Conversation Begins:
Aphrodite: Hello, dear readers. It's a pleasure to have you back on my show.
The public in the studio applauds and screams like insane fans.
Aphrodite: Today we have two amazing women who are not normally seen in public and hardly anyone knows where they live. One of them is Loki's daughter and the most feared snake in all Asgard. The other is the winged snake of the Aztec religion and one of the wisest deities in all creation. Let us welcome Jörmungandr and Quetzalcoatl.
A portal opens above the audience and two female bodies appear. One of them wears a white dress with Nordic runes decorating it, her hair is completely white, and her reptilian eyes cause fear in everyone who sees them. The other deity is dressed in an Aztec dress adorned with golden drawings and feathers of various colors.
Both women greet those present as they float towards the seats waiting for them.
Aphrodite: Jor, Quetz, it's a pleasure to have you here tonight.
Jor: We appreciate your invitation.
Quetz: Leaving our home once in a full moon is not bad for us.
Aphrodite: Tell me, how are you? You two, Fenrir, several mystical creatures and deities disappeared from the map after the war. We only know about your marriage thanks to your descendants and the little information that A.S. gives us.
Jor: We're doing well, and we enjoy the peace we have at our isolated home. After the last war, many conditions were put on several of the pantheons. My disappearance was one of them. Now I enjoy a quiet existence with my beloved.
Quetz: Sweetheart, I think the same. Leaving my pantheon behind was the best decision I've ever made. Not having to worry about what other gods do or whether mortals are about to destroy themselves is something I appreciate. Everyone always expected me to help to fix the mess others created and other stupid things.
Aphrodite: I understand and it's good that everything is going well. The question many of us ask ourselves is how did you two meet? We were at war and I don't think there was any communication between the Aztecs and the Nordics at that time.
Jor: I knew you would ask that. It's thanks to A.S. and the Valkyries. After taking us to our current home we were presented more appropriately. Our first meeting was not the nicest one.
Quetz: That meeting was in the middle of the war. When I first saw her, I wondered, why is a snake as big as that fighting a redheaded god with a hammer?
Jor: At that time Father had ordered me to kill Thor and anyone who tried to prevent Asgard from being destroyed. My mind was full of anger during the war, although I clearly remember that at some point in that battle another massive snake stopped me by biting my neck and immobilizing my body.
Aphrodite: I appreciate you coming, but we are short of time. This interview will continue in the next chapter. For now, dear readers, continue with the story. We'll see you later.

A God with a different shot
By Try Another Time
Inside Gryffindor's common room, a celebration was just beginning. With non-alcoholic drinks and different snacks, members of Gryffindor's house celebrated their team's victory.
"We did it!" Oliver screamed. His face showed unparalleled joy. So many years had gone by while trying to beat Slytherin and it finally happened. Although this did not mean that they had won the cup, it was still a moment they had to celebrate.
The other team members were as excited as their captain or at least everyone present. Angelica had decided to accompany George for a while longer.
"Harry, my friend. You're an amazing beater." Fred said while trying to lift the young wizard into the sky.
"Fred, don't even try it," Harry replied. At the moment he was not feeling happy or open to join in with the fun.
"Come on. You have to celebrate this with us. Let yourself go. Enjoy the moment." Oliver said.
"I'm celebrating with you, but I won't let you lift me like a young child. I'm not that small." Harry said.
"Fred let Harry go," Hermione said. The young woman's face showed the seriousness of her words which caused Fred to obey her.
"You have to relax. You are still young. Enjoy these years as much as you can. Once you are outside of Hogwarts there is no more free time to enjoy." Oliver said.
"I know. Trust me I know." Harry said before he took a sip of his drink. His mind wanted to focus on the party, but his hunter's mark was beginning to activate. Something was going on with Voldemort and he did not like it.
Hermione and the other girls present felt the discomfort in Harry's mind. They needed to meet Minerva and discuss this as soon as possible.
"Harry, I have a question. Where did you get your brooms?" Ron Weasley asks as he approaches the group.
Harry looked at the brother of one of his fiancées and decided to answer him, even though they did not have such a close connection. The younger of the Weasleys was not the easiest of people to connect with due to his lack of maturity. "Our brooms were made from the wood of a certain tree that grows around volcanic islands. You will not find it in stores. It was a gift we received a few years ago. "
"Really? So, you won't be able to repair the broom that Parvati destroyed?" Ron asked.
