot come to pass!"
"Wow, that is a scary prophecy," Slimovitz agrees with him.
"Yes!" Ninja whispers in victory, thinking that it worked.
"If you believe in prophecies, which I don't."
Ninja groans at this. "I mean, one time a fortune teller told me I'd end up sad and alone!" He chuckles at the idea, but then finds that Ninja has left. "Ninja? Ninja? Carl, Ninja left," He turns to his cat, who has disappeared as well. "Carl? Where'd you go?"
"He didn't buy it?!" Howard asks in surprise the next day at lunch. "I didn't study because you said he'd buy it!"
"That's not why you didn't study," Randy points out.
"...No, it's not. Cunningham, there's only one thing to do."
"Study? The girls are still willing to help us," He glances over his shoulder as Amy and Kat are sitting together, talking.
"No! Make him buy it!"
Randy chuckles at the suggestion. "Uh, yeah, great idea. I'll just make all the stuff in our totally fake prophecy come true. You seen any cauldrons lately?"
"Mm-hmm," Howard points up ahead to the chili pot.
"...Technically, that's a vat, but whatever," Randy digs into his mask to get a hot ball.
"Uhh, what are they doing?" Kat looks past Amy in confusion and the girl turns around to see Randy near the vat.
"Something stupid no doubt," Amy sighs, facepalming at him.
"Ninja Hot Ball," He tosses it into the vat, which starts to bubble.
"Wow! Look at that cauldron boil," Howard comments to Slimovitz, who stands in line with a smile. "I wonder what it means...?"
"It means Mrs. Dempsey knows just how I like my chili!" Slimovitz smiles as it's placed on his plate. He walks away, but then the chili seeps right through the tray, landing on the floor. "Ah! My bowl!"
"Don't worry," Randy leans in towards a worried Howard. "The dead shall walk. Remember?"
In her classroom, Mrs. Driscoll is writing something when Jerry moves behind her seemingly on his own. She doesn't look back and goes back to what she's doing. Principal Slimovitz whistles as he's walking in the halls, only for the lights to go out. Randy turns on a flashlight, pointing it at the approaching Howard.
"Ah! Ah! The dead are walking!" Howard is tied to Jerry to make him walk, and then he drags the skeleton away.
"More like running," Slimovitz calls out. "Which Jerry Driscoll knows full well is against the rules!"
Randy facepalms at this, turning around to Howard. He makes Jerry give him two thumbs down.
Then they're in the library, Kat and Amy sitting with Randy, Cynthia, Stevens, and another boy. Slimovitz takes a book from the shelf.
"You call this a Cat Section?! Pa-thetic!"
Randy had asked to join a final study session of the English test with the girls. Amy thought it was weird since he wasn't interested in studying before, and he directly asked her who would be in the group. It wasn't until she said Stevens' name that he said he wanted to be there. She just chalked it up to the fact that Stevens would be there, and his reputation is well-known at this point.
Randy dives underneath the table and Amy raises a brow at him.
"Sorry, Stevens, but I need the silent to speak," He takes out an Electric Ball, and then puts it into Stevens' sock. An explosion occurs and Stevens actually speaks...but it's tuned out by trumpet playing. He hops around in pain, throwing a chair even. The two girls have their mouths wide open at him, shocked that he even spoke.
"Wow. First words I ever hear out of your mouth, and they are for mature audiences only!" Slimovitz gasps as he realizes something. "Wait a second...the silent shall speak! The dead shall walk! The cauldrons shall boil! I never used to believe in prophecies...until this very second! I've been so blind! The Blue Beast will come! Unless...the fourth sign! Randy, Amy, Kat, and Howard!" He runs off screaming.
"Together forever, starting now," Randy fist-bumps Howard, and the two girls walk up to them.
"So, instead of actually studying, you really decided to scare him into letting you stay together," Amy crosses her arms in disapproval.
"It worked, didn't it?" Randy asks, hands behind his back.
"You know, you're still gonna have to take the test, prophecy or not," Kat points out, earning two wide-eyed looks from the boys.
