January 26, 2021:

Hello, everyone! I hope you are doing GREAT this year :D

I am sorry that I have updated until today, since I was supposed to update last week. However, last week was INTENSE at my job, and was extremely busy, so I didnt had time to continue writing. Yes, I write in my job, since my job is to fix computers, so I have free time.

Except last week. It was hell.

Anyway, here is another chapter for the fanfic. Let's make a small recap, before we continue.

-Previously on The N-Warriors, Shadow Realm Chapter:-

The Crystal Team meet Chisato, a rookie Shiranui Samurai, who was the last one alive, after her city of Kyushu-Ho was invaded by Exus forces. They went to a fortress close to the city, and found that the fortress was controlled by a small army of Spellcasters and some Elemental Heroes. Two of Kristal's sisters were there two, along a friend of Steve and some other Masters.

After thinking of a plan, a team of three, consiting of Chisato, the GaGaGa Girl Karoita, and the human Alan, infiltrated the city using a secret entrance. They evaded the guards and arrived at the center of the city, when they were attacked by Master Daichi, Chisato's Master that was controlled by Exus. The attack separated Karoita and Alan from Chisato, and she had to fight against her Master, while the mage and human had to fight Tengu, a Mayakashi under Daichi's command.

Karoita decided to face Tengu alone, allowing Alan to go and help Chisato. He arrived in time, as Daichi was about to kill her, and so he fought against the Samurai and, while matched, he will be overwhelmed. Chisato then stood and decided to fight, and so she finally beat her Master.

But her victory was short lived, as someone attacked her from behind and, if it wasn't for Alan's quick reflexes, she would have been killed. An Archfiend under Exus command named Zaladur was watching, and wanted to fight them...but Daichi stood up, and prepared to battle...and attacked the fiend, having been released from the spell when Chisato beat him to the edge of death. the Archifiend, however, was strong, and he survived the attack and mortally wound Daichi, along with cursing his wound so the samurai will not be healed. Chisato killed Zaladur, but he warned that he will be back, as they are inmortal.

Daichi, on the edge of death, placed on both Chisato and Alan the pride, the honor and the courage of the Shiranui Clan, knowing they will be fine and continue with their traditions. Then, Daichi passed away, causing Chisato to cry in anguish, and left Alan in shock, making him ask himself if he was even capable to save anyone.

With the recap done, we continue with the fanfic...but first, a list of all the actors that are active in the fic right now, since they are so many right now:

-Alan: The human from Earth who was isekai'd in this new world and have the Chaos Keyblade. Also has the god Chaos and the spirit of Earth inside his mind. Likes big boobs and ask himself why he suddently attrack them. He doesn't mind them.

-Kristal: A Dark Magician Girl who Alan meet when he arrived.

-Steve: A Skilled Dark Magician, companion of Kristal. Very pervert.

-Master Duncan: a Dark Magician that is the teacher of Kristal and Steve. He also trains Alan in his aura training.

-Krysopa: An adult Card Ejector. Youngest sister of the Mahoro family (aka Kristal's family). Lost her love one in the past, and now sees Alan as a replacement (it's actually more cute than what it seems.)

-Karoita: A GaGaGa Girl. Another of Kristal's sisters. Very tsundere, she answers with agression first, words later when she gets annoyed. Doesn't see what her sisters see in the human.

-Marcus: a Skilled Blue Magician. Companion of Karoita and in love with Kuarzo. Friend of Steve and as pervert as him.

-Master Premiara: An Ice Master, and teacher of Karoita and Marcus.

-Master Spintas: A Cybernetic Magician. Teacher of Krysopa.

-Exus: The Big bad of the story. An spellcaster that attacked the world centuries ago. He was sealed in the Crystals, but his power is breaking them up.

-Exia: A voluptuous sorceress that is one of Exus' right hands. Noone knows what 'job' or 'class' she is, but her power is unrivaled.

-Reed: A human from Earth and Alan's cousin. He was Isekai'd along with Alan, but ended up in a different place. Under Exus' influence, he wants to capture Alan so he can 'see the light'.

-Ha Des: The Dark Ruler, second in command of Exus. He is the one who minds controll people.

-The Archfiends: Powerful fiends under Ha Des' command. They are able to revive after being killed.

Those are the main ones that will probably appear in the future chapters. For the other ones that have appeared, I will do something similar another day.

Anyway, let's continue with the fanfic :3

Chapter 51: The battle for Kyushu-Ho.

Outside the large Shiranui Palace, a series of explosions occurred, causing many of the guards that were patrolling the area to turn to look at the palace and start congregating around it. Their duty was to protect the city from the invasion of the mages, and if some of them manage to slip past them, they will be severely punished by Exia and Lord Exus. The large Palace itself was left alone, as the Shiranui Samurai Daichi ordered that the inner city will be left for himself as a trophy. However, the explosions were enough to force them to ignore the warning and run towards the Palace.

And that is something that Karoita, the GaGaGa Girl, was afraid would happened.

She evaded a powerful gust of wind from her opponent, the winged beast man known as Tengu, a Mayashiki under control of the Shiranui Samurai Daichi. She was surprised to see that he survived her Flare spell, especially since she used all of her power. Then again, he was heavily damaged by it, and that made him start attacking erratically.

But the battle was not easy, as many times she also had to evade the attacks of some of Exus soldiers that were close to the Palace, causing her to lost focus on Tengu several times, ending in her receiving some of the enemy attacks. She was mostly unhurt, but this was getting annoying.