"No, Neville will take care of that," Parvati said. She pointed towards Neville who was talking to Hannah Abbott.
Like Hannah, other students from different houses had come to celebrate Gryffindor's victory with their friends, even if they were in different houses. This allowed all the members of the group to enjoy the afternoon together or that was the plan.
"Neville? Does he have experience with creating brooms?" Ron continues.
"Neville is quite skillful with plants and wood. His familiar is a dryad after all. Repairing a broom that is made of wood won't be difficult for him." Padma said.
"That sounds amazing. I should have expected it from someone close to Harry Potter." Ron said. His voice denoted some envy.
Before anyone could say anything else, Harry felt how the pain caused by his mark increased. His mark was fully activated now.
"I'm sorry. But I think I will go to the infirmary. I'm not feeling well." Harry said while he covered his mark. Ignis who was in Susan's arms felt the same disturbance as his partner.
"I'll walk you to the infirmary, Harry," Susan said after she noticed the change in temperature in the little dragon.
Both youngsters left in a hurry. The other members of the group looked at each other and nodded.
"Sorry, we have things to do." The others said before they ran away, leaving the rest of the people present more curious about this group of students. The mysteries and theories surrounding Harry and his friends just kept increasing.
"Hey Fred, do you know anything about those kids? Why are they always together? They feel so distant and mysterious." Asked one of the people present.
"Dude, everything around Harry Potter is unusual, but I'll tell you this they have been friends for a long time. Even Ron knows that." Fred said. "Also, I can't tell you about my family's secrets. Ginny will smash my face if I talk." His sight turns towards his younger brother. He noticed the way he watches Harry from time to time.
Ron looked at the door through which all of them had left. He felt how the distance between them and himself got bigger. "Harry Potter..." Young Ron Weasley's thoughts continued to become a little cloudier as time moves on.
Out of the party, Hogwarts corridors.
"Harry? What's the matter, brother?" Neville asked. He is following the rest of the group even if it meant that he had to leave Hannah behind.
"I can feel it. That fucker is doing something." Harry said. His mark bleeds thus indicating the possibility of a dangerous action by Voldemort.
"I don't like this at all," Ignis said while flying alongside his partner.
"We need to find Minerva. Maybe we should leave the school if this is more serious. Is Voldemort we are talking about after all." Daphne said.
"Do you really believe we'll have to take such an action in such a short time?" Neville asked. He understood the severity of the situation they were in, but he did not think they would be forced to take such drastic action so quickly.
"Let's hope it's just a momentary thing and it's not something more serious," Padma said.
The group continued to move forward trying to reach Minerva's office as fast as possible.
Somewhere else in Hogwarts.
Nymphadora practiced alongside her master, Alastor Moody before her concentration was interrupted by the memories of Harry and the others flooding her mind. "This could be serious." Dora thought. Her sight turned towards her master.
"What's going on?" Alastor asks.
"I need to go somewhere else," Dora said. "It's complicated, but it has to do with my fiancé."
"Harry Potter? Is it something important enough to stop training?" Alastor asks. Learning that his student was marrying this specific boy was unexpected, but he understood that each family acted differently regarding marriage.
"It's something important and it has nothing to do with anything sentimental. I need to go." Dora admitted.
Alastor stayed silent for a moment before deciding what to do. "You can go. I'll see you tomorrow."
"Thank you." And without saying anything else, Dora left while being followed by her camouflaged familiar.
Alastor watches as the most impressive young woman he had ever met disappeared in a matter of seconds. " I may need to talk directly to the commander about this. I may need more information about Potter and you. You have the potential for more important things." Alastor thought.
Many people keep secrets and Alastor had many that even Dumbledore didn't know about.
Minerva's office.
Minerva awaits the arrival of the rest of her group but before that, she was making sure that her office was free of outside ears. Like Nymphadora, she too had received the memories of others.
Within seconds her door was suddenly opened by Nymphadora.
"I arrived as fast as I could, although I also had the advantage of being so close to your office," Nymphadora said.
"They should not take long." Minerva thought of every possible cause behind the activation of Harry's mark. "It couldn't because of the presence of a spy inside the school."