"Students! Blue Beast!" Slimovitz runs into the hall in a panic.
"Principal Slimovitz, the zipper's stuck on my knapsack!" Doug is pulling on the zipper when the principal walks up to him, grabs it, and then throws it out the window.
"It's not always about you, Doug!" Slimovitz storms off just as the four are walking in the hall in front of him.
"But my knapsack!"
"Students!" Slimovitz stops them. "We need to talk! Now!"
"Oh, sorry Principal Slimovitz, we'd love to stay and talk, but the four of us have to go take our big English test," Randy replies innocently, the two girls rolling their eyes.
"You know, the one that determines if we all stay together or get...separated?" Howard asks slowly.
"Even though clearly, two of us already studied and we'd get an A regardless," Amy deadpans, gesturing to her and Kat.
"We wouldn't even have to try..."
Principal Slimovitz screams in horror upon hearing this, stopping the four in their tracks. "No! You are not taking that test!"
"So you're not splitting us up?" Randy asks, the two boys feeling victorious.
"Nuh-uh! We can't risk it, what with a Blue Beast lurking around every corner! He's only one sign away!"
He grabs all of them so that they can run down a very long staircase in the school. They stop about halfway through to catch their breaths and they continue. They stop again, as they weren't even there yet.
"How long is this staircase?!"
They finally reach a door and Howard opens it. They could literally hear the insects in the dark room.
"What is this place...?" Randy glances around in confusion, as none of them had ever seen it before.
"The Gifted and Talented classroom. Ah! We haven't used it in years." The single lightbulb turns on to reveal a run-down classroom. Kat gasps a bit in awe.
"If it's the Gifted and Talented classroom, then why isn't Ames here?" Randy smirks a bit and she scoffs.
"You kiddin'? I've heard the legends about this room, that's why I try to get at least one bad grade a semester. It's creepy down here. And there are some things that I can't actually do."
Though the creepy factor is why Kat wouldn't mind staying down here.
"Uhh...how long we stayin' in here?" Howard turns around to the principal.
"Forever!" He answers in a creepy voice and Amy pants heavily in fear. "I'll bring you all your meals. You can make beds out of those waterlogged calculus books." They cringe at the state of the books. "Think of it like home schooling, but at school!"
"B-but we have homes and families!" Amy protests at this.
"And our own lives!" Kat adds in. This place is right up her alley, but she wouldn't stay in here forever.
"The Blue Beast would never set foot in here! For the prophecy to be unfilled, you four have to be together at all times!"
"Uh...yeah...I gotta use the bathroom. But—but I'll definitely come right back without running away," Howard tries to make a break for it and fails.
"Oh no!" Slimovitz grabs him by the hair, pushing him back. "I'll see if Sundown has an extra bucket. Don't do anywhere."
"Principal Slimovitz-"
He cuts Amy off by closing the door.
"Your stupid prophecy worked too good!" Howard berates Randy, who tries to open the door, but it's locked.
"I believe you mean our stupid prophecy," Randy corrects him.
"It was your idea. I didn't have anything, remember?" The shorter boy argues back.
"You never have anything. I made up the prophecy, I made the prophecy come true, I even snuck into Slimovitz' bedroom!"
"What? Weird..." Amy comments at him.
"What I'm hearing is: this is all your fault! And so is everything else bad that happens to us," Howard accuses him, the girls getting more annoyed by the second.
"What about the time you told your sister I was the Kunoichi? Or the time you told her that you knew who the Ninja was? Or the time you convinced Ran that taking Whoopee away from Whoopee World was the best solution? Not to mention you still went along with the plan away by making Jerry walk!"
"That's totally-"
"YOUR fault, Howard," Amy points at his chest. "So don't go thinking that you're completely innocent either, because your track record is just as bad! What you should've done was study like we were trying to help you do in the first place!"
"But HE'S the one who started it all," Howard points at Randy.
"Excuse me for trying to keep us from getting split up!"
"I wish we were split up," Howard argues back.
