Note: This is the 50th chapter! Thanks to everyone who have stuck by this long fic from the start!

2 days after the case, Hetty's office

Granger saw Hetty on her couch looking very happy.

'Good morning, what's got you in a good mood?' He asked.

'Oh. Just thinking. And being so proud of my boy.' Hetty responded.

'Callen?'

'Turns out, his father has been alive this whole time. And he told him his real name!'

'What is it?'

Hetty told him.

'Wow. That's a mouthful!' He responded.

'It is!'

'But I thought his father died in 08?'

'That's what my info told me. I had no idea.' She responded.

'How did he react?'

'He came to me right after landing at the airport and told me. I was shocked, and, very very proud of him. We hugged, and I told him how proud I was of him. And he stayed with me for the night.' She responded.

'All these years, now he finally knows who he really is.'

'He's come a very long way from that lost boy who had no parents and was looking for a home.' She said.

'You took good care of him, and that's why he's here today.'

'I did the best I could.'

'You really did.'

Silence.

'One more thing, why did you not tell me where the agents were after they left that jail?' Hetty asked.

'Uhhh….'

'Never mind. I don't want to know. But if you ever do that again, I will personally make you regret it. Because O need to know where they are in case I need to extract them, and we are supposed to work together to ensure this team's safety, understand?!' She responded, sternly.

'Yes ma'am.'
