"Have you fed her?" Heath asks, sitting down next to Kyle at the table.

"Yeah, why?" Kyle frowns, wanting to eat his breakfast in peace for once.

"Have you changed her?"

"Heath, Lillie has been fed, changed and bathed, and she is not crying. It's worked, you were right." Kyle says, knowing that's all he wanted to hear.

"Aw Kylie." Heath smirks, ruffling Kyle's hair.

"Stop!" Kyle moans, shoving his hand away.

"Right." Ricky says as she walks into the house over to them. "Where the hell is Brax and I want the truth this time?" She firmly says, putting her hands on her hips as she stands right in front of them both.

"We don't know, Rick, he never said." Heath replies. "Why don't you ask him yourself?"

"I would if he bothered to answer his phone. It's going straight to voicemail." Ricky says. "Is he is some kind of trouble, is that it?"

"No, what makes you ask?" Heath says.

"Gee, I don't know Heath." Ricky glares.

"You know he wouldn't do anything to risk going to jail, you and Emilia mean more to him than that." Kyle says.

"Rick, we promise everything is going to be okay and Brax will be home in a couple days to explain everything to you. You need to trust him, because trust me, it ruins marriages if you don't." Heath says.

"Are you and Bianca still having troubles?" She asks, sitting down opposite them, needing to trust Brax as he said.

"She's been ignoring me every chance she has. She thinks me and Brax are going back to our River Boy ways, which isn't true. Nothing I seem to say matters, she's already made her mind up." Heath says.

"What makes her think that?" Kyle asks.

"I don't even know where it came from. She's been fine for years, then suddenly she starts acting like this again." Heath says.

"Morning." Casey smiles as him and Denny walk out from the hallway. "No babies screaming the house down this morning, what's new?"

"Lillie remembers Kyle, they got their bond back." Heath smiles.

"No way!" Casey smiles. "And where is she?"

"She is right here playing." Kyle says, pointing to the play mat on the floor next to him.

"Well she definitely looks a lot happier." Casey smiles as he walks around the couch, seeing her playing with some blocks.

"Yeah, she does." Kyle smiles, standing up to put his bowl in the sink. "Today I'm just going to enjoy this new Lillie." He says, noticing Casey was in his work kit. "You heading to work now?"

"Yeah, I was heading in with Denny." Casey nods.

"Mind if I join you? I was going to take Lillie and Bruno out." Kyle says, picking his daughter up to put her in the pram before putting the harness on Bruno.

"Sure, but will you be okay by yourself once our shifts start?" Casey asks.

"I can meet you when you're ready to head home." Heath says. "I don't have to pick the kids up from mums till tonight, so I'm free."

"You know I don't need babysitting." Kyle says.

"We do, but Brax would kill us if we didn't keep an eye on you." Heath says.

"Fine! But I'm going to be okay, you've seen the cops everywhere." Kyle says, turning to Casey. "You ready to go."

"Yep." Casey nods.

"I'll meet you in Angelo's." Heath says to Kyle as they leave.

"What's changed?" Ricky asks.

"Huh?" Heath frowns.

"Kyle and Lillie. He's been trying for weeks to bond with her again."

"I don't know, something just clicked in her and then she wouldn't stop looking at Kyle when he spoke. She also giggled when he laughed at something." Heath smiles. "Think we've got our niece back for good now."

"That would be nice, I'm sure everything will go back to normal now." Ricky smiles.

"Have you seen Brax today?" Casey asks as they walk along the beachfront.

"Nope." Kyle shakes his head. "He's gone away for a few days."

"Really? He never mentioned anything." Casey frowns.

"It was a last minute thing, he didn't say much about it." Kyle says.

"I bet he's going to be happy when he finds out you got Lillie back to herself." Casey smiles over to his niece.

"Yeah, I was never expecting it to have happened this quick." Kyle smiles.

"Are you complaining?" Denny jokes.

"Definitely not." Kyle smirks. "I can start getting back to normal properly now."

"What's going to happen when you choose to go back to work?" Casey asks.

"I'm not sure, I hadn't thought about that yet." Kyle says, not knowing what he would do when the time came.

"Are you going to be okay financially?"

"Yep, I had a bank statement come through this morning, turns out Brax has been paying me my wages still, even though I haven't been working. He's never mentioned it though and his phones turned off, so I can't ask him why." Kyle says, finding it weird considering he hadn't work for it.

"Well why wouldn't he?" Denny asks.

"Huh?" Kyle frowns.

"You're his other baby brother, of course he's going to help you out with money when you've got no one else to." She says, them both looking at her.

"Casey is the baby, not me." Kyle says.

"Oi!" He glares.

"It's true!" Kyle defends himself.

"What's true?" Someone asks as they walk up behind them, causing them all to jump.

"Heath!" Casey glares.

"Sorry, thought you saw me coming." Heath shrugs. "So what's true?"

"That these two are both yours and Brax's baby brothers." Denny says, laughing at their faces.

"Yeah, you are both big babies." Heath says, grinning at them.

"What are you doing here? You said we weren't meeting till later." Kyle says, wanting to change the subject.

"Ricky decided she was going to do a photoshoot with Emilia and I wasn't being dragged into it, so thought I'd come now." Heath says as they carry on towards the Surf Club. "She started turning the garden into her own makeshift studio and got all this different outfits for Emilia. She's gone fully out for it!"

"She's a photographer, it's what she does." Kyle smirks. "You didn't complain when you saw the pictures of Harley after she did it to him, or Lillie."

"Yeah cause I didn't have to sit there and watch it. I just got the finished product, and I never got the choice, I came home to her and Bianca dressing him up." Heath frowns.

"They were cute though." Denny smiles, remembering the pictures of Harley when he was smaller, just as they reached the Surf Club. "Well I better head to work, I'll see you later." She smiles, heading inside.

"Yeah, I better go and set the boxing session up." Casey says, seeing people arriving for it. "See ya." He says, heading into the gym.

"So, what should we do?"

"Not sure." Kyle shrugs. "At least I can be free with what I do now without Jasmine jumping out of nowhere."

"Yeah, just maybe don't go saying that in public again, or at all." Heath says, glancing around.

"Chill out, Heath. No one heard." Kyle scoffs. "How about we go into Yabbie Creek so I can get some baby stuff for Lillie. She's outgrowing her clothes again."

"Cons of having a kid I guess, they're expensive for a long time." Heath chuckles. "Just wait until she's Harley's age, then it won't be new clothes you'll be worrying about."

"Still having trouble potty training Harley?" Kyle smirks.

"He's very stubborn, I'll give him that. I never thought it would be this hard just to teach him how to go toilet. It's like he does it on purpose, especially when he tells me he's gone in his nappy. That smile he has when he says it." Heath shakes his head.

"It's all part of having a kid, didn't you tell me that?" Kyle laughs, walking towards the car park. "Now let's go." He says, eyeing up Heath's car, heading towards it.