"If that were the case, Harry would have hunted it down alongside Ignis. It must be something else." Nymphadora said before taking a seat.
They both waited for a few more minutes until the rest came into the office.
"Close the door," Minerva ordered.
Everyone came in and Harry felt the pain increase. Images started to invade his mind.
"Bastard! What are you doing?" Harry said while trying to concentrate and perhaps understand what Voldemort was doing to get his mark activated.
Meanwhile, Azkaban.
Amid a multitude of soulless bodies, followers determined to give their lives for their king, and an army of dementors, Voldemort was performing a ritual he had previously done for certain particular objects. The creation of Horcrux was a delicate process and one which Voldemort had mastered through the years.
Voldemort could have used any of those present for a sacrifice, but he refused to stop his tradition. Muggle's sacrifices were essential to the creation of his anchors to this world. On this night, a young British man had become the victim necessary for the ritual.
But what mattered most was the container he was going to use for the creation of this new Horcrux.
In a tank filled with a green liquid, a snake lay unconscious.
"My beautiful Nagini. It's been a long time since we last met. I have missed you so much but today after so long we have reunited and this time we will stay together." Voldemort said before looking at his victim.
The young man was tied from head to toe and his mouth was gagged. He shook as he tried to free himself.
"I can feel the fear that comes from within you. You're afraid of me, and you know you won't get out of this alive. Keep crying until the last second and feed my subjects with your fear." Voldemort said as the dementors surrounded the young man.
The others present knelt before their king as they praised him as if it were a god.
"Praise the dark king, Voldemort." This phrase was continually repeated by those present.
Among those present, Bellatrix Lestrange wept tears of joy at the sight of her king in all his glory. "I will follow you to the end of the world, my king." Perhaps her family's principles had led her to such a state, or perhaps there was always a spark of madness in her, but one thing we could be sure of, Bellatrix had completely lost her mind and there was no way to bring her back.
"It's about time we get this over with." Voldemort pointed the wand at the young man before uttering those terrible words. "Avada Kedavra!"
Back to Harry.
Harry felt an almost unbearable pain as various images flooded his mind. It was hard to concentrate on what was happening in them, but some things were clear to him.
With difficulty, Harry approached the board that was in Minerva's office and began to draw as best he could.
The others didn't say anything and waited patiently for what Harry was drawing. The lines Harry drew were not perfect, but slowly an image became visible. After several moments, the hunter's mark was disabled, and Harry finished his drawing. The images he had received only led to a single idea.
"He did it once again. Voldemort has created a new Horcrux." Harry said.
On the board, a snake had been drawn with difficulty.
Everyone was silent as they thought about how to deal with this new information. Minerva was the first to speak.
"Let's go over all the Horcruxes," Minerva said as she approached the board. "First, we have the cup at Gringotts. Second, it's the tiara we found here. The third is the necklace we got at the Black residence. Fourth, it's the ring we don't know where it is. The fifth is the book and it's the same case as with the ring. Finally, we have a snake."
"The snake must be close to him right now. Did you see anything that tells us where he is?" Daphne asked.
"I saw people, some machines, equipment and I think I saw what appeared to be flying shadows," Harry said. His mind tried to recall everything he saw.
"Flying shadows? Could it be dementors?" Hermione says.
"Dementors. There's only one place we could find them in large groups, Azkaban." Explain Padma. Dementors existed outside of England but the biggest population was located in Azkaban. They were another failed experiment of delirious wizards who did not understand the limits of their actions.
"Why would Voldemort be in Azkaban? Is a jail and nothing else." Neville asks.
"I don't know, but we have to leave immediately before we miss this opportunity," Harry says as he walks towards the door.
"Harry, are you sure about this?" Neville asks.
"Neville, he created a new Horcrux and nothing he's doing in that place can be good for us. If I let Voldemort do whatever he wants, I don't doubt it will become a much more serious problem over time." Harry explained, but before the young wizard could leave Minerva's office a weird portal opened in front of everyone present.
First, one hand came out of the portal, and then the whole body of a certain young lady everyone knew appeared.
"Luna?" They all said. They watch as the most unusual fiancée among all of the twelve came into sight.
