Putzie's POV
I was helping Danny bringing the fishing gears. "Remember when we always went fishing with ya old man?" I asked my best friend.
"I sure do bud." Danny said locking the door. "Dad always felt super bad for working so much."
I smiled at him.
"Hey, he loves you and Daisy." I told him. "And Abby."
"Yeah, I know." He said.
"Had Abby called Uncle Dylan and Aunt Diane mom and dad yet?" I asked him.
"No, not yet." Danny says. "But they understand."
I looked down at the ground feeling awful.
"Danny, why do people do those kinds of things?" I asked him.
"Babyface, there are a lot of sick freaks in the world who enjoy terrorizing and harming a human being." I heard him says.
I looked up at him.
"Even children, I mean real small kids…like younger than Pammy?" I asked him.
He nods his head.
"What the heck!?" I yelled.
He pats my back.
"C'mon, let's have a great day ok." He said.
"Ok." I said quietly.
He walks back to the gang, I looked at the sky thinking of Aunt Sally, Derek, Danny's little cousins and then I thought of Pammy. I would DIE if someone hurts her and I'll teach them a lesson!
"Hey Putzie!" I looked over at Doody waving me over. "You ok little buddy?"
"Yeah. I'm fine." I said.
"You sure?" He asked. "You look like you're gonna cry."
"I'm not!" I snapped.
Everyone turned to us.
"I'm sorry, I just…I'm sorry." I said walking away.
"Hey Putz!" I heard Danny yelled, as he ran after me. "Hey!"
"Why Danny? Why? Why them? Why kids?" I asked turning to him. "Why do people have to do such a thing, epically to a freakin' toddler, a freakin' baby for God sake!" I yelled.
I felt tears welling up in my eyes.
"Hey, it's ok." I heard him say.
"No it's not!" I snapped. "Your baby cousins lost their mother, they were freakin toddler at the time!"
He pulls me for a hug.
"Shhh, it's ok." He comforted me.
I let go of him and walked over to Abby, hugging her close.
"I'm sorry Abby." I said to her.
"It's ok Putzie." I heard say. "But I'm safe now." I just let out a sigh.
"I'm glad we saved ya." I said.
She hugged me tighter.
"Me too." I heard her say and I let go.
"And I'm gonna make sure that your old man riots in jail." I added.
She smiled at me and kissed my cheek, and we hugged again but let go quickly because the guys and the girls were watching us and they were smirking at us, epically the guys!