"Ah! Then allow me to make your wish come true," He takes out his mask, transforms into the Ninja, and uses a Boom ball at the ceiling. "Ninja out!" He jumps through the opening and Howard gasps sharply.
"You did not just Ninja out me!"
"Stay here, I'll go after him," Amy sighs slowly, transforming into the Kunoichi. "Kat, you're in charge."
"Why is SHE in charge?" Howard asks accusingly as Kunoichi jumps through the hole. Slimovitz walks into the classroom a few seconds later, holding two sponges.
"Sundown couldn't spare a bucket, but these sponges seem pretty absorbent-" He gasps sharply, squeezing them dry as he sees only two out of four. "Howard? Katherine? Where are Amelia and Randy? You've separated! The final sign of the prophecy! The Blue Beast is going to destroy us all!" He lets out a fearful scream and Kat waves her hands rapidly.
"Calm down, P-Slims, it's not the end of the world!"
This attempt to calm him down is unsuccessful, because the Sorcerer can hear the man screaming from a vent in the classroom.
"Those delicious screams are coming from nearby. Allow me to send a little housewarming gift to my new neighbor..." He laughs maniacally as he sends some stank through a pipe.
"Stupid Howard, wants us to be split up. Well, now we are split up," Randy grumbles while walking down the hall. "How's that feel? Feels great to me!" Amy manages to catch up to him, sliding to a stop.
"Wait, just stop," She tells him gently. "Howard's been your best friend since you guys were 3. Are you really gonna cease that kind of bond just because he's blaming you? I get that when all this started, it was because you guys didn't want to be separated from each other or from me and Kat. But was leaving him behind really worth losing your friendship?"
His eyes soften and he's about to answer when the ground shakes. They turn around to see a stanked Slimovitz rise from the ground. He's holding Kat and Howard, and looks like the Blue Beast himself.
"The Blue Beast?! The prophecy's real!"
"How can a prophecy that you took from the book become real?" Amy sighs at him.
"It's Slimovitz, you shoob!" Howard corrects him. "He stanked out when you two bailed!"
"Wait, look...we're back together!" Randy points between the four. "It's all good! Soooo...destank!"
Kat rolls her eyes at him thinking it'd be that easy. Monster Slimovitz roars in their face, Amy cringing at him.
"Would you just Ninja/Kuno out already!" Howard exclaims at them.
"What he means is, help us!" Kat corrects him.
Monster Slimovitz raises the hand holding Kat. "Wait, don't-!" He slams the fist onto the two, but doesn't grab them. He glances around in confusion as the two had dove for the lockers, transforming into one.
The monster opens up the locker to reveal the two and they jump out. He throws Howard and Kat into the two, and they slide to a stop on the ground.
"Gotta destank you. But what do you hold most dear?! Oh-ho, I know!"
"Ohh, he's not gonna like us after what we're about to do," Kunoichi shakes her head in realization. Ninja throws a boom ball at Slimovitz' car, destroying it.
"My car!" He growls at the two, throwing them to the wall. Ninja crashes into a water fountain. It bursts open, spraying water onto the duo.
"Really thought that would work."
"Hopefully we can use the art of healing on it since we didn't need to destroy it..." Kunoichi rubs her head in pain.
"Hey, did the prophecy say anything about the Ninja and Kunoichi getting their butts kicked?" Howard asks in irritation.
Monster Slimovitz runs up to the two. "Principal Slimovitz, no running in the halls!" Ninja calls out to him. He skids to a stop, groaning at his words coming back to bite him. He walks down the hall, the duo taking off into a run.
"Ninja/Kuno Principal Charge!"
He groans at them and they substitute it for walking. "Ugh...Fine."
"We at least have to be fair since you told him he couldn't..." Kunoichi murmurs to him. They stare each other down as they walk, eventually reaching each other. Before the two could even strike, Monster Slimovitz grabs them and throws them down the hall. They crash in a locker.
"Okay...out of ideas here..."