Tengu's attacks were weak thanks to the damage he got from the Flare spell, but that didn't mean he was going to give up. He knew he will not be able to beat her, as she was a powerful mage that was also strong physically speaking. A lethal combination.

Another gust of wind was evaded by Karoita, who find herself surrounded by Heartless and Exus Soldiers, ready to attack her.

"Out of my way!" Exclaimed Karoita, raising both hands into the air. "THUNDAGA!"

Suddently, several lightning bolts fell from the sky and hit all around her, destroying all of the dark soldiers in an instant. Then, she signaled forward, to Tengu's position, and the lighting strikes began moving that way. The Winged Beast-Man look at this and jumped away, but he was hit by some of the lightning, damaging him even more. He had trouble standing up, as he still felt the shocks of electricity running through his body.

"Give up already." Said Karoita, as she landed a few meters close to him. "You are really messed up. There is no way you will be able to win this fight. Give up, and I will spare you."

The Tengu looked angrily at her, as he tried to get up.

"Not a chance, miss." He answered. "I still have to fight. Maybe not to beat you…but to gain some time."

"What?" asked Karoita. "So you are only making time so I don't get to help my companions? If that is the reason, then I will knock you out right now."

"I want to see you to try, mi-"

-SLASH-

Suddently, Tengu stopped, as he felt a piercing pain on his chest. He looked down and saw a new wound on his chest, made by what looks like a sword, and blood was pouring out of the wound. Looking forward, he saw Kaorita…who was as surprised as he.

"What the hell?" she asked in confusion. "Why did you hurt yourself?!"

Tengu closed his eyes to try and meditate…and immediately found the reason.

"Ah, I see. So this is how it ends, right, Daichi?" Said Tengu, more to himself but Kaorita managed to heard him.

"What are you talking about?" she asked in confusion, before he tossed something at her. She caught it in the air…and was surprised to see it was a crystal shard. "What?! How did you-?"

"When my master attacked you, your boyfriend dropped this when you both fell from the palace."

"What?! The human is NOT my boyfriend!" Karoita exclaimed in anger, as she blushed deeply. Tengu ignored that.

"Anyway, I caught it and had it with me the whole time. You are lucky your spell didn't eradicate me."

Karoita began to sweat profusely. She used Flare to teach him a lesson, but if she had gone overboard and used even more magic, Tengu and the crystal shard would have been gone.

"But…why are you giving me this?" asked Karoita in confusion. "And why did you stab yourself?"

"…I am bonded with my Master Daichi." Tengu responded. "His damage is mine. And that includes the mental ones."

"The mental ones?" she asked, before she realized what he meant. "Wait…you mean that you were also mind-controlled? But, if you give me this, then…"

"I am back to normal." Tengu ended for her. "But…it's too late for me. Go with your friends now, before the rest of the guards arrive."

"But, what about y-" she stopped midsentence, as she suddently saw that his body was starting to disappear. "H-hey! What is happening?! Answer me!"

"…There is…no time, kid. Now go…seek your friends…and defeat Exus…" said Tengu, as his body was almost gone. "…I now…follow my…destiny…"

And with that, Tengu disappeared, leaving a very confused magician alone.

"W-What was all of that?" She asked to herself.

Suddently, she had to evade an arrow that almost hit her in the head, and looking back, she saw that many of Exus soldiers were coming towards her. She then felt all the energies around the city, and noticed all of the guards and soldiers were coming towards the Palace, and will arrive shortly.

"Damn it! No time to loose then!" She said, before she started running towards the palace. She still had time, as they weren't exactly close to her, but in a few minutes, this place will be swarming with enemies.

She entered the palace and run again towards the top floor. She felt the auras of Chisato and Alan, and they didn't seem to be fighting so… they won?

As she reached the top floor, she looked inside…and saw a mourning Chisato, kneeling besides the body of her master, while Alan was looking outside, through the hole, and into the city below. Seeing the body of the Samurai on the floor, Karoita remembered the words of Tengu.

"…I am bonded with my Master Daichi. His damage is mine."

'Then…he died because his master died too. Did…did Alan killed him, or…?' Karoita though, but she was interrupted as she felt the auras of the enemy forces entering the palace and running the stairs. "Shit! No time!"

She run towards Alan, and grabbed him by the shoulders to face her. What she saw, surprised her.

Anger… that she had never seen before. It lasted for a second or less, but she could have sworn for a moment…

…his eyes were yellow.

However, the action to move him to face her forced him back from whatever dark pit he was, as he returned to normal.

"Uh? What?"

"Snap out of it, human!" Exclaimed Karoita, putting the crystal shard on his chest. "I got the Crystal, and the enemies are getting closer. Open that damn gate!"

Alan blinked in surprise, before he got serious. He walked forward, summoning his Keyblade and tossing the crystal in the air. He then pointed the keyblade towards the falling crystal and concentrate, before a beam of light emerged from it, and hit the crystal square in the center. Suddently, an enormous portal open in the center of the room. It was at least 10 meters (32.8 feets) in diameter, hitting the top of the room. It was that in that moment, the enemy's army arrived. They were several who entered the room, easily filling the stairs and pouring from the main door.

"Kill everyone who dares to oppose Lord Exus!" Exclaimed a Saggi the Dark Clown, as the rest of the forces began to run towards the young Shiranui, the Human and the Spellcaster.

