If she had to choose one word to describe Gin, it would be callous. It's true the man is a killer, but he's so indifferent to the act of killing itself that he scarcely bothers to remember the faces of his victims. Gin is ruthless in taking out perceived threats to the Organization, but as long as the enemy is neutralized (without suspicion falling on the Organization), the man couldn't care less how it happens. It's what makes the man so terrifying: his ability to casually deal death as if lives mean less than nothing—because to Gin, they do.

A/N: Prompt word: callous- feeling no emotion, feeling or showing no sympathy for others