The Prophecy of Hat Sword book hits his head, landing in front of him. "Wait a minute! That's it!" Kunoichi sits up in realization.
"The answer is in the book. Howard, the Nomicon wasn't telling us to make up a fake prophecy!" He stands up, holding the book. "It was saying we should read the book! Slimovitz wanted us to get better grades. If we wanna destank him, we have to take the test."
"But we'll fail!" Howard points out to him.
"Not if we study," Ninja tells him. "You start reading the book! All of it," Ninja gives him the book.
"What are you gonna do?" Howard asks the duo. Ninja pulls out his bo staff while she pulls out her nunchucks.
"Fight this wonkin' monster!"
"That's kind of our thing," Kunoichi smirks a bit behind her mask, and the two run off.
"Aww, man!" Howard places the book on the floor. "I always get the hard jobs," He lays down on the ground, reading to himself.
"I'll help you," Kat offers, taking out her notes.
"Out loud!" Ninja urges him while the two are fighting back. "Read it out loud!"
Howard groans, rolling his eyes. "The Boring Prophecy of Hat Sword," He earns a jab to the arm from Kat's elbow in return. Howard turns a page. "T'wen cauldrons boil, the dead shall walk, the blue beast decides its due," He actually starts to get interested in what he's reading as Kat smiles. Ninja and Kunoichi jump away from Slimovitz' attack.
"A sword alone, it came to bear."
Kunoichi and Ninja grab one arm each with scarf and hair.
"The youth was doomed, no hat to wear."
"Ninja Escape Flip!" They tug on his arms, flipping over him.
"The beast laid down upon the snow, as Hat Sword reared the final blow..." Howard ends up laughing and Kat rolls her eyes. "Reared."
"Come on, you're almost finished!"
"Ninja Principal Hog Tie!" The duo run around the principal, tying him up in their scarves. They hang on tight as Howard is finished.
"Now what?"
"Now we take the test," Ninja answers him.
"Properly," Kunoichi adds in.
Howard groans, looking away. "Test...I don't wanna take a test...You take a test...you're a test."
"Let's just get it over with..."
The four sit in an empty classroom, taking the test together. Randy looks over Howard's shoulder, since he himself didn't read the book. Howard covers up his paper and Randy goes back to his. He tries to look over Amy's, but she moves it away before he can even try. She gives him a 'really' look and he smiles sheepishly.
Howard then tries to look at Randy's paper.
They sit in front of Monster Slimovitz once they're finished. "Hmm?" Randy smiles hopefully while the monster is grading them.
"Ohh..." He also has the book nearby.
"Ho-ho-haaa," Howard beams at him.
"Hep-ep-ep-ep."
"He-he-he," Randy responds, but Howard gets impatient.
"Did we pass or not?!"
He hands back their papers, the two boys surprised to see 18s on them. "18 percent?!" Slimovitz turns over the papers to reveal that they both got an 81.
"We passed!" The two boys hug each other in glee as the girls smile, revealing their 91s.
"Congralutations, you two," Amy tells them. Slimovitz destanks right at his desk.
"What just happened?" He murmurs in confusion.
The Sorcerer pouts, sagging his shoulders as the stank comes back to him. "I hate poetry."
The four leave the school a few minutes later. "That was nuts. We made up a prophecy, stanked Slimovitz, almost got separated forever..."
"Don't forget studying. That was the worst," Howard looks away uncomfortably.
"Not to mention Slimovitz thinking he could lock us into a classroom for the rest of our lives..." Amy rolls her eyes.
"I need to go back and take pictures of that," Kat rubs her chin.
"You know what, after all that, I'm thinking we need some time apart," Randy suggests to the three.
"Definitely," Howard looks away and Kat just shrugs.
"if you say so. Bye guys," She waves and walks off. A few seconds pass as Amy wonders what's going through their heads.
"Uhh, I guess I'll see you tomorr-"
"Game Hole?" Randy smiles at the two.
"Game Hole."
Amy just laughs at this, following the two as they walk towards the sunset, which is illustrated in the book, The Prophecy of Hat Sword...