"Did you miss me? I felt like you needed me, no, I know you do." Luna said. She smiles at them before turning her sight towards the portal she had created. "It took some time, but I think I'm able to control this ability much better than before."
Suddenly another hand comes out of the portal.
Luna grabs the hand and pulls the person towards her. The person who came out of the opening was Violet.
Violet looks around and a smile formed on her face after she saw Neville. "Ne-" But before she could say anything, she was interrupted by Harry. Her eyes threw daggers towards her brother.
"Luna, I'm glad you're here, and yes I'm going to need your help. I hope you can really use that ability. We gonna need it." Harry's words sounded prepared for war. He wasn't going to let Voldemort continue whatever thing he was doing at Azkaban.
Back in Azkaban.
Voldemort felt a shiver through his body after finishing the creation of his last Horcrux. It was a similar feeling to the one he felt when he faced Harry at Hogwarts. This alerted him of the incoming danger that approached. "Bellatrix, Fenrir, take as much equipment as you can and most of these soulless puppets. Get to the location we discussed earlier." Voldemort said.
"My lord, why are you doing this?" Bellatrix asked.
"Don't ask questions and move. I will not allow Nagini to get hurt or someone to stop my plans. I need my army to continue to grow." Voldemort's tone of voice was cold and cruel. Anger was noticeable in his eyes.
Bellatrix had no choice but to obey.
"Dementors, divide into two groups. The smallest group will follow Bellatrix while the other will stay here and eliminate anything that moves." Voldemort looked at the inhuman creatures who fully obey him. The self-proclaimed king could not ask for better subjects than these resilient creatures.
Voldemort prepared to face and distract who would possibly come to this place. It would be a good time to see how strong he was thanks to this new power.
"If it's you, Potter, I'll make sure you don't get out alive this time." Voldemort thought.
Later.
Under the moonlight and thanks to Luna's ability, the group had arrived at a location near Azkaban. Right now, everyone was on top of an ice platform created by Gwendolyn as they watched their target in the distance.
It took him some time to coordinate everything with his group, Sirius, and the other adults on how they were supposed to approach this situation. Some of the parents say that maybe a small group should investigate or even inform the Wizengamot, but a full assault was the conclusion they came to. If Voldemort was gaining strength while hiding in Azkaban they needed to act quickly.
The incredible structure was hit by the violent waves of the sea that surrounded the area. Even at their current distance, everyone noticed a large number of dementors surrounding the building.
"So, this is where Azkaban is located," Neville said.
"We are lucky that it was easy to receive the exact information for this place," Sirius explained. He had to speak to a certain member of the royal family to obtain accurate information without raising suspicion in the Wizengamot. "If we're right and find prove of Voldemort's activity within the building, I think the Wizengamot will be in serious trouble with the royal family. Even more than before."
"You're saying that because of what your contact told you?" Remus asked. He knew his friend had connections to the Pendragons due to Harry's grandparents and the treaties between Eljun and Britains.
"Yes. He told me to let him know about everything we found. Tomorrow won't be a good day for the Wizengamot if we find what we are looking for." Sirius said. It was a known fact that the Wizengamot was already in trouble with the royal family and the rest of the round table. Another failure could mean the end of the freedom that the Wizengamot had for all of this time.
"Let's worry about it later," Gwendolyn said. "Harry, Ignis, can you feel anything?"
Ignis tried to pick something up with his sense of smell, but he couldn't catch anything at this distance. On the other hand, Harry's mark was reacting a little bit.
"Let's get started. Hermione, Minerva, Padma, Fleur, Susan, and Mom hold this position and attract all the dementors outside the building. If possible, destroy them. The rest of us will go in and look for traces of Voldemort." Harry said.
"We understand but be careful. We don't know what could be hiding inside." Minerva said.
The rest of the group nodded.
"Midnight, stay with Gwen. Protect her." Sirius said. His familiar hop off his shoulder and move closer to Gwen.
With nothing more to say the group set out to begin. Luna used a magic tool similar to binoculars to confirm if the roof of the building was clear of enemy presence before using her scythe to open a portal. Sirius, Neville, Parvati, Remus, Nymphadora, Astoria, Daphne, Gabrielle, Ginny, Luna, and Harry were the ones who were going to enter.