However, they were stopped when, from the portal, the head of a Blue Eyes White Dragon emerged and opened its mouth, before releasing a powerful beam of energy that disintegrated almost every one of the enemy forces, leaving only those on the borders alive. As the attack disappeared and a hole in the back of the palace was revealed, the Blue Eyes began to walk out of the Portal, and soon where followed by several Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes, who began facing the soldiers and pushing them back.

Soon, Duncan emerged from the portal, and he turned to look at the large dragon.

"Dinara! Get outside of the Palace and control the skies!" Exclaimed the Dark Magician, at what the dragon nodded.

"Understood, Master Duncan!" exclaimed the White Dragon, before she turned towards the large hole. "Follow me!"

Dinara, in her dragon form, flew outside of the palace, being followed by some winged Heroes and some Spellcasters that could fly. They were the ones who will take control of the skies, as they began fighting some Winged Beasts and some Winged Heartless.

Inside, more of Exus soldiers and Heartless arrived to the final floor and went to attack, but more Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes exited the portal and went to face them, pushing them back. Then, Kristal, Kuarzo and Steve came out of the portal, first unleashing some spells to kill some of the enemy soldiers, as more of their allies came from the portal.

"This is where the fun begins!" exclaimed Steve, looking at all around him.

"Yo, Steve!" exclaimed Marcus, the Skilled Blue Magician, right behind him. "Want to see who kills more of them?"

"You are on!" Steve said, not waiting any more time, as he charged towards the soldiers of Exus.

Kristal, however, was looking around, not exactly into fighting, as she was searching for someone. Then, she saw both Karoita and Alan, behind the portal, that she flew towards them.

"Karoita! Alan! Are you ok?!" She asked, in her voice one could heard that she was worried.

"We are ok, Kristal." Said Karoita, although her face showed some worry too.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, I'm fine… but maybe you should ask him."

Kristal arched an eyebrow, before looking back at Alan. He was being hugged by Kuarzo but…it seems she noticed something, as she was looking at him with concern.

"Alan-kun? Are you ok?" Asked the blondie magician.

Alan just sighed. He tried to remain calm but…everyone knew he was disturbed by something.

"I'm fine, Kuarzo." He answered, low and a little monotone, like was containing his emotions. And not only Kuarzo, but Kristal herself immediately caught something was not right.

"Alan-kun, what is wrong?" Kuarzo asked, obviously seeing through the lie. She doesn't need to look into his eyes: his voice and his expression was enough.

Alan didn't answer… he just pointed to another direction. Both sisters turned to look at where he was pointing and there they saw it: Chisato, kneeling besides the body of a man, with both Kainita, the Silent Magician and Master Strum, the Chaos Command Magician, kneeling on the other side. The Spellcasters were checking on the Samurai, but after a few seconds, Master Strum shook his head, and Kainita looked down sadly.

"Was…was he Chisato's Master?" asked Kristal, at which Alan nodded slowly. "I…I understand."

"Alan." Duncan said, as he arrived with them. "Are you ok?"

"Mostly, I guess…" Alan responded almost monotonously, something that everyone noticed.

"Tell me what happened."

Alan began to explain how they arrived at the Palace, and when they were about to use the crystal, both he and Karoita were ambushed by a strange wind attack, and how they fall into a house, not telling them about him falling on Karoita's breasts, much to her relief. He said they fought against Tengu, a Mayakashi, although Karoita decided to fight him on her own, giving him the chance to return to the Palace. When he returned to the last floor, he saved Chisato from death and fought Daichi a little, before Chisato decided that it must be her who should beat him.

Then, he explained that, after Chisato beat Daichi, someone attacked her, and he managed to push her away, again ignoring the boobs to face incident, and when they revealed themselves, he saw it was an Archfiend. Then, Alan explained how Daichi stood up, and prepared to attack them, but he noticed Daichi was free from the mind control, so he moved out of the way and let Daichi attack the Archfiend. It worked, and Daichi stabbed the fiend, but…they underestimate his resistance, and the Archfiend managed to make a mortal wound on the Samurai. When Alan tried to heal him, he found something was repelling his magic, and the Archfiend said some of Exus soldiers can 'curse' whoever they stab, so they wouldn't be healed. That was how Daichi died.

"If only…If only I was stronger…I…I would…" Alan started, clenching his fists in anger.

"Don't blame yourself, Alan." Duncan interrupted. "You did all what you could do. You are not a healer, after all."

"But still! I could have interrupted the battle! I could have gone and attack with him! I could have faced the Archfiend myself! I-"

"You did what you could." Duncan interrupted again, placing a hand on his shoulder. "Remember, even if you have a great power, you can't do all on your own. This was out of your control, Alan."

"…but I-"

"You did your best, Alan-kun!" Exclaimed Krysopa, the Card Ejector Magician, looking at her with her big eyes. "I'm sure you did all you could."

"If it helps…" started Karoita, la GaGaGa Girl. "…I also could have done something. If I didn't get distracted by Tengu… if I actually accepted your help and we fought at the same time…"

"…no, that was the correct choice." Said Alan. "If I didn't arrive on time, Chisato would have been killed. You telling me to leave you fighting Tengu was the correct choice."

"And you saved Chisato." Said Kuarzo. "You did all you could, Alan-kun. Please, don't blame yourself for that."

