"You changed your mind about the restaurant?" Fitz asked.
"I am not taking a baby and two six year olds to a restaurant. They would complain about waiting for the food and sitting in a booth for half an hour."
"Who are you?"
"I'm your aunt-in-law. You can call me Ms. Sophia."
"Livvie, who is this kid?"
"She's my mom's sister."
"Your mom has a sister?"
"Yes."
"So I have two sister-in-laws and an aunt-in-law."
"Yes. She's going back with her mom tomorrow. I guess they are going to be staying with my mom until they get a place in DC."
"So Maya won't need you to take care of the babies every day?"
"No."
"That's great." Fitz said.
"When my sister gets married, I will have a brother-in-law. She needs to settle down. I don't know why she keeps putting the cart before the horse."
"Who said that?" Olivia asked Sophia.
"That's what grandma said when mom said that Maya had two babies."
"Your great grandma?" Fitz asked Olivia.
"Yes, she is very opinionated."
Fitz chuckled looking at the dinner table. He had a long day at work. He hoped Ms. Sophia was not loud. He needed to study before he fell asleep. Sophia reached for a cookie.
"Not until you finish your broccoli Aunt Sophia."
"I don't eat vegetables!"
Sophia stood in her chair to be taller. She still wasn't eye level with Olivia.
"You can't boss me around Olivia. Your mom is my sister!'
"These are my cookies, and I'm not sharing with you Aunt Sophia."
"You are mean Olivia!"
Olivia laughed. Amelia finished eating her cookie and ran over to Sophia.
"You can play with my Leapfrog."
"Thank you Amelia."
Fitz laughed with Olivia when they left the kitchen. "Do I have anymore in-laws I should know about?"
"No. Sophia is my only aunt. You'll meet your great mother-in-law tomorrow and her mom will come to DC when the babies are out of the hospital."
"Great, I'm glad you won't have to take care of your mom's babies."
"Grandma and Aunt Sophia will help mom."
"Aunt Sophia." Fitz laughed.
"You can call her Ms. Sophia." Olivia said, giving Fitz a freshly baked cookie.