Members such as Violet and the twins had been left behind at Eljun in case they needed further reinforcements.
"Hermione, do you want to start the attack?" Minerva asks.
"It will be my pleasure," Hermione said. "Magna Tormentorum Impetum." Using the power of her grimoire, Hermione created several long-range cannons normally used by Muggles in battleships to start firing at Azkaban.
Within seconds, the attention of the dementors was drawn to them.
"Nice. Ladies, let's show them what we're made of." Gwendolyn said as she lifted her wand and prepared her spells. At her side, Midnight got ready to attack the dementors. His entire body was covered with a thick layer of electricity. Without any hesitation, the Hippogriff flew out ready to attack the approaching dementors.
The other familiars accompanying them prepared their own strategies to protect their comrades as needed.
Astra, Hermione's tiger began to glow before various blades made of energy came out of her body. In a matter of moments, the tiger jumped from the platform into the sea, and by using magic she created magical circles that allowed it to run through the sky.
Aristotle, the eagle accompanying Padma transformed itself into a kind of cape which covered Padma from head to toe. It offered her protection and other abilities.
Fëanor, the phoenix belonging to Fleur began to be engulfed in flames as hot as the sun until it became a creature made of fire which placed itself behind Fleur offering protection and attack support.
Osiris, Minerva's owl grew in size before creating various elemental spheres around himself and starting to fire them at the dementors. Some projectiles didn't hurt them, but others like those made of light or electricity were stopping them in their tracks.
Nerida, Susan's kelpie absorbed seawater to grow in size before splitting into multiple reflective surfaces which Susan used to fire rays of light which caused damage to dementors.
Everything seemed to be going well, but the girls weren't aware of the surprises Voldemort had prepared for them. While in the air the dementors were being attacked, in the water at least twenty unknown enemies were swimming at full speed in the direction of the girls.
This battle wouldn't be as easy as it seemed.
On top of Azkaban.
Harry and the rest of the group had arrived on the roof of the building thanks to Luna's ability.
"It is annoying not to be able to open a portal to the exact location of Voldemort. I don't know why I can't focus on him, maybe it's because he doesn't have a body of his own and he's just possessing someone else." Luna said.
*Author Notes: The ability to open portals follows two things, knowing the place personally or on a map and focusing on a person she knows personally. If Luna does not know where she's going or the person she wants to reach her ability doesn't work on long distances. Yes, I nerfed her. *
"Don't be discouraged, Luna. Thanks to you, it's why we can carry out this mission. Harry, he's here, isn't he?" Gabrielle asks. She hasn't seen Harry since September and she missed him, but she understood that there were more important things right now.
Harry didn't say anything for a few seconds before invoking his sword. "He's definitely here. Ignis, can you smell him?" His hunter's mark was completely active.
The dragon not only smelled Voldemort but many other possible targets. "This smell is not just Voldemort. Something strange is going on here. It doesn't smell human. Consider the worst situation at the moment. Everyone can be a hostile being."
"Then we can consider everything within the building an enemy? Let me knock on the door." Gabrielle said. The young woman lifted her hammer and activated its gravitational ability before smashing it against the building making it tremble all the way into its foundations. The area of impact began to collapse.
The group moved aside before falling alongside the rubble created by Gabrielle's action. A large hole was created and seemed to lead to the first level of the building.
"Who wants to go first?" Gabrielle asked.
"Let me lead the way," Astoria said. Kyo who was sitting on her shoulder wrapped her tails around Astoria before merging with her. When the process ended Astoria wore a kimono, two fox-like ears came out of her head and Kyo's tails were connected to her body. "Oni let's do it."
Astoria's second familiar grew in size and grabbed its partner before jumping into the hole.
The group watched as Astoria descended all the way to the first floor. Everything seemed to be going well until they saw how Oni received several magical attacks from different directions. "I'm gonna make you pay for that," Astoria screamed before starting to attack.
"That confirms to us what we feared," Ginny said. "Rio is time." Ginny jumped without any hesitation before being followed by the rest of the group.
What awaited them downstairs would be unexpected.
*Author's Notes: I took the liberty of changing the dementors for the story. Their main weakness remains the spectrum Patronus, but light, electrical attacks, and other specific spells can damage them. Wait for the next chapter. *