Alan looked at the ground. He was frustrated and angered. That anger he felt because he could do nothing to save the samurai. The looked up, and saw how Strum just summoned a white sheet and placed it over Daichi's body, before he carried him and placed him besides a wall, so that people won't look at his body. Chisato followed closely behind, as she stood close to her master.

Alan sighed again, and was about to become more agitated…when he felt someone grab his right hand and squeeze it firmly. He looked to his right, and saw the emerald eyes of Kristal. She didn't say anything, but with only her gaze he could feel she was trying to calm him down. She holding his hand was doing that already, but her gaze calmed him down even more.

He sighed again.

"Are you going to be ok?" asked Kristal, her voice showed concern for him.

Alan nodded.

"Yeah, I think I will…" He answered, looking at her. "Thanks, Kristal." He said, before looking at the other three. "And you too, Kuarzo, Karoita, Krysopa. Thanks for that."

"Glad I could help!" said Krysopa, who immediately hugged Alan's left arm, pressing her breasts on it, as she hopped that would make him happy. "We are here for you!"

"Hey! That is mine!" Exclaimed Kuarzo, who was just about to do that, but her younger sister was faster.

"No, Kuarzo-oneesan: it's ours!" Krysopa said proudly, causing her sisters to laugh nervously.

Kristal was debating if she should hug Alan's other arm that way.

Alan just smiled nervously. Krysopa's comment did make him feel better by making him laugh. And also her soft breasts did the same to him.

"Thanks girls." Said Alan again, still feeling down, but better.

"How are you feeling?" asked Duncan.

"I am… ok. I am just…angry. Furious. I…I need to hit something!"

"How fortunate that we have an enemy army just outside." Said Strum, as he approached the group, along with Kainita-Iridia. "Duncan, I just felt the curse that Archfiend placed on the Samurai."

"What so you think of it?" asked the Dark Magician with curiosity.

"It was a strong one, my friend, and a very dangerous. I don't think that we could have healed that on our own unless we had another spellcaster with us."

That comment made some of the spellcasters gasp in surprise, although for Alan, it actually helped him a little, as if even Duncan or Strum on their own couldn't do anything, he had no chance.

"That powerful?" asked Duncan in surprise.

"Yes, and very dark." Strum responded. "That curse was like a poison. It accelerated the death of the samurai. I am surprised he managed to stay alive and didn't died immediately."

"That only showed how strong his will was."

Looking back, they saw how Vianto, the Elemental Hero Avian, was walking towards them.

"I knew him." Said the Avian Hero. "You could say he was a friend of mine. In past pilgrims that we had from our city to here, we trained and fought together. He was a man of honor, and his will was strong. He would not succumb to that curse so easily."

"Didn't knew you knew him personally." Said Strum. "My condolences."

"Exus will pay for this. A good man and honorable warrior had to die this way to recover his honor. This can't go unpunished."

"And it will not." Said Duncan. "We need to recover this city from the forces of Exus. The battle has just begun. Alan, are you ok to continue fighting?"

"I am." Alan answered, immediately summoning his Keyblade. His face was more serious, and his blood began to boil with anger. "I need to release some steam."

"Just calm down. Don't let your anger blind you, otherwise you will fall in battle. And if you do… our chances to survive this war are even lower."

Duncan didn't understand, but that comment was just engraved in Alan's mind. Alan himself didn't noticed that too…but later it will come back to haunt him.

"I will." Said Alan, before he eyed at Chisato, who was still kneeling besides Daichi's body. "What about her?"

"We will let her be." Said Duncan. "Let Chisato mourn her master in peace, so we recover this city from Exus forces. Are you all ready?"

"Ready!"

"I'll come too!"

The group turned to look at Chisato again, and they noticed that she, while still with her back turned on them, was slowly standing up. She took her master's katana and placed it firmly on her left side, firmly trying the sheath on her belt. She then adjusted the headband she wore, and grabbed her spear, before bowing to her master's body one last time.

"Are you sure, Chisato?" asked Kainita, the Silent Magician, looking at the girl with concern. "We understand if you need more ti-"

"I am…the last of the Shiranui Clan." Said Chisato, as she turned to look at them. Her face was messed up because of all the tears she shed, but her eyes, apart from being red and puffy, also showed a great resolve in them. "…and as one, I will fight to recover my home. In the name of the Shiranui Clan, and in memory of my Master, I, Chisato Hayama, swear I will liberate our home from this darkness!"

Alan's eyes opened in surprise. Chisato's determination, even after her master just passed away, was impressive. Her determination alone filled him with determination, and he began to smile.

"Alright!" Exclaimed Alan, surprising all the girls around him. "Then let's kick their asses out of this city! Who's with me?!"

"Me!" exclaimed the mages, as they were also more determined to fight.

Kristal smiled, as her hand squeezed Alan's again, and he turned to look at her, smiling at her.

"Let's go…together."

"Right!" Kristal said, now wanting to fight at his side.

Duncan smiled

"Alright, everyone." Said the Dark Magician. "Remember, our mission is to not only purge the city from Exus forces, but take control of the cannons on the south wall. We must do that before the city is attacked by the Heartless in the Valley. Move out!"

And with that, the group jumped from the hole in the wall, into the city below, now bent to continue the fight. Chisato look back one final time at her Master's body and smiled.

"For my Master." She said, before she also jumped through the hole.

