"The bitch stabbed me!" Heath yells out in pain.

"You're going to be fine, it looks like a flesh wound." Brax says as he puts pressure on it.

"She's going to pay for this!" Heath hisses.

"Mate, you've had worse." Brax shakes his head, glancing back at Kyle as he walks forward.

"I'm sorry." He mutters, still holding Lillie close to his chest like a threat was still around.

"For what?" Brax asks.

"I shouldn't have come round here alone. But I had a call, I thought it would have been safe." Kyle frets. "Is he going to be okay?"

"He's going to be fine. Ignore the screaming, he's never had a high pain threshold." Brax smirks as the cops finally reach them.

"Where is she?" Kat asks as she runs over to them.

"She ran into the forest." Kyle replies, pointing them in the direction she went before pointing down at the knife. "She stabbed Heath with that knife before taking off."

"I'll radio for an ambulance." Kat says, getting right on it as officers run down the path Jasmine took. "Did she come into contact with you for long?" She asks.

"Uh… Maybe." Kyle frowns, having lost track of everything around him when she turned up.

"It must have been about five minutes by the time we got here." Brax says.

"Right." Kat says, turning to the other officers that just joined them. "Bag that knife up and get it to the station."

"You get every cop in the state to come here or what?" Brax asks as more cops pull up.

"A criminal is on the loose, we can't have her harm anyone else. We've got all paths to this forest covered and they'll be covering every inch of the forest until she's found. We won't be letting her get away again." Kat says just as an ambulance pulls up.

"Finally!" Heath mutters. "Give me some pain relief now!"

"Oi, you let them do their job." Brax moans, moving out the way for them. "You sure you're good?" He asks Kyle.

"A lot better now. Serves me right for not leaving Lillie with Casey." Kyle sighs.

"Oi, this wasn't your fault." Brax says, glancing around as he thinks to himself. "Where's Bruno? He wasn't down on the beach with Casey."

"Oh no." Kyle gasps, realisation hitting him that he hadn't seen his beloved dog since Jasmine turned up. "I don't know! He was with me when I was heading to the Surf Club for a drink. I-"

"Kyle, it's fine. We'll find him." Brax says, not sure how they would with Heath needing to go to the hospital.

"What's going on?" Casey asks as they run up to him, the girls not far behind him. "We heard all the sirens."

"Jasmine turned up demanding to have Lillie back." Brax says. "She stabbed Heath with a pocket knife but he'll be fine."

"Have you seen Bruno?" Kyle asks him. "He went down on the beach with you?"

"No, I thought he was with you?" Casey asks.

"How have I lost him?" Kyle moans, frantically glancing between all the cop cars. "What if he's been run over?"

"We'll find him." Casey quickly says, glancing at Brax in concern.

"Let's get him to hospital." Brax hears the paramedic say to his colleague.

"Right, Casey, can you take the girls home and not take your eyes off them for a second?"

"I can't leave Lillie." Kyle says. "And I need to look for Bruno."

"Kyle, I'll go and look for him. Why don't you go in the ambulance with Heath to stop him complaining about not having enough pain relief?" Brax says.

"Brax, I can't!"

"Please, Kyle. I'll find that dog of yours and when I do, you are not giving him lots of treats for this. That bloody dog stressed me out more than anything else." Brax mutters as Kyle reluctantly hands Lillie over to Casey.

"You even think about putting her down for a second, you'll have me to answer to." Kyle warns him before getting into the ambulance with Heath.

"Bruno's never left Kyle when he needs him." Casey says as they watch the ambulance drive away.

"I know. Kyle doesn't think he had him here, so that must mean he's got to be around the Surf Club somewhere." Brax says.

"Do you want me to call Bianca?" Ricky asks, rubbing Emilia's back.

"Yeah, she'll want to know what's happening. Now can you please go home so I don't have anything else to worry about?" Brax says, feeling extremely stressed out now.

"Yes, we'll go. Let us know when you find Bruno." Casey says as they walk back towards the Surf Club, Kat sending two officers with them as they had Lillie and Emilia.

"I'll need a statement from you, Kyle and Heath at some point today." Kat says to Brax.

"Yeah, I need to find Bruno before anything." Brax says, double checking between all the officers.

"Bruno is Kyle's support dog, right?" Kat asks.

"Yeah, we don't know where he's gone. I need to go and find him." Brax says before walking off towards the beach.

"It was just a flesh wound, so nothing serious." Nate says as he writes in Heath's chart.

"Lillie doesn't cry as much as you, and you've heard her the past few weeks." Kyle comments.

"Oi, she's never been stabbed." Heath glares.

"Nate literally just said it was a flesh wound. You didn't need to shout at the paramedics so much for it 'being really painful'." Kyle moans.

"What's got you so touchy?" Heath frowns.

"How about Bruno going missing and I've got to be here with you instead of out there looking for him." Kyle glares.

"Okay, can we please keep the family domestics to the minimum please." Nate says as the doors swings open.

"Heath, you're alive." Bianca sighs with relief.

"Yep, it was just a scratch." Heath grins, Kyle merely looking at him in disbelief.

"I'm going to call Brax." Kyle mutters, walking out with Nate close behind.

"Are you okay?" Nate asks him.

"I'll be fine. I just need to know Bruno wasn't run over by one of the million cop cars that sped up to us." Kyle says, realising he didn't have his phone on him. "Great, now I've lost my phone as well."

"You can use the hospitals." Nate says, knowing Kyle needed Bruno a lot.

"Thanks." Kyle says, looking up at him. "Do you have Brax's number? I can't remember it." He lightly smiles.

"I'll put the memory loss down to stress." Nate smiles.

Meanwhile in Heath's room, he was busy filling Bianca in on everything that happened before he was stabbed. She was confused at first, then started to get more annoyed, which then confused him. She tried blaming Brax for him being stabbed, making Heath wonder why she did that.

"What's got into you and Brax lately? You're always trying to blame him for something." Heath says.

"No I'm not." Bianca quickly defends herself. "I just don't think going back to your old River Boy ways is the best thing to do now he's got a baby."

"We're not going back to our River Boy ways, we were protecting our brother from Jasmine." Heath frowns.

"You were stabbed, Heath, just like you would have been back then."

"I was stabbed because Jasmine had a pocket knife and I tried to stop her running from the police. None of this has anything to do with the River Boys, so what is the real reason?" Heath asks, not being able to get a reply as Kyle walks back in.

"No answer!" He moans, flopping into the spare chair.

"Could mean he's busy looking." Heath shrugs.

"Maybe." Kyle mutters, sensing they were arguing as he walked in. "Do you want me to give you a minute?"

"No, don't be stupid." Heath says before there's an awkward silence for a bit, luckily it being broken by the eldest Braxton.

"Don't ever make me chase after your dog again." Brax says as Bruno runs over to Kyle.

"You found him!" Kyle smiles as Bruno jumps up onto his lap. "Ah, I forgot how heavy he was."

"He was only missing for an hour or so." Heath scoffs.

"He's still heavy." Kyle says. "Thanks." He smiles at Brax.

"So, we ready to go home now?" Heath says as he gets up from the bed, grabbing his clothes from the side.

"Nate said it was just a flesh wound and nothing to worry about." Kyle says to Brax, getting a whack from his older brother.

"It still hurt like mad." He mutters, shaking his head at him.