Attracted by the battle between Karoita and Tengu, several of the enemy forces that were on the Shiranui Capital began to converge on the palace. That is what the Spellcasters wanted, because as they get closer, the spellcasters bombed the area close to the palace with all of their spells, managing to beat many of the enemy forces. Learning that there were enemies on the palace, the forces of Exus and the Heartless decided to change their tactics, now using their own spells and dark spells against the large palace.

This was when the Elemental Heroes, the ones that were left, decided to attack. Being protected by the spellcaster's magic, the heroes went and fight against the enemy army with their own hands, and then the mages themselves began to follow them and fight alongside them.

Exus forces attacked without mercy, but they were being overwhelmed. The forces inside the city were relatively small, as they were relying on the walls of the city to stop the attack of any invaders. However, since the Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes came from the inside, and from the palace itself, Exus forces were slowly being overwhelmed.

The group were slowly pushing Exus forces back from around the palace.

A fire spell hit a group of Shadow Heartless, disintegrating them on the spot. In front of them, a smiling Steve let his staff down.

"Alright! With those are 87 down!" exclaimed the young Spellcaster with pride.

"Only 87? Get on my level, Steve!" Exclaimed Marcus, as he used an ice spell to freeze a group of Heartless. "I'm on my 98!"

"Hey! No fair! You got the first shot!"

"Excuses! Admit that I am better!"

"Never! I will-!"

Suddenly, a group of Heartless jumped on them as they were discussing, but they were all defeated when lighting strikes hit them all, evaporating them in an instant. Both male mages looked around, and saw the busty Apprentice Illusion Magician with her staff in front of her.

"Get on my level, boys!" Exclaimed Kuarzo, as she twirled her staff. "134 with those."

"What?! No way!" exclaimed Steve, pointing at her. "There is no way you have already killed all of those!"

"Says who? While you were busy bickering with each other, I went to kill more. Let's go!"

"Hey! Where are you going?!" asked Marcus, as he hit with his staff a Heartless that jumped on him. "99!"

"We are all pushing them to the south wall! The one that leads to the valley, before they take control of the canons! Come on!"

Kuarzo jumped away, and both Steve and Marcus looked at each other, before they also jumped away to follow her.

The army of Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes were pushing the forces of Exus to the south wall, where the towers were. Unlike the internal towers, that were only for archers and mages, the external towers had powerful magical canons, designed to keep the enemies away from the walls in the case of an invasion. However, when Kyushu-Ho was attacked the first time, Reed's Blue Eyes White Dragon destroyed in one go the towers of the north wall. The towers on the south wall were not damaged, as they didn't saw battle, as the city fell before Exus forces arrived at the towers.

The plan was to take the towers, before Exus forces activate them.

The Army of Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes were approaching the south wall, destroying any enemy they had on their way.

Alan cut through a Neo Shadow Heartless without effort with his Keyblade, releasing its heart and destroying the shadow completely. It will not return as a Heartless, unlike the ones killed by the other Spellcasters and Heroes. Another two Heartless attacked him from his left side, but he extended his arm towards them.

"ICEBEAM!"

Three blue 'lighting bolts' of ice energy emerged from his hand, and hit both Heartless, the icy energy freezing them instantly. Alan then just cut thought them with ease, as they broke in pieces.

He was concentrated, but the events that just happened, when Daichi died, still were fresh in his mind.

'If only I was stronger…' He though, as he dashed and cut through many Heartless in one go. ´If only I was faster…´

The thing is, he WAS stronger. Last time they had to fight a large amount of Heartless was when they were ambushed at the Water Temple. Back then, Alan could only swing his Keyblade crudely, as he had no training. But now, he can do it with more precision, and had some spells under his command. He can kill Heartless with ease. And even Exus soldiers too, as he just cut two of them, as they vanished in seconds.

'Not enough!' Alan though for himself. 'I may be stronger than before but…if I can't save people…then it's useless!'

"Don't be so hard on yourself, Alan." Said a voice in his head, one that he recognized.

'You are awake, Earth-chan?'

"Yep! Saw what you did. You are stronger, Alan…but remember, you are not a god or anything, so don't be so hard on yourself."

'But…I can't help anyone-'

"You saved Chisato. If you didn't arrive, she'll be dead by now, and then you'll had to attack her Master in anger. You did what you could. Now, you need to do what you can to help your companions."

Alan, while fighting, stood silent for a few seconds, before he sighed in resignation.

'You are right: I can't let this affect me this much. I need to look forward…and help all the people I can. Let's go, Earth-chan!'

"You, because I am sleepy…"

'Oh come on!'

A Warrior Dai Graper tried to cut him in two, but Alan blocked the strike with his Keyblade and easily cut him. Then, he saw several Saggi, the Dark Clowns, sending dark spheres towards him. However, in front of them, a Dark Big Shield Gardna was protecting them, so if he tried to face them, he will be forced to attack the large warrior with his impotent shield. As Alan evaded the attacks, he began to think.

He remembered when he was training in the Library with Master David. He taught him about magic and how to use his aura, along with his physical power and martial arts…but he didn't show him much about any sword techniques…so he had to improvise.

Unfortunately, he didn't saw many series where they would explain many sword techniques, and others were very complex…and hard to do with a Keyblade. Rurouni Kenshin was a series of samurais, but many of the high level techniques were very hard to do, and he still lack the experience.

However, there was a series where a few sword techniques were simple to learn, and powerful when executing: Dragon Quest-The Adventures of Dai.

And he practiced some of those during his training in the Library.

'Alright! I dominated 2 of the 3 main techniques of the Avan Sword Style. Let's put them in practice!' Alan though, as he began to run towards the Saggis and the Big Shield Gardna, who was ready to intersect him.

The dark clowns continued sending their dark orbs of magic towards him, but Alan evaded them or, if he couldn't, formed an Ice Shield on his left arm, strong enough to block and deflect them. He approached the large warrior, who began to run towards him with his shield, to try and ram it. It was at this moment that Alan dispelled the Ice Shield and grabbed his Keyblade firmly with one hand, just as he meet the large warrior.

"AVAN SWORD STYLE! EARTH SLASH!"

-SLASH!-

Both opponents hit each other and were now back to back, none of them moving any centimeter. However, after a few seconds, something began to happen: a line appeared on the large shield of Gardna from top to bottom…and then, the large shield itself was sliced in two. Alan smiled when he heard the metal parts fall to the ground. That technique was very easy to learn, as it was literally only hitting something with all of his strength in a single point, and then continue until the object he wanted to cut was destroyed. Because it was very easy, he mastered so fast. Then again, it was the first one.

The presence of his enemy woke him up from his train of thought, as the Gardna warrior, without his shield, tried to attack Alan with his fists. However, the human easily evaded the attack, and concentrate energy on his left fist, before punching the large man in front of him hard in the stomach. The icy wind in his hand immediately spread and the whole torso of the dark warrior was frozen solid. The Dark Gardna warrior let a last gasp, before he fell to the ground, and started disappearing in dark dust particles.

Alan looked at the falling soldier disappearing, completely forgetting about the Saggis behind him. But they did not forget about him, as they prepared to attack him now that he was distracted. However, before they could do anything, several darts of lightning hit them in the head, causing them to disappear. Alan looked at them, before looking up, and seeing a shadow floating over him.

"Be careful, Alan." Said Kristal, as she landed besides him. "You were almost ambushed by those clowns."

"Not at all." Said Alan, smiling at her. "I knew you were close. Thanks for the help."

"No problem. Let's go."

Alan was about to say yes, when he noticed something. A fallen warrior, a Dark Mid Shield Gardna, was disappearing after being pierced by an ice attack from one of the Elemental Heroes. However, his arm was cut by a previous attack and while it too disappeared, it's shield did not, and on the contrary, it was returning to its normal color. Alan saw it on the floor and though for a moment.

"Maybe…" He said, as he approached it.

"Uh? What is wrong?" asked Kristal in confusion.

Alan got close to the shield and kneeled to look at it. Then, he took it and looked to see it's state. He then put the shield on his left arm to analyze it. The shield was small, only protecting a little more than the arm, but it was enough. It didn't cover the hand, but there was an arm protector to, well, protect it. That way, he can use his fists to punch or grab anything. The shield was fixed to his arm in place.

"Uh, perfect fit." Said Alan, as he analyzed the shield.

"You are going to use a shield?" asked Kristal in confusion.

"Yeah, I thought of using one since the Library, hence why I learned to create an ice shield with my magic. However, with a real shield, I will not need to use as much magic energy, other than to reinforce it."

"And why do you need a shield?"

"Well, I fight with one hand using the Keyblade, leaving the other hand free for spells, so I thought maybe having a shield will work. And I wanted one of those shield where I can still use the hand. More like an arm protector. Will see how I can work on one."

"Well, if you think you need it, sure." Said Kristal, before looking towards the south wall. "Let's go!"

Kristal began to float towards the south wall, with Alan running behind her, getting used to the shield he just attached to his arm.

The army of Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes pushed their enemies back towards the south wall. It was fortunate that the enemy forces didn't had any leader to guide them, as many of them died already, being closest to the palace. It seems that army of mages and heroes managed to cut the head of the forces of Exus in the area, and so they had an easier time to kill them.

A group of Heartless was destroyed by what looked like feathers working as darts. As they disappeared, the Elemental Hero Avian landed on his feet, looking at his recent kills. He looked forward and he could see them.

The large South Wall, the one that separates the city from the valley, was in front of them. A two-kilometer-long wall that connect from one side of the mountain to the other side. But it was not the wall that he was looking at…but what were in front of them.

There were 10 large towers in front of the wall. Those were the special towers they were hoping to take soon, as unlike the other towers inside the city, those had powerful magical cannons, designed to be used against enemy forces that tried to invade the city, either from the North or the South. The South ones were almost never used, since the area beyond there was a closed valley, with only the city itself working as an entrance. Still, the Shiranui build them, just in case.

The forces of Exus that still remain on the city haven't learned how to activate them, it seems.

"Good, we are still on time." Said Vianto, the Avian Elemental Hero, as he looked at the towers.

"Vianto!"

The Avian Hero turned to look to his right, and saw another Elemental Hero running to him. It was an Elemental Hero Bubbleman, who had his left shoulder pad broken, and a few scratches on his armor.

"Rough battles, Bruno?" asked Vianto, smiling a little after seeing his old friend.

"A couple." Answer the Bubbleman. "Almost lost the head to one dark lance. Thankfully I managed to dodge it."

"I see. What is the situation?"

"The Enemy Forces have been almost crushed. Ours have taken some loses, but it seems the plan worked: we ambushed them from the inside. The Leaders of the Forces of Exus that were inside the city were on the proximities of the Palace, and were the first ones to fall when they tried to approach it and we attacked them. They are leaderless and, as consequences, have no direction."

"What of our forces?"

"Like I said, we had some losses, but not as much as we expected."

"And the human? Have you seen him fight?"

"Yes. He is an interesting one. One thing I noticed is that he can do many techniques, not only a couple."

"Spells?"

"Yes, but no only that. Techniques with his Keyblade. He is like a mage what he can do many spells, but also can fight as a swordsman. I do wonder…is this the power of a Keyblade Champion?"

"It seems like it. He is still weaker than many of us, but he will reach new heights if he continues his training."

"I thought so. Anyway, let's take those can-"

"Look!"

Another Elemental Hero, Sparkman, pointed up, to one of the towers, Tower number 5. From the top of it, something was moving, a large cannon.

A Wave-Motion Cannon.

And it was pointing at the group of heroes…

…and charging…

"Watch out! One of the canons is charging!" Exclaimed Vianto, before looking at the rest. "Everyone, scramble!"

The group saw this and immediately scrambled to try and reduce the damage. From the canon, a powerful orb of energy was shot towards a pair of buildings, where a group of Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes were. They didn't manage to escape in time, and when the orb hit the building, it created a powerful explosion that destroyed everything around it. When the smoke disappeared, the damage was apparent: one full block of houses and storage homes were destroyed instantly, with a couple more homes around them severely damaged. Some bodies of the Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes were laying on the ground around the area of impact. Some were moving…others will never move again.

"Damn! That tower really packs a punch!" exclaimed Marcus with surprise.

"They manage to use one of the towers." Said Strum. "This is bad. If they start using the rest…"

"Then we will not have a chance!" expressed Duncan. "We need to do something."

"I'll destroy it!" exclaimed Dinara, in her dragon form, opening her mouth to charge a powerful beam attack.

"No, wait!" Duncan stopped her. "We need those towers intact to face what lies beyond the walls! You can't destroy them!"

"What?!" Asked Dinara, as she dispelled the energy she charged. "Then…what should we do?"

"We need to take control of that tower." Said Strum. "And before the others try and to the same to the other towers."

"But we can't approach that!" Exclaimed Karoita. "We'll will be shot if we try to approach it!"

"Then…we need a distraction." Said Alan, before looking at Dinara. "Think you can do it?"

"What can I do, Master Alan?" asked the White Dragon girl.

"Fly around the tower, call its attention and shoot warning shots at them. Just don't be hit by it."

"Alright!" Exclaimed Dinara, before she took into the skies.

The enemy soldiers saw that Dinara was in the air and pointed the canon towards her, as she was the most dangerous of the group. The canon charged and shot again, this time towards Dinara, who saw the orb flying towards her. She managed to evade it at the last second, before the dragon girl began to fly around the tower.

"Ok, we have a distraction." Said Duncan. "We still need to go close to them."

"Any suggestions?" Asked Master Spintas, looking around. Fortunately, Alan had another idea.

"I'm thinking with… portals…"

"Go on…"

As the cannon continued shooting at the flying dragon, the rest of the remaining Exus forces were almost hugging the walls. They were almost defeated by the Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes, and their forces were drastically reduced. If it wasn't because of that cannon, they would have been dead by now, as that canon forced the Spellcasters and Heroes back to hide between the buildings. However, now that the cannon was shooting at the Blue Eyes in the sky, the remaining forces began to organize to activate the rest.

However, as they began to move, they noticed that something was coming from the place where the mages were. It seems they tossed something small, like a rock, that was going to pass over their heads…or so they though, as the rock, that was actually a crystal shard, stopped in midair over their heads…

And then a portal opened over them, looking at them…

…and then several energy blasts and elemental magical attacks emerged from it, hitting and killing many of the Heartless and dark soldiers close to the portal.

In between the buildings, Alan smiled at the opened portal in front of him. He told an Elemental Hero Clayman to toss one of the Crystal Shards that they have towards the group of enemies at the base of the tower that was shooting towards Dinara, and then asked a Spellcaster to hold it in the air over them. Now, with another Crystal Shard, he opened a portal between the two places. He told all mages and heroes close to him to toss every spell and technique towards the portal, and they understood why. Now that the area directly close to the portal was free of enemies, the Spellcaster Master Premiara gave the order.

"Go! First wave of mages! You know what to do!"

Several Spellcasters, including Duncan, Marcus, Steve, Krysopa and Kainita jumped into the portal. They landed on the other side, at the base of the tower, surrounded by enemies, who were still confused about what just happened. As they landed, the mages used their magic to create a shield around the portal. It was a beachhead.

"Second wave of Mages and Heroes! Go!" Exclaimed Master Spintas, as another group entered the portal.

When this group landed, they immediately unleashed some spells and attacks, and since the shield of the first wave of mages was unidirectional, they let it pass, and hit the enemies that surrounded them. Soon, Exus Forces knew what was happening, and they tried to destroy the shield. However, the crystal shard over the beachhead of Spellcasters began to move away, and stopped over another group of enemies, before more spells and energy attacks plummeted every single dark soldier.

Back on the group, Alan smiled even more, as Kristal approached him.

"Good thinking, Alan!" said the busty magician. "Who would have thought of using the portals like that? How did you learn about it?"

"I saw a TV show named Stargate." Answered the human. "They had a portal to other worlds, but sometimes they are attacked from the portals. I thought about it and seems to make sense."

"Well it did!" Exclaimed Kuarzo. "Well done, Alan-kun!"

"Hey, it was Krysopa's idea to unleash every spell and attack known to make a beachhead. My plan was to literally jump head first and smash them on the other side, but her idea was better."

"Anyway, it was a good one." Said Kristal, before she began to run to the portal. "See you on the other side, Alan!"

"Take care!"

To that portal, Kristal, Kuarzo, Karoita and Strum, along with other mages, jumped to make a shield around the portal, before another wave of heroes entered and began unleashing their powers to the enemies in front of them.

The portal moved one last time, but this time it flew towards the top of the tower, but still away from the large Wave-Motion Cannon. The soldiers of Exus looked at this portal in confusion, before Alan, Chisato, and Vianto emerged from the portal into the tower. They land and killed every dark soldier of Exus in an instant, as they didn't know what hit them. In a few seconds, the whole tower top was free of enemies. Then, Chisato went to the cannon and, knowing how it works, she deactivated it.

"It's done. We have the tower." Said Chisato.

"And looks like our friends below are doing a good job against our enemies." Said Vianto, as he looked below.

Alan looked down from the tower, and saw that, like Vianto said, the army of Spellcasters and Elemental Heroes were finishing the last remnants of Exus forces, as they were slowly disappearing in dusts of darkness.

After a few more minutes, they were done.

The city was theirs.

"We did it." Said Chisato, releasing a big sigh of relief, and becoming emotional in her expresions. "We recovered the city."

"Yeah, it seems we di-" Alan started, but he was cut off, as the young samurai hugged him tightly. "Wha-?!"

"Thank you!" exclaimed Chisato, as she hugged him more. "Thanks for helping me, Alan. With your help and the one of your friends, my home city is free again. Thanks for accepting my request back then."

"Ah, I… I don't think I did much." Alan said, as he became a little depressed. "After all, I also said I will help you save your Master…and he…"

"He was saved."

Alan looked at Chisato in confusion.

"Wait, what do you mean?" The human asked, very confused of what she said.

"Master Daichi was possessed by the darkness, that is true." Chisato started, still hugging him tightly. "However, in his lasts minutes in this world, you helped me to break him free, and he died as a warrior. Master may have died, but he died as a true Shiranui. He regained his honor, and because of that, I am sure his soul will be sitting beside our ancestors. His soul, his memory and legacy…were saved."

"…his memory and legacy…?"

"Thank you."

Alan didn't know what to think. It is true that he couldn't stop the death of Chisato's Master, but if what he did helped his soul to be saved, then… it was enough?

He couldn't shake the feeling that he could have done more but…for now…he was at peace.

They then heard a small cough, and both looked to their side to see Vianto looking at them. It was then that Alan noticed the softness of Chisato's breasts on his chest, and while not as big as Kristal's of her sister's, they were at least as big as Vivian's, so they were pretty generous. Seems like Chisato also noticed it, and so she broke the hug and looked away shyly, as she regained her composure.

"Uh…thanks, Alan."

"Eh… you're welcome." The human answered, smiling nervously.

Another pair of breasts that his memory will remember forever.

'I…need to stop thinking about breasts…' Alan though for himself.

He knew he will fail at it.

After a few moments, Duncan and Kristal reached the top of the tower where Alan and Chisato were.

"Are you ok?" asked Kristal with some concern.

"Yeah, I'm good. And you?" the human asked back. "You are ok?"

"Yeah, I am, thanks."

"Well, seems like we managed to survive this."

"Yes…" said Vianto, as he looked at the other side. "…but this has just begun."

Wondering what he was talking about, Alan walked to the other side of the tower, the one that looks to the other side of the wall. When he did…his blood turned cold.

Beyond the great wall that protected the city was a large valley, almost as far as the eye can see. Several volcanoes can be seen on the other side of the valley, but only one was in the middle of the valley, and it was like 20 kilometers (12.4 miles) away.

And all the way between the volcano and close to the city walls, and all around the volcano itself, was a mass of…darkness.

…Heartless.

"Santo Cielo! (Holy Heavens!)" said Alan dumbfounded. "So many of them."

"These are as many Heartless as the ones that attacked us on the Water Temple." Said Kristal in surprise. "No… they may be even more!"

"This will not be easy." Said Duncan. "The true battle is about to begin. I hope you are ready."

Alan looked at the sea of darkness in front of him. He was scared, but also fill with determination. He will not fail…

…not again.

Author Notes:

AND DONE!

Again, sorry it took a lot of time. These last weeks have been VERY busy at work, so I have little time to do anything, since I arrive tired at home. Unfortunately, that means that, for now, I have to return to the 1-Chapter-per-2-weeks format I had for the last few months, since I have no chapter finished. I hope you understand.

So, Daichi's death is the beginning of Alan feeling the pressure of being the hero of the story. Will he be able to resist that?

Also, he has a new shield too! the Mid Gardna Shield, to be more precise, a small arm shield that he will use for defense. It's not as big as, say, Legend of Zelda's Hylian Shield, but it is a little larger than Dragon Shiryu's Dragon Shield. I mean, Alan fights with one hand, while the other he uses spells. A small arm shield that doesnt stop him from doing so will help him.

Now that they have taken the city, what will happen next? We will see that in the next chapter.

Hope you liked this one.

See ya next time!
